When the Rainbow Ends.

Ok, so this post was influenced by a recent experience. Im not gonna get into details of that episode of my life. I was just wondering - whats the best therapy after a nasty break up?

Do you reach for the nearest liquor and go out for a wild drunken nite out? Self destructive i must admit but how much does that work?
Or you call that guy that's been finning you for a minute now and give him the buznes?
Or you dig into your music library and look for that cold nasty breakup song and blast it while ignoring the neighbours noise complaints?

Well i vote for the third option - which is why i even took it upon myself to look for the best, nasty and cold. Erykah Badu - Tyrone. Perhaps THEE best song out there to give you the courage to kick out a triflin' good-for-nothing man.

Over the years I've had several blogs, all of which I eventually deleted because I couldn't stay motivated long enough to post regularly. I'm hoping this is my big turnaround.
