DAY 61 - NOW, BREATHE OUT . . .

I do all I can ... with what I have ... where I am.

1. I do all I can . . . is to breathe in.

"In case my stupidity offends you, punish me with your wisdom."

2. With what I have . . . is to breathe out.

"The greatest mistake is not to learn from the mistake I made."
Better yet, don't!"

3. Where I am . . . is to be still and see.

Where are all the police when you want them?
Ah! I know where you are. I can see YOU.

1. I do all I can . . . simply means to breathe in.

"God's is tomorrow - Tomorrow is God's.
Why are you worried?"

2. With what I have . . . simply to breathe out.

"I can't keep what I have till I give you all so I can be with YOU."

3. Where I am . . . simply to be still and see.

"I can't be with YOU till I can see YOU... breathing."

DAY 60 - ALLERGY

By definition: it's a hypersensitive disorder of the immune system.

Oh no! It's you . . . writing again. I got a headache!

By immune system: it does not have to restrict only to the physiological but may include the psychological and pneumatological!

Huh?!

Big words. Yup.

Simply: body, soul and spirit. That is what they mean. You know it.

Y'all know allergy in the body. It happens every year when Winter or Spring comes. Winter: the flu. Spring: the pollen.

You cough and you sneeze like crazy.

I feel so .... gooooooood bless u!

Winter time is cough season. Spring time is sneeze season.

Please bees and bugs and beetles, don't fly inside. I'm not hungry!

Yup.

Both seasons require lots of breathing out . . . .

Now. . . . comes the soul - the psychological allergy.

When you see a person mad or sad or glad what do you do?

I feel so philosophical! Thphthpthptooee.

A mad person? You run away!

A sad person? You sigh and feel sorry!

A glad person? You lift your shoulders, take a breath then smile.

That's soul allergy for you - quite natural and good.

Somewhere we will welcome one wonderful way with which we will whisper one wheeny whiny wondrous awakening wish within oneself so somehow someone suddenly says, "So sorry!"

So sickeningly cynically not funny!

Ok. Where were we?!

Oh, the spirit! Yup. Now the spirit.

When I told people I want to study and get a PhD in Demonology in Pneumatology in Spirituality, many became flabbergasted!

Huh! Yup. It's true. Vero!

I'm so hungry I can eat a raw hot-dog!
- Yesssss. You do look like one with horns!

Then many began to confess their fear in the devil and profess their faith in God.

That's spirit allergy for you.

Speaking of the devil, some will dismiss its existence, some will disregard it, some will acknowledge it but then say, "I don't believe in the devil. I believe in God."

Great!

Where can you find such a strong natural confession of faith like that?

- Only when speaking about the devil.

Enough evil spirit allergy for today.

This is not the end. We will see again.

DAY 59 - EPISTEMOLOGY

Y'all know what that is!

- It's the study of knowledge.

What am I? How am I? Who am I?

Yep. There are three kinds of them.

1. Knowing about.

2. Knowing how.

3. Knowing the person.

First: Knowing about is knowing the facts, figures and formulas. You get titles for this.

Then: Knowing how is not just knowing how things work in your head. It's knowing how in practice. You get involved and in-touch with the things then you know. You get your hands dirty. The more you touch it the more you know. It's art.

Last: Knowing the person needs a great deal of sense and sensibility and sensitivity as well. For the person is a mystery.

The first person you should know is yourself. Self-knowing is the beginning of true living.

There are three kinds of self-knowing:

When am I? Where am I? Why am I?

1. Knowing the self in the past - and that is called history.

2. Knowing the self in the future - which is understanding.

3. Knowing the self in the present - and this requires wisdom.

DAY 58 - The Utlimate Betrayal.

Self-betrayal . . . Yep, that's the ultimate.

Yet how do you betray yourself then?

Simple, by denying your own true and good nature.

How so?

Well, let's dare honestly acknowledge we by nature are selfish. We want good things and everything good for ourselves. At the same time we will do all in our power to avoid whatever does harm to us in any way.

Now then by definition selfishness should protect us from doing harm to ourselves. So what are the things that do harm to us?

Does lying or cheating or stealing or ill wishing or bad mouthing and all the likes do harm to us?!

Of course the question is self-answered.

I love you sooooooo ....... Smack! Mmmuahh!

Yet knowing full well the harmful consequences entailed such acts why then do we keep doing them?! Some even become addicted to them! Why?

In essence such acts deify oneself and give one the faux feeling of deity. Most of all they are within our human capability and easy to do. One needs no formal education to do them. They come naturally!

Still they do harm, great harm.

