When Mr. B proposed to me, we went to the courthouse the next morning and got hitched. I'm sure I've told the story before. My brother & his girlfriend were our witnesses, and I wore hooker boots. Very non-tradish.

I'm insistent that one day we will renew our vows and I'll be wearing this dress. Isn't it gorgeous?

But this post isn't really about me.

Six weeks (yeah, right) after signing up for welfare, Octomom Nadya Suleman is slated to strip for a second time at a Florida strip club. *Source TMZ.

It is reported that this ~~shit hole~~ strip club ponied up 20 grand for her to make four appearances. That's 5K a pop! Whatttttt?!

Which poses the question.....who wants to go watch this get naked?

Don't get me wrong. Who doesn't love a strip club? I have a stripper pole in my house. Those girls put in work, y'all!

Really?

So if Suleman is going to make some bank, I demand she steps her ass off of welfare. Because, fairness. I also demand that any of you going to see her 'shake her overused money maker' drink of fifth of vodka beforehand. Then report back to me.

Now that we have that our of the way, we'll get to my two cents. (I am a certified Sexpert, after all!)

My Waterproof Power Stud came in purple, my favorite! It's length is 6.75 inches. In my opinion, this makes for a perfect sized toy. Not too small, but not too big. Pretty Girl Makeup REVIEW

I'll admit it, Pretty Girl had me at their name. Because who doesn't love a pretty girl?

I'm a self proclaimed cosmetics junkie and am always on the lookout for new finds. Some of the best makeup comes from locations off the beaten path, not in your favorite cosmetics department.

So what can you find at Pretty Girl? Everything!

In my case, I reviewed a sample of Yummy Mummy. (Because I am one, duh!) Yummy Mummy is an aloe vera shea butter cream. The website says it has a vanilla sugar scent. I'll admit, a sniff test directly from the container reminded me more of a glue smell. I was certain that this product would be a strike.

BUT.

After applying it to my hands, the vanilla sugar scent made it's presence known. We're back in business.

Yummy Mummy is great for expectant Moms. Because no one wants stretch marks, right? But it's also fabulous for dry hands and cracked heels, as well. No doubt that this product does what it says it will...nourishes dry skin. I'm overall pretty impressed!

Definitely worth trying out. I can't vouch for its ability to prevent or minimize stretch marks, but I can say that my hands are smooth and nourished.

Driving Miss Crazy

Well, it was bound to happen.

9 months of pregnancy, 23+ hours of labor, & 16 years of motherhood.....and this happened yesterday.

Teenie Queenie got her learners permit! We almost didn't make it. For starters, T.Q. took the test three times before she passed. In her defense, she didn't take drivers ed.

Next, the nice lady at the BMV said we could not proceed with anything until T.Q.'s "mother" was with her. "But I am her mother." I corrected her.

Silence.

"Oh. Wow." She said proceeding to rifle through my stack of documents.

Speaking of the proper documents, I was short one piece of identification to help her actually get the permit.

But guess what saved me? My handgun permit! So after showing my birth certificate, her birth certificate, her social security card, my drivers license, a bank statement, & my handgun permit-I paid the $9 and we hit the parking lot.

I was swollen with pride, just like any mother would be. T.Q. was ecstatic. Everything was rainbows & butterflies as she buckled her seat belt. Then she looked at me and said it:

"Which pedal is the gas?"

I contemplated walking home.

Her first run wasn't a complete fail. Because I DID make it home alive. A semi and 25 cars trailing behind us down the highway can attest to that. At one point, I gave thought to hurling myself out of the car door. I'm not going to lie.

But we gave it a go today and she was much better! (Either that, or my 'helping medication' REALLY helped.

Regardless...my baby is on the road. I'm terrified. Pro-tips from parents who have been here are much appreciated.

What I Won't Change In 2013

I've been so out of commission in the blog world these days. I saw my favorite Duck's post & it reminded me how much I love Stasha's Monday Listicles. (Yes, because it reminds me of testicles.)

The topic:

10 THINGS YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF CHANGING IN 2013

Pretty on point, since I've already endured TOO much change this past year. So let's focus on the good stuff I have going on.

1. I'm going to keep practicing yoga. It's been a great stress reliever, I'm building strength and I can feel abs! (Did I mention I'm getting really flexible? Out of line? Oh well!)

2. Being a nail polish whore. You guys know how I feel about keeping your nails in check.

3. Savoring the final year before I send my last baby off to school. I'm sure I'll marvel in the quiet time...but I'd rather never let them go.

4. Speaking truth. It's liberating. If you don't like it, spit it back at me.

5. Nourishing the good relationships I have. I'm so blessed with an inner circle of friends and family. You have all been constant reminders of how fortunate I am, even when I don't feel at the top of my game.

6. Spending too much money. Sure we should be saving. But what fun is that? Really?

7. Going to bed in full makeup. Yes, I have to wash my pillow case everyday. But should I need medical intervention in the night, I plan on looking like the sexiest corpse to ever be wheeled out on a gurney. (Did I spell that right? It looks weird.)

8. Keeping the little man in his bed at night. Six years of co-sleeping is my limit. He may attempt to break me. But I shall prevail victorious!

She's Having His Baby

By no means am I Amanda from It's Blogworthy. She's my go to girl on celeb gossip. She always keeps me in the loop. Still yet, I have a tiny fascination with celebs & their lifestyles.

As of late, I'm grateful I am without ute. (AKA, I had mine cut out & sent to pasture. Because one can only birth awesome so many times.) It must be in the water, because celebs are getting knocked up like cray lately.

The most recent, my BFF Kimbo K. She and beau, Kanye West will be welcoming baby Kimye in about six months or so.

