بدء استخدام التطبيقات

إنشاء تطبيق

ملاحظة باستخدام Access 2013، لا يزال بإمكانك إنشاء قواعد بيانات سطح مكتب تقليدية من البداية. أو جرّب استخدام قالب لإنشاء تطبيق أو قاعدة بيانات سطح مكتب أو قاعدة بيانات ويب بنمط Access 2010.

قوالب الجداول

أضف جداول بسرعة إلى تطبيقك باستخدام قوالب جداول مصممة مسبقاً. إذا كنت تتعقب مهاماً، فابحث عن قالب "المهام" وانقر فوقه.

التغييرات في الشريط للمخططات

الاستمتاع بالقراءة

استمتع بمستندات Word مباشرةً من شاشتك بفضل عرض القراءة الجديد المنظّم والمريح.

وضع القراءة الجديد

استمتع بالقراءة بطريقة عرض تُظهر مستنداتك في أعمدة سهلة القراءة على الشاشة.

تتم إزالة أدوات التحرير لعدم تشتيت انتباهك، ولكن لا يزال بإمكانك الوصول إلى الأدوات المناسبة دائماً للقراءة مثل التعريف، والترجمة، وبحث على ويب.

تكبير/تصغير الكائن

اضغط ضغطاً مزدوجاً بإصبعك أو انقر نقراً مزدوجاً بالماوس للتكبير وعرض الجداول والمخططات والصور في المستند بملء الشاشة. ركّز على المعلومات واجمعها، ثم اضغط أو انقر مجدداً خارج الكائن للتصغير ومتابعة القراءة.

استئناف القراءة

أعد فتح مستند وتابع القراءة من حيث توقفت. يتذكر Word المكان الذي توقفت عنده، حتى عند إعادة فتح مستند عبر الإنترنت من كمبيوتر مختلف!

فيديو عبر الإنترنت

أدرج ملفات فيديو عبر الإنترنت يمكنك مشاهدتها مباشرةً في Word، من دون الحاجة إلى مغادرة المستند، بحيث تتمكّن من متابعة التركيز على المحتوى.

التوسيع والطي

يمكنك طي أجزاء من المستند أو توسيعها بنقرة أو ضغطة واحدة. ضع ملخصات في العناوين ودع الأمر للقرّاء ليفتحوا المقطع ويقرأوا التفاصيل إذا أرادوا ذلك.

العمل معاً

اعمل مع الآخرين باستخدام أدوات تعاون مبسّطة.

حفظ الملفات ومشاركتها في مجموعة النظراء

تشبه مجموعة النظراء موقع تخزين متنقل للملفات. ويمكنك الوصول إليها في أي وقت تكون متصلاً فيه بالإنترنت. يمكن الآن مشاركة مستند باستخدام SharePoint أو SkyDrive بسهولة. ومن هناك يمكنك الوصول إلى مستندات Word وجداول بيانات Excel وملفات Office أخرى ومشاركتها. ويمكنك حتى العمل مع زملائك على الملف نفسه وفي الوقت نفسه.

التمييز البسيط

توفر طريقة عرض المراجعة الجديدة، التمييز البسيط، عرضاً منظماً وبسيطاً لمستندك، ولكنّ المؤشرات حيث أُجريت التغييرات المتعقبة تبقى مرئية.

الرد على التعليقات ووضع علامة عليها كمنتهية

بات للتعليقات الآن زر للرد. يمكنك مناقشة التعليقات وتتبعها بجوار النص المناسب. عندما تتم مناقشة تعليق معين ولم يعد يتطلب أي إجراء، يمكنك تمييزه كمنتهٍ. يصبح التعليق رمادياً كي لا يشكل أي إزعاج، ولكن تبقى المحادثة موجودة في حال رغبت في العودة إليها لاحقاً.

إضافة صقل وأسلوب

باستخدام Word 2013، يمكنك إنشاء مستندات أكثر جمالاً وجاذبية، واستخدام المزيد من أنواع الوسائط، كمقاطع الفيديو والصور عبر الإنترنت. ويمكنك حتى فتح ملفات PDF.

بدء استخدام قالب
