As a result of the gospel, I do not understand how can we, as adopted Christians, can not look at the orphan as God looked at us and have compassion and a desire to love them and to adopt them. In these three videos, then Senator Obama makes the case against government mandated health insurance.  As he says in his interview with Ellen, if government can mandate you to buy health insurance, then it can mandate you buy a house.  He's right.

He rightly argues that unless we recover the traditional family in our country, economic prosperity will be severely limited. Santorum offers an out of the park answer.  Poverty isn't just an economic solution, but one that must involve the family.
