The Project Order reflects comments about the project from government agencies and the public, and details the information that must be contained in Idaho Power’s application for site certificate.
Please note there is no formal comment period for the Project Order. However, any comments you send to the ODOE will be reviewed for issues that have yet to be raised. The Project Order can be revised to include these new issues. ODOE can update the Project Order at any time, even after the application has been submitted.
