The surgery went very well, my oxygen levels were at 100% and I lost very little blood, so that was good.
I was so thankful to wake up and have it all be over.
Then I went back to the hotel with my husband who was an amazing "nurse", I don't know what I would have done without him.
making sure I got my med's at the right time,

It is more painful that I thought it was going to be, :ooh but it is lessoning, ( or could that be the Tylenol with codeine):biglaugh
It was very strange to look in a mirror after my doctor took the wrapping off of me, I haven't had boobs this big since I nursed my kids.
I just hope that the healing continues to go well. take care all, I'll keep you posted.

breast uplift??

hello - i hope i'm in the right place. I want some advice on a breast uplift. I've always had big boobs - not the best ones - but they were OK. I have yo-yo dieted for the past 10 years and to say they look terrible now is an understatment. I am so embarrassed of them that I have a twin sister who I won't even show them to. I looked into the 'boob jab' but was told my boobs are too big for it and they would need to put so much hydrochloric acid in them, it would cost £4000 (£8000). they suggested I go for the uplift. I keep reading sites that harp on about waiting to have a baby in order to breastfeed but I really am not too fussed about breastfeeding (that might sound bad but loads of my friends haven't for one reason or another and their kids are fab!). I'm trying to find out if anyone has one and how it went, etc. do they love their new pert boobs?

Where to go ?

Heythar, I know there aren't a huuge amount of people perusing around here, but was wondering if anyone could share info on the places they've had or friends have had a BA ? (In England) How were the prices ? Because i'm tempted to go with Transform, since they're well known and I just get a secure feeling when reading up about them. BUT they're the most expensive also, whilst i'm prepared to save half a year's wages (over god knows how long) for the "best", is there really so many different quality levels of the breast implants, or are you paying for service/reputation ? With prices from some places ranging from 2k to places like Transform which is 4k up, it's a big hole in the pocket for what could be the exact same item being shoved in you.
This has to be the one thing i'd rather go the expensive side of the cost fence, since I'd be mortified if I turned out to have rock boobs/unevenness/something horrid, and price usually = quality. Yeah I sound like i'm answering my own question, was just curious if anyone could share where/how much they paid and if everything went well ^^
Any comments most appreciated :)

Em

Hi, has anyone used Harley Medical Group?

I went for a consultation with a nurse today at the Harley Medical Group, for a BA. I have lost some weight over the last year and would like to have small implants to lift and take my breasts back to being pert! This is the first appointment I have been to, nd if I want to take it further I can make an appointment with Dr Graham who will be my surgeon. As the world of BA's is such a minefield, I was wondering whether anyone could give me any reassurance or relay any experiences they have had with the Harley Medical group and in particular with Dr Graham.

Many thanks

Janine

Having ba 4th august 2008 worried regarding size

Hi i am booked in for my surgery on 4th august which like everyone else i am excited, scared, nervous etc about. My biggest worry is what size i could potentially end up as i am an absolutely tiny dress size 6/8 i am 5ft 5 in height, my waist is a small 23inches and as far as i can understand i am having 380 implants i am terrified i will look like a barbie doll. I am a small 34a at the minute and of course want an obvious difference in size but could this be toooooo much. If anyone is similar size and has had surgery done could you give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated. xxx
