Hobbylink Japan can suck my toe!

2012-11-07T17:47:00.004-08:00

Just nak share pengalaman buruk aku deal dgn HLJ.com.

Memang aku tak selalu beli dari diorang, tapi aku standby just in case supplier aku yg lain habis stock. Lagipun, year end sale depa kadang2 dapat barang bagus.

Sayangnya, sejak bisnes depa berkembang, depa dah makin besar kepala; customer kecik2 cam aku ni depa layan cam nak tak nak je....fine, i'll just take my business elsewhere!

Sini aku lampirkan email aku dgn diorang:

I was trying to login to my account, when I was presented with this message:

"The account associated with that login has been suspended due to a violation of our service terms and conditions. If you believe this to be in error, or would like more information about this suspension, please contact our customer service department for assistance."

As I have not recently made any order from your website, can you please explain in detail what VIOLATION did I make?

Thank you in advance.

-boyarque-

Thanks for writing.

You share an address with a customer who has committed credit card fraud against us; as such, we are very sorry, but we will not be able to fill your order now or at any time in the future. Please find another supplier for your hobby needs.

Thanks for your interest in HobbyLink Japan.

First of all, thank you for your reply.

However, I find your reply quite rude.

First of all, none of you send me any emails to clarify on this matter.

Second of all, I DO NOT own any credit card!!!

I might have let this matter pass, but since you so arrogantly dismiss me as your customer, I'll make sure ALL my collector friends in Malaysia and in Macrossworld know about this insult.

Also, another of my friend is also facing this problem, and yet, he's using a legitimate credit card!

Thanks but no thanks!

MECHA GUY: YAMATO: 1/60 Macross 7 VF-19P - New Image

2012-08-05T17:02:00.001-07:00

Great news for Macross valks lovers! Remember the VF-19 Kai? Well, some (like me) did not quite like the 'cartoonish' look but would love to have one of these....well, fret not! Now Yamato has posted pics of the upcoming VF-19P, obviously using the same revamped and improved mold!

The only drawback is the price point... Yen 22,000, yeesh!! That's almost RM 900 folks! Well...think I'll save up for the VF-4G Lightning coming out this December instead... (^_^').....

For now, enjoy the pics!

SBPA Dibatalkan !!!!

2012-03-07T20:56:00.007-08:00

Hehehe....aku sebagai salah seorang penjawat awam, ketawa kecil baca ni. Bukan apa, sebelum ni kakitangan awam dah berbalah-balah disebabkan isu SBPA.

Bagi Kumpulan Gred Utama C,B,A (sembilan peratus)

Apapun syukur tetap kena bersyukur. Cuma sedikit pesanan kepada pihak yang ‘berkenaan’, lain kali kalau nak buat sesuatu tu bawalah berbincang. Jangan main syok sendiri sahaja. Sekarang kesibukan anda berbulan-bulan tu hanyalah sia-sia sahajalah."

Masa ura2 dulu yang CUEPACS mintak kerajaan naikkan gaji kakitangan awam sampai RM1800, aku dah argue dengan rakan2 sejawatan. Aku rasa permintaan tu tak logik...kalau berdasarkan pendapatan negara kita sekarang ni, memang tak mampu. Tapi mereka beria-ia mengatakan tuntutan itu patut, dan macam-macam la alasan depa bagi, termasuk isu BR1M pun depa heret sekali ( which is a moot point actually, sebab BR1M mekanisme pembayaran dia tak sama dengan pembayaran gaji kakitangan kerajaan yang lebih bersifat kekal ).

Tapi cam biasala, bila kita argue benda yang tak best, apatah lagi melibatkan gaji, ramai la yang melenting, sampai fakta depan mata pun dah tak dipedulikan. Aku ingat lagi, lepas dah malas dengar depa menegakkan benang basah, aku cakap "Bukan apa, aku tak mau CUEPACS ni terlampau mendesak kerajaan dengan berbagai demand, last2 nanti Datuk Najib kata, sudahlah!

MG 1/100 Gundam Unicorn Full Armor Ver. Ka

2012-02-22T21:43:00.006-08:00

Wallauweiiiii.....dah 2012??? Lama giler aku tak update blog aku ni..hehehe...sebenarnya, sebelum ni server ofis aku block akses ke blog2, rumah lak pc aku dok wathal....so hilang jap semangat nak blogging nih.