The question is dare anyone go to the ultimate bottom of selfishness? That means when one is honest and true one would avoid doing any and all harm to oneself. That's the ultimate selfishness.

How to avoid doing harms to oneself?

We arghhhhhhhh . . . . the world!

The ultimate selfishness should be selflessness. Instead of taking one gives. One gives all and at all time without counting the expense then joy comes, stays and lingers. It's a profound joy that transforms into contentment.

And that's the ultimate betrayal - the betrayal of the selfish human nature.

DAY 57 - To Lie or To Die?

Hi, what kind of world am I getting into here?

That is the new question.

Many a person in this world operates on the belief, "Either you lie or you die."

That's why lie is so prevalent everywhere, especially in the human heart.

Of course, you know, lie derives from fear, that is if the person is still human. Once lie no longer derives from fear the person loses the conscience and humanity itself.

There then, lie becomes a living style. Lie now is called lying and has turned into a habit of manipulation and a means to gain goods such as power, property and prestige.

Here now, the individual has splitted in two. The outter person is not the exact authentic projection of the inner but only an acting facade.

And that's how the present humankind seems to work. Lying has become a means of survival and a mode of being. That is, either you lie or you die.

So anyone who hates lie and doesn't lie will have to face the consequence: death.

Truth-loving individuals are rare. Even more rare are the truth-living individuals.

Where are these people? Where can they be found?

- Here, in me? Or there, in you? Where?!

There they are . . . !

To enter the realm of truth-loving and truth-living, one needs a complete and total conversion of heart, mind and soul. One needs to choose: either fostering and following the belief, "you either lie or you die" or ridding of it and willing the belief, "I rather die than lie!"

The truth shall set you . . .

Imagine . . . a world in which each and every individual would rather die than lie, what will happen to this world?!

- Hmm?!

And that's the new question.

Take a deep breath and breathe out . . . into the glorious Spirit of Living Truth.

DAY 56 - Contrite.

. . . AND I'M NOT SORRY!

That is the reason why some keep affirming: "I cannot forgive."

Yup, that's the reason.

No way Jose . . . . Didn't do anything wrong!

You can't forgive unless you're contrite.

You won't be contrite unless you acknowledge you do need forgiveness.

You won't need forgiveness unless you admit you did wrong and committed sins.

. . . so much.

You won't admit your sins unless you know yourself.

You won't know yourself unless you examine yourself.

You wont' examine yourself unless you look into yourself.

You won't look into yourself unless you love yourself.

You won't love yourself unless you're content being you.

You won't be content unless you listen.

They're all gone . . . . and here I am.

You won't listen unless you stay still and silent . . .

Breathing out . . . . in silence.

You can't stay still and silent unless you start breathing out . . . now.

Are you content?

Then take a breath and breathe yourself out . . . now into the gentle Holy Spirit of Living Wisdom.

DAY 55 - How To Relate . . .

Gee! What's going on here?

. . . in three (3) areas:

1. With the intelligent beings,
2. With the energetic beings and
3. With the flow of how beings work.

- First, the intelligent beings include animals, humans, demons, angels and The Unnamable. Each has a unique personality and spiritual core. Here humility or self-knowledge is of utmost importance.

- Secondly, the energetic beings are matters which could be converted into energy and vice versa. Each has a distinctive character but no personality. You can call it an it. Yet you must respect it and learn from its nature, otherwise you find no cooperation. Here love and care must involve for them to yield.

- Thirdly, this one also has its own inner unique character. It's the interaction between matter and energy, energy and intelligent beings and intelligent beings with each other. Here you need to go with the flow and use your intuitive sense of perception.

The point?!

Hiss, hiss . . . . Arrggh! My wing . . hiss broken.
Don't mess with Michael . . . He plays hard!

- Quite simple. You cannot force your will upon anyone or anything in the universe. You do that, it will backfire.

Try forcing your will on a child and see. Or try it on your wife or husband and see. Or try it on a snake?! Or nature like the fire, the rivers, the ocean and the earth!

History teaches so many lessons. They always find a way to retaliate!

Things, the inner working of things and people are made with a definite and unique nature.

Learn the nature of things, people and their inner workings. Then learn to relate to them respectfully. It will take patience and patience pays.

For instance, farmers learn the hard way to work or cooperate with the earth, the wind, the weather, the water, the rain, the soil, the sun and the seasons. The more they respect nature the more nature will yield its fruits for them.

Another instance: Take an artist like a pianist. To become a piano connoisseur she has to love and respect all kinds of sounds. She learns to be in tune with the rhythm of life, in particular her own. She could feel the texture of various sounds, even smell and taste them with her soul. Then when she touches the piano keyboard, it comes to life. It willingly yields itself to help breathe out the voice of the human hearts.

