The Blue House at Verana is located right next to the ocean and is available as a rental apart from the hotel. Guests have access to all the amenities of Verana while having a cool, separate space to relax and rejuvenate in. The Blue House has 2-bedrooms and a private pool for your exclusive use.

This beach house is located in the fisherman’s village of Prcanj, just 3 km from the medieval city of Kotor (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site) renowned for its lively cafes, markets and restaurants. Prcanj also has stores, cafes and restaurants that open early and close late at night all within walking distance of the house.

Investigate by car or boat the Montenegrin coast-line with its sandy beaches, rocky coves and numerous islands. Or just enjoy a swim in the bay from your doorstep and bask in unparalleled views in peace from the garden while sunbathing, barbequing or lounging under one of our fig trees.

The closest airport is TIvat, a 15 min drive from the house. Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports are under 2 hours drive with excellent flight connections.

Longview Ranch is an amazing modern home set on 187 acres of private land in gorgeous Mendocino County. Originally an industrial workshop, Longview is now a modern home nestled into a beautiful, rugged landscape.

Longview Ranch boasts a gourmet kitchen and two 10-person dining tables (one indoors, one outdoors). A picnic lunch on one of the property’s scenic outlooks is not to be missed. Catering is available, though Ukiah’s food co-op makes it easy to purchase fresh produce.

Longview Ranch is an ideal property for couples with young children. There is 1,000 square foot open studio for the kids to play in, along with a porch, fenced yard, several tree swings, and a hilltop fairy ring for picnics, tea parties, and tree climbs. The property owner also provides toys and 2 cribs are available in addition to beds. The ranch is totally babyproofed and basic First Aid is provided.

The ranch is just a mile from Orr Hot Springs Resorts, where guests can enjoy spa treatments, and it’s also located very close to Montgomery Woods, a redwood grove. Nearby Mendocino Village, Anderson Valley wine country, and Hopland are great options for day trips. 

Pescallo Lake Como is a historic home on Lake Como that has been remodeled by the owner to contain two chic and stunning apartments that offer all the luxury of a hotel but the privacy of a vacation rental.

Apartment “1″ is 80 square meters, contains 2-bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 4. It has a little balcony overlooking the lake and a living room with fireplace, as well as a large kitchen and dining area.

Apartment “2″ is 130 square meters and contains 3-bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, one located on the tower top floor of the building. All the Windows gives unparalleled views of Lake Como. The spacious living room has a fireplace and there is a full kitchen and dining area.

Each apartment has been beautifully furnished with a mix of rustic and modern designs, some of it created by the owner, an architect and furniture maker.

Casa Brava is a stunning contemporary villa that seamlessly blends modern architecture with a gorgeous tropical setting. It’s located on the top of one of Sayulita’s highest hills, giving guests 360 degree views of the jungle, the ocean, and the town of Sayulita, and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

There is amazing bird watching from the house: the little green parrots, the Black-throated Magpie Jays, Macaws and even Chachalacas ( if you never see one, you’ll know it when you hear it); these are a few of the 336 species living IN the area. Let us arrange for an incredible whale watching tour from December until early March. The tour is led by a renowned research oceanographer who follows the Humpback migrations up and down the North American coast and also knows the different whales’ names by sight and songs. Hike through the jungle to secluded beaches and picnic before jumping into the surf.

The home was designed by a well known Mexican architect in true contemporary style using poured in place concrete with entire walls of glass and with wonderful inside/outside living areas. Handcrafted custom Parota wood louvered doors open onto decks, patios, the garden and pool area. Every individual detail was carefully chosen to compliment and enhance the unique and comfortable design, such as the onyx walls, honed granite counters, and custom made furniture. The king sized beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets; a perfect spot to relax and watch one of the 300+ DVD titles in the media library. If you can’t completely leave the outside world behind, there is WIFI throughout and unlimited calls to the United States and Canada.

Casa Brava contains two houses – a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom main house and 1-bedroom/1-bath guest house – and an additional studio apartment. Each unit gives guests total privacy and offers the the same blend of modern architecture and tropical lifestyle. Though each unit can be rented individually, when rented together, the Casa Brava becomes the perfect home for families, friends, and groups traveling in Mexico.