Anywhoooo....tadi try2 boleh lak masuk blog aku ni, so meh aku share sket aku punya WIP (work in progress) model kit ni, Bandai Master Grade 1/100 Gundam Unicorn Full Armor Ver. Ka.

So, aku suka coat model gundam aku dgn matt coat utk nampak solid dan 'real'. Tapi aku taknak la coating tu kena pada part 'psycommu frame', sebab akan hilang la efek lutsinar tu.

SO aku ambik keputusan untuk panel-lining dan pasang decals pada outer armor dan add-on parts terlebih dahulu, spray coat semuanya, dan baru pasang pada main body, with the frame... :)

Kali ini, aku baru sempat siap unit Jabber Base Type 94 dulu:

K, sampai sini dulu...nanti siap aku update lagi....kalu takder aral aaa, hahahaha...

Misi melantak sakan~Return To Ipoh

2011-11-27T15:57:00.001-08:00

Weekend lepas, mak aku ajak bercuti di Ipoh. Aku mmg asal orang Ipoh, so agak nostalgia la perjalanan kali ni...lama weh tak balik!

Kat Ipoh aku lepak kat rumah Mak Teh, adik kepada Mak aku. :p

Meh ikut aku breakfast dulu....

Dah lama aku ngidam mi camni, kat tempat lain takdak, kalau ada pun yang non-halal ler...yg ni yg buat mi dan segala jenis fishball dan fishcake adalah akak kat atas tu...seorang Cina mualaf. Dia ni bini no.2 tokay, dan sama2 meniaga dgn bini no. 1...aman harmoni you!

Aku order mi kicap...power seh! Dan mmg tak lengkap la kalau aku tak order satu mangkuk extra fishball! Kari melekat! Padahal set mi kicap pun dah datang dgn set sup fishball dia, hahahaah!

Ha, set roti bakar dia pon mengancam weh....dah macam bijik mata terjojol! Untuk pengetahuan anda, telur tu dibakar ye, bukan direbus....fuhhh...

Next, tak complete pi Ipoh kalau tak pekena.....NASI GANJA!

Rilek, rilek...hehehe, ni 'ganja' halal punya, urine test confirm tak kantoi! Dari aku remaja belasan tahun sampai la sekarang belia 'puluhan' tahun, Nasi Ganja tetap maintain kepopularitiannya...siap beratur pun sanggup tuh! Masa aku sampai nasib baik line tak panjang lagi, heheeheh...

So, anda gemar membaca?

2011-10-23T20:36:00.000-07:00

Hi all...lama dah tak update blog ni...bz semedang...

Mana taknya, ofis sibuk dengan 5S. Haih....

Kui3...

Revoltech ARX-8 Laevatein has arrived!!

2011-08-25T20:30:00.001-07:00

Yesssss!!! Just like the title say....the action figure I have been waiting for appeared suddenly on my office desk!

Since I bought this using SAL shipping from Hobbylink Japan (HLJ), I was not expecting it to arrive so soon! It only took 9 days total! Thank you HLJ! Owh, you guys can still get this figure and many others ( I also buy my Macrosses from HLJ ) from HLJ's website, http://www.hlj.com/ .

Anyways, I can't wait to open up the box and see what the figure can do. I'll make a review later on.

Before I sign off, if you are curious about this mech, please check out the manga Full Metal Panic. It's a fun read, full of action, romance and comedy!

Owh, and to all Muslim readers, SELAMAT MENYAMBUT AIDILFITRI!!!

Ku Sendiri Lagi...

2011-07-26T23:07:00.000-07:00

Well, it looks like I am all alone again.

Nah, I still have my mom, my sisters, my two kids from my previous marriage.....but now I'm missing my other half, someone to share all my joy, my sorrow, thru thick and thin....

There was someone before, but then, as fate would have it, she's going through a phase which makes it illegal and immoral for us to pursuit our relationship...and sadly though what we had was beautiful, it had to end...

No use lamenting now, just try to pick up the pieces and move on ( though I hate when this happens ). To my beloved, I can only pray that things work out the best for you, and please forgive me for all the wrongs I've done to you and let's cherish our happy memories together....Allah's willing.

