Branson Mayor's Fiscal Idiocy - No Money - No Honor in the House of Presley

An estimated $100 million dollar expense dubbed, "The Road to the Presley Theater" is in the works following a long trend of fiscal irresponsibility and massive down-tick in Branson's allure. The $13 million dollar surplus Presley was given when taking the helm is now spent.

Several raises in utility rates and regulatory hoops have proved crushing to the Branson economy. The only beneficiary seems to be the mayor's private business as her arch enemy Andy Williams has now passed and

top competitor and nearly identical show , (Branson's first show), the Baldknobber, reports to be shutting down.

Higher taxes, crushing regulations, multi-million dollar litigation and deficit spending is the mark of an administration where integrity is lost. Branson's Mayor seems to have a strategy in mind - if she can drive the city bankrupt - she won't have to pay the bills - well, the road to her theater is secretly being paid and paved with buyouts that haven't yet been reported by the press - some of which she's business partners with. This is the strategy Presley is using with the airport -"we don't have the money."It's the friend who doesn't pay back money owed and decides to buy a new car. It's the character of an individual with no character - it's the new Branson - an integrity free zone.

While Good for the Mayor's pocket book funding the highly subsidized Presley theater seems to have one hope for the community at large - the hope is that we can resurrect the dead and pack them on busses - blue hair and all.

The Branson Convention Center, the $100,000,000 annual revenue generating Branson Landing and the TIF funded Branson HIlls are performing radically well but the fruits of these affluent travelers higher spending totas aren't important since they're less likely to attend a theater where Branson's poorest citizens are mocked and the praises to Jesus can be heard for 50 bucks a pop (Free with a Timeshare Tour).

Presley's reign is marked with declension from Branson's past in such a significant way tonight she's proposing to change a law protecting the fiscal solvency of the city. The amount of money being held in the reserves will be reduced to pave the path to the Presley theater ironically named the "Spirit 76".The true spirit of 76 - 1776 is the citizens fighting against taxation - a far cry from the Presley sales job which creates new tax burden.'s sley's spirit of 76 is a strange tea party where the press supports the monarchy and the citizens pay double taxation in celebration of the royal oppression.

Multi-million dollar lawsuits and misreporting facts to the public are counterbalanced by business relationships with media outlets hellbent on sending rainbows and sunshine riding on unicorns to sell a fiscal plan which would make even the most shady time-share sales practitioners blush.

Meet Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley, perhaps, Branson's only business benefiting from a trend of fiscal debauchery leaning far left of Branson's traditional path,While the non-stop spending spree, millions in unnecessary litigation (the highest the city of Branson has ever incurred) , payouts to our mayors friends and business trips that line corrupt politicians pockets are matched by an an extreme lack of honor.

A deal is a deal and in these parts of the country a handshake is supposed to mean something - a written contract should mean more.

a Presley's contracts create debt for generations,but the spending remains unquestioned.

Perhaps we should pay those who we promised, revenue generating,and unlike Presley's spending marked

with fiscal accountability and pay per performance metrics

Like the Mayor's other business ventures, she was on a competing airport board notorious for claiming Branson could never succeed in bringing Southwest Airlines.

I like to end my editorials with something nice to say as all humans created by the almighty have some virtue . For Presley, I can say she's the best mayor Springfield ever had.

BRANSON, Mo. — High from a jet on approach, this airport looks like something built in a jungle by Navy Seabees.

The 7,200-foot runway lies flat across the tops of seven beheaded mountains, accessed by a narrow road that winds through the dense trees. Easy to imagine a jeep racing out to the flight line.
But, really, 10 miles away, Yakov Smirnoff is telling jokes. Banjos fill the air, splashes fill swimming pools and the Oak Ridge Boys are singing about Elvira. People eat all they can eat — and then eat some more.
About 8 million people come each year to the famous Branson strip and the town’s 18,000 hotel rooms. Most drive. A lot come on charter buses. Because going back to 1959 when the Baldknobbers opened the first live music show, Branson went 50 years without a commercial airport.
Then about six years ago, huge earth-moving equipment busted through 422 acres of Ozark wild south of town and pushed the tops off those seven mountains. They moved more than 11 million cubic yards of dirt to build that plateau, at the time one of the biggest such projects in the country. The first plane landed at the new Branson Airport in 2009.
Now with the first privately developed, privately operated commercial airport in the country and a new convention center, this town that had a boom for the ages in the 1980s could be primed for another.
The airport made it easier to get there. In March, it got even easier when Southwest Airlines began direct fights from Dallas, Houston and Chicago. One connection opens Branson to the coasts.
“Southwest was a huge win,” said Lee McPheters, an economics professor at Arizona State University who did a study on how an airport would affect Branson tourism.
One thing airport studies invariably show, McPheters said: People spend more when they fly in to a place.
Frontier Airlines had already begun nonstop flights from Denver.
Officials expect Branson to remain a “rubber tire” destination, but acknowledge, too, that the airport could over time shake up Branson demographics, which tend to lean Midwestern and senior.
“My grandmother would love to get on a bus with a bunch of her friends for a 10-hour ride to Branson,” said Jeff Bourk, the airport’s executive director. “My mother would not want to do that and I wouldn’t consider it.”
Unlike other commercial airports in the country, Branson gets no federal grant dollars and, accordingly, less government red tape. That doesn’t mean TSA is not on-site; it is.
Bourk works for a corporation, not a city, county or port authority. After construction, Branson Airport LLC gave the facility to Taney County, but operates it under a 45-year lease.
“There’s no other airport like it,” said Bourk, who last year was named the industry’s Best and Brightest Under Forty by Airport Business Magazine.
“Whatever mistakes we make are ours,” he said.
The unusual setup probably goes unknown by passengers.
They might notice some things, though, that make this airport different. Beyond the hog tracks in the terminal floor.
The maintenance guy painting lines on the runway? He might be armed because his main job is police officer. The landing crew on the tarmac could be firefighters.
Because of limited flights, now about a dozen a day, employees are hired for certain jobs but expected to perform other duties on downtime. One day last week, firefighter Katie White worked police duty.
“Last winter I hung Sheetrock,” she said while watching security monitors.
“She also built our picnic tables,” Bourk said.
The airport has also turned into an Ozarks version of Rodéo Drive. You might see Roy Rogers Jr. walking through the terminal. Or Pam Tillis or Shoji Tabuchi. Mickey Gilley passes through often.
When the airport first opened, Andy Williams asked for a tour. Lee Greenwood once entertained the holding area with an a capella version of “God Bless the USA.”
Charlie Camirand, the airport parking manager — who also works in the gift shop and as a ticket agent and a firefighter and who does snow removal in winter — has a favorite.
“I love Tony Orlando,” he said. “He always says ‘hi’ to me. I take care of Tony.”

In 1882, Reuben Branson opened a general store and post office in the hills south of Springfield just short of the Arkansas line.
If he could see 76 Country Boulevard today, he would probably think that he’d be making a killing at that old store.
It all started with the Baldknobbers. Shepherd of the Hills and Silver Dollar City came soon after. The 1980s brought the boom times that would lead to more than 50 theaters.
Most recently, Branson Landing opened in 2006 on the downtown waterfront. The Branson Convention Center, anchored by the 290-room Hilton Branson Hotel, came a year after that.
But the airport didn’t have an easy start.
“We opened in the worst economy since the Great Depression,” Bourk said.
Then in 2011 part of the runway collapsed. In August, Branson Airport LLC sued the Kansas City engineering firm Burns & McDonnell and three other firms for negligence.
In a statement, Burns & McDonnell denied the allegations, saying that it remained proud of the work it did and that it was not hired for runway soil testing.
Repairs were made. The attorney for the airport has emphasized the airport continues to operate safely and is expected to serve 140,000 passengers this year.
According to Bourk, an economic impact study to be released by the state of Missouri will say the airport has generated $90 million in new revenue for the area and created 1,500 jobs.
Ross Summers, president of the Branson Chamber of Commerce & Convention and Visitors Bureau, said the airport will be a key component in taking Branson from strictly an entertainment venue to a convention city.
“It really opens us up to corporate travel and conventions,” Summers said.
Before, travelers had to fly into Springfield and then arrange ground transportation for the hour drive south.
Currently, only about 4 percent of Branson travelers arrive by air. That is expected to change.
“Southwest (Airlines) doesn’t come into a market on a whim,” Summers said. “They have vetted this town. They know we have what they’re looking for.”

Deer heads on the terminal wall and hog tracks in the concrete floor pretty much say Branson.
Look up. Those wood beams are from a buggy factory. Decorative awnings — corrugated tin from Missouri barns.
Rocking chairs. Country music on the loudspeaker.
Mary Jane Elbert and her husband sat in the holding area last week waiting for a flight to Denver.
They could have flown out from Springfield, where they live.
“But I love the way this airport feels,” she said.
Barry and Flora Bush flew in from Ogunquit, Maine, for a reunion of Barry’s classmates from Oklahoma State University.
“We wouldn’t have made it without the airport here,” he said. “This made it easy.”
Plus, it was their first trip to Branson. They stayed on the strip at the Hotel Grand Victorian.
“Right across from the Ducks,” Barry said, referring to the Ride the Ducks amphibious tour vehicles.
Then he smiled: “First thing we did.”
Bourk, 41, a New Englander, sees every landing and takeoff from his office window. He soloed at 16, got his pilot’s license at 17. He was managing an airport in Maine when he got involved with Branson.
“It was terribly exciting — we were going to build an airport from the ground up,” he said in his office. “I wanted to be part of that.”
So he loaded up the family and moved to a place he’d barely heard of. His daughter, 8, and son, 4, love it there, he said.
And the wife? Loves it too, Bourk said.
“She’s getting pretty good at go-carts.”

Branson Alderman Hide Faces to Cover-Up Open Government Violation

Branson City Officials met yesterday at the Branson Convention Center to confirm coronation of a new city administrator. Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley personally called several reporters known to cover the city of Branson in order to prevent press presence.

