After far too much coffee, I slipped into a dream like state, Boatang in Wonderland if you will. Strange colours and patterns took hold, metallic humming meshed and warped around me.

As I began to focus, it all became clear….

It’s 2024 and the world has imploded following a world war started by China and America. Nuclear force was minimal because America couldn’t afford the fuel, but following years of brutal aerial bombarment, vast ground assaults and gunship battles bigger than the world has ever seen civilisation has broken down.

The population has been decimated, the governments have fallen. The people are all alone, lost, dazed and confused, trampled under foot. A complete communication breakdown.

Arise the mighty B and D. By standing up in the chaos and promoting a new world where freedom reigns and the government will be constitutionally bound for all time to be nothing more than a manager and not a commander, they lead the survivors to a new era. Just south of Swindon.

Except there is a problem.

They are surrounded by Daily Mail reading cunts who oppose everything and spend all day and night not actually doing anything except walk around trying to rent out their buy-to-lets, blaming the war on ‘elf and safety and immigrants and nu lab (even though the labour party ceased to exist in 2013 after the great election destructions of 2009 and 2012).

Trying to explain that people have the freedom to believe as they wish, but not to enforce those beliefs on others, that people are their own sovereign provided that others are respected and tolerated, B and D find themselves attacked by Mailites, under siege in a fruit bowl of punchy hate.

In utter despair at history repeating itself they make a decision. It goes against all they stand for, they argue and debate for minutes, but historical action must be taken. They have no option, it must be done for the good of all, a one off drastic measure.

So on the morning of 20th May 2025, they set off in their helicopter gunships and shoot every single mail reading cunt and until they are all dead. Rover 200s are blown to pieces and copies of You magazine with a naked Lily Allen on the cover lay torn and shredded.

On the dawn of 21st the sun rises with an extra special spring in its step, like the Vitalite advert. Some say it even appears tobe wearing sunglasses. Birds appear to be singing in reggae time and the seasons decide to set themselves into exact 3 month periods after convincing the sun, earth and moon re-align into perfection.

People swear they can hear lambs bleat ‘Fuck them, fuck them all’. Everyone is doing a jig, forgetting for the time being that they are going to have tidy up all the bits of Mail readers the next day.

There is week lemon drink and ambrosia custard for all. Whoo-hoo!

The words ‘hate’ and ‘prejudice’  are removed from the English language and intelligence,  fairness and liberty rule.

Boatang and Demetriou in no way condone the ruthless slaughter of Mail readers with helicopter gunships, or any other means, no matter how good it might feel.

This is quite unreal. Again, the press fail to properly go to town on this government lacky.
Milipede has come out to criticise the ‘War on Terror’ and Bush. Which is bizarre, because as you can see here, Milipede voted strongly for both the draconian anti-terror legislation and the Iraq war – two crucial planks to the ‘War on Terror’.

Milipede has no shame and thinks we are all idiots. He’ll say pretty much anything for political expediency. Anything that’ll help his own career. He doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, never did and never will, because he’s pretty much a poor calibre politician. And what’s more he’s taking the royal piss out of the electorate.

And why not? The British public have been reduced to a festering rump of morons, growing ever more stupid and docile after years of welfarism and developments in home electronics.

According to the news piece:

The notion of a global “war on terror” played into al-Qaeda’s narrative and helped bolster its claims. Instead, Mr Miliband said that terrorists “need to be exposed and tackled at root, interdicting flows of weapons and financing, exposing the shallowness of their claims, channelling their followers into democratic politics.”

How could he not have understood this at the time he backed the government’s vehement pro-Bush line on terror and Iraq? The fact he’s now saying this should give the media carte blanche to destroy his puny, lightweight arse. The media, as ever, lets Labour off the hook. Because journalism isn’t about reporting the news and holding the government of the day to account anymore. It’s about securing access to certain figures, getting the ‘best’ stories from ’sources’, having lunches with people and using google. Journalism in this country is officially dead. Pretty depressing really.

It takes reading blogs (Guido, Devil’s Kitchen etc) to get a real smart insight into stuff. If you want the most up to date real news in paper form, the only outlet to my mind worth reading is Private Eye. A magazine that comes out once a fortnight (and to my pleasure, lands on my doorstep nice and crisp).

Milipede annoys me by coming out with this shit, because it’s clearly timed to co-incide with:

a) the tail end of a Labour administration where an election looms, so he wants to look all anti US all of a sudden to curry favour with anti-war, anti-Bush voters in his constituency (damage limitation).

b) the change in administration in the US

c) Brown’s less enthusiastic support for the current western thinking on Terror, and the fact Blair and Bush are gone.

d) the world wide wave of Obama support, which favours ’smart’ thinking and dialogue.

