2021-08-23T14:20:00.005-07:00

With information from Agência Brasil | Updated on August 19, 21, at 10:43 am

Since Sunday (15), when the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan, thousands of people are trying desperately to fill the only runway at the airport in Kabul, the country's capital, which has led the United States to suspend flights for withdrawals. Crisis and installed fear swept the world.

Five people died in chaos at Kabul airport on Monday, witnesses said, as people tried to flee the country after Taliban insurgents took over Kabul and declared an end to the war against foreign and local forces. A US official told Reuters news agency that two gunmen were killed by US forces in the past 24 hours

BRAZIL BREAKS THE RELEASE OF PESTICIDES PROHIBITED IN EUROPE IN THE BOLSONARO GOVERNMENT!

2021-08-15T15:22:00.007-07:00

Aachts related with disease cases, hereditary harm and suicides are available in Brazilian day by day food varieties like espresso, rice, beans, potatoes, apple, banana and surprisingly in stick stock. While wellbeing chances have made the European people group boycott the utilization of paraquate, atrazine and acknowledgment, the three substances are among the successes in Brazil. In 2017, Brazilian manors got in excess of 60 thousand tons of these synthetics.

It is in Europe that are the basis of the world's world's agrochemical market companies: Syngenta, Bayer Cropscience and BASF are responsible for almost half of this trade in the world. But it is also from Europe that scientific research denounces its risks for decades.

"The European Union produces agrochemicals, yet has left to the side the items that are detestable to wellbeing, contingent upon the pressing factor of coordinated common society," says Larissa Mies Bombardi, from the University of São Paulo, creator of wide exploration regarding the matter that came about At the Atlas topography of the utilization of agrochemicals in Brazil and associations with the European Union.

It noticed that, practically speaking, European organizations fabricating these substances have moved the most perilous items to more tolerant business sectors like Brazil. Around 33% of fixings delivered for use in Brazil are disallowed in the European Union, it calls attention to.

The outcome is the immediate effect on the soundness of Brazilians. Like clockwork, eight individuals are inebriated by agrochemicals in the nation, as per official information, which are underrepresented. The Ministry of Health gauges that for each instance of these, another 50 were not recorded. A piece of these inebriations prompts demise.

Paraquate: Depression, Cancer and Parkinson :

Made by the World Switzerland Giant Syngenta Since the 1960s, and taboo in European domain since July 2007, the paraquate is eighth most sold agrochemical in Brazil. It is a herbicide with broad rundown of dangers to human wellbeing. It is in rice, banana, potato, espresso, sugar stick, citrus, beans, apple, corn, soy and wheat. Syngenta looked for the composition after the distribution of the subject and sent a note about the examination and endorsement interaction of the agrochemicals that the organization sells in Brazil (read the note).

The paraquate was explored for a very long time by the Intext Control Center in Marseille, France. The examinations, which happened prior and then afterward the preclusion of substance in Europe, demonstrated an immediate relationship with instances of extreme and deadly harming.

The French Institute examined the connection between openness to agrochemicals and 34 endeavors at self destruction, practically 50% of the deadly cases. Most patients were at home when he drank the toxic substance deliberately. Of the 15 passings, 10 happened in the initial 48 hours after ingestion. Rapiness is because of the liquidation of different organs, among different complexities. The other 33% of the passings occurred in the principal month. As per the examination, distributed in logical article, in the 2013 Journal of Medical Toxicology, patients had broad aspiratory fibrosis and oxygen deficiency.

The compound isn't just a weapon used to end one's own life, yet additionally one of the components that might be behind the burdensome condition that spurred the self-destructive activity. "It causes despondency in the focal sensory system", says biomedical researcher Karen Friedrich regarding the neurotoxicity of Paraquat. With an expert's and a doctorate in Toxicology, she is a counselor to the National Coordination for the Defense of the Work Environment, of the Public Ministry of Labor, and clarifies that the impact of the substance is to lessen synapses, like dopamine.

In instances of gloom and self destruction, Friedrich calls attention to, there are consistently a few factors that impact the image. "The little rancher is worried about the climate, in case it will rain, at what value he will sell his vegetable. Some of the time he lives in a circumstance of exceptional brutality. He has an entire social setting and substance openness, which will attempt to cause him to feel discouragement and lead to self destruction", adds the scientist.