As a result, there were no corporate press members present to witness the open and intentional Sunshine Law violations that followed. By law, the city of Branson is not required to post information online regarding open meetings. According to state statute, the City of Branson must give 72 hours notice - physically - (the online misinformation website maintained by the City of Branson omits important and damming information; however integrity of web publishing outlets is not required by statute (a great opportunity for politicians to lie at will).

The intentional violation of the Sunshine Law occurred in the most deliberate and sinister way I have ever seen in thirteen years of studying government including election coverage in three countries. The methods utilized were impressive. In fact, I have earned respect for Mayor Raeanne Presley - the depth of manipulation, deception and arrogance is undocumented in modern American government.

Under ordinary circumstances, a meeting is noticed, called to order and a motion is made to move into private session. Due to a complicit press, violations of this process are a regular occurrence.

Presley has been criticized by prior city administrators for her vagrant Sunshine Law violations which resulted in his firing ( firing the messenger is Presley's favorite game).

Local governments are allowed to move into private session under specific circumstances. For instance, if Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley wants to call a meeting into private session in order to launder money, massively increase government regulations and create an environment where the Presley Theater is the only business allowed to operate through regulation - the law prevents this from happening. Unfortunately, there are few checks and balances to ensure open government laws are followed. The only group with an economic incentive is the press, unfortunately the 4th estate is subject to the same kinds of debauchery common in other industries.

Four meetings were called in two places yesterday. Two meetings were canceled. Notification was sent stating two were canceled. The other two meetings occurred but at a different place than noticed. Press members who follow the journalistic process normally attend the meeting until there is a call into closed session. The location noticed was not utilized but was rather decorated and unattended. A secret location was established where the meeting actually took place. Two conference rooms were rented to evade public eyes and public scrutiny.

For several years Branson's current administration has been in continual violation of open government laws. One round of correspondence has been issued by the Missouri Attorney General and it's my hope that more will follow. Where Presley lacks wisdom she's very clever in her handling of politicians and reporters. She makes personal phone calls and initiates off-the-record slander to ensure political position.

As a journalist I've been blessed by the many "lovers of liberty" within the ranks of Branson employees. Presley is hated by Branson Employees for her heavy handed ways of managing city employees and has issued new protocols to block communication between press members and the public. Before Presley took office the position of Mayor didn't have hands on communication with low level employees. Presley on the other hand loves directly telling engineers, attorneys and other employees how to do their job.

Several legal counselors outside and inside the city of Branson have advised Presley that some of her actions violate state law and the Constitution of the United States. At this point I'm in the process of trying to protect some city employees that have been asked to violate Constitutional Law and am not at liberty to release specifics on these issues as it will hurt people unneccesarily.

It is however likely that the City of Branson is under investigation and the time is moving quickly that I'll be unable shield the city from some very embarrassing well documented activities in contradiction to the moral dictates prescribed by law. I am not involved nor intend to be involved in the investigation.

Sadly, Branson's current mayor is unwilling to act with humility and admit that some of her activities conflict with moral and/or legal standards. An advisor helped Presley develop a strategy of intimidation which has forced to me assemble a defensive legal team.

To date Presley has initiated several means to ensure my rights as a citizen are not protected. When the police force refused to follow an unconstitutional dictate, Presley moved back to the table. Recently, understanding the lack of ethics or Branson's current leadership I made a Sunshine Law request related to the last 60 days. According to the Sunshine Request I made, it can be assumed the City of Branson has spent $100,000 on a slander campaign. The 100k number is derived from a $2064 expense to view documents related to communications related to this reporter as a person (Darin Codon) and the journal you're reading. Again, this would assume the City of Branson acts with integrity ( a poor assumption).

Throughout the course of history many groups have been isolated through alternative administrative processes. During Germany's darkest hour certain groups were isolated for their genetic and personality traits. Dissidents, political activists, gays, gypsies and people of Hebrew descent were identified as sub-human. When you convince citizens that someone is sub-human you can stop treating them as a human being.

In the case of Germany this allowed groups to be humiliated, tortured and enabled the government to end lives en-mass.

Five years ago I made a Sunshine Request that threatened the careers of a few city employees (intentionally vague). A reporter during the usual course of investigation isn't in great danger until he trips upon scandal. Most reporters will never actually break a large story but once in their lives. I'm in the middle of my second.

Having knowledge of a huge blunder puts a writer (or any other citizen for that matter) at risk. Since Presley can't stop me through edicts (illegal since the Magna Carta), nor terror (police department isn't cooperating), she's stepped up threatening action.

On Wed., I was aggressively stopped and harassed by members of the Branson Police Department on three occasions. This comes after a brief period of peace. This will discontinue as I have obtained legal counsel to ensure local leaders start (and I emphasize start) obeying federal and state regulations.

I'm in the middle of a journalistic investigation related to corruption by Branson's City Leaders. My intention is to study that which is political.

I have no intention of causing physical harm to anyone. And while our leadership knows this it is there hope they can have me detained to prevent this investigation. The method they're using is one of deception; ironically related to their feelings. This means of team of followers is creating rumors as to how they "feel".

Not only are these rumors dishonest; they're being created to cause me harm. While telling people I could be "dangerous" gets me chicks, the only danger they're in is the danger a godless and moraless politician has when a reporter isn't short on courage when it comes to telling the truth.

While Presley has created orders that have caused me physical harm I have no intention of retaliating. I want Presley and her cohorts to live long lives and see the city restored to leaders with integrity the people so greatly deserve.

Our leaders our reasonably scared about the exposure of financial dealings, legal dealings and a multitude of open government violations (one of which is elaborated above). They are not physically afraid of me - which they've been advised to state as a means to achieve detention.

My advice to our leadership is simple. Correct your errors, fix the problems through honest means, act with integrity and your fear of an active press who actually utilize the journalistic method will dissipate.

As for the Wicked Witch of Western Taney County - your lack of wisdom, integrity and honor are a blessing to me. I wish no harm to your physical being as it would slow down the comedic material and joy throughout the county as I take notes. The journalism community in Branson is older than the music community - we birthed the Baldknobber nab (which the Presley family followed). But you have my word of honor that I mean no physical harm. I promise not to even throw water on you

I intend to use protection provided by law.. I will however not be intimidated to report because of your pretend "feelings" or other means to terrorize me which you've used in the past - again, not even a glass of water. If you don't like reporters actually covering the city of Branson - leave. I was covering this beat before you and will probably be covering it after you. You're the laughing stock of Taney County Politics - known for your arrogance, phoniness and complete disregard for integrity.

Reporters, journalists, writers - we love people like you - you keep us in business. I would take a bullet in my arm to keep you safe - I want you here a long time. You exhibit the true heart of King Herod and I hope the stories which generate from your actions are seen everywhere so other people can save their own towns from the special breed of ignoramus which has preserved your office.

Alderman Cris Bohinc - When the City of Branson was using physically aggressive means to intimidate me from covering the City of Branson I asked for your help. I want to thank you because the violence I was experiencing on a regular basis three years ago slowed down - it wasn't as terrifying to enter public property.

Before becoming a politician you lived a good life - taught Sunday school and were by all accounts a great mom. You're probably an amazing grandmother and I wish the best for your private life.

As for public life....

The first time I asked you for political debates you cried. After crying you started moving down the phone list calling people, gossiping privately and telling them you wouldn't debate your competitor due to me. The truth is you were unprepared.

You were brought into the Presley camp as part of a club to shift political power. You've met with Presley and other alderman on scores of occasions in private homes. You were asked by Mayor Raeanne Presley to serve as an alderman because she could control you. And she's done a great job of that.

You've broke every campaign promise you've ever made. You promised to serve one term (both you and Williams). What you've become is so far from the person you were I can hardly recognize you. You're on the government payroll and constantly complain about the amount of money you're getting.

In my opinion you're getting paid much more than you're worth. Perhaps, if Presley's war on the music industry were slowed your family would have more work.

You don't have the education, skillset or experience to serve the downtown district the way it needs. You're emotionally manipulative and when asked to improve downtown you cry about "not being appreciated".

I don't appreciate you. You're a paid employee taking money from tax payers. This is in direct conflict to your role as Alderman. Your "BFF" Presley (Formerly referred to as the Wicked Witch of Taney County) is the master to which you show "great servant leadership to". You no longer have my respect as a political leader nor as a Christian as you've started rumors privately and broadly with no basis in truth.

Your activities as a city leader have put the future of Branson in great risk. You've help bankrupt the city treasury and perpetually deceive the citizens, as Presley asks, regarding Branson Landing finances.

You've been part of legal and financial decisions which you're frankly not qualified to address. My advice is to continue your education and choose who you are going to be - servant or leader. Your perpetual answer to phone calls you receive as an Alderman has been to create new legislation each time someone chooses to manipulate you.

For the record, we are not friends and yet I am not your enemy. But we can no longer go off the record and chat alone. because I don't currently find you trustworthy. In fact, I'm afraid of what you might do with your emotions as a guide. You have intentionally spread misinformation to create a situation where I could come into harm's way.

I forgive you and harbor no anger but I am advised by my legal team to avoid off-the-record isolated communications as we've had on so many occasions. If you want to keep me from going to public meetings because you think government should be left alone to spend millions without scrutiny - too bad.

If you continue to issue false statements to members to the community and press members - in the way you have - I will be forced to take legal action or just publicly clown you by elaborating on your activities in a very public way. Watch how far Presley runs from you in the way she has city employees who follow her orders and find themselves fired .

I've been trying real hard to avoid legal entanglements but you and your BFF's vindictiveness is unpredictable. Next time you use a curse word in a meeting I will post it. And don't think crying will help you get out of responsibilities you signed up for. And if you don't like pictures leave politics.

Don't ever command me not to take a photo on public property and think I'll comply. Read the Constitution - making phone calls to have me falsely detained will not inhibit my right to report, nor will it limit future liability.

Lastly, I will be going through the finances of Downtown Branson and I will be needing those in the form they were created, specifically Excel. I will be addressing each agency individually as they have different legal requirements. I've asked for them before and am in waiting. I no longer trust you will act without encouragement from proper legal authority and next time you pull the stunt you did yesterday I assure you I will take defensive legal action.

