Pros:

+ Great, high resolution 4.3" screen for crisper text and graphics, at this time only the Verizon Rezound variant of this phone has a better resolution (even better than iPhone 4S, I'm told)
+ 1.5Ghz dual-core Snapdragon processor
+ Solid construction and build quality that is immediately evident out of the box
+ Expandable memory to suit your usage and needs, in addition to the ~9GB of internal storage available to the user.
+ Dedicated buttons for camera and videocam
+ T-Mobile now offers WiFi calling (December update)
+ HTC Sense, great launcher, some cool widgets, and not much cruft-ware bloating the phone
+ Can I mention again how NICE this phone looks and feels in your hand?

Minuses:

- Battery life, you'll need to charge nightly unless you conserve aggressively
- Heavier than comparable phones, due partly to that great build quality
- Pricey, lots more than a Samsung Galaxy S II 4G Android Phone (T-Mobile) or other comparable models
- It is missing some things you'll end up buying -- plan to spend another fifty dollars on a car charger, a microSDHC memory card which some apps need, maybe another charging cable, wired earbuds or Bluetooth headset ... so plan on total cost of ownership (initial) to be a bit higher (one star off for that)
- No dedicated button for menu/apps, or for making/ending call; these can be provided by QuickDesk Pro and Headset Button Config apps in the Android Market
- Not a lot of cases available yet (Christmas, 2011 time frame)

PROS:
* Has HTC Sense
* (Temporarily) Rootable
* Comes with an array of useful apps
* Great sounding audio

CONS:
* Excruciating battery life
* Unbearably slow CPU/GPU
* CANNOT INSTALL BUSYBOX OR INCREASE VM HEAP SIZE (Do not even think about trying it)
* Not the best quality pictures
* Video has about 4 pixels and the sample rate is about 13 Hz
* Quite a bit of light bleeding

HTC HD7 Unlocked Global Smartphone - Window 7, 1 GHz processor, GPS, WiFi. it's a great phone, the windows phone operating system is awesome.

Very solid phone, beautiful and large screen and the feel of the device is very nice in the hands. The rubberized material on the back lets you hold the device without dropping it. Feels pretty light and really this is the size smartphones should be; the screen is absolutely perfect.

The power button I feel is a little small - it needs to be a little taller so its easier to push to power on, maybe its just the case I have it in now that makes it a little hard to push in.

Volume switches - I find I accidently push these quite often and it changes the volume. While it's great they are available we should have an option to lock the volume rocker/buttons so they dont constantly keep changing the volume.

Fit and finish isn't as good as I thought it was gonna be
Speaker is on the softer side
Sense lauch bar has aliasing

Very good phone much improved os and Interface. Much more responsive. One note when trying to make sure the Battery lasts tturn the backlighting down and the Batery lasts me all day. Great Improvement. In the next series of phones I would Suggest a slightly more powerful battery and a Dual core processor. Those improvments would Perfect it.

My little review:

With a 1Ghz CPU, and 16GB of flash memory, this thing is a portable office/entertainment center par excellence. I've had this phone for 3 months without a single problem, the display is nice and sharp, the apps load very fast, and I now have over 130 apps to perform just about every duty you could possibly think of with absolutely no impact on performance. And on the ATT 3G network, I average download speeds of around 1.8Mbps, and over 1M upload speeds....and how do I know that, cause I got an app that tells me that's how. BTW, the display is the equivalent of a 960x640 on your desktop (double the 3G model) so what you see is essentially a high res yield and page loads are superfast. And resident memory, after a full days use I just checked and still had 120Mb of Ram available. On the 3G model that number was usually down around 4Mb by the end of the work day and had to be refreshed.
