We all have that favorite healthy go to meal. You know the meal. It’s the one that we can either get quickly, or just pop in the microwave. Do you really know ...

Remember no matter what your challenge we must face our fear of failure. It happens and it ...

Lately I have encountered a few people who have expressed to me that they purposely do not use heavier weights during their workouts because they believe they will bulk up if they do.
We, at Synergy, are not training for bulk. When I hear them say these things I then reciprocate with these questions:
Probably not a news flash, or maybe it is, but tis 100% true! If you struggle with your body not losing fat and being low on energy I strongly recommend eliminating or restricting grain consumption (yes all types of grain “foods”), dairy, night shade family foods, and of course sugars.
What to eat? Good question! High fats (all kinds except trans-fat) such as raw nuts/seeds, 80% dark chocolate, avocado, coconut oil, pasture butter, etc. as well as ...

Now those are the voices I’m talking about!