I would never do anything to physically harm you. Of course you know that because of our many off the record discussions including the one we had two weeks ago. I've always been polite regardless of your pottymouth.

As for your political career - I hope it's short - though it could be long. After all you're always willing to do the campaign dirt for your political allies.

NOTE ON TITLE

Here's the deal. The police are no longer willing to physically assault me on Presley's (soon to be Branson's former Mayor) order. The strategy deployed, which was crafted during a closed session worked like this.

Presley was told to spread a rumor far and wide. The rumor was that she's scared. And she is scared 'cause she's a crook and I'm good at identifying crooks in government' (it's called journalism).

But that isn't what she was told to say. She was told to spread a rumor that I was dangerous - as in "he's gonna punch ya" dangerous. This involved Bohinc and Presley asking every sycophant they could find to spread this gossip. The intent was to create a virus of hate and fear. After the virus spread Bohinc was advised to act in a way to elevate tensions then call in a city employee to do an evaluation which would have resulted in a 96 hour detainment under the premise of a medical hold. Unfortunately, the plan failed. I was forced to leave the city, meet with a doctor and assemble a legal team. Basically, it doesn't matter if I'm found innocent or guilty in this case. If I'm out of commission, this gives 96 hours to spread more treacherous and dishonest statements.

The overall intent of this action is to cover-up a variety of activities the citizens of Branson wouldn't be willing to tolerate. If they can stop me from speaking in open meetings and publishing photos; they're more likely to be successful in spreading falsehood through means of gossip.

I use words and photos to tell stories. I believe and use the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. I don't even carry a weapon and I don't want to.

My ambition is to one day serve as a prison missionary. I believe there is greater integrity and honor among our nations prisoners than political office. In Branson, I know this is true.

If Presley could learn to love the Constitution as much as she loves using public funds and legislation to promote her silly Baldknobber imitation show - we could lesson the damage already done to the community.

I don't respect politicians who use terror .As a peaceful and persistent pacifist I've learned if I don't stand up for myself , I'll be victim to politicians who hate liberty as much as they love the pain of a wallet fat enough to bruise their backside.

It was the day Agenda 21 was enacted. It was the day property rights were not respected and thousands to pages of new legislation made life hard on business owners.

It was the day Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley took vacations aplenty and charged $600 for any press member that wanted to see the expenses.

It was the day of police brutality and settlements disbursed.

It was the day of idiocy. It was the day the press stopped being a watchdog and joined hands with corrupt officials. It was the day the Mayor and KY3 were in a contractual partnership. It was the day Gary Groman retired and the government printed press releases on command.

It was the day black men were not allowed to perform in public (Nelly who gave a nice speech to Presley at his indoor concert).

It was the day Andy Williams was denied the right to lead a parade down 76 boulevard. It was the day a television station deleted him from the history.

It was the day of increased poverty, crime and rejection of new business. (Record number of reported rape and Murder, record high according to the FBI)

It was the day of Pharisaic rule and of Churches turning a blind eye.

It was the day of ridiculousness, false reports and false histories being promoted.

This was the day Branson City employees were fired in record numbers and engineers were instructed by a leader with a 4th grade education.

This was the day we can celebrate because it is over - almost - at least we can hope.

Fish Week 2013 - The High Holy Hillbilly Holidays (4H)

I cannot fully express my joy because there is no word in the English language that could quite describe this ecstasy.

As a celebration lap for my victory over a filthy rag of a politician's attempt to steal my faith - I dedicated a week to my Father - in heaven. Long-suffering did not dis-way hope but did crush my belief in this great nation, temporarily. Her efforts took my money, slandered my good name and used every bit of tax resources possible to thwart my ceaseless expression of political truth - but could never fully break my soul.

I was shunned by priests, family, friends but never forgot where I am truly fed.

Fishing is a sacred act for me. While I am not at liberty to discuss the conditions of my survival training I can tell you this. Many years ago I traveled 60 miles from the top of a mountain to a dessert location with a tiny brook. Supplies were as follows: blanket, onion, texturized vegetable protein (TVP), water, charred cloth, file, rope. The rope and blanket were used to make what's called a Jedi Pack (backpack), Charred cloth and steel make starting a fire easy and the onion and TVP provided essential nutrition. During survival exercises all nutrition is appreciated but taste is often lacking.

My team successfully arrived in Goblin Valley where repelling exercises and R&R on sandstone structures gave way to plenty of time to explore the stream. Miraculously, we were able to catch trout with our hands. A man under pressure can do amazing things; few know their capacity to break or thrive because few men ever get these types of experiences in modern life.

I am trained to endure terror but I have not known the terror executed by the most godless politician I have ever met. The abuse was so brutal there were times I wept - not due to the abuse - but what great danger our nation is in if we let tyrants utilize whichcraft against our nations most holy documents. As will come out; especially if tremendous arrogance continues to plague our local government, is wise counsel was ignored. Eventually this politicians best effort to suspend civil liberty was blocked by her own ranks. When politicians ask law enforcement to break a law - the law of the Constitution of the United States - they are not required to comply. This leader learned this lesson the hard way.

But I do not wish to gloat and did not wish to punish - In fact, if at all possible I choose not to sue - but have learned if I don't protect myself nobody will. In fact, if I don't protect myself as a custodian of fact - people will be afraid to tell the truth and my community will continue to suffer.

I could not take this victory to press but had to wait. I needed to know if I had my father's blessing; this is where fishing comes in. Like the fish in the desert , I cast my line on the lake of Taneycomo. Though my fishing resources were inadequate the good Lord did provide. A prayer - a cast - a fish - Victory. I ate despite my enemies best efforts. And I ate well.

I have tried this experiment before but have failed. It's so easy to spend money in America where supplies are abundant - but what if a beast arrives ? What if politicians like the one I took head on prosper ? What if the Consitution is deemed invalid and the wicked torure, rape and suspend presses at will. What if you're allowed to go to church as long as the pastor censors himself to the will of the state ? For most these possibilities are not part of their reality - mainly because they aren't doing or saying anything that threatens dominant culture. I mean this: Christians today are in as much danger preaching Christ as a Muslim Mullah is for preaching Islam in Iran - none. Christianity , the sacred texts, describe a culture foreign to America.

There is no risk but a desire to cry persecution because there is none. Christianity, in its corporate form, is the predominate culture in the United States - its decline due to its failure to practice the faith - not the teachings of the prophets who would seduce even the most sinful of men - even many leaders in our community who use the term "God" for purposes of vanity.

I would encourage those who seek persecution to visit Iran, North Korea or India as my grandfather did on his mission. I would prefer Chrisitians to do such rather than pray for persecution in America. Eventually it will come but not because of the faithful but the morality of the institution.

To the early church the symbol of the cross was detestably unused. During the reign of King Herod, who had both John the Baptist and יהשע killed, utilized the cross to execute many. The great historian Josepheus elaborates on its use when Jesus was a child. To truly understand the Bible one must understand the political structures or much is left misunderstood. Entire villages were hung and at times set on fire with crosses whose rotting corpses were a symbol to those who denied the godliness of politicians and the authority of the state. In secular texts John the Baptist is known as an activist against the marriage of church and state - an institution which combines Babylon (worldly wealth and confusion) with Godliness. Instead of the cross early Christians used the Icthus - a fish.

The fish is a sign of who provides. And when I cast a line onto cold waters and a fish bites I am reminded of this powerful symbol - the symbol of feeding the masses - the symbol of the gospel - and of course the tickling in my belly. On Friday evening I began my mission - a mission to refrain from 'ממון (money) for 7 days.
I set shop on a North Beach Park Dock and made myself at home. At night I left but wrapped a blanket around my packs to give the appearance of a sleeping man. My cover worked well as the Branson Police Department responded to a missing persons request and the Missouri Highway Patrol was called in to scan the water for my body on the third day.

I issued an expletive figuring the town whore was trying to have me detained - but he stood in shock - I haven't uttered a word of curse since. As my literary forefather Mark Twain penned so did I in my official report to the Branson Police Department: "Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. "

This wasn't my first time but it was my first time successfully completing a fish week. I didn't spend a cent and only twice relied on the kindness of strangers - a blessing from the most unlikely places. On day two my appetite for fish declined. The first two fish I consumed had no dressing. After eating these fish I began to understand why my past experiences were unsuccessful. In the past I tried to suffer but didn't need to - this fish week was about thriving. On day two I negotiated carbohydrates and acquired 25 pounds of food. An owner of a local pub wrapped the food into five sections and another business owner kept them in a freezer. After fish week completed I had two sections unused.

I traded fish for steak and produce and created recipes even the most distinguished pallets would appreciate. I accepted two invitations for a home cooked meal; participated in religious discussions each day - mostly with fellow priests (none of which work in the media)
. On the sixth day I went to a public meeting and a meal with Branson City Alderman. I gave them a bit of a hard time - but not too hard. I needed to see where they were at. The most insidious of the group left in fear of scrutiny -( I have a camera and a recorder to things that terrify the godless). The rest ate without offering me a bite. In a last test for the Pharisees I asked for a bread roll - each of our leaders had their fill of food paid for by the citizens of Branson. I was denied - in fact scolded. A politician uttered a filthy word - one only recently accepted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) - a few years ago a 10k fine would be applied if used over the airwaves). They couldn't spare one roll and would rather let if rot than see me eat.

The Branson Alderman - according to state law - are not allowed to meet without public notice and public scrutiny. Though second rate competitors don't hold our leaders accountable - I am and I will if anyway possible. The time for pretending is over. I am protected in numerous places via speeddial. I will no longer tolerate terrorism without response - and by this I mean seeking relief. Any police officer who beats a homeless man, arrests an innocent civilian at the request of a crooked leader or submits false testimony will be put on the record.