See, she's already filling out. But I'm sure she'll be back to her perfectly curvacious self in no time!

Jessica Simpson recently ~~pissed off Weight Watchers~~ announced her second pregnancy. (Her daughter Maxwell is under a year old. Might wanna pass on the Poptarts & grab the celery, Jess. That's gonna be a mutha to take off.

Remember how she was pregnant with baby Maxwell for like 16 months?

Who else is sperminated?

Nope. Channing didn't defy medical odds. But he did hit a homerun. Ask his now pregnant, *and SUPER gorg wifey Jenna Dewan Tatum. That baby is going to be insanely gorgeous.

She was photographed just a few days ago in Cabo. (Lucky bitch.) I guess this is what the uber thin call a 'baby bump.'

The cute Twi guy, Cam Gigandet recently announced he and his girlfriend are expecting baby number two. I didn't know he had baby number one...so it shows what I know. (I also thought he was gay. Gaydar fail.)

Hugh Hefner's ex, Holly Madison stepped down from her Peepshow act because she's VERY much with child. (Side note, Nicole 'Coco' Austin is killing it holding down Holly's former burlesque act.)

I think motherhood agrees with her!

Rap heavy hitter, Wiz Khalifa is going to be a Daddy, via Kanye West's ex Amber Rose. (I might be able to turn this into Six Degrees of Kanye West.)

I could go on and on and on. But I'm afraid I'll develop a rare uterus free pregnancy. You guys all know pregnancy is contagious. (You hear that, teenage girls?)

I'm not a big fan of sharing my opinions on things that will ultimately result in death threats & rude comments. However, in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy, I strongly feel the need to address it. (Because that is MY 1st Amendment right.)

I'd like to start off by saying, my heart breaks for these small children who lost their lives senselessly. For their families. For the community. For the survivors.

A blogger friend made weighed in yesterday. Deborah Cruz is a good blogger friend of mine who lives in the computer. She's an amazing writer, mother, & wife. You can read her blog, The TRUTH About Motherhood and her specific post HERE. (See Deb, I'm still plugging you even though we disagree!) ;)

Deborah bluntly says it, (as she always does...hence why I love her blog.) "FUCK THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS." Right off the bat, I respectfully disagree. Our Country was built upon our Constitution. I'm not a fan of those rights being changed, modified, and/or taken away. It's like modifying the Bible, in my opinion. Because if we're going to start switching one up, then we might as well say Jesus shit Cadburry eggs & Mary was really a crack whore. The Constitution should carry as much weight as the bible, no?

I'm a card carrying member of the NRA. I have a lifetime concealed weapon permit. If some sick bastard ever got into my home....I'd not only reach for MY gun, but I'd pull the trigger without hesitation. I want to be equipped to protect my family. Be it at home, in a shopping mall, or a movie theater. If I could sit next to my kids in their classrooms each day with my gun, I would.

Many (not THAT many, Mom) years ago when my Mom, Aunt, & Uncles were just small children-They were home with their Mom-(my beloved Granny) when an intruder made an almost successful attempt into their home. My Grandpa was in another county working. Granny gathered up her kids, loaded my Grandpa's shotgun and fired off a round as a warning. (Or she may have just been a bad aim. I'll have to ask her to clarify on that for me.) The man fled on foot through the woods. He was not shot, (unfortunately) but he was scared shitless I'm sure. I shudder to think what might have happened had there not been a gun in the house.

Really the simple fact of the matter is that crazy, mentally ill, psychotic, evil PEOPLE, kill people.

So what can we do? Take away MY guns? YOUR guns? Make them all illegal? Where does it stop? When they take away Deb and my 1st Amendment rights? That way neither of us will be allowed to have an opinion. Then that can open the door to shut down our 13th Amendment- which abolishes slavery.

I'm not okay with any of that.

Do you know I pay roughly $250 for my daughter's textbook 'rental fee each year?' Multiply that by the 2500 students at her school. That's about $625,000 per year, give or take. But you mean to tell me that every school can't hire ARMED security? Install metal detectors? Lock down buildings during school hours? Show identification at the locked doors? HIRE ARMED SECURITY?

I call bullshit. Sadly, I don't run the country.

In other news, this horrific tragedy has brought idiots out of the wood work. Twitter time lines & Facebook feeds were going bananas. Case in point:

When I asked him if he seriously believed the douchebaggery coming out of his mouth, he replied:

@BBandAblog yep....or when they tryna buy meth or steal someones kid...pedophilles!! lmao

(This man is clearly Yale or Harvard educated. I mean, obviously.)

So now, somehow this whole mess has turned into a gun control showdown, a public vs private school debate, and has even ignited racism. What is wrong with this world?

We live in fear of sending our kids to school, going to the movies, or to a shopping center. Then to ice the cake, someone has to throw the racist card. But that's a topic for another day. #OneLove

These are MY thoughts all summed up for you in an easy to understand way. While I know some of you will not share my feelings, can you honestly tell me that you'd be uncomfortable with armed security watching over YOUR babies while they're at school? Be honest.

THIS is the reality. ^

Which in turn makes me feel this way:

If you don't want guns in your home, then don't have them. That's your choice & right. But this was a preventable tragedy & no one can deny that. I'll bet the majority of you who are down with doing away with our weapons are the same ones who claim to be pro-life. You can't have your cake & eat it too.

A lot of things kill innocent people. Cars, airplanes, box cutters, kitchen knives, abortions, poison, bare hands, baseball bats, water...See Andrea Yates.....shall I keep going? Because I easily could.

Where do YOU stand on the gun control aspect of this situation?