The man is a two faced rat. If none of the above applied, do you think he’d have had his epiphany all on his own, without any word or nudge from anyone? Do you think this man has any capability or credibility as a politician, much less Foreign Secretary? If you are from South Shields, and vote for this man, are you in need of a brain transplant, or are you just a simple minded cunt?

Yep, it’s that time of the week where overwork and tiredness engulf me like a shit storm. I feel like fucking Gaza City right now, except the noise distractions are slightly more annoying. Indeed, I’m referring to the dreaded box – that item of furniture in my house that continually beckons me away from more important things. Think about when you’re down the pub and you’re with that mate that always gets lured away from conversation by the fruit machine. Now transplant you for my time-starved talent, and you’re some way close to reaching my mid-week blues.

TV:

Last night wasn’t so bad to be fair. I watched my first episode of the brilliant Million Dollar Trader. If you’re a fan of The Apprentice, Dragons Den and shit like that (including Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares) then this is for you. If you don’t know about it, here’s a quick summary of what it’s about: a bunch of novices from various walks of life and at various ages are taken on by a hedge fund manager to work as trainee traders in the city. They’re given 2 weeks training and unleashed on the markets with a stack of (as I recall) £25k each.

Brilliant. I don’t work in the private sector and have fuck all knowledge of how trading works, so this is a real insight to me. I love the show, not just as it brilliantly captures the trials, tribulations and dilemmas experienced by the guinea pigs, but because the job really and suddenly appeals to me. No fucking joke, give me a run of two years at that shit and I’d be all over those profitable trades like a cheap suit. Then I’d burn out and wind up grey and quivering on a sun lounger on some Atoll in the Indian Ocean, with enough money to pay for cucumber slices to cover my eyes and cheap scotch to drink myself to death.

But yeah, watch this, it’s fucking good. Here’s a Guardian review of the show which is pretty fair and that – considering it comes from a Communist newspaper.

Tonight hasn’t been so great. Country House Rescue popped up for no less than an hour, in order to show us how people in the top 0.00001% of the nation’s elite do shit. The bloke who inherited the utterly enormous country estate with 2,000 acres and various cottages etc complained about the IHT bill (fair enough I suppose) but then went on to weight up his options of either living in his current massive farmhouse and driving around in a Bentley, or, taking on the biggest home in the world and only driving about in a Land Rover. Boo-hoo! With decisions like that, it makes you wonder what all these selfish cunts who tussle over bankrupting energy bills or Raynauds syndrome are griping about.

So, indeed, a life of penury it was.

After that, Celeb BB popped up. My inability to move any limb from my position in my chair allowed this broadcast to continue streaming into my lounge. What I saw was a mixed bag – Coolio was fucking brilliant. He mischievously and alarmingly managed to rattle and offend just about everyone, particularly that dozy airhead bint from ‘Liberty X’, or Liberty – Who as I call them.

I was amused to see that Tommy Sheridan was the only person to properly defend him for his actions, though for all the wrong reasons. I loved his play acting and shocking behaviour, precisely because he was being cunty and making everyone upset – good. Just the sort of thing that very occasionally makes shit like this watchable. But Sheridan, the left wing fuckwad, blatantly took his side because he is black. How sad.

Despite my admiration for Coolio, something really must be pointed out here that no-one else will say because of a sheer lack of interest in this shit show, and/or, because of a total lack of bollocks.

While the Big Brother format seems to be most famous these days for the Shilpa Shetty race row (yes, the girls involved were disgracefully racist), no-one appears to be willing to comment on the more consistent trend in the show. That being that the last spate of shows has seen black participants bowl about the house bullying and intimidating people until such time as it gets out of hand.

“Charlie” in 2007 was memorable for her horrific, vile and bullying conduct. C4 received a shit load of complaints. 2008 saw “Charlie Mark II” aka Alexandra de Gale go one worse, and end up getting booted out for intimidating conduct. And 2009 (celeb version) has seen Coolio basically make people upset and cry because of…unacceptable and intimidating conduct.

Naturally, no-one will dare comment on this very clear trend for fear of being branded racist. Well, I’ve said it, and I don’t give a motherfuck about your fuckheaded accusations. The conclusion I will draw about my observation is thus: there is a cultural phenomenon amongst large sections of the black communities in Europe and America that reveals difficulties when it comes to how black and white people get on. (More accurately, how black and non-black people get on). I won’t comment further, but the issue is about culture, not race. So if you call me a racist, you’re clear a left wing idiot. Fuck off. And see my earlier comments commending Coolio for his offensive ways. I heartily approve. I’ll happily elaborate on why upon request.

