In situations in which keypads are subject to high levels of mechanical strain, or optimal standards of hygiene are required, BOPLA offers superb technological solutions. After every application, the plastic compound which is an integral part of doming technology returns to the required shape, and at the same time it is a guarantee of superior design. With no mechanical keys, capacitive technology uses the conductivity of human skin, and its surface is resistant even against acids.

Both technologies allow any required shapes and design opportunities for the input unit sector, in this way meeting customers’ technical and also sophisticated visual needs.

Every day, BOPLA’s work involves designing keypads which are as functional as possible and at the same time attractive to look at. To do this, the company works closely with its customers, and in many cases creates individual solutions for them.

Both series of enclosures stand out thanks to their standardised clear appearance, making them a large family. This is because of the identical concept of colours and accessories, so customers benefit from high levels of recognition on the market because the end users can easily identify the products.

Alustyle is mainly used for applications in the small and medium-sized segments, Intertego is often used to house products with larger dimensions and 19″ technology. Of course, both series of enclosures offer many opportunities for processing and servicing, all of which can be carried out in BOPLA’s factory.

Of course, all Euromas enclosures can be processed in-house by BOPLA in accordance with customers’ wishes. This includes all mechanical work such as drilling, milling, cutting threads, fitting with terminals and PG or metric screwing systems. In addition, BOPLA can carry out printing, coating, and the installation of all electronic elements.

The basic screening level of BOPLA’s standard metal enclosure is impressive, and the EMC conversion kits and components – available as an optional extra – provide further protection for the standard enclosure.

More and more electronic devices are in use today, and they interact with each other. This means that it is increasingly important to equip enclosures with good levels of EMC protection. The customer who uses the enclosure must not only ensure that the EMC limit values of the final device (transient emissions) are maintained, but also that reliable operation of the device is guaranteed even under difficult operating conditions. It is necessary to have protection against interference from other devices and from the mains network (interference). Reliable EMC protection plays an important part in ensuring that machines function, and this is something which manufacturers of systems, machines and equipment can use as a sales argument for their products.

Accessories and design components which give our standard enclosures an individual look are important to us. This ensures that adaptations to CI colours for individual customers, to safety standards or simply to customers’ requirements are possible and at low cost at any time.

In addition, all kinds of processing can be carried out at any time: mechanical work (turning, milling, drilling), printing, lacquering, and engraving. BOPLA has a very wide range of offers, and can easily turn a plain standard enclosure into an individual enclosure solution.