I have waited peacefully - turned cheeks - waited to see the character of my enemies - and through patience won the battle of my life. God gave me my own King Herod to battle - my own anti-Christ - my own Calligula. Every effort to starve me, to crush me, to censor me in one more thwarted. This is my time of restoration. This is my time to reaffirm the truth and continue my mission.

And if I speak the truth, and I am hated by those who despise integrity - I will rest by the shores of the river and continue an all you can eat buffet. ---------------------------

Presley Background - Covenant America Constitution Convention Moves From Branson - Glenn Beck to speak in Kansas City

It's been five years since I walked beside Joe Biden as he entered the Iowa Caucus Headquarters to announce his agreement with Barrack Obama (Links to Youtube video I filmed at the convention) to unite forces to take the Democratic Presidential candidacy.

When I arrived back to Branson I recieved word from former Branson Alderman Jack Purvis of Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley's intense hatred for me. Her countenance would change as I entered the room to a scowl beaming pure hatred (exposing dishonesty is not helpful to politicians).

With every move her efforts to cripple me were thwarted. Tax funds were used to slander my good name and resources allocated from the Branson Area Tourism Tax Disctrict to eradicate my writing. The enemy of Presley is not me but rather the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The ability to go to church , report news, publish newspapers and share ideas is protected under this vital human right. Presley knew the enemy of her tyranny on the Branson economy was the Constitution itself .

The Presley Theater is highly subsidized in a unique socialist system that many Branson area residents are unaware of . Millions of dollars pour into a fund that just a small handful of businesses take advantage of. By statute, all tourism related businesses are able to heir benefits of these funds - but ignorance is the financial friend of the Branson Pharisees, stupidity a friend.

In meetings I was slighted and priveldges allocated to my competitors - less educated, less credentialed. . Presley's rise came through help of city employees who served as traitors to their bosses and due to the great integrity of our former mayor - unwilling to steal tax dollars for personal gain - he was unable to pay property tax on his house. This allowed Presley to enter office without challenge. Mayor Lou Shaeafer, now deceased, was taken off the ballot and after a previous unsuccessful bid , Democrat financier Raeanne Presley was able to take office and begin a reign of terror on the Branson economy. A rise in crime, poverty followed her mismanagement of city funds reversing a long tradition of fiscal responsibility that has led to prosperity in Branson now greatly in decline. The citizens of Branson continue to suffer today.

Eventually the taunts , use of tax dollars to slander, use of public databases to create an environment of hatred got the best of me. Crooked politicians , a common scene in my line of work inspired me to take the news offline. Presley, a strong supporter of gay rights is not a supporter of constitutional rights nor human rights as displayed in the years of terror that followed my attempts to report on Branson.

Presley is not the most educated individual. Branson school districts were sub-par during her tenure Today the Branson School District is one of the best in the state. In my estimation Presley has a 4th grade education but has spent enough time with Pharisees and Saducees to develop more sophisticated rhetoric.

The fruits of her tenure as Mayor are an albatross on the necks of taxpayers. We've seen little honor and a lack of wisdom far against the Branson tradition. The worst is Presleycare.

Presleycare gives money to friends in tax districts to strengthen enforcement of legislation. Obamacare documentation is large; Presleycare is much larger. Everytime a friend calls Raeanne Presley on the phone it seems hundreds of new pages of legislation - laws to limit freedom for the people are enacted. The code book for Branson has grown by thousands of pages and the yesmen known as Alderman (City council) generally enter office too ignorant of local history understand the impact and debauchery of overreaching government.

As a special treat for press members who choose to show integrity a special note was drafted by Presley. It was elaborated in an email to members of the Branson PD. Basically, Presley offered me a free enema each time I went to cover a meeting. Due to the fact we're in negotiation I cannot yet comment on other elements regarding Presley's Edict to suspend the 1st and 4th Amendment.

We should thank God we have good men that serve in government as well. Presley disregarded the advice of legal counsel and has created a major issue for the city which has chosen to dishonor our nation's forefathers.

It's no wonder that when Glenn Beck offered to grace Branson, Presley gave no support whatsoever. While city resources are regularly used to boost her personally - when a much greater individual chose to speak in Branson - one who is nationally recognized - it was ignored. It's no wonder; Beck's topic was of God and the Constitution - two things which through action Presley has shown there is little respect for.

At this point both the Branson Police Department and legal counsel have refused to follow Presley's unconstitutional dictates. They are wise.

We need to pray for Presley because the next steps will be hard on her family, business and cultural entities. As her witchcraft is now officially deemed invalid so too is my position as custodian of fact restored. While I have little respect for Presley nor the board that has followed her and Branson to the very debts of hell (wplay) - the people can save our economy in the future by undoing the years of idiocy that currently plague us.

Beck is no longer coming to Branson - nor should he. We are not worthy of such great discussion. but we can be when we change our hearts and restore honor and wisdom to public office. .

KRZK and KHOZ - Refuse the News (Adventures In Journalism) - (Draft)

The citizens of Branson were worked up. A homeless guy who a lot of people liked was detained by the Branson Police Department. Questions were raised regarding level of force and the need to arrest. Some people speculated on the mental state of the arrested homeless man.

Interestingly, depending on mental diagnosis people were willing to tolerate abuse - if he was diagnosed with Autism the community would have been outraged - something else and the community would have accepted the homeless man being treated harshly. The Constitution grants all men rights - but modern thinking enables extreme prejudice (I guess less and less people believe humans were created by God or the God of nature)

As a working policy, the radio station KRZK, doesn't respond to citizen allegations of abuse. In the news room of KRZK and KHOZ when a person calls in claiming malfeasance the radio station doesn't respond ( at least that was the case when I did work for the radio station and the policy of the reporters I know). Unfortunately, with no report from the radio station - there were a great deal of accusations buried under the table by Presley involving police malfeasance. Basically, many complaints were made regarding the Branson Police Department for years and the radio - unwilling to hold Mayor Raeanne Presley accountable (and they still don't report details of millions in tax payer expenditures) a lot of people were hurt without report.

The radio is drive by news. When you are a reporter for a radio station you grab a quick audio sample and a quick paragraph of copy and bam it's out the door. Investigative reporting is a newspaper/magazing art. Generally, news reports offer a glimpse into public affairs and if you want more data you have to go elsewhere. The reporters for KSPR are actually very good and experienced but overall the radio station does a poor job of fulfilling the purpose of journalism which is to "keep us free and self governed".

Although I'm dissapointed in some of the things the radio station has done; I still refer clients to advertise there. What the radio station and most of Branson doesn't understand is that I'm one of the most experienced media buyers in the area. Because Mayor Raeanne Presley cyberstalks my online profiles I don't advertise my true resume or my clients. But if slander continues they might find themselves in some very interesting situations.

Overall, I rank KRZK as a strong buy for most clients. Steve Willoughby, a manager at the station will issue a pitch for your business and an interview for about 100 bucks a pop. Willoughby is respected by the public and believes he deserves money for his promotion. His show is more of a magazine show than a news show. The newsroom, separate from Willoughby's magazine show at KRZK is not something you can buy. It is properly segregated from the promotional agenda of Willoughby's successful show. This is good, it keeps the news less biased and based on research rather than business relationships.

I would like to note that I had an agreement with the radio station to produce news for $30 bucks a story (due to travel and gas this gave me about 4 bucks an hour) . When we parted ways, Willoughby decided not to be a man of his word. I think it's important to tell the truth and, quite frankly, I don't have a tremendous amount of respect for him on a personal level - and almost nill on a news level. I don't listen to the radio station because I use primary sources for news. Instead of a quick newsbite I actually listen or attend (most of the time) public meetings. This allows me to get comprehensive data as opposed to a "drop in the bucket of truth". During my media career I'm hard news - he's a magazine.

Still, even though I don't personally respect Mr. Willoughby's ethics; I understand that there are people that actually use this resource to become educated through the radio. I also believe, why Willoughby didn't deal with me honestly, that Willoughby doesn't want to give bad information to the public when it comes to news.

After receiving a call from an attorney (again I have better sources - I use the journalistic process) I was told Mr. Willoughby was falsely stating there was no video of "Tex" being detained by Branson P.D. Because I assumed Willougby was attempting to be honorable with the public, I walked across the street with the video of Tex being detained (My office is 300 yards from the Radio Station). I promised the attorney that I would not publish the video of "Tex" being detained as it could possible interfere with his case. Publishing the video would have made me a lot of money, but, I was the only member of the media allowed to see it and promised I wouldn't publish it after a long fight with the lawyer (it isn't published now because I gave my word of honor - I promised to wait in exchange for exclusivity).

My intention was to show the video to Willougby exclusively so that he would stop giving misinformation to the public. When I entered the radio station I was told to wait in an office for a station manager. The station manager arrived (wasting my time) and I informed her of the lack of integrity in the newsroom. Figuring Steve Willoughby would want to know he was accidentally lying to the public - I reckoned he'd want to see this very valuable piece of news intel. The radio station manager stated that the "taunt" of no such video existing was the result of a KY3 broadcast. In other words Branson Mayor Reanne Presley's business partner was publishing information from Springfield that a radio station in Branson rebroadcast. Willoughby didn't take the time to look at the video.

The reason KY3 would make such a claim is a form of pressure to force the hand of "Tex's" attorney. A reporter gets on Television and taunts the legal team by suggesting to the public that no such video of police brutality really exists. The legal team , in order to prove the cases legitimacy then feels pressure to release the digital asset to the television station. It's a good strategy for KY3 as they have a huge audience and are regionally dominant (they such in their reporting about Branson). The problem is that Mr. Willoughby is citing a Springfield station regarding something that happened a few blocks from his office. I call that irresponsible and disrespectful to the public. It's also something that the radio station should be ashamed of.

When there are two sides to a story, a reporter should seek both sides. The radio station doesn't do this very often and in crime stories the state's side is heard but rarely the accused. Most the information you're receiving as a listener is actually published by the government not due to a journalist actively and avidly seeking the whole story. Again, it's radio - more about entertainment than news.