Music:

I’ve decided to stop listening to the radio in the mornings on the way to work, because I’m sick to death of listening to boring, samey, talentless black female vocalists name drop big brands, talk materialistic, shallow horseshit into a microphone and pretend what they are doing is first rate R&B. It’s not. You look like a King Charles Spaniel, and you’re about as memorable as Milton Keynes. Fuck you, fuck your absentee father for fathering you, and fuck you for helping to bring about the Death of Music.

That’s right, Mr Boatang and I are convinced that because of various factors including cocks like Leona Lewis, Beyonce et al, the Death of Music will inevitably arrive sooner rather than later. I am hoping for a re-birth. But things need to change in the industry in a big way for this to happen.

So as the radio has been kicked kerbside, I have brought out a few classic CDs for my ass to vibe wit’ (to paraphrase Dr Dre). It’s true people – I’ve brought out the dusty classic – the 1992 Rage Against the Machine classic; the album of the same name. This CD is fan-fucking-tastic, and nearly 17 years on, it’s far from dated. It’s a true rock-rap hybrid classic.

I have always loved Rage Against the Machine. Apart from their sound, which is unique and amazing, I love Zach de la Rocha’s lyrics and I love his fucked off anti-establishment anger.

I’ve squared his politics and his revolutionary zeal with my Libertarian beliefs, of which I am passionate and proud. I have carefully come to the view over recent years that whilst I consider myself on the right as a Libertarian (see my Political Compass mapping on this blog  by typing ‘political compass libertarian’ in our search box) I can quite easily identify and find a soft spot in me for hard left wing Libertarians.

I’m not saying Rage are left Libertarians (fuck, they might be, but I don’t want to be a presumptuous cock). But they are definitely anti-establishment, anti-authority, anti-state and in their own way, pro-freedom and democracy. They see business, as do many lefties, as being bent and fucking evil. The entire political paradigm my head inhabits is totally different, but I don’t resent or necessarily oppose Rage’s brand of politics. I admire their anger and hatred of those that ‘tell people what to do’. These are the natural emotions of Libertarians.

Rage have links and allegiances to Noam Chomsky, the big US intellectual ‘heavyweight’ and political thinker. Chomsky is a ‘Socialist-Libertarian’ and has been described as an ‘anarcho-syndicalist’. I have oft voiced my annoyance and opposition to Chomsky, largely because I find his ridiculous anti-Americanism and dogmatic ‘anti-racism’ and ‘anti-imperialism’ as illogical and emotion driven drivel. But I am guilty of portraying a fairly crude representation of my views on Chomsky. Like with RATM, I like Chomsky’s dissenting position and opposition to the State and dominating authority. His Libertarian credentials are best seen in his views on the media and the war on drugs. His biggest downfall in my view is his inability to craft a sensible alternative to capitalism and the free markets. I therefore seriously diverge from his position which is why I’m a right wing Libertarian.

And naturally, I don’t fully buy into RATM lyrics, particularly those that consistency slam the US as though it were a uniquely evil monster. I think it’s worth bringing up the fact that until 1989, this world was a bi-polar one and the other power was infinitely worse than the current hegemon. As a realist, I entirely understand the relevance of the self-interest of nation states, and I understand that state and other actors are always on the look out to get one over on their competition (this is life). The only way, in my view, to counter the harsher elements to life and to make things as peaceful and prosperous and conflict free as possible is to enable the freest market possible. I believe in Milton Friedman economics in its entirety (see his book Capitalism and Freedom which is fucking amazing). If only people would realise that Bush and his neo-con colleagues were not free marketeers at all, but protectionists. They rigged the rules to their liking, as they did in Iraq. Anyone remember the 2002 steel import tariffs? I do. Monopolies and tarrifs are distinctly not in the interests and the fabric of a free market.

So, my digression aside, I love RATM’s shit, I appreciate their anarchical style and theme, I like their anti-State vibe and they make my mornings feel that much easier to cope with on the way to my fuck hole called work. That’s it really.

Prince Twatface and his racist comment:

This made my blood boil. Simple because the ‘public’ (i.e. media limelight-hogging, cunty left wing elite) reaction has been so fucking predictable.

Prince Harry was caught on some footage jokily describing a colleague as his ‘little paki’ friend. Next thing we know, some arrogant unaccountable ‘community leader’, sorry, my bad, I meant, “Muslim Leader” (according to the Times), popped up to call Harry a ‘thug’.

That’s right. Some posh twat uses inappropriate language, get’s rumbled for it, and he is therefore on a par with a head-kicking football hooligan.

But it’s ok! it’s not all that bad guys, because Mohammed Shafiq (said two-bob nobody granted more influence and voice than any ‘community leader’ belonging to any other group or religion in New Labour’s Britain) has apologised for calling Harry a ‘thug’.