- Too complicated?!

Let go of your so...u...l . . . . and flow . . . . !

Well, everything boils down to one. Learn to relate.

The greatest way to do it is love. Learn to love.

The simplest way to love is give. Learn to give.

Learn all, love all and give all then you shall see.

Breathe out . . . now in the awe-inspiring silence of the Serenity Spirit.

DAY 54 - LIVES TO LIVE.

What y'all looking for?!

How many kind of lifeforms can a person see?

- For now, seven (7): light life, earth life, ocean life, plant life, animal life, human life and spirits' life.

There's an eighth one but that life-form is form-less . . . It's a one but at the same time, an all.

You can't put it on the list nor can you call it an eighth. It doesn't feel right. You just can't touch it.

Where . . . Who are you?!

Even calling it an it is wrong for it is not a thing but a Person, a limitless Person: invisible, indivisible, intangible and beyond. Most importantly, Divine.

Even that, is not right!

Anywho, all types of lifeforms, except Divine Life, are transient and interdependent. Only Divine Life is self-subsistent and self-generating.

I'm hungry. . . . I want LIGHT. . . . Feed me!

The transient lifeforms feed on each other to prolong their life. Then comes the moment when they can no longer sustain themselves. That's the time when they have to go. They become food for other lifeforms.

Look to see so you can see.

Light feeds the earth.

The earth and light feed the ocean.

The ocean, earth and light feed the plants.

The plants, ocean, earth and light feed the animals.

The animals, plants, ocean, earth and light feed the humans.

The humans, animals, plants, ocean, earth and light feed the spirits.

- Huh?!

No capish?! Can't see?!

Alright, let's go see the negative spirits first.

Ouch! That hurts.

Don't we all at times feed fear and anger and lust?

- These three (3) spirits are sometimes real needs and other times, forms of self-deception.

Don't we all at least once feed sadness, anxiety and desperation?

- These spirits are offsprings of the three (3) above-mentioned spirits.

These spirits spread like wildfire and consume different lifeforms, including human's. Ask how the World Wars came to be and . . . . to end?!

But why call fear, anger, lust, sadness, anxiety and desperation spirits?

- Simply, they are and have their own lives - and once they take over a lifeform, in particular human's, they are all consuming. They are intelligent and self-determined. Intelligent, for they have a purpose; self-determined, for they won't stop till they fulfill their purpose. However their intelligence is pseudo and determination, parasitic.

The process of feeding the spirits is simple.

- First: the spirit comes and touches your emotion then your body - then takes over your mind.

- Second: you like and taste it then you keep liking it to the point of becoming obsessed with it.

- Then third: you feed on them for your life; you can't live without them. Now it's food for your soul and raison d'être for your life.

Many addicts even create ideologies, governments and industries just to feed it and feed on it.

Look and see how many of the global industries are promoting and feeding on fear, lust and hatred!

Please take a breath and breathe out . . . now.

Ahhh! I can breathe now . . . . Yeah!

Then there are also the other wonderful spirits . . . . With these you have to learn how to relate.

These spirits love to share their lives with you. They respect each and every lifeform and don't take life nor impose their will on any kind of life-species. They prefer to have a free and mutually respectful relationship with anyone.

They share themselves freely only when you humbly and respectfully ask. But first you need to learn to be patient, kind, meek, humble and especially truly good, otherwise can't know them.

Breathe out . . . . all the tenseness now
. . . . and breathe in the spirit of tenderness.

Breathe out . . . . all the fearfulness now
. . . . and breathe in the spirit of freshness.

Breathe out . . . . all the restlessness now
. . . . and breathe in the spirit of restfulness.

Breathe out . . . now into the all-loving and ever-living Divine Spirit of Mercy.

DAY 53 - Learning.

This is what I've learned so far.

Over here is mine . . . . . . . and that's yours.

- Bake a bigger cake rather than fight to the death for a bigger piece!

Heh, everybody! Take a bite . . . .

Come on . . . stop shoving, please!

- Open a new door rather than keep waiting in line and wasting time.

Come on in . . . anyone who thirsts for Me and My Mercy!

- There are two (2) types of people:

1. Number one: People are happy wherever you go.

Heh, you look silly!!!

2. Number two: people are happy whenever you're gone.

Which are you, eh?

- "Today, do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10).

Literally, "Today, don't be sad, for the gladness of the Lord is the Citadel that protects you."

Take a breath and breathe out . . . now in the joyous spirit of Lent and into the joyful aura of the Holy Spirit.

DAY 52 - TEARS!

For you... Japan.

Why the tears? Or better, when?

