Monte Carlo SS Aero-Coupe 22" bonspeed Sweeps

The 1986 and 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS - AeroCoupe was a limited edition version of the Super Sport line. Defined by the distinct back window that made it more aerodynamic for NASCAR.

This silver version of the rare cars is outfitted with bonspeed Wheels Sweeps style forged billet wheels. This set as all of our wheels are individually machined in Anaheim, California specifically for this car. The customer wanted the largest lip possible on he rear wheels.

This set is a 22X8.5 front and a 22X10 rear.

bonspeed Wheels helped this customer with his very rare 1970 Hemi Cuda convertible. The car was perfect in every way, but needed some attitude, so we machined a set of our 18" bonspeed Medusa style wheels for this classic Mopar muscle car.

The front wheels are an 18X8 and the rear wheels are an 18X10. The wheels were ColorForged© in a semi-gloss black with polished speed rings.

TEST FITMENT PROGRAM.

The test fit program allows you to get your wheels before they are welded so you can try them on for size.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
• Order your wheels and estimate the possible backspace.
• We build your wheels with a regular production time and when done
bonspeed will press fit them in rims (NO WELD).
• You pay $50 for each test fit wheel plus any shipping.
• You can mount a tire on the wheel and although you can turn the wheels
you can by no means drive on them!
• Once you test fit the wheels you let us know if any changes are required to the backspace or rim width.
• You return the wheels and we polish or powder coat them, assemble and ship the finished wheels back.

Tec-9 Camaro by Mitch Henderson Custom Features bonspeed DELTA-V Wheels

The customer painted these with a 3-tone paint job

About a year ago at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Mitch Henderson and his crew debuted this righteous 1969 Camaro named Tec-9.

Among the oh so many killer body mods, metal work and the interior and driveline, the wheels were awesome. The shop, Mitch Henderson Designs in Texas decided if they wanted a winner they needed to use bonspeed wheels.

The wheels we built are called DELTA-V and vary from our normal DELTA by having a larger flange that makes the rotors look huge.

The wheels are 19X8 front and 20X10 rear, but the guys at MHD detailed them out with 3-tone custom paint. The car has now seen road miles and time on the road course.

A customer in the Atlanta area is rolling on 22" bonspeed LiteWeight wheels and his car is sitting perfect. This 1972 Chevelle has been mini-tubbed and had the rear narrowed to accept the 22X12 wheels that have a 4.25" backspace that provides the massive lip. On the front he went 22X8.5 and used the bonspeed set-up for backspace.

Christiana Muscle Cars built this 1969 Mustang with 19X8/20X10 Huntington's

Christiana Muscle Cars began building this 1969 Mustang Fastback several years ago. When they began to set the cars ride height Brad worked with them to get the ideal fitment. Working with our "Test-Fit" program they were shipped the wheels unwelded so they could be sure they had the ideal backspace.

The bonspeed "Test-Fit" program allows builders to ensure the perfect fit before they have the wheels finished. The builder orders the wheels and pays an additional fee for the program and the shipping charges. Brad calls it insurance and they way to set up the car you have spent so much time building.

Evan a 19X8 spare is housed under glass.

With the wheels properly fit, the guys at Christiana returned the test-fits to bonspeed.
Then we added the ColorForged© black centers, polished the hoops and welded them.

This car has won so many awards, much because of the stance and ideal fitment of the wheels.

The wheels on the Mustang called "Project Nasty" are bonspeed Huntington's and feature a semi-gloss black center with polished hoops and caps.

The ultimate fit is a 19X8 front and a 20X10 rear.
