Morgan joined Bomgar™ in 2006. Morgan is charged with overseeing the accounting, finance, and human resources departments, as well as various other administrative capacities. After beginning his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen in 1988, Morgan served as CFO of several telecommunications and technology companies. Morgan holds a bachelor of accountancy from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Mississippi College.

Dent joined Bomgar™ in 2005 and is responsible for guiding the marketing, public relations and general communications activity for the company. A seasoned marketing professional, Dent has held leadership positions in marketing support and product development for top technology organizations such as IBM, SkyTel and Companion Technologies. Prior to Bomgar™, Dent worked as the senior manager for product marketing at SkyTel where she led product development efforts for 2way messaging, Blackberry, and other wireless technologies. Bomgar developed the first version of Bomgar™ software as a way to provide helpdesk and technical support to disparate users - without leaving his desk. Since founding the company in 2003, Bomgar has been responsible for more than doubling the company employee base and increasing revenues by over 500 percent. Though only 28 years old, Bomgar has nearly a decade of experience in network engineering. Prior to starting Bomgar Corporation, Bomgar worked as a senior network engineer for Business Communications, Inc. (BCI), a Mississippi-based integrator, where he was responsible for providing technical support and assistance to all of BCI's customers. Additionally, Bomgar spent seven years in the Mississippi Air National Guard where he honed his networking and computer skills, earning more than 16 network certifications. Bomgar serves as the primary spokesman for Bomgar Corporation and has appeared on ABC News' "Ahead of the Curve" and on NetworkWorld's "Hot Seat". Most recently, Bomgar was accepted into the Young Presidents' Organization, the world's largest network of company Presidents and CEOs. Bomgar graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Janico brings experience of start-up companies where he launched and re-positioned companies to success, in addition to successful sales leadership careers at some of the largest names in software – Oracle, Computer Associates, and Xerox. Prizer has directed strategic marketing initiatives and programs in the technology marketplace for start-up companies and Fortune 25 companies alike, managing marketing organizations in divisions of Philips Electronics, Lucent, and most recently at SAS, the world's largest privately held software provider. During his time at SAS, Prizer helped lead the development of a new, industry-focused marketing strategy designed to refocus their marketing efforts toward key vertical industries in the marketplace.