For now, jom layan lagu ni:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxnPqsEaBhg

Jenuh aku mendengar
Manisnya kata cinta
Lebih baik sendiri

Bukannya sekali
Seringku mencoba
Namun kugagal lagi

Mungkin nasib ini
Suratan tanganku
Harus tabah menjalani

Jauh sudah melangkah
Menyusuri hidupku
Yang penuh tanda tanya

Kadang hati bimbang
Menentukan sikapku
Tiada tempat mengadu

Hanya iman di dada
Yang membuatku mampu
Slalu tabah menjalani

Malam malam aku sendiri
Tanpa cintamu lagi oh..oh ho..ho
Hanya satu keyakinanku
Bintang kan bersinar
Menerpa hidupku
Bahagia kan datang

"13 Alasan Tipikal Wanita Yang Enggan Menutup Aurat"

2011-07-14T16:29:00.000-07:00

"13 Alasan Tipikal Wanita Yang Enggan Menutup Aurat"

Salam A'laik.

7. Walau kami tak bertudung, kami tetap sembahyang dan puasa.

-Apakah ibadat kau diterima?

Manusia.. =)

Hanya sekadar renungan....

X Men : First Class.....A Class Of Its Own

2011-06-11T18:29:00.000-07:00

Hi guys n gals! Aku tak pernah buat entry pasal movies nih, tapi kali ni aku cam terpanggil lak untuk mengomen/mengomel. Well, dari tajuk entry je korang dah boleh tau, aku baru tengok citer X Men terbaru ni.

Prequel kerana dia menceritakan macam mana X Men ni bermula, reboot kerana Penerbit dan Pengarah mahu mengolah cerita X Men semual, selepas cerita yg agak 'phail' pada siri X Men Last Stand.

Kalau korang perasan, ramai pengkritik bebas tak puas hati dengan elemen-elemen racism yg wujud dalam cerita kali ni ( aku tak mau reveal, korang tengok sendiri baru puas, heheeh ), tapi tu la, kang aku cakap depa ni mengong, marah...tapi, again, THIS MOVIE TAKES PLACE IN THE 60's, YA FOOLS!!!

Memang la era tu, terlampau banyak berlaku diskriminasi kaum dan gender! And the director and actor sure play their parts well! Kudos to Michael Fassbender dan juga Kevin Bacon, sebab dialog2 mereka, yg memainkan emosi karekter lain, telah menyebabkan the 'so-called' critics bising! Hahahaah....

Finally, aku takmo citer lebih2, nanti yang belum tengok jadi spoil la pulak kan...so cukup setakat aku boleh bagi 4.5/5 bintang...it's that good!

What's $ 50 To You?

2011-06-02T16:52:00.000-07:00

Got this email from a friend. It is actually a 'chain-mail' spam, but I found the story touching nonetheless, so maybe it's worth it to share with all of ya.....

A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year
old son waiting for her at the door.

SON: 'Mummy, may I ask you a question?'
MUM: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the woman.
SON: 'Mummy, how much do you make an hour?'
MUM: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the woman
said angrily. SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an
hour?'
MUM: 'If you must know, I make $ 50 an hour.'
SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down. 'Mummy, may I
please borrow $ 25?'

The mother was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can
borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march
yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so
selfish. I don't work hard every day for such childish frivolities...'. The
little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The woman sat down and
started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask
such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the woman had
calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to
buy with that $ 25 and he really didn't ask for money very often.

The woman went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.
'Are you asleep, son?' She asked.
'No Mummy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.
'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the woman.
'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $ 25 you
asked for.'
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you Mummy!' he
yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.
The woman saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.
The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his mother.
'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the mother grumbled.
'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.
'Mummy, I have $ 50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early
tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The mother was crushed. She put her arms around her little son, and
she begged for his forgiveness. It's just a short reminder to all of you working
so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having
spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts.
Do remember to share that $ 50 worth of your time with someone you love. If we
die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a
matter of hours. (Very True) But the family & friends we leave behind will
feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

Yammie Love ( blatantly ripped off from Puppy Love, lol!)

2011-05-25T17:31:00.000-07:00

This is too funny for me to let pass. The original song, Puppy Love, was sung by Paul Anka in the 60's. According to wikipedia, the lyrics relate the plight of a seventeen-year-old taunted by accusations that feelings for his/her beau are "puppy love", ending with the refrain "How can I ever tell them this is not a puppy love?" .

