I took the last several months off working on a couple of projects.

In fact, I just rolled them out and now I am ready to share them with you but first I want to let you know about my mistake.

The mistake I made is walking away from this blog and neglecting it.  I haven’t posted in awhile and subsequently all of my SEO placement has been lost.   Basically, I have many loyal subscribers but I am not sure why.  Every time they’ve come back to this site there hasn’t been any new content.  That is a fatal mistake.  Especially since I haven’t been actively promoting through other methods.

As a result, I lost any traction that I had.  That is the bad news.  The good news is that I’ve rolled out several cool new websites/blogs.

Well, you donít have to spend a cent; all you need is the proper mindset and a lot of eagerness. The great thing about forums and online communities is that you can target a certain group that fits the certain demographic that you are looking for. You can discuss about lots of things about the niche that you represent or offer.  Another great advantage is that you know what you are getting into and you will be prepared.

With online communities and forums you can build a reputation for your company. Show them what you are made of and wow them with your range of expertise about the subject, with that you can build a reputation and build trust with the people in your expertise and knowledge.

You can also make use of newsletters. Provide people with a catalog of your products and interesting and entertaining articles. If you make it really interesting and entertaining, more people will sign up for your newsletter and recommend it to other people. The more people who signs up for your newsletter, the more people there will be that will go to your site increasing your traffic.

Another great idea is trading links with other sites. You don’t have to spend a cent. All you have to do is reach an agreement with another webmaster. With exchanging links, the efforts both sites do will benefit both sites. Every traffic that goes to the site could potentially click on the link of your site and visit your site as well. This works well especially when both sites feature the same niche.

Write articles that could pique the attention of people that have interest in your product. Try writing articles that will provide tips and guides to other aficionados. Writing articles that provide good service and knowledge to other people would provide the necessary mileage your traffic flow needs.

Many sites offer free submission and posting of your articles. When people find interest in your articles they have a good chance of following the track by finding out where the article originated. Include a link or a brief description of your company with the article and thereís a great probability that they will go to your site.

Write good content for your site. Many search engines track down the keywords and keyword phrases your site uses and how they are used. It is not a requirement that a content should be done by a professional content writer. You could do your on but you have to make content for your site that is entertaining as well as informational. It should provide certain requirements as well as great quality.

Generally, internet users use search engines to find what they are looking for. Search engines in return use keyword searching in aiding their search results. With the right keywords, you could get high rankings in search engine results without the costs.

All of these methods and more will drive more traffic to your site for free. All it takes is a bit of effort and extended man hours. Learn all you can about the methods depicted here and you will soon have a site with a great traffic flow without the usual costs that come with it.

Here’s my question:  I have put together over 30 videos on how to set up wordpress blogs A to Z, and I will be adding new videos on a monthly basis.  Should I set up the site like the Butterfly Marketing Script (not an affiliate link) or should I set it up like a community, where I offer free information and a couple of payment levels for more videos (igroops.com)?

I’ve been wrestling with this question for a month or so, which has prevented me to move forward and offer this great content.  I have access to both and feel that both are probably good systems to release it with.

The biggest advantage of using Butterfly Marketing is the ability to have a One Time Only offer presented when somebody signs up.  That function I like.  It appears that igroops.com does not have that.  I did send an email to the sales team at igroops to confirm this.  If they do have it, I may end up setting up the site on this system.

The benefit with igroops.com is to really create a community of like minded folks and bring them together.  It has a bunch of tools to help you do this and so I would create more of a soft sell.

So there is my dilemma…

Obviously, I want to get the biggest bang for my time.  So I have been apprehensive to launch the product because fear of chossing the wrong platform.  I know, this violates the rule of action.  Hopefully you can understand my dilemma.

In the reports, provide some valuable information for free. If possible, add some recommendations about the products. With ebooks, you get credibility. Customers will see that in you and they will be enticed to try out what you are offering.

2. Collect and save the email addresses of those who download your free ebooks. It is a known fact that people do not make a purchase on the first solicitation. You may want to send out your message more than six times to make a sale.

This is the simple reason why you should collect the contact information of those who downloaded your reports and ebooks. You can make follow-ups on these contacts to remind them to make a purchase from you.

Get the contact information of a prospect before sending them to the vendorís website. Keep in mind that you are providing free advertisement for the product owners. Do You CPA?

What is CPA exactly?  CPA is something a lot of people just haven’t jumped into yet, and I think that’s a real shame.  It can be a fantastic moneymaker if presented properly!

CPA is quite a bit different from your standard affiliate marketing.  Rather than being paid for each click, or each sale, you are paid “per action”.

An action might be a sale, but it could also be the act of someone entering their email address, filling out a form to receive more information, applying for a credit card or loan, or another action.

CPA is generally quite a bit easier to make money with than standard affiliate marketing.  Rather than having to rely on the whims of visitors who may or may not want to spend any money that day, or have any available to spend, you can select offers that don’t require visitors to spend any money at all!  It is usually much easier for someone to enter their zip code or request free information than to make the choice to spend money.

There is one major difference between CPA and standard affiliate marketing.  With affiliate marketing, you don’t have to babysit your ads very closely.  Most affiliate programs are in it for the long haul, and it’s relatively rare that they suddenly close down or go out of business.

CPA marketing can change very rapidly.  An offer that is making you great money one day could be retracted the next.  You have to watch CPA campaigns very carefully to make sure you aren’t losing money because a campaign has been withdrawn.  You don’t want to keep sending free traffic to an invalid offer!
