Division Stunt Team prides themselves on always trying to innovate in an industry that often settles for status quo. While some teams try to align themselves with circus type performances and gimmick ramps, Division has been pushing the limits of riders and equipment. It is our pleasure to now offer Pitbike shows with 50cc and 110cc minibikes. It is the best mid range show on the market between BMX and full blown Freestyle Motocross shows!

As you can see, our ramp designed after the mini FMX ramp has paid off in being perfectly suited for smaller motorcycles. J.j. Flairty with a Jeremy Mcgrath inspired nac nac. This kid can do it all, BMX, minibikes, quads, and now can be seen cruising on his custom Indian Motorcycle.

Danny Holbus has put many years on a motorcycle, so I’m sure it was silly to hear that we needed him to only jump 8 feet. With a deep background in BMX he adapted quickly to the golf cart ramp and now has a slew of tricks for the upcoming season. Nice superman with mothers day being celebrated in the background.

The magic hour was very good to the photographer at the shows at the Chabad bonfire and picnic this evening. The boys put on a fine display of BMX action and the crowd thanked them with huge applause and greatfulness.

Koji Kraft is keeping the front break revolution alive with stunts like this. Koji has ever ran anything but 2 brakes so as soon as it’s popular again, please remember this stuff isn’t newschool. No footed nosepick with a blast of flash in his face. Sorry Koji.

J.j. Flairty might win on most stretched nac nac ever captured. Just look how far away his foot is from his pedal. He has this unique “push though” when he does the trick and it makes it so much more spectatular.

This is a proper angle of a Koji Kraft superman. He is motivated and ready for the upcoming contest season. He is about to go ride some vert shows pretty soon so he can finally go faster. Good luck on the big ramps and get your Summerfest riding on point.

Tim Knoll is a body contortionist as much as he is a BMX rider. Check out the angle he puts his body in to do this stunt. Amazing photo of a trick that has been forgotten, remembered, forgotten, and now appreciated once again.

Double tailwhip pictures never seem to look as gnarly as the trick truly is, and the fact that Jake even got this much boost with minimal runway is amazing. Check out the tire marks on the far wall, awesome!

J.j. flairty always finds a way to pump that much harder, or pedal that much more at anyone else. Just a few inches higher than Jake’s, but both are impressive and taller than a basketball hoop.

How awesome is it that Immaculate Heart of Mary School didn’t even flinch at the ideas of riders bouncing off their walls? They now have a reminder of the show and the anti-bullying message.

Tippy has been showing off his consistency lately and this tailwhip is proof that sticking with something you love will eventually make you a master of it. Awesome ninja leg kicks free of charge.

Autographs are so awesome!

School shows are some of the most rewarding bike riding that can ever be done. In the 45-minute program you literally watch kids understand and learn things that took riders years to figure out. It is this awesome, powerful transformation that makes the riders go the extra step to make the shows really spectacular.

Our school show presentation has taken on a life of its own lately and the response has been unfathomable. School shows are few and far between on the Division schedule but when 100% effort is given toward anything, the outcome is usually positive. After giving the demonstration of how to bunny hop, Mykel Larrin and J.j. Flairty put the trick over some brave volunteers. the fella sitting by the Highland Hornets banner invented the superman. Shouts to Bob Kohl.

Koji Kraft is a unique character. So many hobbies, so much creativity, and an arsenal of tricks on a quarterpipe that would beat anyone in a game of “bike.” Here is an oldie but a goodie, it’s called a switch hand and as you can see, you take one hand and put it on the wrong spot. Props to our photographer Jimmy Walker for manning the camera once again.

Mykel Larrin with an unmistakable superwhip. Can you see the back wall next to the green sign? Those are tire marks from wall rides. The set up couldn’t have been any better and now a reminder to students to take action in their lives and not let outside influences affect them. Highland might be the best school crowd we’ve ever had! Such awesome students!

We joked about having a height pole for the shows, and now that this photo has surfaced, I think we should have used one. Judging by my non expert eye that has to be almost 12 feet above the quarterpipe. The ramp is super mellow so to get a pump like that you need to go as fast as possible, and have the upper body of a baboon. J.j. Flairty has both. Good thing he uses such a serious helmet, he is so close to that ceiling. Yeah J’s!

And what is a show without the stylish riding of Tim Knoll.  He is currently battling injuries but you sure can’t tell by the quality of his riding. Here is a gut lever with his legs to the moon. We were lucky enough to place a camera into the hands of vert ramp legend Jimmy Walker the past few shows and the quality of photo has tripled. Apologies for how many photos are going to be used in the next few posts but it will be more than worth it. How about we start with this amazing turndown by J.j. flairty? Perfect form!

What is there to say about Tim Knoll that hasn’t been said before? He has completely ignored the professional contest scene to instead focus on video parts. Him and the Beatles have used this method and it will probably be successful in both rights. Be on the look out for edit number 3 from Tim, I know you won’t miss it!

Koji Kraft is back! 360 downside tailwhip to somehow holding onto the landing. I don’t think there is anyone more comfortable in the air than Koji. His tailwhips are the equivalent to watching a video at 60 frames per second. Just when you think he won’t be able to find the pedals his feet magically appear on them. Beware 2012 contest season, we have a live one on our hands…

J.j. Flairty on a quarter pipe should win a grammy. It would be named Quarterpipe Ft. J.j. Flairty and it would be an instant classic. Holy cats that is a high air. YEWWWWWWW

It’s always neat to watch a rider take one trick and do it on different “features” as they say in snowboarding. Here Koji locks into a lookback high above the quarterpipe.

After landing the lookback on the quarterpipe, he cranked toward the box jump and locked into the same trick, but in a completely different position. Turndown backflip with full commitment. Did we mention Koji is back?

Let’s play the same game with Mykel. He has been putting in serious time at Woodward Camp and his skills on the vertical ramps has improved unfathomable amounts. Downside tailwhip on a ramp he had never ridden before.

Same trick, completely different body position. Super tailwhip over the box jump. Epic!

In the 90′s, it was faux pas to do nac nac tricks. In fact, I bet J.j. learned this trick because it made him laugh. A ton of years later this is one of the most stylish tricks ever performed. Nac nac seat grab with the bike completely side ways. This is just poetry.

Final picture of the longest post in Division history is of Koji. Perfect superman over some ramps that are in dire need of paint. Which version of this trick do you like most? Mykel’s on the front page, or this version of Koji’s? I respect them both equally. Great talent makes epic shows. Thanks Jimmy Walker for your finger on the trigger!

Manchild is a heart throb these days and he is taking the good looks and oodles of talent on the road once again. Here it 360  toboggan and if you go to our Facebook, you’ll see a much better picture than this one. It is insane to have watched him progress over the last year and to say the least, he is on a course for good things.

Koji Kraft has made his way back on a bicycle and is, as always, the same old koji. He was going off in these shows with the biggest flips and most tricks on the quarter pipe. Here he throws down a nosepick tailwhip and jumped right into the pedals. Seriously it’s awesome to have him back on the saddle and he has a ton of shows left in his gas tank.

So much fun is possible when friends, fun, and BMX are all involved. Here Koji Kraft soars over Tim Knoll’s new trick which is going to be another timeless stunt. We were lucky enough to do some “how-to’s” for the kids and right now there is some kid practicing endos off a curb somewhere.
