The Bankers got away with their shenanigans because Labour allowed them the latitude to commit their stupid and reckless game. Now the Cuntservatives lack the leadership or moral aptitude to put the great back into Lieber sodomised Britain.

A group of rogue wheel clampers who made more than half a million pounds have been sentenced to jail terms at Worcester Crown Court.

Six defendants pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud, after the court heard they used their clamping company as a "licence to print money".
Their company, Midlands Parking Contracts, used underhand tactics and intimidated people, charging up to £355 to remove the clamps from their cars.

For my two avid readers, I apologise, as I was so cold in sunny Pie Country that I have temporarily migrated North to Arctic Jockland. Perhaps I was unwise to wear Rhodesian colours so immediately after the announcement of Ranger’s demise? Yea! We die and learn.

That apart! Having escaped coldest West Houghton my joy was tempered as I was somewhat sad that I had to deplete the world's population of polar bears just so that I could be warm in the Wigan Maulers igloo. So what's a fur coat to an extinct animal? Much preferable that they should keep a despot as myself warm and deny the Earth its inheritance. Why I have to look at that dilapidated old dance hall seems irreligious to me.

Here, in the land of some of my ancestors, luckily I'm not related to Mel Gibson, I feel the wind of renewal and the breath of regeneration. Either that or the Belhaven has bypassed the Tussocks and hit me straight in my sclerosis liver. Not that it's worth 80shillings of any sick man’s money. Could be cured and fed to the starving, but as it comes from a pig like me then it would be refused by the desperate zealots with the starving infants. Now there's a quandary! And will the interfering shi'ites called our elected masters allow me the capacity to choose to have a 'wee dram' at a price an old fart can afford, or will some poor barstewards have to work an extra millennium just to keep my comatose shell in a cockroach infested Old people's Home? Not here in Jockland, the new land of the Free. Free Health, free wealth, free schools, free pensions, free housing and free old age care! Of course I'm talking absolute catshite as we'll end up borrowing off the Greeks and Portuguese and indebting our children for the next thirty generations. Just like English Labour has done to the illegal immigrants south of the border with their free NHS under it's PFI – Purchased For Idiots.

Ken Livingstone was engulfed in a fresh row over "offensive" comments about homosexuality today after claiming gay bankers would have their penises cut off in Dubai.

There were calls for Labour leader Ed Miliband to disown the party's London mayoral candidate over the comments, made to dismiss claims that bankers could flee London for the Gulf. "A gay banker would get his penis cut off in Dubai," Mr Livingstone said.

Earlier this week he said the Tory Party was "riddled" with gay and lesbian people.
Dubai diplomatic sources called the latest claim "ridiculous", but there was no official comment from the Gulf state, where homosexuality is illegal.

Gay Tory minister Alan Duncan said: "He is divisive, vulgar, and an embarrassment to his party and the country."

The remuneration and bonus scheme for the chief executive and members of the Ofwat executive team are set in an appropriate and transparent manner in line with arrangements for other members of the senior civil service (SCS). This means that they are all paid at SCS pay bands 1 (from £58,200 to £117,800) or 2 (£82,900 or £162,500).

David Cameron has very good reasons for wanting to reform the European Court of Human Rights.

David Cameron wants British courts to have the last word

David Cameron’s speech in Strasbourg yesterday, outlining proposals for reforming the European Court of Human Rights, has been met with a predictably hostile reaction from those who see no reason to fix this flawed institution. Yet what is he proposing that is so controversial? The Prime Minister’s most far-reaching suggestion is that rulings by Parliament, and by British courts, should not be superseded by the ECHR. He wants to apply the principle of subsidiarity – that final decisions should be made nationally, not by what he called “a court of fourth instance”.

This might be problematic if British judges were in the habit of handing down rulings that harm human rights. But they aren’t. Indeed, the principal architects of the European Convention on Human Rights, 60 years ago, were British jurists drawing on precedents enshrined in common law and statute over many centuries. As Mr Cameron said, the rule of law is a golden thread that runs through our history, and drove the struggle against tyranny in two world wars.

Unlike many of the 47 members of the Council of Europe, which oversees the ECHR, the UK has no need to apologise for its human rights record. And yet to raise legitimate questions about the way the Court interprets the Convention is to risk being cast as an opponent of basic liberties. This is absurd. Some reforms of the Court’s procedures to filter out trivial claims are essential to reduce its workload and the backlog of cases. But the key issue is whether perfectly reasonable decisions taken by the British courts are to be blocked, as with the attempted deportation to Jordan of the Islamist preacher Abu Qatada. Even though he is deemed a threat to national security, and the UK’s highest court has approved his deportation, the ECHR says he cannot be removed, despite Jordanian guarantees that he will not be ill treated.

The problems have come about, but never in the USA, because successive British Governments have allowed the interfering farts in Europe to think they have sovereign right over our heritage, laws and traditions. Christine Sharples has joined enforcement firm Rossendales as compliance manager.
Sharples has joined the firm from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), where she was best known to the enforcement industry for her tenure as head of the criminal enforcement team.
Since 2004, Sharples worked at the MoJ headquarters on the enforcement of court fines and confiscation orders in the Magistrates Courts.

This was followed by a secondment to the policy team which implemented the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement (TCE) Act 2007, where she headed the bailiff fees review.
Sharples has spent her entire working life at the MoJ and its previous incarnations as the department for Constitutional Affairs and, before that, the Lord Chancellor’s department. She has also worked on the department’s behalf in crown and county courts.
“I am delighted to be continuing my career within the enforcement industry and particularly with such a prestigious firm as Rossendales,” Sharples said. “It will be a different experience working with government departments from the other side of the table, but one I am looking forward to.”
Julie Green-Jones, chairman of Rossendales, added: “I have personally worked with Christine for many years on the TCE Act and have a great respect for her work ethic, her integrity and her knowledge and understanding of the enforcement profession.”

So the worm has turned. Not only was Ms Sharples the principle conduit for the victims into the poorly named Ministry of Justice, she was secretly negotiating her future with the same industry that has to date not been made accountable for the murder of a former Veteran, Andy Miller.

What, why, where and when did this public servant take her forty pieces of silver and move into the cesspit with a billion pound industry that is accountable to no-one except themselves?

Can we expect outrage from MP's? Wait and see. I doubt very much if any of them will even reply to missives of despair from victims of a viscous and nefarious industry.

What can be said without contradiction or equivocation is that it highlights the possibility of duplicity within the very offices of the MoJ if their main spokeswoman whilst heading the conversation with the innocent victims of abuse and illegality, simultaneously negotiated a lucrative future for herself in the very industry she was charged with regulating. Can we expect universal outrage from a profession that gave near sanctuary to their own colleagues and opposition members who were stripping the nation of it very moral fibre? We will watch and renew the struggle for JUSTICE, even if it has become so debased within society.

TOWN hall chiefs today unveiled savings of £10.6m in next year’s budget – with 75 jobs set to be axed from the council.
The brunt of the savings – £5.8m – will be found in social services with tighter controls on eligibility for adult social care and a review of care packages for people with learning difficulties.
Increased charges will also be introduced for some adult care services.
But £2m is also being slashed from back office costs and almost £1m is being saved by slimming down the senior management structure.
A total revenue budget of £144.2m is being proposed, but council leader Coun Simon Blackburn has pledged to freeze the council tax for the second year and said compulsory redundancies would only be considered as a “last resort”.
Blackpool’s grant from Government has been cut by 6.3 per cent this year to £81m, a reduction of £5.4m.