Brazilian estates were splashed with 60,000 tons of synthetics restricted in Europe for representing a danger to human wellbeing

Proof shows how much agricultural nations have pesticide self-inebriation as a significant general medical condition. There are an expected 300,000 passings per year, simply in the locale known as the Asia-Pacific, which incorporates the Asian nations washed by the sea and Oceania, as per an article in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology from 2011. The issue, in any case, isn't restricted to arising countries. "Somewhere in the range of 1945 and 1989, paraquat was answerable for 56% of all pesticide passings in England and Wales." It was liable for considerably a larger number of passings in 2008 than some other pesticide.

Paraquat was likewise examined by analysts in Italy, who called attention to dangers of malignancy in the lymphatic framework, for example, the cases enlisted in Puglia, in the south of the country. Rural action is by all accounts a danger factor for the improvement of malignant growth subtypes enrolled in the urban areas of Bari and Taranto. The danger increments in case there is connection among paraquat and different pesticides, for example, captafol and radone. The examination took a gander at 158 cases somewhere in the range of 2009 and 2014, and tracked down that even patients presented to low degrees of paraquat were at expanded danger for all lymphomas.

The dispute for Brazil

Classified as extremely toxic (in medical terminology “Class I”), Anvisa banned the herbicide after studies show that it can cause mutations in genetic material and Parkinson's disease. “Paraquate is very toxic from an acute point of view, that is, immediately. This is well established in the scientific literature”, says Friedrich.

The date for paraquat to leave Brazilian shelves is September 2020, according to Anvisa. Until then, the ban can be reversed. One of the initiatives is the draft legislative decree by Federal Deputy Luis Carlos Heinze (PP/RS) which proposes to suspend the ban on the ingredient.

The deadline for being banned in Brazilian territory was a commercial shock for Syngenta, which soon began to lobby Brazilian politicians to reverse the decision. In a letter signed by the president of the Swiss-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Emanuel Baltis, an invitation is made for a trip to Switzerland in November 2017, to “learn about aspects of Swiss innovation capacity” and pay a visit to the multinational.

In addition to being used as a poison to take one's own life, the effects of paraquat may be behind the depressive condition in cases of suicide

A document obtained by the Swiss organization PublicEye, which investigates the behavior of companies in the country, exposes the list of politicians who traveled to the country accepting the invitation. Among them is Federal Deputy Tereza Cristina (DEM/MS), announced by President-elect Jair Bolsonaro as Minister of Agriculture. Costs with airline tickets, logistics of the official schedule within Switzerland, accommodation and food were paid by the Chamber of Commerce.

According to PublicEye, most of the participants were members of the ruralist caucus – the Parliamentary Agricultural Front. "They played a pivotal role in making ANVISA review its ambitions with regard to banning paraquat," reads the organization's statement.

Atrazine: Changing the Sex of Frogs:

The pace of increase in the use of pesticides in Brazil seems to go against the grain of international discoveries. Between 2000 and 2010, the use of pesticides in the world increased by 100%. In Brazil, the growth was double: 200%. Today, 20% of pesticides sold in the world are sold in Brazil. The widespread use of these chemicals can affect not only human health, but also generate unexpected changes to the environment, such as frogs changing their sex.

Studies show that the pesticide atrazine can lead to the complete feminization of male African clawed frogs. This happened because pesticides are a powerful endocrine disruptor, according to a North American study. Atrazine targets the testosterone levels of these adult amphibians, shrinking their reproductive glands, as well as attacking sperm development. Of the male toads studied, 10% were fully transformed into females to the point that they were able to mate with other males and produce viable eggs.

These types of problems, such as animals that reverse sex and distort sexual intercourse, are far more dangerous than any chemical that can kill a population of frogs," said biologist and professor Tyrone Hayes of the University of California, in Berkeley, in an interview about his research in 2010.

During this period, Hayes also worked as a consultant and researcher for the company that produces atrazine, Novartis, which merged with Zeneca and formed Syngenta. On his personal website, Hayes explains that the company and its consultants tried to prevent him from making the information public. “I resigned my consulting position at the company and published my work and other findings with independent funding support,” he wrote on his page called ‘AtrazineLovers’.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE FOR THE NATURE OF OUR HOUSE PLANTS ?

