Changing the Blogger's Favorite Icon(Favicon)

Favicon stands for Favorite Icon and it helps to recognize what the website is all about by putting a company logo. The best image dimension for favicon is 50 by 50. Most search engines love favicons.

Here's the ff. easy and simple steps on how to change the blogger's favicon:

1. Log-in to your blogger dot com account.

2. Go to Design->Edit HTML->Click the checkbox "Expand Widget Templates"

3. Press Ctrl+F and type in "</head>"

4. Paste <link href='http://example-domain-name.com/favicon.png' rel='shortcut icon'/> before the "</head>".

5. Press "Save Template", hit refresh, and you're done.

Before we get started with customizing a Blogger Template, these are the following questions that I would like you to answer. Why you chose Blogger where there is lot of different blogs to choose from? What motivates you to blog? What are your purpose, intention, and motives in blogging?

In my point of view, I chose Blogger because it's FREE, easy to use, gadgets are cool, and customizable templates. I love to share that's what motivates me to blog. My purpose, intention, and motives is not just to earn money online but to help bloggers providing them useful information especially on how to personalize their blogs.

Hi, Aljun here. Welcome to Blogger Template 101 dot blogspot dot com.

I created this web-blog because my goal is to help bloggers customize or personalize their blog to look more professional, catchy, and the way they want it.

As I updates this web-blog there will be many changes that going to happen like favicon, top blue bar, footer attribution, and many more.

In addition, I will post a very detailed steps by steps on how I will customize this blog template.
