Css Code for Floating Social Networks Blogger Widget

I really put my hat off for those(my favorite) bloggers & widgets developers whom spent hours or even days, creating new ideas on their original widgets.

After months of research done through internet since last year ,I've analyzed both users or bloggers encountered loading problems occurred in floating social widgets on java scripts in different web browsers.

I've decided to create a simple widget few weeks ago based on pure css code which able to be viewed in most browsers.
(Here's another additional widget's idea/creation for users online).

These time tutorial will show you how to set up( currently) these 4 scrolling social widget (in Facebook,Twitters,Google Plus & Rss). Either you can have it in your blogger sidebar or on footer blogger post.

If you've had noticed on my blog footer area, I've had them for quite sometime .
All of these 8 rounded (colored & gray) social widgets pngs buttons had been put up altogether by css image sprites,to ease the load for loading time.Unless you wanted to add more social buttons,you'll need to wait for my another post tutorial (my apology for putting it on my post waiting list).

These time on my post, I had to share with you readers/viewers, experienced I've had few years back by hiring unprofessional webmaster to get 2 of my company websites done.
For website owners out there who are having same issues and still clueless how to take another big step forward,you are most welcome to read through my post.

And if you're company have not started a website yet & you're running business customer's related services. It's time for you to start sooner or later.

You need to know it is a MUST to have own company website and it's one of your company back bone.

Maintaining your regular customers informed on any new information or latest upcoming products.

Most important of all, chances of potential/new customers,currently advanced internet online users & booming smart phone users technology.

To have company website in cyber/internet area are much important to introduce your products,company locations/details & introducing services you're company providing.
Similar to,engaging tv commercials, newspaper agency or magazine advertising company to get it done promote your company products & services.

Try to visualize within 1 or 2 years time,just think about it, which one of the above, will be more effective (by cost & by exposure) able to attract more consumers very soon from now?

Back to my post again, my company used to hire a webmaster whom trying start out for his
web /IT carrier as a freelancer.
Both of my boss & I knew him personally,eventually we've decided to try him out by mutual agreement.Create web templates on php,images,install wordpress plugins, set up company domain name & email, web maintenance & so on, paying him every month . Further more none of us are familiar & knows absolutely nothing about websites at that time.

Both of my company had (English & Japanese) websites were set up on wordpress template.
For the first 2 years, my webmaster was very helpful but eventually from the 3rd year onwards, certain request from us was not done or being delayed.
Read through ,if you're encountering any of 2 or 3 or more similar problems.

My boss had made requests no. of times ,making profile about him to put up in the one of our website,for online viewers to know more about his work,so far nothing was done at all.
Both of websites design was not even planned,not well-structured , sidebars & footers were unprofessionally done.
Even my customers complaining, having on hard time to find back to home link (for my English website) after reading blog posts & even installed scroll back to top widget was not working for quite sometime.
And as for my boss, whom keep on doing regular posting on updates in my company blog,was getting very frustrated each time, none of his blog posts not even crawled by web spiders.
I've found out, 2 of my websites had no S.E.O (search engine optimization) for years.
Or not even social networks ( F.Y.I website owners: It's one of webmaster duties to do set up few social networks on websites & work it out with their clients,if you still have none of those,get it done immediately!) by Ms Janis Pettit.
Even both of my websites rss feed subscription form was not properly set up & not working at all .You can learn from very easy set up Rss Tutorials Here.
He even had my customer's from overseas comment accidentally deleted from my website comment system & did not retrieve it back for us.*All comments system are backed up & retrievable in comment system providers, website owners take note,you have the right, to get hold any of these account name & password.*

Never realized earlier on that my company was being overcharged for years by this webmaster.
These amateur webmasters really missed out & don't even realized the most important point (Losing customer's trust & adding in bad images for these real professionals who are working very hard most of the days & knows the demand on current technology in the same industry). How much do they (amateur webmasters) really worth for these working qualities & working etiquette ?
I've finally finds out about the actual/market charges,hiring a true professional & ways to set up own website cost-effectively ,from them, thanks to Md Mustafa Ahmedzai, Ms Janis Pettit & "Remained Anonymous".

I've already knew right from the start, I'll be hearing excuses such as (e.g websites needs person do it right to get it readable,blah,blah,blah ) once I told to stop all my company web services.
Ms Jannis Pettit , had pointed out beforehand, threaten or excuses may/might happened from ruthless webmasters, try to remain very calm .
We had him for at least 4 years and well I do really had enough from him & discontinued his services,last year in 2011.

About 3 weeks ago ,my company video done by previously hired webmaster, was suddenly taken off from my website.( Either a back lash or due to copyrights (^_~)>???)
Well,I've managed to put up a new video back again, though I've had my company videos on youtube. It's good lesson for me though ,at least I've managed to learn another new stuff .
*Having a video to put in your website means another way, attracting visually by introducing your products & services for your online customers*.

I've finally got both of my company website back on track last year & putting them back in right places, with many sleepless nights (last year) with my best companion (3-in-coffee).

These are first few things you needs to know before hiring someone.