He apologised for offending Prince Harry who made an offensive comment and subsequently apologised for being offensive. In a few days we’ll see some Conservative MP or columnist apologise for calling Sidiq a name for calling Harry a name for calling a colleague a name. This will evolve into a new disease, where people say stuff, people get offended, and people can’t stop apologising and making it all a big song and dance in front of the nation’s bored, lethargic media. The day will come when we all strut around the streets naked, in the cold rain, like soggy wind-up Duracell Bunnies, gobbing off repetitive insults followed by apologies until such time as this pandemic brings the nation to a juddering standstill and we all drown because no-one sentient is left to maintain the robustness of our coastal flood defences. Then the French will invade under the pretence of saving us from right wing lunacy and we’ll be subsumed into a sort of Greater Europe.

Oh, shit, sorry, most of that has already happened.

First up, the way he said it was that things are actually really good and getting better, rather then in the sewer.

Second, the Tories announced this months ago. Their way was for cuts in business rates for firms who did it, rather than lump sums.

In the ‘interview’ (Ben monkey on gmtv really is the new Paxman….) he made this blasé statement about training, training and more training, though not saying training in what exactly, then suddenly reversed and stated ‘And let’s not forget here, the Tories propose to do nothing, we are saying ‘We’ll help you’’.

The irony is fantastic.

It is also further proof of an impending election as far as I’m concerned and a return to the classic Blair tactic of triangulation: wait for the Tories to announce something, steal it and go further to the right. In this case the Tories will give you tax breaks for a few months, we’ll give you hard cash.

Meanwhile companies are going under every day and the banks still aren’t passing on lower rates or easing up on lending. One solution is make the banks publish all their holdings, then everyone knows who holds what cards. If some go under, tough, they have had their chance and now the stick has to be brought out. Lending has to resume, be it bridging loans for companies like Zavvi, or mortgages that don’t require a £50,000 deposit for first time buyers.

Watching the news this morning, Tony Benn once again nearly broke my telly by forcing me to throw things at it.

He was unequivocal in his view that Hamas are lovely chaps who would not dream of placing civilians in harms way by putting weapons amongst them, or even consider using hospitals as military bases. No, they are really nice people who are the victims of Israel and the reason civilians are dying is purely because Israel has sealed Gaza off in previous years. The inference being that Palestinians were dying because they can’t get out of the way.

The man has not learn anything from his repeated kissing of dictator’s and terrorist’s hands and subsequent embarrassment it has caused. His hijacking of the anti-Iraq war march (which both John and myself attended) for his bizarre and warped lefty world view remains one of the worst things I have seen; he turned a valid march against an illegal war into an anti-imperialist American farce that was all to easy for the powers that be to subsequently ignore.

He is now the very embodiment of the hard left, who cannot see the wood for the trees and continue to support terrorists because ‘my enemies enemy is my friend’. Neither side is right in this situation, but to lay the blame entirely at Israel’s door and ignore the suicide bombing, Jew hating, rocket firing Islamic extremists of Hamas is to show extreme naivety.

They are also quite happy to ignore the fact that America and the EU have been propping up Palestine for years with huge amounts of aid, until Hamas was elected. Benn has called for the Israeli ambassador to be expelled in a sign to Israel that this won’t be tolerated. He fails to see that the EU as a whole made a far greater stand in suspending aid to Palestine until Hamas stepped down, with no impact at all.

Until Hamas either steps down (which won’t happen), or changes its hate filled, conspiracy fuelled morbid joke of a  charter to one of peace and democracy then nothing will change. Israel is wrong in many, many things, but both states have the right to exist. The difference is that the Israeli constitution does not call for the eradication of Islam and the people of Palestine.

The worst thing that could have happened, media wise, was for people like Benn, Annie Lennox, Alexi Sayle et al to get involved. They make people change the channel, they turn the whole thing into a detached from reality left wing propaganda campaign, when it should be used as a springboard for a solution to the problem through a pragmatic assessment of why this is happening.

Nice to see this report about how measles has gone out of contol.

The tabloids in this country, and tossers like Peter Hitchens in particular (his stance on this is pathetic if you wish to look it up on Google), have created this entire situation by blowing out of all proportion the failed research by Wakefield that was flawed in the extreme.

Even when it was shown that the research was a pile of rubbish, they saw it as state control, like the state gets anything out of protecting children from measles and that dedicated doctors make children take drugs on behalf of the state (Hitchens will not accept he is wrong on this, although he won’t now directly link MMR with autism, which is what he does when he hasn’t the knowledge to argue his case. Because he is wrong).

The whole approach was disgusting and now the consequences are reaching new highs. Every child who dies from this is down to these people and their quest for headlines, no matter the facts.
