FIRST 2-3 DAYS
Cut the seed in 8 equal parts, use only one piece before going to bed
Boil 8oz of water together with the small piece of seed for 3-5 minutes, then drink the water and the seed.

AFTER 2-3 DAYS
Cut the seed in 4 equal parts, use only one piece before going to bed
Boil 8oz of water together with the small piece of seed for 3-5 minutes, then drink the water and the seed. Continue treatment for 45-48 days following this method.

The Orange Diet

Ingredients:
12 oranges (green oranges are better)
4 liters of water

Directions:
First, wash the oranges. Cut them in half and squeeze all their juice (you will not need that juice).
Do not peel the oranges just put them in a pot with 4 liters of water to boil. Let it boil until you see approximately 2 liters are left.
Drain, put the orange tea in a jar, and refrigerate

Drink a cup of hot tea (put in microwave for 2 minutes) every day before 2:00 pm. You should not drink it after this time.
If you're going to have dairy, milk, or yogurt you should consume it two hours before or two hours after drinking the tea
Do not drink more than one cup of tea per day.

What is Nuez de la India?

Nuez de la India refers to seeds selected from the Aleuritis Moluccana tree. This tree is grown in home gardens, naturalized or cultivated in Malagasy, Sri Lanka, southern India, Bangladesh, Brazil, West Indies, and Gulf Coast of United States. Native to Malaysia, Polynesia, Malay Peninsula, Philippines and South Seas Islands; now widely distributed in tropics.

The common names are Kukui (Hawai’i), Nuez de la India (Spanish), Noz da India (Portuguese), Kamiri (Indonesian), and Indian Walnut or Candlenut in English.

Interestingly, Nuez de la India has been used as traditional medicine by ancestors. Several parts of the plant have been used in most of the areas where it is native. The oil is an irritant and purgative and sometimes used like castor oil . It is also used as a hair stimulant or additive to hair treatment systems. The seed kernels have a laxative effect. In Japan its bark has been used on tumors. In Sumatra, pounded seeds, burned with charcoal, are applied around the navel for costiveness. In Malaya, the pulped kernels or boiled leaves are used in poultices for headache, fevers, ulcers, swollen joints, and gonorrhea. In Java, the bark is used for bloody diarrhea or dysentery.

In food, a small amount of roasted seed kernel is mixed with salt and chili peppers to form a Hawaiian condiment called Inamona. In Indonesian and Malaysian cuisine small quantities are also frequently used.

Nuez de la India is also used as a natural weight loss product. The oil from the seeds is what plays an important role in the body.