Special arrangements can be made to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including arranging for transportation, organizing whale watching tours, and hiring a private cook.

Located on an exclusive cliff top with magical views of the Mata Atlantica, Casa do Dean is an amazing home for 2-4 people on the east coast of Brazil.

The house has the aesthetic of a giant loft. The spacious open plan living room has high ceilings and a giant sliding door that opens the guest suite into the living room. The floors are white polished concrete and the high ceiling is of beamed constructed using rich Brazilian woods. Twelve metres of continuous French doors open onto a big wooden veranda mounted on stilts, giving an incredible view of the rainforest. The extensive glass frontage lets in tons of sunlight (bedrooms have blackout curtains for bedtime.) Hammocks are provided for outdoor lounging.

The two bedroom suites each have king-sized four poster beds made from Brazilian hardwood with fine sprung mattresses and quality bed linens and soft pillows (memory foam or feathers).

Furnishings reflect the taste and travels of the owner: chairs made from pieces of natural discarded rainforest trees, Brazilian arts crafts and pieces from the popular artist Toti from his Oficina De Agosto store in São Paulo. You’ll find original 1960s big movie posters (Brigitte Bardot being one) framed alongside original limited edition “Dean Freeman” photographic prints, a contemporary designed Turkish Kilim rug and cushions, Indian silk fabrics, African artefacts, Art deco lamps from Argentina, and hand-made designer Chrome fans from Gerbar in São Paulo.

It’s just five minutes walk from the vibrant or deserted beaches of Arraial d’Ajuda (depending which direction you choose). It’s the same distance to walk to the charming restaurants and bars of the village (Brazilian, Argentinean, Japanese, French and Italian cuisine). A 30 minute drive will take you to the neighboring village of Trancoso.

Built in the 1930s by Paramount Studios, Gable’s Lodge was reportedly the secret meeting place for Clark Gable and Carol Lombard before their marriage – thus the name!

This romantic “get away” house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a stone fireplace, family/dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Outside the French doors is a large stone patio overlooking the California Hills. The house is surrounded by natural gardens and has several outdoor decks, as well as a salt water pool.

This self-contained 1-bedroom apartment is part of Gable’s Lodge, a romantic getaway home built in the 1930s by Paramount Studios and used as a pre-marriage lovenest for Clark Gable and Carol Lombard.

A sunny 2nd floor flat in the heart of Berlin, near to Museum Island and all major tourist attractions and public transportation stops, as well as the shops, bars, and restaurants of the Mitte. The studio accomodates up to 2, making it an ideal place for single travelers or couples who want to live like a Berliner.

The 35 sqm studio has a double bed in the bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It’s decorated with colorful and charming Morrocan accents. Wooden floors throughout.

There is no elevator in the building, therefore the studio may not be the most appropriate for guests with small children or disabilities. 

Minoya-cho is a newly restored, 2-storey riverfront townhouse that once belonged to a local physician. The house is a traditional machiya built in the classical fashion by leading local craftsman of the time. Minoya-cho boasts elegant details, large rooms, and incredible views of the Kamo River from the first and second floors.

The home is exceptionally spacious and has full sliding glass doors that run the entire width of the first and second floors, providing a panoramic view of the Kamo-river.(one of the famous river in Japan) There are 3 Tatami rooms with futon-style bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with a cedar tub (1st floor) and shower room (2nd floor). Architectural touches such as an internal garden and outside hallway complete the feel of being immersed in old Kyoto. Ideally located and perfect for families or large groups.

This traditional 2-story townhouse is built at the end of a stoned-paved garden courtyard that runs between the cherry-tree lines Kiyamachi Street and the Kamo river. Izumiya-cho has been restored in a modern style but offers plenty of traditional accents such as borderless Ryuku tatami mats and antique Japanese screens and artwork. 

Located on the first floor are wash room, toilet, and bathroom with cedar tub, as well as a carpeted living room and classic tatami room. The second floor has the traditional Mushiko-Mado window room, bedroom, tatami rooms, and shower.

We highly reccomend visiting Izumiya-cho in the springtime, when the cherry trees along the Takase Canal are in full, fragrant bloom.
