Well we did it folks! Thanks to some very generous supporters; friends, family and fans, BrainFood Comics reached our fundraising goal! This means a world of good things for us and our readers! More books, more merch, more conventions and that's just the beginning!

So a great big BrainFood thank you to all our supporters! We could not have done it without you!

In other news, New York Comic Con is this coming weekend at the Javitz Center in NYC, and Ben Cohen, Jeff Cohen (Dinoman), Chris Caravella (Buddy Cops) and myself will be at booth 353 by Artist Alley! We'll have the all sorts of goodies including the NYCC Exclusive Buddy Cops first look! There's only 50 copies printed so be sure to get yours!!

And for the West Coast fans make sure you make it to APE at the Concourse in San Francisco, California next weekend October 16-17th to meet Eben Burgoon and D Bethel of Eben 07!! Two great BrainFood appearances in two weeks! SWEET!!!

Greetings loyal BrainFeeders! (yeah, still working on the nicknames)
Welcome to the updated BrainFood Comics Web-Site!
I've made some adjustments, added some goodies (head down to the Titles, Media and Store pages and see for yourself!)

Speaking of the Store page, do not be alarmed!
You will notice that our good friends at 01 Comics (aka Ka-Blam Printing, Indy Planet Online Comic Store, and Comics Monkey Distributors) are having some technical difficulty. Fear not, however, I know we are in good hands and they are working around the clock to battle said difficulties. That being said, it's sadly best not to visit those sites until we say the coast is clear.

But enough of this sorrow! On to more frivolity! We have some excellent shows coming up on both the East and West Coasts. In sunny California we have Eben Burgoon and D. Bethel of "Eben 07" making an appearance for Second Saturday at Big Brother Comics, August 14th at 6pm. Check out the website for more info!

And then across the country we have the debut BrainFood Table at Baltimore Comic Con! August 28th-29th at the Baltimore Convention Center. Featured appearances are yours truly, plus Jeff Cohen and Ben Cohen of Dinoman, and Chris Caravella of the upcoming "Buddy Cops" and "On The Trail With A Curly Tail"!

before the story arc of Ham & Eggs Volume 1 promises to be a very welcome new branch in the series! Conceptualized and written by our newest BrainFood family member,
Chris Caravella, (everybody say hi to Chris! let's make him feel welcome!)
and illustrated by yours truly. Check out these tasty morsels ;)

Yes, it was two years ago today that the warped tales of our porcine protagonist and his plucky ward were first hatched by Lauren Monardo and Stephen Lindsay. Some day in the future this shall be celebrated nationally by days off and barbecues. You'll see!!

Hey gang, don't forget that two great events are happening NEXT WEEK!!!
The first is the official release of "The Slightly Askew Adventures of Inspector Ham & Eggs" Volume 1 TPB! Tell your local shop to go to the Retailer section of this site for info on how to stock up on this and other great BrainFood titles!
Secondly, but no less importantly, the second Anniversary of the offical Ham & Eggs headquarters, amazing supporters of Indy Comics and Stephen Lindsay and myself,

Good day, dear readers!
I hope that all those who celebrate the gorge-fest known
as Thanksgiving had a wonderful time with family, friends and feast!

We here at Brainfood have much to be thankful for, this year!
What began simply as a means to publish our first series, Ham & Eggs
has quickly grown to be so much more!
We are thankful for the amazing talent our friends, Eben Burgoon,
Daniel Bethel, Ben Cohen & Jeff Cohen have deemed to share with us!
We are even more thankful for their friendship and shared enthusiasm for
comics and the fellow creators who make them!
So I raise a toast (whichever beverage you choose is fine)
to these fine individuals, and to comic creators, publishers, sellers and (most
importantly) readers everywhere! Without you, it would not be possible.

We here at Brain Food Comics promised exciting news, and exciting news we shall give you!
I am very pleased to announce that Brain Food Publishing is now the happy home of not one,
but two great titles!

One you may be aware of already, as it is currently one of the greatest web comics to grace your screen! That's right, Eben 07: the official comic of the Intelligence Cleaner Agency, is now part of Brain Food! Num Num!!

Eben Burgoon, Dan Bethel, Stephen Lindsay and I are very excited about this! With two collections currently being sold (the second available for pre-order through their site, eben07.com) and plenty of material ready to be printed, Eben 07 promises to pack just as powerful a punch in print as it does on the interwebs! Check back for more news on this in the very near future, but in the meantime you can enjoy a preview of the first two books in the Titles Section of this site! (And also on their website)

As if things couldn't get any better, we're also the proud soon-to-be publisher of what promises to be a great new series!