The answer lies in one word and the coming into being and reality of this word is the beginning of all sufferings. In other words, all sufferings are offsprings of this word.

Hmm!? So what's the word?

- Well, before presenting the word we need to know who are its parents.

Let's go meet the parents first.

In the beginning, God creates....

First: the light.
Second: the universe.
Third: the earth.
Fourth: the plants.
Fifth: the animals.
And finally: the human beings.

In the material realm, not the spiritual, none of God's creation has an ego, for none can address itself as an "I" or a "me" but the humans.

A tree, a dog, a cat, an elephant, a whale, a moon, a sun and a galaxy, none can say "I am," except for "you" and "me."

- Isn't that great?! Yup.

Now everyone knows the artist, the author or creator of anything is the owner of his or her own creation. God creates everything so everything belongs to God.

And everything also includes everyone.

Everyone is so happy knowing everything belongs to God. Even happier when God says to the humans, "Sons and daughters, I give you all. Take care of it. But remember, you are Mine."

- Wow! Wonderful!

Then one day - a forgetful day but unforgettable, a word comes and speaks to the humans. His name is "O...f." Yup, that's still his name: "Of."

He points at everything and asks the humans, "Isn't that all yours?"

At first, the humans were a bit confused but then "Of" suggests, "Feel it. Yup, fe....e....l it," he adds, "Don't you feel they're all yours?!.... Sure they are."

Then that's it. Tears start rolling.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Y'all mine! Mine! Mine!

The humans were ecstatic. They laughed out with a belly laughter, "Everything is mine now! Yup, "All mine.... ha! ha! ha!"

When the ecstatic laughter ends, suddenly silence.... Then their senses come back and they start remembering: "Oops! We made a mistake, a grave one."

They realize, "We completely forgot about the One Who creates all - everything and everyone, including us. We just forgot about WHAT'S HIS NAME???.... Let's see, The Unknown All-Knowing Knower?!... The Uncreated Ever-Creating Original Artist?!... The One Who Is?!.... How could we?!"

They keep repeating to themselves, "How could we?!"

Emotionally confused and mentally conflicted, tears once again flow. This time, tears of suffering.

How could we?!!!

So that was the origin of suffering and the beginning of tears.

Huh?! That doesn't make any sense. What's this all about?

- Simply put, the beginning of suffering and origin of tears.

So, when the tears? And what's the word that causes all sufferings? Those are the questions at the outset, aren't they?

- Yup, right! And here it is: You feel pain and heartache everytime you lose something or someone. Why? Only because they belong to you. They are yours.

You can only suffer when you have something or someone you call "mine." Tears flow when you lose what is "mine."

The formula is this:

1. Me + Of = Mine.
2. Reality = Nothing is mine.
3. Mine + Reality = Tearful Suffering.

There's no pain with "me" nor with "of" but when they marry each other to become "mine," suffering begins.

When "mine" meets "reality," "reality" says "nothing is yours" but "mine" resists forcefully and reacts violently. "Mine" vehemently rejected "reality," but "reality" remains "reality" so "mine" starts deteriorating. It then breaks down into tearful suffering, for it can't have nor keep anything.

The reality is this. The connection between "me" and everything as well as everyone is "of." In fact, "of" is the glue that connects "me" to the world. But when the time comes, "reality" sets in and the glue doesn't stick nor want to stick anymore, "me" has to let go. Otherwise continuous suffering.

The Lord God did say clearly: "You are in the world but not of the world," didn't He?!

Yep, He did!

Now the ultimate loss is when you lose "yourself."

Consider this: "Are you yours?!"

Take a breath and take a look again: "Am I mine?!"

Remember what God said when giving you all?

- You are Mine!

. . . . He too suffers so much for it and hence this season, the Lenten.

Breathe out . . . now into the all-pervading and ever-patient presence of the Most Merciful God, The Holy Ghost.

DAY 51 - How to listen.

All I want is love. Ooooh smooooth. . . !

Lie is like chocolate and truth, tea.

Chocolate is sweet and self-drowning. It takes you first and kills you after.

And tea?!

O dear, I love you till death but first let's have tea!
Yeah . . . eh!

It's bitter and soul-awakening. It lightens then en-lightens after. Oh, it rids the fat too!

So when tasting you listen.

Yes, listen to 7 levels of significance:

1. The surrounding: what you feel.
2. The people: what you hear.
3. The law: what you know.
4. The predicament: what you fear.
5. The duty: what you must do.
6. The heart: what you love.
7. The Spirit: What God wants.

The prerequisite to listening is to live in the soul.

Breathe out . . . now into the enlightening tea-filled reality of the Holy Spirit.

