The story doesn’t end when the show floors close. Share your talent at a poetry slam (or enjoy listening to other!), cozy up for a movie in your PJs, or don a gown for a fantasy-themed ball. Happening on Saturday until 10:30 PM on Levels 4 & 5 of Javits North.
Panels & Workshops
From authors and creatives sharing a behind-the-scenes look at your favorite stories to lively discussions on your favorite tropes and fandoms to blinging out a cherished book, take in a panel or get hands-on with a workshop.
Pride Lounge
The Pride Lounge at BookCon, in partnership with Geeks OUT, is a welcoming space where the queer community and allies can connect and socialize. Recharge, take in special programming, or explore your interest in queer manga with our wonderful exhibitor, Manga in Libraries.

The Grove
Get crafty with our workshops, swap a beloved paperback with a future favorite at the community book exchange, or sip something refreshing while you relax and chat with friends about what you’re currently reading. The Grove is presented by Allurial.

Visit publishers and browse their upcoming titles, shop with local indie bookstores, enjoy an interactive brand experience, pick up bookish goodies like candles or pjs, and so much more. You can find exhibitors across two show floors in Hall 3 on Level 3 and in Halls 1A & 1B on Level 1.
Indie Alley
Indie Alley, presented by The Bookish Box, is the place to meet the indie authors behind your favorite books and uncover new-to-you authors who will become fast favorites. Whether you're hunting for a binge-worthy series, a captivating standalone, or something totally unexpected, this will be a place to discover your next book obsession.
Located in Hall 1B on Level 1.

Treasure Hunt: Reclamation of the Lost Tomes Presented by ThingsBook
Several sacred texts have vanished from the BookCon library, scattered across the show and hidden from all but the most determined readers. Your journey begins here. Travel through BookCon, scan the hidden runes (QR codes) with your compass (mobile device), and reclaim these lost tomes before the final page turns on the weekend. Should you fail, these stories may be lost to legend forever...
