Anjali Chugh

I am a certified Grief Counselor and an Energy Healing practitioner. I believe that every human being is born with an ability to heal, yet the power to connect with, and to channelize the higher energy, dies down as we go on severing all ties with our creator. I understood the higher calling and my ‘life purpose’ from the day I felt some unexplained intermittent waves of energy surging through my body. It took me quite a while to understand the transformation that I was undergoing but when I did finally, I could clearly see my path ahead. Getting involved in energy healing made me feel complete and happy as never before. Considering that I had been an Attorney for most part of my life, it surely was an interesting transition from the field of man-made law to cosmic law. I call it ‘journeying back home.’

My area of expertise has been helping married couples resolve issues (mostly) arising out of narcissistic and antisocial behavioral patterns. It has been my endeavor to help victims of childhood abuse and domestic violence overcome past emotional trauma. I have been helping people navigate through difficult life situations, ever since I heard myself saying, “I have been there.”

My experience as a grief counselor has been truly rewarding. I have had ample opportunities to connect with the grieving souls and helping them move forward in their lives. I feel blessed to walk the path that He chose for me. Learn More »

Well, it might sound a bit crazy but, honestly, I’ve tried to figure out many times, the reason for my being the way I am. I don’t mean my physical appearance but my mental and psychological framework, my perspective, the way I handle life situations and my attitude towards life and people in general. What makes me different (in a good or bad way) from those around me? Why am I different from others, in the first place? There has got to be some valid reason behind the stark dissimilarity existing between the species of the same class. What could be the best explanation for two children to be like poles apart, despite being born of the same parents and raised in the same environment? Why does one kid love his paint brush and color palette and the other one, robotic machines? Most of us get trapped in the vicious circle of paying our bills, putting food on the table and saving for the future. There are millions of people out there somewhere, struggling to make both ends meet, to carve a better future for their kids or coping with the exorbitant medical bills of their ailing family members. How dissatisfied, disgruntled and disillusioned lives most of us live! The worst part is that we don’t even realize the abuse we inflict on our body and mind, until one day, we end up, in the painful silence of some intensive care unit. I don’t blame you for not being able to decipher his sociopathic behavior while you dated him as I am sure he must have mesmerized you by his charming and condescending ways. That’s how such people project themselves in public. Perhaps they have a deep seated desire to get what they want, be it attention, appreciation, affection or recognition. This kind of behavior is, normally, an offshoot of a twisted or a neglected childhood, consistent failures in life, poverty (especially in childhood) or a constant nagging by an abusive parent or a partner / spouse. Well, there is an exception to this rule, though. We see children with psychopathic traits born and raised in homes of loving and caring parents. It’s tough for the parents to deal with such children; somehow nothing seems to work for such kids and finally the parents give up which makes things even worse.

Even the Angels Forget Who They Are

Sounds weird but not far from truth! The angels, too, can sometimes forget their purpose of being sent to this earth. They can also feel lost and distraught (the way we feel most of the times) as soon as they step into the earth’s environment and breathe in the same (polluted) air that we pump into our lungs every moment of our lives. Such incredibly delusional is the power of this Matrix. Now if angels can suffer from partial amnesia and forget their connection with the Almighty, we have no reasons to be harsh on ourselves by burning in the fire of guilt for having done all those things that we should not have done. Learned people have rightly said that God does not believe in punishing; He only forgives if one shows remorse for not having shown complete faith in Him and for having walked miles and miles away from the ‘eternal light’ into the darkness of drudgery and ignorance.

A Tribute to Sages

I don’t call myself a spiritualist; I am only a humble seeker. Growing up in a conventional, orthodox and a staunchly religious environment (almost to the extent of fanaticism) has its own set of disadvantages. Although it has a major role to play in instilling discipline and values in the younger generation, yet, it can create havoc with a child’s psyche by making him a slave of certain pre-set and preconceived notions which, at times, can continue for a whole lifetime without the victim being aware of his own ‘unhealthy’ state of mind. I call it unhealthy as the whole idea of ‘spirituality’ gets screwed up. (Pardon me for the language but I couldn’t find a better word). Perhaps that’s what happened with me.

Rebirth--A Choice or Compulsion?

Souls can be more confused than human beings.
