&lt;li&gt;1/2 genggam kacang hijau dicampur 1/2 genggam kacang dhal, rendamkan  semalaman. keesokan harinya dikisar bersama yogurt. ratakan pada muka  dan leher, tunggu sehingga kering dan bilasnya. lakukan dengan seberapa  kerap yang boleh.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 biji sengkuang dan 1 biji carrot dikupas. rendam segenggan beras  untuk 3 malam. kesemua bahan ini hendaklah dikisar sehingga halus.  sapukan pada muka setiap hari untuk 20-30 minit dan bilas nya dengan  air.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 biji kentang, dibuang kulitnya dan dicampur dengan 1 biji kuning  telur. lumurkan pada muka dan bila kering terus dibilas dengan air suam  sehingga bersih.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 biji timun dibuang kulitnya dikisar dan ditapis. ambil airnya  disapukan pada kulit dan dibiarkan 20 minit. kemudian dibilaskan dengan  air bersih.&lt;/li&gt;
