&lt;li&gt;Retire do fogo, deixe esfriar e acrescente a calda de cereja.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Recheio e Cobertura&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bata o creme de leite, o açúcar e a baunilha, até o ponto de chantilly,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divida as cerejas em 2 porções, e corte em pedaços pequenos uma delas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reserve a outra porção das cerejas para decorar, cortando algumas ao meio para colocar as laterais do bolo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Montagem&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Com a ajuda de um barbante, divida o bolo horizontalmente em três partes,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque uma das partes em uma assadeira com o fundo falso,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Regue a massa com bastante calda até deixá-la bem molhada e espalhe chantilly por cima,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra com cerejas picadas e raspas de chocolate,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque a segunda parte do bolo, repita o recheio e cubra com a última parte do bolo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Vire o bolo e coloque na bandeja onde pretende servir,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acerte o recheio nas laterais até que fique bem liso,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra e alise com chantilly todo o bolo e decore com cerejas cortadas ao meio nas laterais, &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Decore a parte de cima do bolo com raspas de chocolate, polvilhe o açúcar de confeiteiro, e distribua cerejas inteiras.&lt;/li&gt;