2021-08-14T10:46:00.005-07:00

Whenever spring approaches, you can buy gardening plants again. But as beautiful as the flowers and herbs are for porches and gardens, they are often bad for the environment elsewhere.

Regardless of whether it's violets, pansies or kitchen spices - the additional spring advances in the northern half of the globe, the more different the assortment of blossoms and plants for the outside. Around a billion plants for beds and galleries are sold every year in Germany alone, as indicated by the ecological assurance association BUND.

PHOTOS JULIO PORTELLA

Much natural harm is acknowledged in different pieces of Europe because of overhangs and blossom gardens. Specifically, reasonable plants, which many individuals rapidly take with them when shopping at the grocery store or home improvement shop, are frequently not economically created.

A large portion of them come from nations like Ethiopia, Kenya or Costa Rica," clarifies Corinna Hölzel, pesticide expert at BUND. In these locales, the environment is especially reasonable for developing plants. From that point, seedlings or seedlings are moved and developed in the nations of offer. Air transport discharges CO2 ozone harming substance - awful for the environment. Furthermore, that is by all account not the only issue, says Hölzel.

With heaps of science to "improve" plants

"Numerous pesticides are utilized in the nations of beginning, some of which are prohibited in the EU as they are exceptionally risky to wellbeing," said Hölzel. "In many organizations there is practically no defensive attire. Laborers regularly have long working days, no proper agreements, no associations and frequently don't have a clue how they are in touch."

As indicated by BUND, alleged blower specialists are additionally utilized in the development of decorative plants. These dynamic synthetic fixings diminish the development of the shoots, so the plants are not very huge to be sold at this point are wealthy in leaves and blossoms. Utilization of substance items for tasteful purposes as it were.

In an arbitrary example, the natural association from Germany and Austria even discovered pesticide deposits in plants that had been publicized as "honey bee cordial".

Plant testaments for greater manageability

Different seals and confirmation frameworks mean to guarantee greater manageability in the development of decorative plants. The MPS confirmation body, for instance, works with in excess of 3,000 makers in 50 nations. Homesteads report to MPS the number of and which pesticides they use, how much energy they need or how much

manure use. In the event that makers fundamentally surpass territorial correlation numbers, there will be no accreditation.

The objective is to use as little energy as conceivable in all spaces. Planting organizations consistently get maintainability reports that show an examination with different producers in their district. "At the point when makers see that others are more conservative than they are, it urges them to burn-through not so great," says Karin Spengemann, answerable for the MPS in Germany. What's more, this advantages working benefit, yet in addition the environment and the climate.

As per Spengemann, the MPS has a "boycott" of especially hazardous synthetic compounds whose utilization is prohibited around the world. Something else, all means allowed by state law might be utilized.

The globaligap sertification framework works comparably, and grounds-keepers in 138 nations can be guaranteed along these lines. For the supposed GGN name, reproducers should develop as per the GlobalG.AP standard.

What's more, they should agree with the norms of the world work association (ILO), pay public least wages and expect other social commitments. Plants with the GGN name are for the most part sold in Germany. In the two MPS and GlobalG.AP, makers are confirmed without earlier notification.

Analysis of ecological norms without a natural seal

BUND pesticide master Hölzel considers these to be certificate frameworks as basic. "The two affirmations fundamentally ensure recognizability, the whole store network is archived. Severe natural rules are missing, anyway there are no particulars for pesticides, manures or the utilization of peat. Consequently, they are not suggested according to a biological perspective. "

t we frequently end up in the center of our lives, as initially contended by Richard Gott. The shot at being a child on the principal day after birth is a huge number of times not exactly that of being a grown-up. It is similarly improbable that it will live just a century after the start of our innovative age, if that stage is to last large number of years in the future. In the most probable case that we are at present seeing the adulthood of our innovative life, we will probably endure years and years, however very little more. After openly pronouncing this factual decision, I understood the critical expectation this involves. In any case, it's our factual predetermination

There's a silver lining sneaking behind the scenes. It includes the chance of having freedom of thought and having the option to react to crumbling conditions by advan Statistics tell us that individuals are more likely to be somewhere around the middle part of their lives. The same may be true for the human race:

