<p><a href="http://www.chromeexperiments.com/arcadefire/"><strong>“The Wilderness Downtown” project</strong></a> was created by popular music video director and photographer <a href="http://www.chrismilk.com/">Chris Milk</a> for the band <a href="http://www.arcadefire.com/">Arcade Fire&#8217;s</a> new song <strong>“We Used to Wait”</strong> and <a href="http://chrome.blogspot.com/2010/08/arcade-fire-html5-and-chrome.html">Google</a>. Building this project on the web and for the Chrome browser it allows Google to craft an experience that is not only personalized, but also deeply personal for each viewer.  You have to input the address of the home you grew up in and make it a full interactive version of the video clip.</p>

Таглайн:  <em>„М-тел е винаги на линия!”</em> Сигурно сте гледали ТВ-клипчетата, които показват как едни облечени в черевени корпоративни премени 2 момчета и 1 момиче като ангелчета-хранители бдят над любимия клиент и не дават косъм да падне от главата му, перушинка да наруши спокойствието му.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">ROTFL! Как да не умреш от смях! Някои хора на високите етажи на „Кукуш” 1 явно не са чували за простото правило, че колкото е по-силна една рекламна кампания, толкова по-бързо и лесно ще срине лошия продукт. А аз лично с <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">по-лош продукт</a> в сферата на обслужването на клиенти от този на <strong>Мобилтел ЕАД</strong> не съм се сблъсквал!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">От 2001 г. съм им абонат.  Да не говорим, че нищо, нито елементарен жест от тяхна страна не съм получил като дългогодишен лоялен клиент (<em>смехотворната точкова система няма смисъл да я коментирам изобщо)</em>&#8230;Но за сметка това сума ти пъти са ме изкарвали от нерви заради некоректното си, неадекватно, непрофесионално и дори обидно отношение към мен! Мога да изброя десетки примери – като се почне от 15-минутното чакане на оператрите в Call центъра им, когато набереш *88, минеш през мързеливите им консултанти и постоянно блокиращата им електронна система в М-тел центровете и стигнеш до ужасното сервизно обслужване и абсурдните клаузи в ущърб на клиентите, включени в договорите. Като че ли  всички в тоя Call-център са специално обучавани единствено да ти обясняват откъде е дошъл проблема ти, но не и да ти предложат елементарна помощ, за да бъде той решен по най-бързия и удобен за потребителя начин.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">На два пъти бях решил да прекратя тотално договорните си отношения с М-Тел. Първия път не успях, понеже въпреки че бях го заявил на техен оператор, трябвало и лично да отида в техен офис и писмено да потвърдя желанието си. И договорът ми бе продължен автоматично! Миналата година бях решил твърдо да се отказвам от услугите им, но ме привлече промоционалната им оферта за HTC смартфоните и уви сега съм вързан за още 2 години. Ако перефразирам един стар виц – <em>„още съм абонат на М-тел, но с отвращение!”</em><br />
Все пак таях някаква надежда, че може би отношението им към техните клиенти малко по малко ще почне да се подобрява, че постепенно ще придобият малко по-„европейски” вид&#8230;Че може би тази рекламна кампания е някакъв позитивен знак&#8230;Всуе, както би казал поетът!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Знаете ли какво направи този прехвален мобилен оператор, докато бях в чужбина? <strong>Без никакво предупреждение, без дори да ми изпрати и sms-че, ми отряза връзката и на двата телефона  5 дни след като напуснах България!</strong> Да, същия мобилен оператор, дето бил „<em>винаги на линия”</em> и с такава любов обгрижвал клиентите си, като същински ангел-пазител! Дори не вярвах, че това може да се случи, докато не се върнах в България и не им се обадих. Една изкуствено любезна девойка учтиво ми обясни, че понеже данните за трафика от чуждите мобилни оператори идвали към М-Тел с 1-2 дни закъснение, когато видели, че абонатът е надвишил лимита си,<strong> практиката им била да му изключват мобилната връзка без предупреждение!!!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">А бе <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">некадърници</a> такива, нали сте уж &#8220;винаги на линия&#8221; и нали уж се грижите за клиента ви??? Как не ви е срам да изключите на ваш редовен, лоялен клиент мобилната връзка, докато е в чужбина, само защото е надвишил лимита си с 10-тина лева??? Всичко се случва – в чужда страна съм, път е, близките ми в България може да имат нужда спешно да се свържат с мен! Просто нямам думи да изразя възмущението си! <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">Непрофесионализъм</a>, <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">некомпетентност</a>, <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">некадърност</a>&#8230;истинско <a href="http://www.mtel.bg/">корпоративно малоумие </a>– з<strong>апазена марка „М-Тел”!