Well, a good friend of mine, Gordon Sim, who is also a fan of Macross, have quite a beef with Yamato, the current producer of Macross toys. Their product quality sometimes sux, which lead to my friend's lamentation. This bastardization of the song Puppy Love is aptly named: Yammie Love! Hit it, Gordon! XD

And they call it yammie love

oh i guess they'll never know

how a broken valk really feels

and why i'd still love them so

And they called it yammie love

just because they're a small company

Tell them all please tell them it isn't fair

to waste my monthly pay

I cry each night

my tears for stressmarks

broken parts, plastik in pain

i hope and i pray that maybe one day

they'll sell a version 2 once again

(Chorus x2)

Someone tell me please

is there answer from japan

how can i tell them oh how can i tell them

This is not a yammie love

*Credits to Gordon Sim for the funny lyrics. (At least I think he write this)

RUSSIAN ROULETTE

2011-05-24T20:25:00.000-07:00

A South African delegate visits Russia on a State visit.

One evening, after dinner, the host of the party invites the South African delegate to participate in the game of Russian Roulette. Before he got a chance to answer, he was drawn into a sideroom. Here he was given a gun with only one bullet in the magazine. He was instructed to spin the magazine, point the gun at his head and shoot.

Now obviously he did not wish to carry out this dangerous sport but he did so as for not to offend to Russian's "ritual". Luckily he did not get the bullet but was clearly very shaken by the experience. Some time later the very same Russian paid a return visit to South Africa. Now the South African felt that he could get his own back so he drew the latter into a side room. "Now it your time to play SOUTH AFRICA'S roulette. Go into this room and there you will find seven women. Any one of these will give you a Blowjob...""So, what's the catch?" asked the Russian....

HotToys IM2 Mark VI

2011-05-09T22:20:00.000-07:00

Hi all fellow friends and collectors! Guess what? I finally received my Mark VI!! Wohoooo.....

Heheh, yeah, so what..... Anywhooooo...to jumpstart those who are new to this collectible arena, HotToys is a Hong Kong based company which specialises in producing 1/6 scaled figures, from movies and videogames. So far their products are of high quality, hence sought after by all collectors.

I already got my War Machine ( see past review ), so it's only logical for me to get the main suit from the Iron Man 2 movie, the MARK VI! Without further ado, let's proceed...

THE PACKAGING

The packaging is almost similar to War Machine's, with the outer box-sleeve depicting the character. Metallic finish gives it that exclusive feel...

I said similar, because this time, a special base is also given, to recreate the final scene where Mark VI and War Machine goes up against Whiplash and the Hammertech Drones. Cool!

ACCESSORIES

Optional battle damage armor, extra base, extra palm/fists including a pair with articulated fingers, Tony Stark head in armor makes this a worthwhile collection. One point of caution; the 'function stick' supplied is TRANSPARENT in color, so if you are not careful while taking out the manual, you might drop and lose it...you have been warned... :P

Display Stand and Action Base

Tony Stark's head. Excellent sculpt.

DESIGN/GIMMICK

Overall design is superb. Almost 100% likeness of the movie hero. Articulation is not really the high point since this figure is made more for display value. Having said that, the available range of motion is impressive enough. I'll show you later on.

Mask on, mask off! I could swear that's Tony Stark/Robert Downey Jr. himself wearing the armor.

LED on both palms, head and chest.

Okay, remember what I said about the range of motion? See the hip? It's actually extendable, you can twist the body at almost 45degree angle all around, making more dynamic poses possible! I just love this feature. And the groin armor it actually made of flexible material, I think rubber, so that it does not interfere much with the leg articulation. Great job!

For those who are into photography, you will know joy with this figure... ;)

"I promote world peace!", or is it," Teh tarik duer, buih lebih!"

To those who thinks that Mark VI wimped out to War Machine's arsenal, fret not, cause this suit comes fully loaded, babey! Take a look at above pics.

At the hips is the hidden chaff/flare dispenser. A simple twist will activate or deactivate the device. But on my unit, the left part is a bit problematic. See the 'thorny' parts there? It tend to stick out with even the slightest twist and turn on the thigh. I heard from a friend of mine, http://www.superheroesbase.com/, this is a common issue though.

Another nice gimmick is the flaps on the back and leg calf. My complaint is that the large back flaps could not stay flush with the main body...but nothing serious.

Pairing it with HotToys War Machine.....absolute fun!

Now, let's look at the 'battle damage' option parts, ok? ;)

'Battle damaged' MK VI

Mask.

Chest armor

Right and left arm.

Thigh armor.

