পদ্ধতি প্রথমে একগ্লাস পানি ফুটিয়ে গরম করতে হবে। অনেকক্ষণ ধরে যেকোনো মাধ্যমে ফোটাতে থাকতে হবে। এরপর ফুটন্ত পানির বাষ্প ধীরে ধীরে নিঃশ্বাসের সাথে ভেতরে নিতে হবে।