DAY 50 - Hungry vs Angry.

Anger makes you small and stupid. Hunger makes you empty and smart.

Look at the angry person and you know what the devil looks like.

An angry person is like a walking bomb. Stay away, far away. Else you'll be blown apart.

Look at a hungry child then you know what God looks like.

A hungry person is like a walking dead. Stay aware, much aware. For God may be there.

Fear God is wisdom. Avoid evil is understanding.

The trick is to know what is evil to avoid and where God is to fear.

Breathe out now into the ever-caring atmosphere of the Holy Spirit.

DAY 49 - You a who?

Heh, you look funny! You a who or a what?
- I'm Pinocchio. And you are?
- Oh, I'm Jiminy Cricket. But you, you a who or a what?!
- I'm here to find out.

Which are you?

A what or a who?

Look and see which.

A what is what you get.
A who is.

A what is what you have.
A who is.

A what changes.
A who is.

A what takes and gives.
A who is.

A what gains and loses

A who is.

A what comes and goes.
A who is.

A what lives and dies.
A who is.

So which are you?

You, a who or you, a what?

Of course both.

Now the problem. Yup, the problem.

Which do you identify more?

A what then you belong to this transient realm and you feel, you fight, you win, you lose then you die.

A who then you're just you and you see and see and see and you're free.

A what has a time limit, an expiration date. A who, none.

When you live to 10 thousand years, do you think you follow the same career in that whole period?! Will you be a doctor or a lawyer, an engineer, a farmer, a fisherman, a teacher, an accountant and an entrepreneur for 10 thousand years?! Will you be a faithful husband or wife for 10 thousand years?! Won't you be bored with doing the same thing?!

10 thousand years is a long time for being a what, but not for being a who. Being a who has no time nor space either. It's beyond, below, behind, before, beneath time and space!

Whether or not you identify with a who, you're already a who. You're somebody. You're you. You a who!

Be a who as you're supposed to then you'll see the timeless beauty of being you.

You can breathe now.

Breathe out . . . now into the Living and Life-giving Eternal Spirit of the One and Only Self-subsistent True Who.

DAY 48 - Breath Enemy (2) - Words Bind.

The ultimate power of the universe: WORDS.
WORDS can make or break you.
In turn you can make or break lives with WORDS.

What binds?

- Making a promise binds.
- Breaking a promise binds.

- Getting angry binds.
- Giving in to fear binds.

- Believing binds.
- Doubting binds.

Behind everything you do, there are layers of emotions.
Below each layer of emotion there is a conviction.
Before the conviction there is a word you heard and trust.

Watch and see.

You can't make or break a promise unless you convince yourself to!
You can't get angry or give in to fear unless you keep hearing someone insulting you from the inside.
You can't believe or doubt unless you tell yourself to confront the facts and consequences.

All due to words.

Words start war. Words make peace.

Words bring death. Words create life.

Words condemn. Words save.

Words affect emotions.
Emotions affect breaths.
Breaths affect your health and well-being.

Of course words also free.

You could make a person mad with only one word. Yup, try call your boss, "Stupid!"

Or you could make a person glad. Say to someone with sincerity, "Thank you. I love you."

You could break a person. Say repeatedly, "You're ugly. You're nobody. You're gonna fail."

Or you could make a person. Say unceasingly, "You're beautiful. You're good. You can do it."

Choose and use words carefully, especially when dealing with our own fragile heart and others' as well.

You can breathe now.

Breathe out . . . now into the merciful realm of the ever-creating and loving Eternal Word.

DAY 47 - Breath enemy (1)

Life and death is only a breath away.
Why not fearlessly live and love to the fullest? Yeah!

What hurts?

Breath hurts.

Huh?! A breath?! A mere breath hurts?!

Yup. It can and it does again and again when one's careless.

When one's breathing out with hostility, looking out with contempts and speaking out with insults, those breaths hurt.

They hurt others and the environment, but first oneself.

One first hurts oneself in the soul with assaulting breath, in the head with contempting look and in the heart with insulting words.

This is called self-punishment. Yet instead of punishing oneself it'd be best to destroy the hostility, contempts and insults with gentleness, compassion and generosity.

Watch yourself to see when and how often that happens. It's best to obliterate your own impatience and pride with cheerful patience and honest humility.

All human violence come about only due to one problem: one has not yet died to oneself.

Whether or not you accept or acknowledge the reality of death, it's happening.

Once again, it's best to die to oneselft along with the breath and be fearless.

Everytime one thinks, breathe out with the breath of gentleness.
Everytime one looks, breathe out with the breath of compassion.
Everytime one speaks, breathe out with the breath of generosity.