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Но това е само моралния аспект на нещата, който разбира се за една уважаваща себе си компания е от изключителна важност &#8211; защото така се печелят лоялни клиенти и авторитет. Колко по-различно щях да се почувствам, ако примерно, докато съм в Албания бях получил от М-Тел sms  с текст:<em> „Г-н Луканов, уведомяваме ви, че сте превишили кредитния си лимит. Но мобилната ви мрежа няма да бъде изключена, тъй като ние сме винаги на линия за нашите клиенти. Моля, като се върнете в България в удобно за вас време да внесете сумата &#8230; в някой от нашите офиси. М-Тел ви желае приятен престой в Албания!” </em> Nice, а? И простичко&#8230;и евтино!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Друг е въпросът, защо изобщо трябва да ми се прекъсва мобилната мрежа, за това, че съм превишил лимита си? Знам, пише го в договора&#8230;с малки букви! Но нали това е мой личен номер, нали тоя лимит аз съм си го поставил??? Като съм го превишил, ще си го платя, като ми излезе сметката! <em>(с какви грандиозни темпове набъбва сметката ти,  докато си в чужбина е истинска мистерия&#8230;но този въпрос заслужава отделно изследване&#8230;)</em> Ако след като изтече срокът, не съм си платил,ОК, тогава  мобилният оператор вече е в правото си да предприеме съответните мерки. Толкова е логично! Но не, на М-тел логиката явно е друга &#8211; на клиента трябва да му е зле!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">И сега малко по-конкретно – от инат прочетох целия ми договор с М-Тел, Общите условия за предоставяне на мобилни услуги и т.н. <strong>Никъде там не видях текст, който да упоменава, че ако съм в в чужбина, мобилният оператор има право да ми прекрати връзката без предварително уведомление! Което вече си е не само морално, но и явно формално-юридическо нарушение на правата ми на клиент!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Второ – докато бях в Македония, аз се обадих на 088137 <em>(номера на М-тел за обслужване на клиенти в чужбина – който при това не само че не е безплатен, а те товари яко по международните тарифи) </em>и заявих повишаване на лимита на единия от номерата ми. Това е документирано, тъй като разговорите се записват. Когато дойдох в България се оказа, че всъщност <strong>служителят, с който съм разговарял, не си е свършил работата и лимитът ми не е бил увеличен. А мобилната ми връзка е била изключена поради това, че съм превишил стария лимит, а не новия, по-високия,  който съм заявил!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/mtel-bad-service.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-2119" title="mtel-bad-service" src="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/mtel-bad-service.jpg" alt="mtel-bad-service" width="368" height="245" /></a>Въобще пълен „Параграф 22” – изключват ти връзката докато си в чужбина, защото си си превишил лимита. За да ти я включат отново трябва да им се обадиш и да си го промениш. Но няма как да им се обадиш, за да го промениш, защото нямаш мобилна връзка! А дори да се сетиш по-рано и им се обадиш, само докато говориш с тях, може да натрупаш такава сметка, че в момента, който приключиш разговора, вече да си превишил и новия лимит, който си заявил и съответно пак да ти изключат връзката!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Сигурен съм, че такова нещо и на абонатите на албанските мобилни оператори няма да им се случи. Между впрочем, най-големият от тях е “Vodafone”…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Та въпросът ми е сега какво да ги правя <strong>М-Тел</strong>? Да ги почвам ли с жалби до КЗП, до <a href="http://www.client.bg/">client.bg</a>, да ги съдя ли за нанесени ми неимуществени вреди&#8230;да основа Facebook група <em><strong>„Абонат съм на М-тел, но с отвращение”</strong></em>&#8230;или да изчакам да видя дали пък някой велик мениджър от въпросния им Client Service няма да благоволи да ми се обади и поне най-малкото &#8211; да ми поднесе корпоративните си извинения? Макар че най-добре целия тоя отдел просто да вземат го разформироват – и без това върши по-малко работа, отколкото  презерватив в женски манастир!</p>

<p>FUTURESTATES is a series of 11 fictional mini-features exploring possible future scenarios through the lens of today’s global realities. Immerse yourself in the visions of these independent prognosticators as they project a future of their own imagining.</p>
<p>Each episode presents a different filmmaker’s vision of American society in the not-too-distant future, fusing an exploration of social issues with elements of speculative and science fiction.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Много често приятели SEO специалисти на ръба на нервна криза са ми споделяли „бисери” на техни „клиенти” от рода на „<em>Искам до един месец да излизам на първо място в Google”.</em><br />
Наскоро една известна ПР агенция беше предложила на моя позната, която е от малкото хора в България в час с това, що е то Social Media Marketing, да поддържа като outsource консултант Facebook и Twitter акаунта на голяма българска фирма. На въпроса &#8211; срещу какъв месечен хонорар, моята позната отговорила съвсем скромно – 250 лв. На което от ПР агенцията ахнали и заявили, че толкова много пари клиентът никога няма да отдели. Щели да потърсят някое „студентче” да свърши работата.<br />
