Restores the Harmonious Frequencies of Man Man in its original state was meant to be self-purifying, self-regenerating and self-transfiguring. Using 26 easily mastered postures paired with 26 musical elixirs created specifically for each, the 144 cardinal gates (points) of the mind and body are opened and cleansed of their debris, programming, resistance to life, and belief systems allowing life to permeate and flow through it. As 144 gates are being fully opened through Yoga of Oneness, they open Eternal Supply, cells of the body start to change, cellular nucleus becomes enlarged and spiritualized cells produce vitality, longevity and immortality.

Shrihat Satva Yoga ~ Yoga to Clear Past Incarnations

Upon reaching a high level of enlightenment, the master becomes an androgynous being. Having lost all other identities, he or she now loses the identity of gender. This is done by balancing the proactive and receptive qualities within. Resolving the 12 feminine and 12 masculine incarnation cycles brings this desired state to fruition. In the practice of Shrihat Satva Yoga, multiple elements are combined to facilitate the removal of debris from previous incarnations. Just wanted to share a quick post. I recently came across in my opinion one of the more authentic Internet Marketers out there. A young man from the U.K. George Brown who has created a comprehensive but simple to understand marketing course on how to build Sniper websites. For someone who is a newbie to Internet Marketing and more right-brained, finding information sources that are easy to understand and implement have been a challenge. The internet is saturated with get rich quick scams and how to make money fast without any work. One could get lost, confused and be out of pocket with many of these programs out there. For me George Brown keeps it simple, honest, easy to understand and provides many gems to help you create a successful online business. I am still in the learning process and then will have to give it a go, to try and actually implement and build these websites from what I have learned in the Google Sniper 2.0 course.

Travelling with my Flip -Capturing Rainbows

Travelling home after a light rain, I was blessed to see a spectacular full double rainbow appear. I just happen to have my handy FlipUltra camcorder. I love capturing the magnificence of life all around us, people, places and events. When I first heard of the Flip video, I thought that is perfect for me! For us non-professionals, we are able to capture amazing moments all with the touch of a button. Uploading is simple and easy as it has a USB built in. Also those of us who are not computer techies, making movies or snapshots from your video is also a breeze. Needless to say I am very impressed with the simplicity of the Flip and the ease I can make videos. I am feeling possibly a new venture coming forth...travel..fun...sharing...infinite journeys that can all be created and shared with my delightful Flipvideo. Maybe Flip will send me around the world making short videos? Now that would be living my passion!! :)
