I'm always preaching about the importance of keeping things spicy. So this review gives me the perfect excuse to do it some more!

What's a quick way to warm things up in the bedroom? A sexy costume, of course! That's right, Boobie Chasers-costumes aren't just for Halloween!

I found a really cool spot for such attire, called Sexy Costume Discounters. They have hundreds of red hot costumes, costume accessories, & wigs. All of which happen to have affordable price tags. As for quality, I can officially vouch for them. I happen to practice what I preach and keep my bedroom blazing! I picked up a costume for myself.

Adult Sexy Varsity Vixen Costume includes top, skirt, and coordinating panties. I ordered the M/L size in hopes it would give my upper half ample coverage. My only complaint is that I wish I would have ordered a S/M. The size chart on the website really is dead on, so don't try to go bigger on the just in case premise. The quality of the costume is a classic example of you get what you pay for. While this costume does cost $52.99 (It retails for $72.99.) it is way better constructed that what I was expecting for 'just a costume.' It's VERY nice.

Sexy Costume Discounters has a really easy to navigate website that allows you to shop by costume type. I received my costume discreetly packaged and within a couple of days. Very happy customer!

So did my costume do it's job? Let's just say Mr. B made me stay after school. ;)

Room In Your House You Love

Okay...it's technically not a room. I actually love my backyard. I'm cheating and using an old photo...because it's winter here and right now my backyard looks like .... well, not this green. :) To be fair, we're normally not so umbrella'fied and need forty-eleven seats, but this was taken after my Granny's birthday party the summer before last. I guess I should get an updated picture for you this year. Putting that on my to do list!

My bedroom would be my next choice, but I'm not up to cleaning it right now. You guys don't want to see my dirty clothes strewn about, do you?

I Need To Vent

I need to vent. Yesterday I told you guys about the call I got from Middle Man's school. You remember. The one where he farted in class. Initially, I was given the impression that he got up and sauntered across the class and ripped one in another student's face. Actually, he never left his chair. Which means he simply farted in class. Just wanted to clarify that. Naturally, he's in trouble. Because that's just gross.

But it wasn't until my daughter, Teenie Queenie came home that day that things came into perspective for me. She texted me from the bus and told me that two boys called her a 'big bitch' at lunch. When I say 'big bitch' I don't mean she acts like a raging bitch. They were calling her fat. Typically, T.Q. lets everything roll off her shoulders. But not yesterday. She walked into the door and fell into my arms. And sobbed. I held her and done my best to maintain my composure. I wanted to cry with her. But I didn't. So I asked her where these boys lived. Because I'm not above slaughtering their family pet in the night. Go ahead. Call PETA and tell on me. She didn't even know them. They didn't know her. But they felt the need to publicly ridicule my baby for being 'fat.'

THIS beautiful, curvy, amazing girl is fat? I think not. I'd like to know which one of you asshats raise your children to be so cruel and hurtful. I'd like to know who called those boys parents. I mean, you called me because my kid has gas issues. So who called their mothers to tell them that their children sent my daughter home SOBBING? No one. Because apparently, this behavior is fine. But God forbid you have a bodily function in class. Because that's SOOOOO much worse.

Parents, how would you handle this situation? Is it acceptable for me to shank high school boys? Also, if I should get arrested I hope you'll all take up a collection plate for my bail money.

It's almost Spring! That means a lot more time outside enjoying the nice weather. My family and I spend a lot of time outdoors when Mother Nature says it's okay. Since it's all about the ambiance, I love all weather furniture for my backyard. Every year, I try to add new and comfortable furniture to our patio collection.

So I decided to browse Bridgman for the perfect patio furniture. I didn't realize I'd end up with a mile long wishlist. Isn't this gorgeous?

A Farting Infraction

Now I know children are bizarre little creatures. They're loud, obnoxious, and a general pain in our asses. Don't look at me like that. You know the same thoughts have swirled through your brain too. I'm just not afraid to say it out loud.

I love my kids. Truly. I would take a bullet for them, as most mothers would. But for the love of baby Jesus--what did I do in my past life that I'm paying for now?

This morning I got up early and straightened my hair. The Boss & I have to go to the post office and run some errands today. Then the phone rang. "Please don't be the school." I say in my head. Because I talk to myself in my head all the time, don't you? Caller ID flashes that it's the school calling.

This can only mean a few things.

A- Teenie Queenie's B12 deficiency caused her to pass out.
B- Teenie Queenie got into a fight.
C- Middle Man is faking an ailment so he can come home and use the restroom.
D- Middle Man has done something ignorant.

Out of these options, I generally lean towards D. Because history has proven this to be the number one reason of phone calls from school.

Immediately I recognize the voice. It's M.M.'s counselor. We're on a first name basis at this point.