Know These :

Never ever engaged a webmaster based on mutual trust even though you know that person personally or recommended by someone.
Check up on him or her IT/Web experiences/profiles & do lots of own research first before hiring one.
Make a sure to prepare a signed contract on both party agreements in terms & conditions upon hiring .
If you're webmaster are not doing the job requested while getting paid monthly, pushed him/her every now & then to get your requests done .(It will definitely hurt & affect your business for sure if it's not done or delayed)
Last Resort : Consult legal adviser, (if it's seriously affecting your business) get their advised on how to handle or take action (if needed) with them if agreement on signed contract had not been met or not done based on terms & conditions.
Try searching in your local search engine or source out for better qualified webmasters or web designers who had real passion & fully dedicated for his/her job, there's are still many out there !
Or you can even give it a try by starting your own. (Some of these credits goes to Ms Jannis Pettit)

Words just can't describe how truly I do appreciate & respect for these individuals in their every aspect of true passions,carrier & skills.

That's the reason why I'll try to improve myself more on the websites that I've doing right now, started blogging & enjoying learning while embracing new cyber/current technology since then.
And not forgetting to pop-in some smiles for my blog readers .....

Here are another great tutorials from me to you,ways to install Flipping E-Books in your blog & even in website pages.
I had come across restaurant's websites having flip books for their restaurant menus.
I did these nice flipping books on my company websites too and it's easy to embed on any web platforms.

You need PDF files to upload images for these flip books.
If you don't have Pdf files,you can go to one of my tutorials Create & Convert PDF Files .

Next step,this is what you need to do :

Sign in to Flip Snack account first, you don't have to register any account with them at all.
Click to New Flip at the right top corner look like this image below.

Title or name to your new flip & next just drag to drop your pdf files ,see image below:
Wait few seconds for your files to be upload & click Next .

Click to Add documents & Customize your book flips to your preferance.

Once you had choose your preference settings,click Finish to get embedded code & paste the code to your page/post.
Alternatively,you can either choose iframe or old version code to embed on your page or choose any web button platform you've own.
For blogspot users,simply copy & paste code in your page instead of pasting in your post.

This tutorial are very important for every website & blog owners need to be well aware of .

6 years ago, I've hired a webmaster to manage my 2 of company websites.
By the time I had to let go of my webmaster, I've found out both of my websites are not submitted to rssfeed at all for the past 3 to 4 years.

Well,I do learn my past mistakes,never hires unreliable webmaster if they are not capable to get their job done.

Why do we need rss feed in website or blog ?
Here are few of must know about the importance of rss feeds for you & your business .

Once you have you website or blog submitted, it is easier for search engine spiders/robots being able to find & crawl your urls sitelinks.
Social networks (like facebook,twitter,googleplus) plays a major part in most industries,you can install or direct rss feed applications to grab new updates on your post automatically to your social networks.
Let your customers or site followers to subcribe newsletter or any new information to from their email.
You're able to promote your own new products to send it first to your subscribers & customers.
If your webmaster are to lazy to submit your site to rss feed burner.You Can Still Do It by yourself easily !

Just follow these simple instructions :

Go to Google Rss Feed Burner ,you can choose your gmail or yahoo mail e.g. to log in.
Go to Edit Feed Details......

Copy & paste your website/blog url,, tick podcaster box & click next .

Select either one of the feed,complete these 2 steps by clicking to next again .

Once you see this,click next again.

Optional : You can skip this step & carry on to next page .

Click Clickthroughs & I want more! tick boxes & go to next page.

Once completed ,you will see this message ......

And this message too, it takes 24 hours or so to let rss feed find & crawl you website/ blog xml sitemap .You check again to see it's finally fully crawl & complete

Whether if you ever heard about Cuteki or never knew their website at all, I would like to share with you fabulous Cuteki widgets that they have in store for their account's users.

I've been using them for almost 2 years & so far the widgets works well both on my blogs & on facebook too.

New Japanese Steam Claypot Pasta Bene-P In Town !

Earlier this month June 2012,while having my favorite mutton murtabak(mutton with egg indian pancake) at Indian food stall along Boat Quay.
My Sayang(darling) & I happened to spot newly open pasta restaurant named Bene-P located opposite indian food stall .

Out of curiosity, my Sayang went to check out the menu first, while as I'm still having my mutton murtabak.

After I had finished my mutton murtabak ,both of us check out the menu again & 2 friendly Japanese staffs came & introduce us their new pasta concept & explaining their unique steam pasta in claypot.

A week later,we decided to try out Bene-P restaurant after checking out their website.

We've placed our order (I had tomato sauce with white clam & mussels) & within 4-5 minutes ,they served us their pasta steam claypot(nabe) .The steam nabe/pot served comes with a timer setting for us (need to wait for 5 minutes).

Once the timer bell set off ,we add steamed cooked pasta into the pasta sauce that we've ordered.And that's not all , free service of homemade bread to eat together with the leftover pasta sauce & it's really goes well & yummy delicious.....And that's what it mean by "Omotenashi" (original house hospitality) & interesting food presentation.Lastly ,I've ordered their homemade pudding & guess what .....they served their pudding frozened in the small pudding in hot steam dessert pot & timer setting for 5 minutes before we had their homemade pudding.

Overall ,taste,food presentation,overwhelming omotenashi (hospitality) & uniqueness overall are incredibly full satisfactory (2 Thumbs Up).

Anyway,I've decided to organize"Kaicho"(Group Leader)birthday event together with for my japanese AsariKaigolf members ,somewhere around July end of this month and I hope my "Kaicho" & everyone will enjoy the pasta & good dining experience in Bene-P. You can check their website here :