И още един пресен пример – родна (доколко е родна, е друг въпрос) телекомуникацинна компания си избира агенция, на която да възложи основните активности по уеб маркетинга си. Първият въпрос, който водещият интервюто, задавал на кандидатите бил: <em>„Можете ли да ми гарантирате, че за един месец ще ми осигурите 20 000 фена в страницата ни във Facebook”?</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Тъжна картинка, нали? Хубаво е да искаш да си на първите места в Google, но не е зле да знаеш, че за да стане това, най-малкото сайта ти, правен от племенника ти преди 5 години, трябва да се промени тотално и да отговаря на десетки изисквания; че е необходимо редовно да го поддържаш, да осигуряваш свежо съдържание на потенциалните ти клиенти, че е нужна цялостна политика за твоето присъствие и бизнес развитие по отношение на уеб пространството&#8230;<a href="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/social-media-marketing-fram.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-2076" title="social-media-marketing-fram" src="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/social-media-marketing-fram.jpg" alt="" width="347" height="262" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Може да повериш управлението на Facebook и Twitter акаунта си на „студентче”, само ако си нямаш и елементарна идея, как това студентче ще отговаря компетентно на въпросите и проблемите, поставяни от твоите клиенти, а не дай си боже, как ще реагира по време на ПР криза.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Не 20 000, а 50 000 фена във Facebook страницата ти могат да осигурят някои агенции <em>(да живеят ботовете!)</em> И каква ти е ползата от тези „кухи”, неангажирани „фенове”? Какъв е смисълът от бройката, ако тя няма да доведе нито до конверсия, нито до издигане на социалната ти репутация? И откъде да дойдат тези фенове, ако отделът ти за обслужване на клиенти не става за нищо, ако услугите ти са зле, а продуктите, които предлагаш са непривлекателни или непревъзхождащи с нищо конкурентните? И Сет Годин да назначиш да ти движи Social Media маркетинга, ефектът ще е нулев. Между другото, самият Годин ясно го е казал – не са ти нужни хиляди, не е важно количеството, а качеството на феновете ти. Ако си спечелил на своя стрaна няколко авторитетни „sneezers” или “евангелисти” (както ги нарича Гай Кавазаки), те ще ти донесат многократно по-голям бенефит, отколкото десетки хиляди „мъртви души”&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">По-тъжното обаче е, че като че ли няма почти никаква промяна на ситуацията у нас в сравнение преди година. Оптимистичните прогнози, че икономическата криза, ще помогне на ръста на развитие на уеб маркетинга в България не се оправдаха.<br />
Според официални данни на TV Plan/TNS, през последната година ръстът на брутните обеми на интернет рекламата като цяло е едва  4%. Най-големите и традиционно рекламиращи в Интернет клиенти са свили бюджетите си средно с 20%.<a href="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Grafika-AD-BG.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2077" title="Grafika-AD-BG" src="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Grafika-AD-BG.jpg" alt="" width="570" height="375" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Фактът, че дори и най-големите рекламодатели на пазара не се ангажират с годишни обеми в Интернет медиите, дава повод и за по-песимистични прогнози&#8230;<br />
При това тези данни се отнасят за интернет маркетинга като цяло, който все още за повечето български фирми се изразява основно в различни вариации на банерната и дисплей рекламата. Можете да си представите, какъв дял от бюджетите им заема (ако изобщо съществува) този, насочен конкретно към Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">А в същото време в САЩ и в много големи европейски страни делът на дигиталния маркетинг  в общите маркетингови бюджети се покачва стремглаво и вече заема второ място след този на ТВ рекламата. Почти няма голяма световна компания, която да не е открила през последните 2-3 години специален отдел, който да се занимава именно със Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM. Няма смисъл да изброявам десетки убедителни примери и case studies, доказващи големия бенефит и ROI и не на последно място – издигането на социална репутация, донесли на такива компании, именно инструментите на Social Media маркетинга.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Факт е, че в тази сфера нещата в България се развиват трудно, мъчително и винаги поне с 3-4 години закъснение в сравнение с т.нар. нормални държави. И причините за това до голяма степен са и в малкия ни пазар, в по-ниската интернет пенетрация, в недостатъчно доказания   ефект от използването на уеб-маркетинга като цяло и Social Media маркетинга в частност, в липсата на достатъчно сериозни професионалисти в тази ниша и доста други&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Но за мен <strong>основната причина</strong> се дължи на необразоваността, консерватизма и неразбирането от страна на огромното мнозинство от мениджмънта на българските компании  на съвременнитетенденции в развитието на маркетинга , огромните ползи, които ще им донесе тяхното умело прилагане и ефективността, която ще постигнат, вследствие  професионалното използване на новите медии и комуникационни инструменти, съобразени с  WEB 2.0 реалностите.