Because the radio station doesn't produce comprehensive news I don't work with them on a news level - I do however send clients while hiding my involvement. I think it's a decent value but not as great for those who want to understand what their government is really doing. They just don't invest the resources for total coverage.

Unfortunately, egos at the station stopped the flow of information to the public. The most important aspect of journalism is to make sure people have access to correct information. If a mistake is made - or a challenge is made it's important to double check the information and quickly make a correction. I do this. I regularly recieve calls from television stations, radio reporters and print reporters for information. Even though I am slandered and disrespected at times; I believe the public has the right to know and often give away my work in fear that the public will be punished by personal hatred towards my commitment to honesty.

Currently , I do not allow comments. The reason I don't allow comments is because I don't have time to deal with any random uneducated individual who wants to debate things he doesn't know about. I am a custodian of fact and have the skills and investment to extrapolate information the general public cannot easily access. I'm not in a popularity contest , I am in a freedom contest and I want the public to win.

Again, due to Presley's slander campaign - silently distributed through social media - government funded resources and unholy relationships I have to hide my true resume. I don't want people to get hurt because of my dedication to truth even if it rubs a couple millionaires and some unworthy politicians the wrong way. Everyone - every human on this planet comes from the same source and deserves respect by default. Stopping the flow of information for personal gain is a sin. Honoring a commitment or holding information due to a promise is an acceptable compromise but sometimes necessary. Unfortunately for some - I deserve respect and credit for my work .And I have disrespected myself, my family and my God (who I am a child of ) when I allow people to publicly dishonor me - in an open fashion without defending myself.

Due to my technical background I'm able to intercept a great deal of information. I have allowed a lot of people to hurt me and I cannot allow this any more. I was called out by a member of the press - this person questioned my integrity and balls. I offered this person the opportunity to correct himself but he told me to bring it. I would never in a million years have published this correspondence without permission. Without further ado - this is a conversation with a member of the radio station after trying to bring a video and correct misinformation broadcast over the PUBLIC AIRWAVES: Here is a member of the radio station corresponding about the incident:

The document above attests to the character of our Mayor Raeanne Presley and her lack of openness regarding personal use of public funds . While some press outlets with no use or need for ethics reprint political claims about Branson promotion suggesting the ludicrous notion Presley supports open government.
Only documents which Presley wants the public to see are printed and often buried in large file sizes online. .

Presley has spent millions she doesn't want the public to know about and these documents are intentionally hid from the public. Through use of tax dollars Presley has sent a strong message to press outlets - dare to report and your rights will be violated (she's had me felt up on several occasions without cause).

I've come to the conclusion that I don't need an attorney to exercise my civil rights. I can disregard an illegal verdict delivered by a inept politician because I live in America - Not Presleyville.

I've watched Presley spend millions of public funds on ridiculous legal actions failing most every time. Instead, I hereby command Mayor Raeanne to respect - obey - the Constitution of the United States of America and to quit urinating on the documents great men have fought and died for. If she doesn't like being held accountable, I don't care. I have a public to serve and the Presley showtune shack is a very small, almost insignificant part of it. Too many have fought and died for this country and by golly I'll use that Constitution to help my fellow man understand how his (not Presley's personal bank account) tax dollars are being used.

I'll walk into a public meeting anytime I want and no I don't have to report to a crooked leader's armed men to do it.. I refuse to be illegally detained just because a city leader isn't intelligent enough to handle the scrutiny.

I don't need an attorney to tell me it's ok because I'm an American. I have a responsibility. I have a responsibility to my family to make a living and to the many refugees living in Branson from Russia, Iran, Bulgaria, Ukraine and China who stay quiet during political discussions because in there countries people like Presley will harm them should they speak.

I'm an American and a child of the almighty. These two identities are far more important than the ill-educated nit-wit who thinks they can detain me just because they don't like me being there. I tell a truth that is inconvenient to immoral leadership that is no better than a filthy rag.

I don't need a note from my mommy, the governor or a lawyer to enter public property. The price for such freedom has already been paid. Raeanne Presley is nothing more than a private citizen - not a God able to take away civil liberties. I assure you I have a greater God void of the filthiness so prevalent at city hall.

In the end it is the will of the people that will reign and they need access to information, not just the exact fax setn to KY3 headquarters for distribution. I don't believe that the citizens of Branson would have let Presley walk-in to an election unchallenged if she had to be held accountable for her actions. It is the job of the press to give the information the public needs to remain free and self governed. The people need custodians of fact - not business partners in Preslredicunomics.

On a personal note I have an apology to make to the public. I am very sorry that I have let Ms. Presley use means of terror to slow down my reporting. Our constitution is a very powerful document that withholds all mankind has unalienable rights. Prior to the founding of the United States evil leaders issued edicts used to rape civil liberties from individuals they don't agree with. I realize my diatribes promoting public integrity aren't beneficial to Presley and her policy of "never seeing a conflict of interest she wasn't willing to profit from". I realize that Andy Williams marching down 76 in a parade of stars didn't either. I realize having a black rapper from St. Louis (Nelly) didn't help her private business. But making laws to stop black people or nationally respected entertainers from performing in public is unacceptable.

It's important to note that the City of Branson has made some transitions that have made the corruption led by our current Mayor Raeanne Presley and her reign of terror on the Branson economy possible. This is a major transition from Branson's innovative leadership before she took office.. They managed to save over $14 million which Presley has mostly drained. Where they opened the doors for economic growth Presley has taken great action to shut them. Where entrepreneurial activity was encouraged, Presley stifled and creates legislation making innovation illegal. They even loved America and respected Constitutional Rights - fought for by non-Presleys in battlefields across the world. We have never had a leader with such disregard for the Constitution of the United States which is why I can correctly call Mrs. Presley a person who actively disregards American values. Dressing in sequin sparkled suits and singing show tunes does not make one a patriot.

Prior to her taking office we had a very active press. An avid and inquisitive watchdog press that once defined Branson's journalistic tradition has dissipated. The most profound transition and visible change began with the Springfield News Leader closed their Branson offices. The reporters that use to monitor city hall retired. Presley hasn't had to be accountable, as sure as their is an almighty - this will change.

Media competition is very important for the political landscape. Men sharpen men and editorial standards rapidly declined once Branson City Officials no longer had to deal with ethics common to the American press tradition. The unholy alliance with Schurz communication exasperated the problem bringing the television stations KY3, KSPR and Branson's Mayor under a common umbrella. The perverse media alliance is unheard of in America and may be a catalyst for the corruption and fallout Branson residents will have to incur for generations to come. As a former leader in the advertising industry I've been able to extrapolate that millions in false reports (documentaries running daily on KY3/Presley Curruption TV aka Branson Visitor Television boosting the Presley Theater far above their importance to Branson's economy and history) and the unfettered press releases published by KY3 and KSPR weekly touting Presley's integrity (a laughable claim) have boosted Presley into a position where the city is able to be managed in a third-world banana republic style dictatorial fashion.

Because Presley has had no accountability, false reports are commonly delivered through partners in the press for public consumption. I have noticed seven flaws of our mayor that show the character of our current goofball style leadership and have come to the conclusion it's not all our mayor's fault. Presley lacks the education and real world experience most people in her position have had. If Presley could correct these seven character flaws ; perhaps she could grow to become a semi-adequate leader.

Wealth without work. - The wise patriarchs of the Presley family were able to follow the example of their predecessor and teacher (the Baldknobbers, Branson's first show).. The current generation has lacked innovation - besides collaborating with the press and using political pressure to grow their business. The Presley theater was originally built outside Branson city limits and became a part of Branson in the 1970's or 1980's . The Presley's, who truly hated Branson, fought hard before being forced to become part of the city (there was a pretty high bar for political corruption before Presley showed just how dishonorable a politician can be).
Pleasure without conscience - this is the very essence of why Presley doesn't want you to see her spending.
Knowledge without character.- The Branson Landing is Branson's top tourist destination It would take scores of Presley theaters to even come near the pull of Branson's highest revenue generating attraction. If Presley were to be intellectually honest she'd admit the Presley theater has nothing to do with Branson's success nor does is it the real pull for Branson tourism industry. The plethora of outdoor activities and entertainment options bring tourists. The Presley's know people don't really come to Branson just to see their show, a fact self-evident in the huge investment Presley makes in intercept. Intercept marketing brings people to the Presley theater. This includes the huge billboards you see advertising the Presley theater. The billboards help hoard tourist dollars from people already coming to the area. Presley has done a great job of hiding the fact that the Branson Landing yields 80-100 million in sales annually.
Commerce without morality - When elected Mayor (because of a shananigan leaving her the only person on the ballot) Raeanne Presley served on the Branson Chamber of Commerce giving leverage for her to funnel money into marketing the theater. The Presley theater is highly subsidized by tax dollar collected from other businesses. Presley is currently asking for nearly $100 million for a better road to her theater.
Science without humanity - Raeanne Presley has strongly supported the United Nations Agenda 21, while this is far from Branson's values ; a timeshare style sales job was used to push a plan that dictates Branson's development move through Wicca style ethics. (Wicca, known to some as witchcraft, worships earth elements - hundreds of documents produced by the city utilize the word sustainability - sustainability, in Presley terms has nothing to do with economics or the quality of life but rather a "earth worship" perspective foreign to the average Branson resident.
Worship without sacrifice - You can hear praises in the Presley theater for $55 bucks a pop (Presley tickets are often free with a time-share tour so make sure you call a local ticket re-seller before you pay the exorbitant fees at the box office)

Since you constantly cyberstalk me I know you're reading this. I'm sorry if my promise to hold you accountable hurts your pocketbook or feelings but there is something far more important. I want you to find Jesus. I know there is a lot of talk about this character and you can hear songs for 55 bucks a pop at your personal business. But let's get real - it's not just a concept to make a dollar off of.

You can read about it in a book called the Bible - it's in the last part titled New Testament. Now I know you don't have much in the way of education - but don't worry about that - have someone read it to your out-loud. there are plenty of educated men with little sense (no one is judging you here). There is a character in the book you might relate to named King Herod. Like you, he's a public leader with little integrity - believe it or not - he's even worse !

