The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies and tactics that support the Boar's Head Brand as the premium brand in the marketplace. DUTIES

Develop and articulate the vision for a new product.  Champion the product from idea through national rollout. 
Define product and package attributes and benefits for R&amp;amp;D development focus.
Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies and tactics.
Lead the development of package graphics, sales material and marketing support for new items. Provide direction and oversee creative design/copy development with internal Creative Services Team and/or outside agency resources.  
Partner with Retail and Distribution Sales teams to communicate new product activity to retailers and Distributors.  
Lead the development of new package formats for new and existing products.
Provide direction and oversee creative development with internal Creative Services Team and/or outside agency resources.
Act as primary interface with Operations to ensure production capability.

Employ and direct the services of internal resources and/or promotion agencies to develop ideas.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time, successful execution.
Manage the marketing relationship between Boar's Head and prestige foodservice venues.
Deliver against the Boar's Head marketing commitments.
Develop marketing programs that leverage sponsorships to meet brand/business objectives.
Evaluate product/package/program results.

Make recommendations for optimization.

  

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA preferred.
7 - 10 years job related experience in sales and marketing for leading CPG companies.
Retailer marketing with premium retailers (Publix, Kroger, Safeway, etc.) and/or brand marketing experience with Fortune 100 CPG firm strongly preferred.  
Experience in category management and foodservice marketing a plus.

*Monitors and analyzes all security system logs for potential attack threats and malicious activity and reports on security system performance.

*Cross-trains and acts as backup for network and server administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

DUTIES

*Prepare and process the wave(s) throughout the shift.
*Verify that all orders are released in the order of departure time.
*Monitor replenishment and picking to ensure that they are balanced according to the wave number. (Shift resources when applicable.
*Monitor shorts. (Run supplemental orders to capture items not picked the first time). 
*Manage wave cycle time.
*Process the waves to ensure there isn't a work stoppage throughout the shift.
*Set-up next shifts wave work.
*Communicate exceptions or potential service level misses to manager/supervisor in charge.
*Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.


QUALIFICATIONS

*High School/GED required.  AAS degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
*AS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required. BS in Computer Science or related field preferred.
*1-4 years previous experience supporting all aspects of a large enterprise network in a mixed Windows/Unix environment.
*Documented technical training or certification in Microsoft, Cisco or other IT technologies highly desirable.

9. Directs investigations and prosecution relating to theft, fraud, etc.

10.Conduct investigations of security related incidents as necessary including reports from our hotline or other sources.
11.Improve the security presence in high risk situations such as our shipping and receiving areas.


QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor's degree preferred, with training in accounting, security procedures, and applicable state laws. 
2. At least 7 years of employment in loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.

<title><![CDATA[Maintenance Mechanic Class B - Holland, MI]]></title>

A Mechanic with the ability to diagnose and repair various types industrial equipment with limited supervision. With limited supervision the Class B Mechanic must be able to
use manuals, prints, and at times various technical service groups to trouble shoot and repair at least half of the plants (or similar) equipment. This equipment would include hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical powered equipment. This individual must be capable of performing all PM's of the plant. This individual should also have some working knowledge of common electrical and process, controls (relay, plc, and motor drives) as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam control valves and be able to perform basic piping repairs and installation (PVC, copper, threaded steel and stainless pipe systems). Basic metal fabrication skills should include tig and mig welding and the use of shop equipment including basic shop equipment.     
 
 In leu of the above description a Class B Mechanic may also be qualified if he/she has a proven track record of being highly skilled in several of the above aspects of maintenance but needs more training and experience in the some of the areas they may be lacking in. 


