Don't fall into into the trap of buying some over priced plastic silicone or resin based adhesive because it comes in a pretty tube! It will behave in a completely different way to the plaster (shrink and discolour differently) and it will deteriorate rapidly as time passes. The perfect adhesive should be in powder form and should have the same basic plaster compound as the decorative plaster itself. It is cheap, will age in exactly the same way as the plaster and will last for decades, if not centuries without leaving the wall or plaster. We recommend that you use our adhesive with our plaster products. It has been designed to provide the best possible fixing and colour match. It is also excellent value, only needs to be mixed with water and is made from the same materials as the plaster so it will 'breathe' in the same way and last just as long.
