Qualifications:

· Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Operations Manager in undertaking the Risk Management studies and its implementation to ensure that all offshore drilling operations are properly risk assessed before implementation.

· Support the Drilling Management Team in controlling PTW (Permit to Work) and SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) activities.

· Support the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Operations Manager in ensuring that all drilling activities adhere to well programs and instructions - and ensuring that any changes in the drilling operations be communicated with the Drilling Operations Manager for approval.

· Support the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Operations Manager in managing and directing all well site activities through (i) supervision of critical operation activities (ii) management of service company performance (iii) ensuring that all planned operations are risk assessed (iv) managing interfaces of Rig Contractors and Aviation/Supply Chain Contractors. (v) proper follow ups and close out of all NPT or failures related to all rig operations

· Support the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Operations Manager in ensuring that all drilling activities conducted according to safety standards through: (i) ensuring that all portable equipment are inspected for their operational fitness (ii) monitoring of safety critical maintenance activities (iii) proper investigation, reporting, and actions for all safety incidents

· Support the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Superintendent Operations Manager in ensuring that all drilling operation activities adhere to the environment rules, regulations and standards through: (i) ensuring transportation, storage and use of radioactive sources are in line with HSEMS (ii) ensuring procedures for segregation of waste (iii) ensuring that all waste materials back loading from the rig is in accordance with laws, rules and regulations as well as company standards.

· Support the Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent / Drilling Operations Manager in assuring proper coordination through (i) conducting coordination morning calls - offshore teams and Jakarta operation team to report the progress (ii) providing input into well programs.
