		<title type="text">Born Free USA Opposes Changes to USFWS's Red Wolf Species Management Plan</title>

				<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Born Free wrote a formal comment letter, and submitted it on the Federal Register, to the USFWS opposing their proposed rule to significantly decrease the critically endangered red wolf habitat range. With as few as 30 red wolves in the wild, this changes would condemn the species to extinction.</p>