Then let go of the self and breathe out . . . now into the everlasting Holy Spirit of joyous serenity.

DAY 46 - SEEN vs SEING.

I'm knowing myself....
Ain't my hair cool?! It's O.K. Don't worry!
Once y'all decide to know yourself, you'll turn purple and beautiful like me too.

Knowledge essentially is looking back at the past. By nature knowledge is the past and the past is knowledge.

Yet how do you accumulate knowledge?

- By perceiving or seeing. You can see with every sense you have. Yup, you can see with your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin and ultimately your soul.

Look and see. Listen and see. Sniff and see. Lick and see. Touch and see. Breathe and see for yourself.

Nevertheless, the mysterious human soul is not limitted only to the 5 senses. There are more, infinitely more ways to see or perceive this world and the others.

So the prerequisite for the past is knowledge, for knowledge, perception, for perception, senses and senses, the soul.

- Huh?!

Please take a breath then breathe out . . . before you continue.

The problem is your individual soul perceives this physical world through the senses and your senses in essence are unstable and most of the time, unreliable. That's why as scientists we look at the same thing over and again and again and again to the Nth times before we can dare to say we really see, and even when we say we see, what we think we seem to see is still not perfect. Hence our perception of this world is ever incomplete.

So what's the use of the above clearly convoluted observation?

- Simple, just to know oneself. Thence to merticulously watch oneself. To watch oneself in both senses of the word. That is to say, (1) to watch so one may know and (2) to be watchful or extra careful when one's forming a mental conclusion.

Practically speaking, sadness comes from quick mental conclusions of negatively selected and perceived past events. Sadness just means you constantly live in the neg past.

From there you project those negativities everywhere in your mind and life then decide that will be the future - your future, and hence induce worry and stress. Obsession with the future also leads to mental break down.

Basically, all the problems boil down to forgetting where and that you are in the present. Instead of rewinding and watching the already-seen past events and projecting them into the imaginary unknown future, just watch what is . . . now.

Be in the now then all worries and stress and sadness just stop.
Be in the now then all the burden of attached past just drop.
Be in the now then all the fear of confused future just disappear.

Be now in your breathing . . . .
Be now is breathing . . . .
Be now is breathing . . . . out into the pleasant presence of the Most Holy Spirit of infectious joy and passionate peace. I like that!

DAY 45 - The Mysterious You.

Hold your horses. There's only one of me and two of you . . . Take it easy!

"You" are mysterious.

"You" have the capability to be in many worlds at the same time and in many time periods of the same world.

- Hmm!?

Yep, look and see.

You, yes, you yourself are in both worlds at the same time. You're in the physical world, which is your body and simultaneously in the spiritual world, which is your soul.

On the other hand, you know up to now "you" have been living in different time periods of the same world. You're born, grown up, get old and then you die. Yet "you" are always "you." Even when you move on to a new world or new reality, you still remain "you."

So "you" are mysterious.

Even more mysterious is the law that governs you. Yep! There are mysterious principles which guide and protect you.

For instance, the law of the past and future. The future lies in the will. Individual and community's will create the particular future in this world and the divine will creates a complete and comprehensive future in the all-encompassing world.

Whereas the past lies in the mind or knowledge. It's knowledge that creates the past. Isn't it so?!

- Huh?!

Without knowledge you have no past. For instance, do the words you're reading on this screen right now know they have a past? Or the PC or Laptop or phone you're using to read this blog knows it has a personal history?!

You know the two (2) above mentioned questions are rhetorical. They portray a point, that is to say, without knowledge or consciousness you have no past. So the past, or rather your past history always involves knowledge.

So what does this mean?!

It means "you" are capable of being in and creating the past and the future. Aren't you glad now?!

But what is most important does not lies in the capability to be and create the past and future, nor in the knowledge of the past and future. Rather it is "being in the present."

In fact, all is in the present. Your past was once your present and your future also is now, for you don't live in the future but now!

So how do you stay in the now?!

You already know how. Simple, just breathe out . . . now.

May the Breath of God, the Almighty Holy Spirit bless you with His peace, joy and compassion.

DAY 44 - When you're angry . . .

A dilemma: how do I know which is which?
Am I sad or mad? Or both? Or none?

How do you know when you're angry? That's the question.

The answer is you don't. Why?

- First of all, a person rarely knows specifically when he or she's angry. Only the people around them, those who are directly affected by their anger. They know for they can feel it. Then the moment you know or are aware, you're no longer angry.