Solid counsel for youthful researchers looking for a feeling of direction in their examination is to take part in a point that is important to society, for example, directing environmental change, accelerating antibody advancement, meeting our energy or food needs, establishing a framework reasonable in space or discovering mechanical relics of civilizations

aliens. In general terms, society finances science and scientists must give back in the interests of the public. The most vital social challenge is to extend humanity's longevity. In a recent lecture to Harvard alumni, they asked how long we expect our technological civilization to survive. The answer wasin light of the way thacing a future longer than years and years. Reasonable public strategies could alleviate the danger of mechanical calamities related with environmental change, self-incurred pandemics or wars.

It is unclear whether our policy makers will actually respond to the challenges ahead and save us from the statistical verdict above. Humans aren't good at dealing with risks they've never encountered before, as exemplified by climate change policy. If we want to have such a future, we have to demand change.

What is the hottest part of the human body?

2021-08-13T15:14:00.010-07:00

Our body temperature may not get much hotter than 37°C, but inside our cells, the heat is more intense. Inside them, the temperature can reach scorching 50°C. Our cells “burn” food in oxygen to produce energy. Unlike a fire, this is a controlled process that involves several steps but still generates a lot of heat.

Pierre Rustin and his colleagues at INSERM, a French public organization exclusively dedicated to biological, medical and public health research, used a dye developed by a group in Singapore to measure the temperature inside the mitochondria of human kidneys and skin cells kept at 38°C Ç. they discoverargue that mitochondria operate at temperatures at least 6 to 10°C higher than the rest of the cell. While the French study is the first to look specifically at the temperature of mitochondria, another group made a similar finding in research with a different focus.

An article published in February by a team in Japan describing another temperature-sensitive fluorescent dye briefly mentions that the mitochondria in human cancer cells appear to be 6 to 9°C warmer than the rest of the cell.

Do women feel colder than men?

The finding makes sense when you think about it,” says biochemist Nick Lane of University College London, author of a book on mitochondria. “Mitochondria are the main sources of heat, and they have to be hotter than the rest of the body,” he says. "I had never thought about it before."

If mammalian – and presumably bird – mitochondria actually evolved to operate at higher temperatures than we realize, biologists may have to review the many previous experiments that assume they operate at body temperature, Rustin's team writes.

Massage reduces inflammation and increases mitochondria production

Mitochondria in cold-blooded plants and animals presumably operate at much lower temperatures, but this is something that now also needs to be checked.

Because mitochondria are energy cells, people can suffer serious illness or even die young if they inherit defective mitochondria. This can now be avoided by replacing the mitochondria in an embryo with those in a donor. [New Scientist]

COVID-19: Should vaccination be compulsory in health and care?

2021-08-12T12:55:00.008-07:00

To shield vulnerable patients from COVID-19, few people who work in health and long-term care would disagree with the ambition to vaccinate as many of their colleagues as possible. But there remain deep divisions over whether vaccination should be compulsory for staff who are not medically exempt.

In a special issue of the BMJ, academics and a transplant patient debate the pros and cons of mandatory vaccination.

“If hospital chefs refuse to comply with new safe food preparation guidance, they have no good reason to expect to continue to be employed,” argues Michael Parker , professor of bioethics at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, in the BMJ.Trusted Source

“So too in frontline healthcare roles, staff are rightly required to modify their practice in the light of evidence about patient safety,” he writes.

Prof. Parker believes the same principle should apply to COVID-19 vaccination.

Stay informed with live updates on the current COVID-19 outbreak and visit our coronavirus hub for more advice on prevention and treatment.

In the United States, more than 50 medical organizations — including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Nurses Association, and the American Public Health Association — have endorsed a statement that calls for compulsory vaccination of healthcare and long-term care facility staff against COVID-19.

The Departament of Veterans Affairs some university hospitals, and some health systems have already made COVID-19 vaccination compulsory, though many of them allow exemptions on religious or philosophical grounds.

U.S. President Joe Biden has announced that federal workers and contractors must be vaccinated or else comply with new rules on mandatory wearing of masks, weekly testing, and social distancing.