Maybe that is why God put this character in the book to teach dishonorable leaders that they can repent and do better.

You'll read about two guys Herod didn't like. One guy has the same name as your son (nice kid by the way -seriously) . This guy John is pretty cool. Unlike Jesus this guy John shows up in the main historical archives. John was critical of Herod - he speaks against Herod - tells people what a bad dude he is.

Back then where Jesus lived they didn't have a Constitution. Herod does what you do when someone disagrees with you and sends out cops to harass him. Anyway this crooked king is friends with the priests (they call them Pharisees and Sadducees) who work with crooked reporters (called scribes) that do whatever the king tells them.

Jesus is good friends with this guy John and after the king has him killed (don't be jealous, Kings had a lot of power back then - again, no constitution) Jesus cruises around speaking about public policy and God-given rights. They send lawyers to verbally battle him but it's no use - he's too good at public debate.

Well, the leadership has him killed - but he ends up being the Son of God and the actions of these crooked politicians who use tax dollars to try to stop are to no avail - he wins anyway. It's a very good book, you ought to take it for a spin.

Jesus is the way to our father-in-heaven (God) and you can ask for repentance Money laundering, using tax dollars for private gain, lying to the public and the plethora of immoral things that may haunt your heavy heart can be lifted. You could find some relief as you must now know that ill-gotten gain doesn't bring joy.

You don't have to be like King Herod running around falsely detaining people who speak truth. You don't have to walk around as a dirty rag - you can repent and be clean. But you have to take the first step - you have to humble yourself and God can make you better.

Now, you know I can't disrespect my country and family by respecting these ridiculous notes creating laws that only apply to me. Yes, I know, it's rare to find a reporter with courage enough to be more than a personal scribe. There would be more if they knew the joy in serving their fellow man.

There is another document called the constitution - while one is optional , you'd be wise to read the other one. Anywho - these illegal edicts are pretty tiring but I've seen you do enough foolish things with the public trust that I have to say something. I'm a peaceful guy with a knack for juxtaposing words and I know you don't like it. You'll have to deal with that. But the pain in your heart from the things you've been doing - these can be healed. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Tammy Dickinson, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced today that the manager of the La Iguana Mexican Restaurant in Branson, Mo., has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to drug trafficking and illegally possessing firearms.

Jose Antonio Garcia-Gonzalez, 39, of Branson, was charged in a two-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Springfield on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Garcia-Gonzalez is the manager of the La Iguana Mexican Restaurant in Branson.

The federal indictment alleges that Garcia-Gonzalez possessed 500 grams or more of methamphetamine on July 16, 2013, with the intent to distribute. The indictment also alleges that Garcia-Gonzalez was an illegal alien in possession of several firearms. Garcia-Gonzalez allegedly possessed a Jennings Jimenez Arms 9mm semi-automatic firearm, a KelTek 9mm semi-automatic firearm, a Springfield Armory 9mm semi-automatic firearm, a Spikes Tactical AR-15 (7.62X39) rifle and ammunition, all of which was seized by law enforcement officers from his residence on July 16, 2013.

Dickinson cautioned that the charges contained in this indictment are simply accusations, and not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting the charges must be presented to a federal trial jury, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Randall D. Eggert. It was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection Unit, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Branson, Mo., Police Department and the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Branson's Largest Open Government Violation - Legal Fees and the Sunshine Law

There she is , the town whore (what the old timers call her referring the wayward youth from the trailer park days) , Ms. Presley herself sitting in the back of the courtroom as I'm accosted by the Sheriff. "Delete those pictures", barks the bailiff. . I slightly crap myself. He could throw me in jail for what I tried to do - document the Taney County Courthouse without KY3's express written permission.

Ms. Presley laughs, I can hear her to the back of me - back of the courthouse , all the alderman stand by and have taken turns watching the millions they've offered to an oblivious public.And I've watched them for three years - three years and 75 some odd published documents titled Coverdell Vs. Empire blocked by a partnership of politician and press.

Two Supreme Court Judges one for the city and one for Coverdell draining thousands of taxpayer dollars for every hour the team spends defending ownership of the Branson Landing - hidden from news report but at the cost of Branson residents. Mr. John Holstein one the most prestigious, glorious legal minds to ever set foot in the state of Missouri and to the right an equally larger than life Chip Roberston - Major League Litigation powerhouses.

All I really wanted was a photograph
Both men have stood at the highest position in the state - they have proved to be legal master in two things - Death & Taxes. Against each other Holstein VS. Robertson the uncertain awaits an epic battle of multi-billion dollar proportion. If I have erred, fallen short of journalistic integrity it'd be not how ridiculously irresponsible our Mayor is , but rather simplicity in figuring out the endgame in the largest land struggle in the nation with an estimate outcome of $10 billion to the City of Branson's youth. In the sideshow, $5 million downtown, $100 million on the strip, $28 million in the Presley Sports Complex and whatever strange notions a politician might give when they have no chance for re-election and redoubtably a future in politics.

The initial price was $25,000 x 2 . but partlayed to nearly $4,000,000 in taxpayer cost , but we can only estimate because our Mayor and Board of Alderman believe they can be asked what legal contracts exist in an open meeting and not produce. An oral Sunshine Request live at City Hall published by the City of Branson for good keeping - perhaps as a middle finger to tax payers. KY3 adds a special notice at the bottom "We are committed to open and honest government".

The only reason I could get arrested for taking a picture is because KY3's Gene Hartley has decided that he doesn't want to honor my credentials. In three years Hartley hasn't sent one reporter in Branson with could cost a large percentage of Branson's annual revenue.

Taney County doesn't like Mark Orr. Larry Luna, an associate judge, managed a prominent lawfirm in Forsyth the Taney County seat but worked his way into Christian County. As a member of the Taney County Press I am slighted. Behind closed doors Hartley argues that the Internet isn't a forum for news - meanwhile - back at Presley TV/KY3 Headquarters, Hartley, who I've never seen at the courthouse gets to determine what censorship Branson residents should tolerate.

I've seen the Branson Daily News, The Taney County Times and occasionally local radio, but never KY3 - oh - unless some kids get molested at a Christian Camp.

I understand why Judge Mark Orr doesn't like Taney County, because Taney County doesn't like him. Still, I have a First Amendment Right to cover the courts. In fact, better we don't like each other.. Good for all. Be afraid not to love justice or mercy - and know the dam will break.

Tides change and the Missouri Press Core which honors the digital master - the online media king - and the same man who tell the Circuit Judge that digital media doesn't matter. Hartley, Presley and Orr did one thing correctly - they helped ensure there wasn't a report - no picture.

As I walked out the door I warned Presley - I will file a complaint to the FCC and there are many more coming. And at 3:00 AM on the 2014 day your license comes up for renewal - the dam will be broken for sure.

I really wish I had that picture but I think the public is beginning to get the idea.

Branson Remembers Joey Riley (Collection)

Branson entertainer Joey Riley has died.

The death was announced Friday in a statement on the Facebook page of The Joey Riley Show.

“It is with the deepest sadness that I inform all of Joey’s fans, supporters and friends that Joey passed away last night,” the statement says. “He went to Heaven peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by those who loved him.”

“He will be missed by many, but we know he is in a better place, reunited with his mother and father and those who have gone before him. The Riley family can’t thank everyone enough for all the love, support and kindness you have showed us during this trying time,” the statement said.

Earlier this year, Riley was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer.

Riley was a steel guitarist, fiddle player and comedic sidekick who had worked at the Clay Cooper Theatre, the Mickey Gilley Theatre and Music City Centre in Branson. He has had his own show for several years and had performed in Mickey Gilley’s show and in “Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express” as well.

In April, the Clay Cooper Theatre held a benefit for Riley, who was 43 at the time.

According to a press release from the Clay Cooper Theatre, Riley did not have health insurance, so proceeds from the show went to help Riley and his wife, Kelli, with his medical expenses.

The April press release said Riley’s tumor could not be removed surgically, so he was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

It also said Riley had planned to return to Clay Cooper’s show and open his show in the fall.

Friends, family and fans were able to say goodbye to a longtime Branson entertainer Monday morning.

Hundreds turned out for 43-year old Joey Riley's memorial in Branson.

The entertainer has performed with some of the biggest names in Branson for nearly 25 years.

He died last week from stage four colon cancer.

He was diagnosed just four months ago.

The memorial was all about remembering Riley as the funny man he was.

“Joey would be happy about how many people were here today, but the first thing he would say is that he hopes they didn’t get in for free,” joked Branson entertainer and friend to Riley, Clay Cooper.

“This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I loved Joey as much as anyone and thought of him like my own son,” said Branson entertainer Mickey Gilley.

Riley will be buried in his hometown of Wylie, Texas. The family will hold another memorial for him there on July 29.

During his fight with cancer, Riley accrued hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills that his family can’t pay. The entertainer didn’t have insurance. Despite multiple fundraising efforts family members say they are still raising money for those bills.

Branson entertainer Joey Riley, who was diagnosed with cancer this spring, died last night, according to his Facebook page.

“It is with the deepest sadness that I inform all of Joey’s fans, supporters and friends that Joey passed away last night,” a post on Joey’s page stated. “He went to Heaven peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by those who loved him. He will be missed by many, but we know he is in a better place, reunited with his mother and father and those who have gone before him. The Riley family can't thank everyone enough for all the love, support and kindness you have showed us during this trying time. Details about services will be shared as soon as arrangements are made.”

A post on the Joey Riley Show’s Facebook page indicated that Riley had died Thursday night.

The veteran Branson entertainer’s health issues began in late March, according to his longtime friend and fellow entertainer Clay Cooper…

That was April 1^st. Riley had no health insurance, so Cooper and others organized a benefit show later in April. Riley performed at that show. That was the last time he appeared on stage.

During his Branson career, Riley had appeared in his own show, along with appearances with Mickey Gilley, Clay Cooper and others.