- Second, anger is relative because it's emotionally subjective. People may tell you that you have a hot temper or you're depressed at the time, but you don't think so. For you, you're not. For the men, normally you'd say that's the way men are. You're being assertive and a little noisy. And for the women, you're just sad and worried. For you, that's not anger but melancholy. I got some news for you, sadness is anger in disguise. Observe and see. Basically, your perception of anger is different from others.

Well, whats' the point then?

The point is simple: Be Aware.

Subjectively speaking, when you enter a room or a place where there's someone you're at odd with but don't want to admit it, have you ever felt a kind of tension under your throat or a tingling sensation in your brain or a rushing of the blood onto your face or shortness of breaths or rather, a sudden natural suffocation? Put simply, do you feel suffocated at the presence of that particular individual?

If that's the case you can safely say to yourself you have a lingering anger. If this anger is not addressed it will control your attitude and behavior.

Look and see for yourself.

Whenever you feel that way, breathe out . . . Here's where your breathing out . . . is useful and really helpful.

Breathe out . . . now into the serene surrounding of the peaceful and gentle Holy Spirit.

DAY 43 - Emotion Question.

You look yummy. Should I eat you or not?
To eat or not to eat, that's the question.

Questions arise from two (2) sources: your mind or your heart.

From your mind they're logic. They're cold, calculated and structural. They give no life but deplete your strength. You need rest after a time of the mind questioning.

From your heart they're emotion. They're real and natural for you can feel it. They burn you like wildfire. You can't help but to allow them to expose and express themselves. If you don't they'll eat you up inside. Then you'll have ulcer or some sort of sadness or depression.

The heartfelt emotional questions already exist in your mind and occupy your inner space. They will fight until they emerge. They come from the sense of righteousness and justice or rather, frustration because of injustice.

So what to do with them?

- Let them out. Release them in the most helpful and healthy way. And how?

Stay still and completely calm. Don't make a move. Observe them lovingly. Listen to them carefully as if you're listening to a chirping bird or a barking dog. If you move they may fly away or even attack you. Cherish them so you can understand them. In fact, it's really understanding yourself.

What you want to do is to see its real nature and enjoy its presence. You do that by being with them and you breathe them out . . . into the peaceful atmosphere of the Gentle Holy Spirit.

DAY 42 - Nose Conscious.

Your nose is the gateway to the ultimate all-in-all.
Don't leave home without it.

Have you ever observed your nose? Or as a kid have you ever tried to look down at your nose directly?

If you haven't, try now. It's fun, especially when do it in front of the kids. You'll get their attention and they'll follow you everywhere. But you have to do it conspicuously and dramatically.

Nevertheless . . . don't do it front of adults or the nobles and notables. They'll think you're a stuck-up weirdo and need psychiatric help!

And why?

- Try it with anyone of those respectable adults, perhaps your own boss for instance, you'll know right away.

Now here is how. Everytime someone, especially your boss, wants to talk to you, look at him or her through your nose and respond, you'll see their reaction. This is a 100% guarantee!

Mind you, this kind of behaviour only reserves for those of you who are bored with life and have nothing to do or want to feel what it means to be real. Are you one of them?! If not then this is not for you. If yes then have fun. Try it and see, that is, observe people through your nose. However, do it with discretion. Don't act too conspicuous like you're nose-observing them!

When you do this often, it'll become a habit. Then you'll become professionally nose-conscious.

- But why? Why should you be a nose-conscious professional? What do you gain from it?!

Simple. You'll be self-conscious rather than self-centered and self-serious. You'll be real and in the moment. Most of all, it's fun.

Nose-conscious is the condition for you to be in the present.
Nose-conscious is also the condition for you to be self-aware.
Nose-conscious is the ultimate condition for you to be breath-aware.

A new dance move: Nose Breaker . . . Bet you can't beat that!

Truly the hinge of life and death lies at the nose. Thence comes in life and thence comes out demise. Thence comes in divine breath and thence comes out human death. Thence one finds strength for the body, clarity for the mind, peace for the heart and rest for the soul.

Once again, here's how.

Be aware of your breathing . . . . now.

Be aware of the breath entering and exiting your nose.

Be aware of the breath entering and exiting your right nose and then your left.

Notice when you shut the right hole of your nose with your right thumb and breathe out 12 times, you'll find your mind become quite clear and your body relaxed . . . . . Then you shut the left hole with your left thumb and breathe out 12 times, you'll chase off tiredness and regain your strength naturally. That's how you get rid of headaches and get back your energy quickly without resorting to medicines or becoming drug dependent.

Simply close your eyes, shut your right nose and breathe out 12 times . . ., you'll feel lightness and stress free . . . . . Then do the same for your left nose and breathe out 12 times . . ., you'll find strength and self-composure.