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Единственото, което ни остава е – да ги образоваме <em>(не изключвам от това число и нас самите,  и ПР, рекламните и уеб агенциите),</em> да ги накараме да повярват в силата модерните маркетингови уеб стратегии&#8230;А хубавата новина е, че рано или късно нещата ще започват да се случват. И колкото по-рано това бъде осъзнато, толкова повече ще спечелят първите – и компаниите, и уеб маркетинг специалистите, разбира се.</p>

On July 24, you have 24 hours to capture a snapshot of your  life on camera. <p style="text-align: justify;">Billionaires regularly thank <a href="http://www.edwarddebono.com/Default.php">Edward de Bono </a>for changing their lives. Richard Branson is a long-time fan, as are three Nobel laureates. As a result, de Bono now has a constellation of degrees: BSc, MD, MA, D Phil, Ph D, DDes, LLD.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>&#8220;I was investigating complex interactive systems,&#8221; he explains, &#8220;and from that, developed ideas on self-organising systems, and a way of looking at them, and I applied that to neural networks in the brain, and I thought: Well, if the brain works like that, what&#8217;s it good at? It&#8217;s good at forming patterns. Patterns are asymmetric, and that led to the idea of lateral thinking.&#8221;</em><br />
The term &#8211; now listed in the Oxford English Dictionary &#8211; encompassed revolution at a time when revolution was celebrated, and de Bono became a superstar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Whereas Rene Descartes propounded &#8220;cogito ergo sum&#8217; <em>(I think therefore I am)</em>, Edward de Bono proposes &#8216;ago ergo erigo&#8217; <em>(I act therefore I construct/ act).</em> It is not enough to sit, (talk) and think: Action, together with an intentional design of the thought process, is required to constructively advance towards results and change.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://www.debonoconsulting.com/default.asp">Dr. de Bono</a> acts as advisor to various Governments, cities, regional Governments and global organisations dealing on a macro level with diverse topics including economy, unemployment, social policy, recidivism, pensions, health care, finance, transportation, education, conflict resolution, judicial processes, foresight scenario design etc.<br />
His methods are now mandatory on the school curriculum in many countries and widely used in others. Създател и на <a href="http://www.flexiblethinkingforum.org.uk/">Flexible Thinking Forum</a>, обединяващ специалисти в сферата на креативността от цял свят с цел решаване на различни комуникационни проблеми.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Анди Грийн </strong>е автор на популярни книги, посветени на креативността и комуникациите като <em>&#8220;Креативността в пъблик рилейшънс&#8221; (Creativity in Public Relations), &#8220;Ефективни лични комуникационни умения&#8221; (Effective Personal Communication Skills), &#8220;Да пребориш глупостта&#8221; (Overcoming Stupidity), &#8220;Подемът: твоята роля за промяната&#8221; (The Upturn: your part in its rise) </em>и др.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Самото събитие е посветено на креативността като личностно умение, което човек развива и използва във всяка дейност от своя живот. То ще продължи 3 дни, като всеки ден ще включва специфичен модул за обучение.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Първият модул, на <strong>22 юни</strong>, е наречен<em><strong> &#8220;Тур на креативността&#8221;.</strong></em> Анди Грийн ще сложи начало на Дните на креативността в България с лекция на тема &#8220;Чрез креативност към атрактивност: Как да използваме креативността?&#8221;.<br />
Вторият ден ще се проведе <em><strong>&#8220;Майсторски клас по креативност&#8221;</strong></em>. Той е предназначен за специалисти в областта на рекламата, пъблик рилейшънс и маркетинг &#8211; хората, за които креативността е средство, а не цел.<br />
Събитието ще приключи на <strong>24 юни</strong> с Бизнес закуска с Анди Грийн, на която той ще говори пред родни бизнес лидери и мениджъри на тема <em><strong>&#8220;Креативността в полза на успешния лидер&#8221; </strong></em>и със семинар, озаглавен &#8220;<em><strong>Арена на креативността&#8221;.</strong></em> Той е най-мащабното събитие по време на <strong>Дните на креативността</strong>. На него световно известния комуникационен експерт ще провокира участниците с въпроси като &#8220;<em>Можем ли да убием глупостта с креативност?, &#8220;Как да използваме креативността за ефективно представяне на самите себе си?&#8221; и &#8220;Колко точно са 15 минути креативност?</em></p>