Branson's Crooked Mayor Raeanne Presley & KY3 (Media Aligns Contractually With Poltician)

It's no wonder the public has soured to media companies when wicked alliances are forged in disregard to democracy. While these types of arrangements are standard in fascist nations - under Raeanne Presley's Branson a minor dictatorship is solidified with the assistance of integrity free media outlets, Iranian style. Remember, Presley wasn't elected in a normal fashion and couldn't have won an election fairly - unfortunately scruples aren't her strong point. Former Branson Mayor Lou Schaefer was having economic trouble and unlike Presley failed to feast like a pig on public tax troughs. Scheafer got behind on his taxes. An inside Presley loyalist at Branson City Hall had Schaefer removed from the ballot leaving Presley alone - old school USSR style. There wasn't a choice on the ballot. This is how her reign of terror on the Branson economy began.

Because Presley is so used to getting away with dishonesty this investigative research is being produced to demonstrate the basic blueprint for corruption and the marriage of Politician and the Press - not even a bribe - a straight partnership. It's been suggested that a phone call was made to Presley denying the allegation of collaboration with KY3. It is my intention to prove beyond any doubt that such a statement is an outright lie. Interestingly, there is a documentary about Prelsley called "We always Lie to Strangers". While Presley may serve the father of lies, this is not indicative of the community and brings such shame that the movie hasn't even played in Branson.

Having personally been illegally detained by Edict of Presley on numerous occasions (persistent violations of 1st and 4th Amendment rights) I pretty much have two choices. I can continue to let my family and community suffer or I can risk death and speak truth to action. I'm choosing the latter as financial mishandling threaten the future of Branson in a very real way.

Branson Visitor TV is co-owned by Presley but interestingly enough the mailing address is in Springfield MO at Schurz Communications Headquarters. The FCC filings indicate the address of Branson Visitor TV as P.O. Box 3500 Springfield, MO 65807. As you can see on the Schurz Communications website aka KY3 and Branson Visitor TV are based at the same location.

Branson residents might remember the CW and note these programs are not available anymore. Instead, under the guise of tourist information; a storyline advertising Prelsley Theater as Branson's first entertainment venue (another ridiculous lie) can be seen. While the research has not been conducted the many hours of Presley Theater documentaries and advertisements are probably due to an operation where programming is literally paid for by state tax dollars through operatives in Jefferson City (a retraction will be made in the rare event that this isn't another money laundering operation so common under the Presley ethic) . This has not yet been substantiated but is being suggested based on the assumption that Raeanne Presley lacks any shred of moral fiber altogether. BRANSON, Mo. -- A popular Branson restaurant is closed after federal agents found nine pounds worth of methamphetamine.

La Iguana is a California-style Mexican restaurant off the Highway 76 strip. Tuesday afternoon, witnesses said, federal agents raided it and an apartment complex about two miles away. A day after the raid, La Iguana in Branson and another one in Branson West had county signs in the window announcing its abrupt closure.

"This establishment is closed until further notice by the Taney County Health Department," read Tom Cisneros. His company, Ozark Window Tinting, worked on the restaurant's building. Cisneros is also a loyal customer.

"This is actually a great place to eat. I'm from California, so I know all the good Mexican food and this is authentic California tacos and food and it is the best," said Cisneros. "Whatever reason they had for closing, I hope they open up soon!"

Another man, Dennis Johnson, agreed with Cisneros.

"They are all good people," he said of the owners. "I'm an ex-chef and my wife and I just love this place. It's inexpensive; the food is always authentic Southern Californian."

According to a public affairs officer with the Homeland Security Investigations department of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, special agents with ICE's Homeland Security Investigations, DEA and officers with the Missouri Department of Revenue, Branson Police Department and the Taney County Sheriff's Office all took part in a "law enforcement operation."

Witnesses said about 10 federal agents raided La Iguana around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. Most of the agents drove in unmarked black vehicles and some of them had DEA across their chests. Witnesses said they watched as a Branson police car blocked off an area of the parking lot to interested people passing by the busy street.

Neighbors said La Iguana is more than just a place to get something to eat. Owners also run a check cashing business, money transfer operation, and sell international phone cards.

"I send money back to my sister all the time in Mexico," one man said as he attempted to open the door.

Signs posted in English and Spanish also advertise the services.

Federal agents said the restaurant and a unit at The Vineyards Apartment Complex were part of the raid. An investigator said about nine pounds or four kilos of methamphetamine were found. Police believe the drugs originated from Mexico.

An agent said two people were arrested. Witnesses nearby report a familiar person being taken out of the restaurant in handcuffs. They said the man was born and raised in Mexico and is not a U.S. citizen.

No one has been charged in the raid.

Joe Allen Signs with Tex - Signals Addittional Charges

Call him the "Johnny Cochran of Taney County". Joe Allen of the Schenewerk and Allen law firm along with attorney Michael Horn were retained to defend Tex , aka Kevin Clint Lee on charges related to a highly visible take-down that had many Branson residents accusing the Branson Police Department of brutality. Detainment is so rare in Branson that such acts are foreign to Branson residents.

Allen, a former College of the Ozarks baseball player and current Rockaway Beach Prosecutor is arguably the most talented trial attorney in Taney County. Allen scored front page press last year in the Missouri Law Journal for successfully earning jury trial acquittal for two separate cases involving child molestation charges.

Allen's courtroom prowess forces prosecutors to rethink settlement terms to avoid a courtroom loss. The contract is rumored to start at $10k which signals two things. First, Allen will likely seek a jury trial and multiple felony charges against Tex may follow, or another magical maneuver conjured reaping shock and awe.

TEX - WANTED (DRAFT)

Spending six days with Tex was a traumatic experience. I'm hoping by the time I finish perfecting this piece it will be sorted out in my own mind. The truth is the larger story will likely fade quietly into the night,away from the public eye, but the realities of my personal experience will haunt me. Due to the legality of HIPAA the case will probably be sealed and its memory will fade except for those actively involved in the case and its legacy limited to those able to harness this unique case for change - be it good or bad. For a minute everyone wanted a piece of Tex - for love, profit or whatever the heart of men's unspoken desire.

My participation in the story started with several phone calls from community leaders, men I respect. Some knew Tex in passing and were in shock when they saw Tex taken down by four police officers at a busy intersection in Branson. Some screamed brutality others promoted the perfection and flawlessness of the Branson PD (as if police officers are a subset of humans perfected by the badge) . To be intellectually honest both groups are wrong. The Branson Police Department has been overzealous at times and the true mark of police brutality is far from what we've seen. Perhaps, one day, when we're fortunate enough to have honest leaders, the policies of the police force will change. As of now, we can't truly expect basic integrity from our chief of Police, less so our Mayor whom is financially intertwined with our working press.

Branson is a mild, kind and peaceful place. Brutality, or any use of force is not a common occurrence. It's rare and not something people often see. Less of a reality is the internal workings of our justice system, even less so our mental health system that will one day seem archaic. Unlike the justice system, the medical system has no oversight and people are often treated as subhuman - unworthy of common dignity. Both use of force guidelines and medical treatment of the mentally sick require ethics we would be appalled at if they were applied to dogs. Future generations will look at our current policies in shock of our ignorance.

If I've learned anything it's this: to be treated like a dog is a privileged state - an honor few humans will ever have. Interestingly, I happen to own the cutest dog in the world. She's well behaved and everywhere we walk people want to love on her, pet her, feed her, take her home. To find someone with such compassion for a human is rare and to meet someone willing to love the unloved in such a way inspired me to dedicate time, energy and resources - which I extended beyond my capacity.

As I said before, the medical industry isn't the most compassionate - it should be, but its history tells another story. The Nazis relied heavily on doctors to torture and execute a wide variety of group - gays, gypsies and of course Jews. Science, the religion of the masses, was used to dehumanize groups of people enabling torture and genocide. After all, it's was evidenced in the archives of science that these aren't "real

people" Even the Catholic Church was complicit, they stepped in to stop the Nazis when they took the whole experiment and slaughter thing too far; they had a moral issue with WWII Germans executing the crippled. A unique moral fabric is spun by every generation.

Someone cared about Tex which is why he isn't in a hospital at the moment, or in prison. I suppose Tex is lucky , luckier than most because very few people care about their fellow man - much less a homeless man.

My tenure with Tex began with a phone call and ended with the potential compromise of another person's safety. Not knowing if another was hurt eats me up inside. My job is to spread truth - even if unpopular - to afflict the comforted and comfort the afflicted. Journalism is an amazing and horrifying field. But it can change and save lives. Moreso, it can change the world by helping people reach greater understanding - it can be a catalyst for change. The goal of journalism is to give us the information we need to be free and self governed. As I've discussed in earlier posts, our Mayor's participation in media, particularly her partnership with KY3 undermines this goal.

Tex has two female handlers. The first is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She took me to meet Tex at an apartment paid for by her employer Pat Joyce, an eccentric multi-millionaire with firsthand accounts of police corruption - two police officers perjured themselves in court and when fraudulent testimimony was

discovered by the prosecutor a deal was struck - one to limit the liability of the office instead of seeing justice was served.. He also has vast firsthand accounts regarding the treatment of the homeless in Branson.

The first handler has an autistic daughter and was appalled by the chance her own child would be treated in the way Tex was. The thought horrified her into action. She sought to understand and enable Tex. Unfortunately, the realities of Tex's existence may be greater than her best intentions.

After meeting Tex I was brought to his home. I don't consider Tex homeless because his quarters were actually pretty spectacular. He's lived in a shack which provides shelter from the elements with some unique decorations. He drew a picture of the World Trade Towers, it's actually signed by Rudy Guilliani. There is a functioning garden. One sign that stood out reminded him not to go to Country Mart. The fact he painted a large sign reminding him of his responsibility not to enter the store should inspire some compassion. I mean, he's trying - he wants to do good - but may lack the capacity. In fact, I think anybody who meets Tex would question his capacity to survive - perhaps that is a miracle on its own.

Compassion for Tex is counterbalanced by his defiant personality. He has a knack for ticking people off and if you want to see this side - ask him to to something - anything. Asking Tex to compromise proved an impossible task.