Here is the overall look with all the optional battle damage armors installed. I guess this is where HotToys really excell, since with this nice addition, you can get TWO whole new look with just one figure! And the addition of the diorama-stand really spice up the display. I have a whole lot of fun just taking pictures for this review. XD

I guess that's it then. I try to be really short and straight to the point, so that I do not bore you with tiny, nerdy details...haha! Out of 5, I confidently give this figure a 4.5/5. If not because of the minor issues, Hottoys could have made the perfect score. Seriously, what are you waiting for? Go get one already!

Yamato new offspring: 1:60 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie!

2011-04-28T18:59:00.000-07:00

A while ago, Yamato announced that they are doing the VF-19 Fire Valk from the Macross 7 series, and the Macross community received the news with mixed feelings. Being almost similar in design with the previously released and notoriously floppy YF-19, fans are not convinced Yamato can deliver the goods.

Well, in answer to some of the harsh criticism, the Yamato Japan website released new pics, with the Battroid mode doing a one-legged standing pose! Now, that speak zillions in terms of articulation, joint tightness and balance!

Just take a look at the pics below:

Err...don't ask why the color is so 'loud', it's in the anime series....lol. As for me, only its steep price (estimated at rm 750 plus) keeps me from giving this toy a 'must-buy' label....just have to wait for the x'mas sales I suppose.

See ya all next entry!

Ancaman Gas Beracun....

2011-03-30T00:50:00.000-07:00

Huh....Ganas kan gambo kali ni? Tapi serius, nampak je best, tapi seksa dowh pakai camni! Dgn panas, dgn berpeluh, dgn gatal2 kat hidung takleh garuk......

Begini ceritanya....... Waktu tu aku masih di darjah enam, tahun 1987. Kejadian berlaku di sebuah rumah di Taman Bercham Jaya, Ipoh, Perak. Aku sekolah pagi. Kawan baik aku, Syam, jugak bersekolah pagi. Jadi, kerana ibubapa kami kerja fulltime, kami biasanya buat aktiviti sendiri antara tengah hari hingga petang. Pada zaman tu, Malaysia bukan cam sekarang, aman damai dan budak2nya pun berbudi pekerti...jadi makbapak masa tu tak risau tinggal kami kat rumah (cewah..).

Lepas sekolah hari tu, aku terus ke rumah Syam yg selang berapa blok je dari rumah aku. Boring ler katakan, harap2nya dia ada kat rumah. Sekali nasib baik daaa, bukan je dia, malah adik2 dia pon ada. Apa lagi, kami berempat (aku, syam, aman adik syam dan ijai, sorang lagi kawan) main bola lah! Tapi main kat perkarangan rumah dia jer, sebab hari tgh panas woh! Korang bayangkan la, budak2 baya kami ni main bola, mmg ler lincah semacam....masing2 nak tiru idola bola masing2. Respirasi memang di tahap tertinggi ketika tubuh mula bertindakbalas untuk membekalkan oksigen kesetiap sel2 otot yg kepenatan.

Sedang sedap menggelecek, tiba-tiba, Syam yg bermain sebagai lawanku tak semena-mena rebah! Aku kaget sebentar. Aku cuba mendapatkan dia, dan ketika aku menghampiri tubuh Syam, lututku pula tiba2 lemah dan aku turut jatuh terkulai...(nasib baik aku masa tu kurus...lalalalalaaa). Otakku kabur, pandangan ku berpinar-pinar....aku cuba meminta tolong tapi tak berdaya membuka mulut. BAB*****! Syam yg berjaya mengumpul sisa2 tenaga bingkas bangun sambil mengejar Aman!

"Jubo tak sekolah ke weiii!!! Agak-agak la nak melepassss...tu la, tadi orang larang makan telur rebus banyak2, DEGIL!!!"

Binawe....

Awan Nano...no?

2011-03-16T21:58:00.000-07:00

Tetiba je hari ni mood aku down...rasa sebak.... Pikir punya pikir, rupanya pasal dah lama tak jenguk anak...

Anak sulung aku, Chopie paling kiri, anak kedua aku, Ajique, paling kanan. Yg tengah tu anak buah...hehehehe.

Ajiq, macam ayah dia dulu-dulu, depan kamera kaku tak reti posing, kui3....

Haih, ayah tengah nak pulun nak kasi business 'up' sket, sorry sangat ye, Chopie, Ajique. Pasal mood tgh sebak, apa kata kita layan lirik Awan Nano....