DUTIES

*Must be capable of climbing on the roof and interstitial spaces in all weather conditions to service various equipment and components as needed. 
*Must have some working knowledge of machine controls (PLC, relay, AC motor drives, hydraulic, pneumatic and steam control valves including pilot and solenoid types).
*Must be capable of basic fabrication skills using basic shop equipment as well as tig and mig welding and be willing to learn lathe and millwork.
*Must have some working knowledge of various equipment systems to troubleshoot and adjust controls and mechanical components in the system and perform critical PM tasks. 
*Must have some knowledge of plant utility systems (compressed air, steam, domestic water systems, etc.).
*Must be able to perform basic building maintenance and repairs (manual and power doors, dock equipment, wall and floor, etc.) with limited supervision.
*Must be willing to give directions to more Jr. Class Mechanics on trouble-shooting and repair.
*Ensure GMP'S and SOP'S are followed. Must know, support, and teach Food Safety rules for the Maintenance department.
*OSHA and EPA guidelines and procedures must be followed where applicable.
*Must be willing to be trained in repairing pneumatics, hydraulics, and most mechanics involved with common industrial equipment such as drives and gear boxes.
*Responsible (with department supervisor) for ensuring that any procedures, and/or practices within the department, are being followed.
*Must have some working knowledge of all jobs in the department and willing to be trained in all aspects of maintenance.
*Be willing to train new employees assigned to the department.
*Must be able to work as a team within the department as well as work with all personnel in the facility.

An Electrician with the ability, training, experience, and safety training required to diagnose, modify, repair, or install various types of industrial electrical systems with limited Supervision. With the use of manuals, prints, and at times various technical service groups, the Class B Electrician must be able to trouble shoot and repair the majority of the plants electrical systems with limited Supervision. This equipment would include but not be limited to motor controls, P&amp;amp;ID and related instrument controls, various electrical drives, lighting and heating systems, control panels, conduits, power distribution systems, and alarm/monitoring systems. This individual would have the ability to perform all electrical PM's of the plant. The individual must posses the ability to complete the wiring of common industry wiring schemes correctly and timely with limited Supervision.

In leu of the above description a Class B Electrician may also be qualified if they have successfully completed at least 2 years of specialized school with heavy emphasis in an electrical/electronic curriculum that applies to industrial electrical systems.


DUTIES

*Must be capable of climbing on the roof and interstitial spaces in all weather conditions to service various equipment and components as needed. 
*Should have a good working knowledge of various electrical systems to troubleshoot and adjust all controls and electrical components in the system and perform all critical PM tasks. 
*Must have a good understanding of electrical safety and be current on OSHA standards.
*Must be willing to give directions to more Jr. Class Electricians on trouble-shooting and repair.
*Ensure GMP'S and SOP'S are followed. Must know, support, and teach Food Safety rules for the Maintenance department.
*Must posses good computer skills such as down-loading programs to PLCs. 
*Responsible (with department supervisor) for ensuring that any procedures, and/or practices within the department, are being followed.
*Must be capable of learning all jobs in the department, as well as, being able to troubleshoot, repair, and operate all equipment safely.
*Be willing to train new employees assigned to the department.
*Must be able to work as a team within the department as well as work with all personnel in the facility.
*Assist with any maintenance reporting or department paperwork as necessary.
*Must be able to read and write in English, as well as, perform mathematical calculations, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
*Must be able to communicate with Supervision, Quality Assurance, Safety, and USDA personnel.
*Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
*Must be capable and willing to learn new equipment and willing to attend schools necessary for the job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Perform and teach PM's for all electrical equipment.
2.Trouble shoots and performs electrical repairs.
3.Help more Jr. Class Electricians with PM's and trouble shooting/repair.
4.Assist others with any work in the department as required.
5.Perform installs and projects as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 2 years of experience (or schooling as described above) that shows a proven increase in industrial electrical knowledge and ability. High School diploma or GED equivalent plus specialized training.  Individual must use considerable judgment to plan and perform difficult work.

*Three (3) to five (5) years of distribution experience required.

Retailer marketing with premium retailers (Publix, Kroger, Safeway, etc.) and/or brand marketing experience with Fortune 100 CPG firm strongly preferred.  
Experience in category management and foodservice marketing a plus.