In the U.K., the House of Commons recently approved legislation that would make COVID-19 vaccination compulsory for staff working in care homes in England unless they have a medical exemption.

The U.K. government is consulting on whether to extend the requirement to healthcare workers and other social care staff.

Italy, France, and Greece have already made vaccination mandatory for healthcare workers.

Prof. Parker notes that health and social care providers have a duty to recruit staff whose presence does not put patients at unnecessary risk.

He concedes that the situation is less clear for existing staff because employers have obligations towards them, such as ensuring they have reasonable working conditions and do not face discrimination.

However, he argues that employers should move staff who are reluctant to be vaccinated, or who have a medical contraindication, to roles where the risk to patients is low.

A ‘blunt instrument’

On the other side of the debate, academics argue in the BMJ that while health and social care workers have a duty of care to be vaccinated, mandatory vaccination is a “blunt instrument” to tackle a complex issue.

According to Helen Bedford , a professor of children’s health at UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health, London; Michael Ussher, a professor of behavioral medicine at St George’s University of London and the University of Stirling; and Martine Stead deputy director of the Institute for Social Marketing and Health at the University of Stirling.

“[I]t is not necessary, acceptable, or the most effective way to achieve high uptake, and it raises serious ethical issues about freedom of choice.”

They write that compulsory vaccination may seem a straightforward solution, but it has downsides.

“Notably, it may risk increasing resistance to vaccination by damaging trust in the government and other organizations,” they write.

“This is of particular concern among ethnic minorities, who are overrepresented among health and social care workers, have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19, are less likely to trust government sources of information, and are more likely to be vaccine hesitant,” they add.

They also point out that if individuals choose to leave rather than undergo vaccination, this will exacerbate existing staff shortages

Patients with reduced immunity

In an accompanying comment Article Michael Mittelman, who has a rare kidney condition and has had three kidney transplants, argues in favor of compulsory vaccination — not just for doctors and nurses, but for everyone who comes into contact with patients, such as cleaners and staff who serve food.

“People like me, at high risk from COVID-19, must be protected by and from the staff caring for us,” he writes.

Mittelman has been vaccinated, despite the risks for people such as him who need drugs to suppress their immune systems in order to prevent transplant rejection.

His blood now contains antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. However, he points out that other immunosuppressed patients test negative for the antibodies after vaccination, meaning they remain at high risk from the disease.

President Biden's job-generating policy should improve the lives of Americans over the next few years.

2021-08-12T10:16:00.001-07:00

Reviving the flagging American economy is one of the major pillars of President Joe Biden’s policy goals. Just a week into his term, Biden has outlined several plans for creating jobs and otherwise improving the lives of workers across the nation.
An analysis by Moody's Analyties estimates that Biden’s first major proposal, the American rescue Plan, could create 7.5 million jobs this year, with another 2.5 million jobs in 2022.
But Biden has a lot of ground to make up for: the U.S. continues to slowly recover from the pandemic unemployment crisis, with millions of people still out of work or managing a reduced income. More than 40 million workers—about 25% of the entire labor force—lost their jobs last spring, as the economy shut down to try to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
The unemployment rate improved in the summer and fall (as of January 2021, it’s sitting at 6.7%, or about 10.8 million people). But as recently as December 2020, four miliion people had been unemployed for 27 weeks or more.
If Biden’s wishlist is fulfilled, the impact of his plans for workers go beyond increasing employment. Biden has repeatedly said that by protecting workers during the pandemic, raising wages and increasing jobs in other key policy areas like climate change, long-term economic damage can be minimized and it will keep the U.S. economy competitive with the rest of the world.
But right now, the success of his plans to bolster the workforce depend in large part on Congress. Not only must the House of Representatives and Senate approve of many of Biden’s proposals, but the two chambers must also come to agreement about how much to spend on the initiatives they pass.
Here’s what Biden has proposed so far and where his ideas stand.
1. Extend Unemployment Benefits Until September
Biden's American Rescue Plan aims to provide a $400 weekly supplement for people receiving unemployment benefits through their state, and it would include people who have already exhausted their weekly state benefits. That amount would start when the current $ 300 supplement , authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, expires in March and last through September 2021. Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, which offers benefits to people who are self-employed or gig workers, would also be extended through September.
What’s next: Congress must consider this as part of proposed American Rescue Plan legislation.
2. Expand Emergency Paid Sick and Family Leave
The American Rescue Plan calls for providing at least 14 weeks of paid sick, family and medical leave for workers who are impacted by the pandemic. A benefit of $1,400 per week would be available, with leave available through September 2021. You would qualify if you were quarantining after being exposed to the coronavirus, caring for a sick family member, or caring for children participating in remote learning. A similar allowance was authorized by theFamilies First Coronavirus Response Act , which offered a weekly benefit of $1,000 for up to 12 weeks, but it expired at the end of 2020.
What’s next: Congress must consider this as part of proposed American Rescue Plan legislation.
3. Increase the Federal Minimum Wage to $15
Biden’s American Rescue Plan asks Congress to raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour nationwide for everyone, including tipped workers and people with disabilities who earn sub-minimum wage.
A $15 minimum wage for all workers would provide a pay boost for 21% of U.S. workers, the Economic Policy Institute estimates. And it would begin to close the wage gap for Black workers and other workers of color who often get stuck in low-paying jobs. The minimum wage has not been increased since 2009, when it was raised to $7.25.
What’s next: On Jan. 22, Biden signed an executive order requesting that the director of the Office of Personnel Management provide a report to the president with recommendations on how to raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour for federal employees.