Lihat ke arah sana

Serakan warna dan berarakan...awan

Pabila terik-panas

Segera hadirnya memayungi.. diri

Pabila kau dahaga

Sesegera turun hujan melimpahkan... kasehnya

Pabila kau katakan

Akulah awan itu yang kau mahu

Begitulah awan nano

Setia melindungi diri

Tika panas mencuba menggores pipi ...dan bibirmu

Begitulah awan nano

Sering saja tak terduga hadir

Dan tak akan tercapai... jejarimu

Kasehnya

Kaseh tiada banding setia tiada tara

Bagaimanapun jua

Awan kekaseh sebenarmu sayang

Walaupun tak akan tercapai jejarimu... ooooo-ooo

Lihat diriku ini

Yang sesekali pernah kau bagaikan... awan

Sehingga tak mungkin terlupa

berikan belas sedari... dulu

Sehingga tak mungkin termampu saksi

Setitispun air matamu...kasehku

Sehingga kau katakan

Akulah awan itu yang kau rindu

Akulah awanmu yang sedia

Melindungi dirimu tika panas mencuba menggores pipi..

Dan bibirmu

Akulah awanmu yang sering kau rindu

dan tak terduga hadirmu walau tak tercapai... jejarimu

Kasehku

Kaseh tiada banding setia tiada tara

Bagaimanapun jua

Aku pelindung dirimu sayang

walaupun tak akan tercapai jejarimu... oooo-oooo

Begitulah awan nano

Setia melindungi diri tika panas mencuba menggores pipi ...

Dan bibirmu

Begitulah awan nano

Sering saja tak terduga hadir

Dan tak akan tercapai.. jejarimu

Kasehku

Kasih tiada banding setia tiada tara

Bagaimanapun jua

Aku pelindung dirimu sayang

Walaupun tak akan tercapai jejarimu...woooo-woo..

SHF KAMEN RIDER ACCEL TRIAL

2011-03-07T18:44:00.000-08:00

Hi alls! How many of you actually read my review, I will never know nor do I bother... I made these review just for my enjoyment since I love taking pictures of toys/collections. One day I might sell them off, so I might as well immortalise them in my blog.... Well, enough blabbering. On to the star of today's entry!

KAMEN RIDER ACCEL TRIAL

I won't bother with the introduction, since most ardent fans would already know him. But in case some of you are wondering, here's a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamen_Rider_Accel

I already got the Kamen Rider Accel and already did a review on him. Basically Accel Trial is the same rider, but in a power up version. In this form, he sacrifices armor and power for speed, in which case if he can land thousands of kicks at one spot in a short time, chances are the enemy's defences will break!

PACKAGING

Being an exclusive, this figure is shipped together with the brown mailer box. If you ask me, other than protecting the valuable toy inside, it also serves as a 'bragging' license...lol!

Inside, the figure is packaged in bright, blue box, depicting its character at the front and its various poses at the back, the usual stuff.

The figure itself is held in place securely by the plastic tray. A basic instruction is also included as with other figures.

ACCESSORIES

Other than the closed fists attached to the figure, 8 other optional fists/palms are included so that you can recreate the action poses of this kamen rider. Those who watched the show can re-enact his many action poses, which I also like to do... :P

Other than the fists, there are also the Accel Driver, Trial Memory and the Engine Blade. As always, minute detail and excellent paint job overall.

SCULPT/ARTICULATION

At first I thought Accel Trial is just a repaint of Accel, but boy! Am I suprised! In a pleasant way of course. The motif for Kamen Rider Accel Trial is motocross and the letter 'A' I was told. And looking at the head sculpt, it does resemble a motocross helmet. They eyelense are sculpted separate from the head, a standarad fare from figuarts, which is excellent! Under right lighting, you can even see the details behind the lense!

Paintjob is what you can expect from Figuarts, as also the detailing on the figure. One main difference I can see between this figure and Accel figure, is the head can now turn all the way to the right or left...since Accel Trial does not have the hindering neck armor like Accel has.

Also, this figure still maintain the die-cast joint and consequently the die-cast feet, thus giving it incredible balance in posing. Shame Bandai decides to use ball joints on its latter figures..... :(

OVERALL

Despite being almost similar to Figuarts Accel, this figure is of its own. Superb finish, well balanced, as articulated as any figuarts can be, the only gripe from me is the price...but hey! It's an exclusive....so you wanna collect SHF? Gotta pay the price bro...or sis, depending on who you are....

So, I would give this figure an overall 4.5/5 score....shame he did not have a bike in Rider format, since the human character rides a cool bike himself!

Yeah...thumbs up baby! XD