Besides logistical support I had no intention of being one of Tex's handlers. This was a huge task and even as a very qualified person - it takes a team - alone I was in over my head, something I can humbly admit in retrospect. If the second handler had acted with greater integrity this would have never been an issue. Unfortunately, like Tex, you can't control other people's action - or commitment to their promises.

Bullet Found in front of Tex's Room

I received a phone call from Tex's handler stating a bullet was found outside his hotel door. I immediately left my office and headed to the hotel. At this point I was looking into the brutality accusations. The first accusation against the Branson Police Department was that a video was deleted. An attorney no longer trying to work on the case happened to stop by my office.

I was only supposed to spend three days with Tex before backup came. To the handler that was supposed to take on the responsibility, there was only triviality. Having never spent prolonged time with Tex she couldn't known the toll it would take and was taking on me. I'm still recovering and in awe of what might have happened. .

Many people were outraged - they'd seen Tex - a homeless guy who chills with two dogs and an occasional cat outside an off-strip McDonalds.

One example is a press release issued by Ted Martin of the Branson Fire Department. An arsonist was reported to have started 5 fires - this is what was printed in the press release by the city of Branson. Tex spoke of 9 fires and sexual excitement derived from such activities. To date, Ted Martin believes there are 7 but there have been so many lately - Tex could be right. Tex said if the man isn't caught he'll become a full-blown serial killer. What this man may have done chills me.

The story you are reading would not be published in this manner except for the necessity required to protect the innocent. Due to an extremely arrogant and irresponsible individual I was unable to protect Tex and protect the community.

After 3 days of watching Tex I was supposed to have relief; relief never came and the handler decided it was perfectly appropriate that I spend another three days (6 straight) ensuring the presence of a man who is clearly mad. I lived with him in a small space with no outside communication (except for a cell phone) A young girl aged 17, according to Tex, was brought into a condo where Tex was being taken care of. Tex had two handlers, both female and both emotionally connected to Tex. One, which I will call "Sour Candy" , to conceal the irresponsible entered into the scene 6 days after Tex was in my care. After spending some time with Tex I realized this is an individual that needs monitoring. At first it was for Tex's protection, after it was for everyone's protection. "Sour Candy" exhibited a deep disregard for the situation, ignored security protocols and potentially allowed a young woman to be harmed. Personally, I don't know what happened to the young girl Tex brought into the condo. I was told his two handlers would be watching over Tex; they didn't, and it only took two hours for Tex to bring a guest into the condo - a young girl who to this day I haven't met.

"Sour Candy" was supposed to be my relief. A bullet was found in front of Tex's hotel room. I received a phone call and immediately left my office in a frenzy to make sure nothing happened to the "homeless autistic" man who put the community in an uproar. I stayed with Tex for three grueling days. The first day was brutal. At the top of his lungs he would scream commands in rants lasting at times for 30 minutes. He would repeat the same command in such a painful way I was obliged to comply. It was ruthless but ceded as time past.

My interpretation of Tex was that of a man reverting to an animal state. Over three days I was able to calm him considerably by bringing food into his condo every few hours. I spent two-hundred out of pocket in addition to other's contribution.. He ate incessantly while watching his favorite television - crime mysteries, serial killer documentaries and demonic pho-documentaries.

When "Sour Candy" re-entered the scene, several days after I started tending him, she was shocked at Tex's transformation - calmer - softer - and yet chose to disregard methods which were bringing Tex into a more peaceful state. "I told Tex I would bring him to the store and I am". "Sour Candy" manages 400 employees in a field where arbitrage and manipulation reap profit. It's a tough job and one that requires disregarding objection. In this case the objections were for safety and the blatant disregard created a dangerous situation - one so dangerous I could no longer help - one where innocents might have been harmed. The thought of this still haunts me.

Her attitude was accusatory and defiant - not in the harshness of Tex but in a soft firm, "I'll do what I want" - and she did - disregarding my safety and the safety of the community. There is a difference between loving someone and wanting to be loved. "Sour Candy" wanted love from the animal and showed a tremendous disrespect for her fellow man. She marched Tex to the grocery store and assured him that I had no say in anything regarding his future. When I came back I met the animal I'd met days before - angry - defiant - insulting - brutal and violent in speech. Her venture and promotion of Tex's defiance killed the very opportunity that Tex may have had of changing the scenario he's currently in. She got her way - hurt me - hurt Tex and may have hurt a young girl. I suppose it's her raunchiness that makes her good at her job. Unfortunately, she wasn't willing to take responsibility for her actions and immediately left with her beer-bellied boyfriend , a subordinate, who participated in the arrogant taunts. It was my hope that enough food would be left to provide security for Tex but the suggestion was met with self-centered response. "Why do you get to choose ?" The answer - cause neither you or your boyfriend have the juevos to stick around and do my job. The inconvienance meant nothing to her - three extra days babysitting Tex and missing 4th of July with my family.

As I was trying to talk her out of showcasing Tex at the grocery store and undermining my job of watching Tex I mentioned Tex's threat to officer. What you read in the paper isn't the true story. The truth is so dark it was censored. Tex vividly described raping officer Williams daughter and wife, dismembering and cutting them up and feeding them to his dogs. It takes a skilled and perverted mind to even coujour such imagery - in fact Officer Williams almost crashed the police car as he was listening to an extended version of how his family would be tortured. "Sour Candy" responded to this intel in a baby voice, "ahh but he thought they were going to hurt his dogs". The image of her quivering lip and disregard for human life ills me. Anyone who would put human life lower than a simple animal doesn't know God. To a Christian - a thousand dogs for a human. Only a practicing witch with deep disregard for the almighty could conceive of sacrificing a human life for an animal.

Of all Tex's names , of the many he is called, his favorite is "Worthless Bastard". And Tex is a "Worthless Bastard" with the exception of two redeeming qualities.

Tex's first redeeming quality is an idea - one he probably didn't birth himself, but a good idea nevertheless. Each family of a fallen American soldier deserves to be honored with a place of solace. A bench in the city honoring each fallen soldier is of good report according to Tex. Because Tex has taken beatings from police across the country; he's learned respect for the US Military. They are the most compassionate police officers in America and can perform a takedown in a humanitarian fashion - a skill I hope the Branson Police Department learns.

Second, Tex holds interesting ideas which flow like the poetics of Hunter S. Thompson novel.

There is a long standing tradition in these parts called Shepherd of the Hills. The concept has deep spiritual and political meaning and has inspired some of the greatest men in US History. Republican legend Ronald Reagan is one of many inspired by the legend. While the story needs modernization, the legend goes something like this:

A man from the city comes to the hills, he combines hillbilly wisdom with urban sophistication and literary style. He takes down a gang of lawmen turned evil, converts the wicked only to find it's his own sin that is covered. Everyone lives happily every after and he maneuvers between urban and rural life. He uses words at the expense of wayward polticians. He writers the histories.

All the prophets cry for justice. The most political prophet is Isiah. Some 2700 hundred years ago he delivered a sermon instructing leaders on the way of the most holy: preaching passivise philosophy to military and political leaders:

"Learn Justice and devote yourself to her ways, protect and instruct the orphan; serve the widow. This is the true religion of the almighty. In the courtroom give equal weight to the cause of the poor" (NBV)

Considering the geopolitical structures of the time his advice is quite progressive, applicable to the modern age. Even the great atheist American forefather Thomas Paine succomed to his wisdom of Isaiah - justice.

If it wasn't for Pay Joyce's love of justice, a killer's cultivation could have continued. Joyce discovered a collaborative plot with public employees to thwart the cause of justice - flawed so greatly the Taney County Courts could have easily become the laughing stock of the legal community. Thanks to Joyce's courage the justice system and very integrity of our local government. There are times in Hillbilly history where justice was blinded raping every man in the community of dignity.

There are families in the community with a secret history. When they find corruption, they call in a Sheppard (there are many) . In Branson, to use Isiahic terminology, our mayor is the "filthiest rag". When corruption started becoming public, ancestors of Taney County Founders started blowing up my phone. For purposes of respect - the founders family names: Berry, Chandler, Gaylor, Maddox, Oliver, Patterson, Thompson, Branson, Cox, Hicks, McIntyre, Parnell, Price, Winch, Brudette, Fulbright, Kenney, Melton, Parrish, Sullenger, Welchel. It was a great honor to be called on to help - to participate in this great tradition.

Unless you're giving something or a female with some seriously twisted history Tex is the most annoying man in the world. He respects his fellow man none at all. I have never met a man who cared less for his fellow brothers and history. He hates mankind and prefers the company and essentially a marriage with his dog Bonnie.

In Tex's world view humans are below animals. He would kill for his dog and let his fellow man suffer. I have never met such a wicked man.

My introduction to Tex was the direct result of a calling by community leaders - otherwise I'd probably have ignored Tex. Street lurkers are a dime a dozen in Los Angeles but the lack of poverty in Branson led locals to intrigue with Tex. By default, I have none. Because so many humans love dogs more than their fellow man I know he'll always be fed - he has dogs. His dogs are his god.

Tex was taken down by Branson PD at a very public intersection. He refused to be arrested while at work. His work is sitting in front of McDonalds and allowing people to feel sorry for him. His wage is $20-$40 a day. The community needs someone like Tex - they need someone to love. We are starved of people who live in poverty - luckily our local politicians are changing this shortage. Seeing a homeless man (and he isn't) gives people the opportunity to love the unloved.

Tex is a virus carrying messages of hate. He listens to people; since Tex isn't bound by a schedule he doesn't value time. He listens and plots. Many people love him, few understand him. Tex's original charge which resulted in his arrest was simple trespassing. After listening to employees of a supermarket complain Tex decided to wage a protest.

Talking to Tex is a horrific experience. On the first day he would ramble at a rapid pace. Any interjection would result in a major ass chewing. One learns to listen - listen for hours. The torture of having to listen to Tex is counterbalanced by the fact any interjection could result in a violent verbal out pour. He'd scream if interrupted.