Once that report is delivered, it’s uncertain how quickly action could be taken to raise the minimum wage for employees of the federal government. As for raising the minimum wage for everyone else, that will be up to Congress to consider as part of the American Rescue Plan. It’s possible that this aspect of the plan will get cut from whatever version Congress votes on. Twenty-nine states already have a floor that’s higher than the federal minimum wage, which leeches some of the urgency from Biden’s plan. And it appears that Biden’s economic plan will likely be presented for a vote by Congress in reconciliation, a process that can only be used for budgetary matters, like government spending.
Meanwhile, the Raie the Wage Act has been re-introduced by Democrats in the House of Representatives. It proposes raising the minimum wage to $9.50 this year, and raising it to $15 per hour by 2025. The bill also proposes phasing out the tipped minimum wage.
4. Launch a Public Health Jobs Corps
Biden’s American Rescue Plan proposes establishing a public health jobs program. It would provide funding for 100,000 jobs to include contact tracing, vaccine outreach and broader community health outreach. Some of the initial roles may be temporary, but Biden’s plan specifies that workers would have opportunities to transition into long-term community health roles beyond the pandemic.
What’s next: There is no kickoff date for this job corp. Congress will consider authorizing this initiative as part of the American Rescue Plan.
5. Launch a Civilian Climate Corps
President Biden signed an executive order on Jan. 27 to establish a hiring initiative that will create jobs relating to mitigating climate change and conservation efforts. White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy said during a press briefing that roles would be created within communities where jobs are needed instead of requiring workers to relocate in search of jobs that serve infrastructure improvement, clean energy goals, and sustainability.
What’s next: Biden’s executive order instructs the Secretary of the Interior to submit a strategy for creating the climate corps within 90 days.
Biden’s effort to create jobs that support his climate policies may help him make up for jobs that may be lost in areas that aren’t a priority to the administration. For example, some lawmakers including senate Minorit Leader Mitch McConnell have raised concerns that Biden’s decision to stop construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline results in lost jobs. The project employed about 1,500 people before it was halted in January, and was expected to generate 10,500 jobs during the construction process, according to a project brief.
6. Invest in Job Training
During his campaign, Biden proposed investing $50 billion in workforce training. That effort would include training programs ranging from a few months to two years in high-demand industries. It would also increase the number of apprenticeships by partnering with unions to oversee these on-site training programs.
What’s next: No action has been announced yet but, with millions of Americans out of work, job training programs will be essential. Women and people of color have been disproportionately impacted by layoffs, especially in low-wage leisure and hospitality roles. They may need specialized training to be able to pivot into other roles as the pandemic economy evolves. Biden’s targets for climate technology and infrastructure as well as public health jobs will also demand specific skill sets that may spur demand for training programs.

Angola ordena o fechamento de igrejas evangélicas no Brasil !

2021-05-30T13:03:00.001-07:00