"Boobies, I've got M.M. here." She says in her 'yes, again' tone.

Sometimes I think if I could just reach through the phone and smack the kid all of the problems at school would go away.

"This morning during a class, he got up out of his seat went across the classroom and passed gas in another student's face. His teacher kicked him out of class. I have him here in my office and felt he should talk to you."

I thank her for calling me and tell her to put M.M. on the line.

I go through the Mom talk. What were you thinking? Do you think girls find that shit attractive? Why would you do that? Would you like someone to do that to you?

He answers with his usual "I don't know. No. I don't know. No."

I rattle on about how pissed off I am. How his X-Box is being unhooked as we speak and insist he write apology letters to his victim and the teacher.

Now honestly, I know boys will be boys....blah, blah, blah. But he's FOURTEEN. I can only envision him at 25, getting up out of his cubicle at work, (provided he can swing a job that will give him a cubicle.) waltzing over to another co-worker's cubicle and shitting on them.

Boys are vile little weirdos. Common sense is replaced by gas. If you guys remember correctly, he's been in trouble for this behavior before.

So when will the big picture click in his head? Will he have to live at home forever? Can I find a wealthy woman who will support him and make sure he showers every day in his adulthood?

....and these are the days of my life.

Item You'd Love To Get Rid Of

Okay, so it's not really an item. Because obvi I pitch out items I want to get rid off. (Excluding my kids when they're being bad...because I'm pretty sure that's illegal.) However, I recently colored my tresses and they were SUPPOSED to be soft mocha brown. I'd like to say thanks a lot to the ginger in our family tree for making my hair so susceptible to red highlights. And no my ginger dollfaces, I don't hate redheads. Quite the contrary...I know some gorgeous ones. (My favorite Shamrock is a ginger...and a gorgeous one at that!) Clearly, I do not rock the red! So in a few weeks--I'll be back in black!

How To Transition Your Co-Sleeping Baby...Errr, Half Grown Man.

The Boss is five now, so we decided it was time to start cutting the umbilical cord. You see, The Boss has slept in bed with us since birth. Everyone warned us not to do it. But Mr. Boobies & I being the rebels that we are, did it anyway. (Don't EVER do this!) I mean, at first it was cute. Kinda like this:

With school approaching for The Boss, we felt now an appropriate time to get him into his own digs. I mean, you know how cruel kids are. Can you imagine the flack he'll take for sleeping with his Mommy? I'd hate to have to shank a tot for making fun of him. Not to mention, The Boss isn't getting any smaller. Fortunately for me, my implants are silicone and it'll take more than waking up with a foot wedged into my right boob to pop them. This is how our sleeping arrangement looks now:

I didn't give us faces, because Mr. Boobies and I share a look of pain and anguish that I am not Picasso enough to convey. The Boss, however, is quite happy taking up 75% of our king sized bed.

Enough was enough, I had decided.

So on night one, I wedged into his tiny toddler bed with him. This ALMOST would have been a practical plan pre-ginormous boobies. But the four of us just weren't fitting in there. So I gave up and let him come back to my room. Don't shake your head at me. He was crying and saying things like; "Your boobs are squishing me. This isn't comfortable. I can't sleep."

The following morning we ran right out and bought him a twin bed. He was excited, proud, all that good stuff. Until 'midnight.' (Which is what The Boss calls bedtime.) I laid down next to him and he began his laundry list of why he couldn't go to sleep in his new bed. I stayed firm and he finally fell asleep right around 11:30 p.m. I slithered out of his room and back into my bed. When I woke up at 5:30 the next morning to go pee, I peeked in on him. He was M.I.A.

He was in his sister's room. WIDE AWAKE. At this point, I'm starting to re-think taking on this challenge. Who gets up at 5:30 a.m. without a gun to their head, anyway?

By 8 p.m. last night, he was in full meltdown mode. Clearly he was exhausted. So I volunteered Mr. Boobies to take the shift. But The Boss requested me as his lay down partner. So I laid down with him and he began to tell me how much he HATED midnight. Then he cried for his Dad. (Which was fine with me, because I was now off the hook.)

Mr. Boobies laid down with him and by 8:30, The Boss was OUT! Victory, right? Yep, until 9:15 when The Boss awoke and wondered back to our room. Mr. Boobies escorted him back and laid down with him. Where they BOTH slept until 9:30 this morning. (In a twin size bed.)

The good news is, The Boss appears to be warming up to sleeping in his own room. The bad news is, he has decided that one of us should move in with him. I'm voting Mr. Boobies should take this role. After all, I did carry him for nine months, have him cut from my womb, and nursed him round the clock for the first year of his life. I feel I'm entitled a free pass on this one.