Breathe out . . . now into the atmosphere of hope and love in the Most Humble and Holy Ghost.

DAY 41 - Emotional blindspot.

All is Yours.

One enlightened individual recently told me, "People gives according their faith or pleasure."

That rings some truths, doesn't it?

Along that line, we can say:

- People live according to their faith or pleasure.
- People make decision according to their faith or pleasure.
- People act according to their faith or pleasure.

Let's apply to reality. I write this blog because I love it and believe it's beneficial for you. And you read this blog because you like it and believe somehow it helps you resolve some personal issues or stress or even enlighten your mind or something along the same line.

So you want people to give?

- Make them believe in something or someone. Either that or make them feel real good.

And that seems to be the difference between religion and business, isn't it?!

Religion makes people believe in something or someone. Then the religious people live, make decision, act and give according to that belief.

Whereas in business, you find ways to make people feel dissatisfied all the time then offer them what they already have. People are even willing to buy and pay for what they already possess!

Don't worry! I'm here.

Take water for intance. Why do we have to buy bottled water?!

About 30 years ago (1980's) there was no need for water in the bottle. Now bottled waters are everywhere in all sizes and shapes!

Before there was no need and now everyone seems to need them. Why?

Isn't that business? To create a need where there was supposed to be none. Or rather to create a need for what people already possess! Then give them what they want which originally was theirs with a price.

In fact, it's not the selling of water or the bottle or the bottled water; it's the selling of what makes people feel good or convenient, which is another word for pleasure.

Anyone who makes people feel good becomes the center of attention. People will flock to you. It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, good or bad, holy or evil as long as you make them feel pleasant, they'll want you. They want you to be their representative or leader. They even vote for you!

Look and see for yourself. Particularly look at the famous movie or sport stars and singers and most of all, the politicians. Many of them lead a quite immoral life and why do people follow them and go so easy on them when they commit grievous crimes? Isn't it because they make people feel good about themselves with their singing and dancing and playing and tale-spinning?! That is, their arts!

Now here's where all the reasons seem to go down the drain, only because of pleasure. And here's also your first emotional blindspot.

Now, how about belief? Is it true also for belief? Do people disregard reason when it comes to belief?

This is rhetorically conspicuous! Look and you'll see.

There are two ways to approach a belief or belief-system or a religion: (1) Create a fear of suffering or punishment; or (2) create a business of promise of pleasurable reward.

Once you allow yourself to be trapped in it, you'll become a fanatic. This is a false kind of religion. In fact, it should be called a religious occult, not a true religion. That is to say, when the religion leaves no room for raising reasonable questions, but rather demands only faith and faith alone.

Yup! And here's where you find your second emotional blindspot.

The question is does the fear of suffering or the promise of pleasurable reward help you see and know yourself and your true nature?

The answer once again is rhetorically clear. Look and see for yourself.

Fear of pain and lust for pleasure are really distractions. Once you get hooked on them, you'll be in bondage. You'll become an addict either to pain and fear or to pleasure and lust. Only self-knowledge truly helps you to know. Knowing oneself is rewarding in itself and a necessity for living and being human. We should give, live, make decision and act according to the direct knowledge of oneself.

Yet where to start?

- Simple. Start with your breathing . . . . especially your breathing out . . . . . Start knowing yourself by looking while you breathe . . . . and breathing . . . .while you look . . . .

You can bet your life on breathing . . . . You'll lose nothing but gain everything. You'll know yourself instantly.

- Isn't it true?

Once you're conscious of your own breathing . . . . you know. Then your life, your decision, you deeds and even what you give no longer depend on pleasure or belief, but by the true and direct knowing of your heart and soul.

There's nothing to choose or make decision any more, for you see everything, everyone and your own self clearly.

All you need do is breathe out . . . now.

Breathe out . . . into the loving gaze of the Divinely Merciful Gentle Holy Spirit.

DAY 40 - Memory scars.

Please look and see who I truly am.

Certain dramatic events affect your present view of self, people and the rest of life.

One and the same dramatic event may cause the downfall of a person or a people but simultaneously the rising of another.

Take the bombing of Pearl Harbor for instance. That event changed the course of world history, in particular the American's. The Pearl Harbor event entails the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombing. That was America's retribution a thousandfold.

From then on Americans became an all-can-do kind of people. The individual Americans are also high-spirited world conqueror, not just this world but even the world of the quantuum and the outer space! Until . . . . that horrible day in 2001.

Once again that event changed the course of humankind, especially the American people as well as each individual. It really changed everything.

You see, those events create memory scars in our lives.

We breathe, we live, we eat, we move, we sleep, we think, we plan, we build, we work, we react, we organize our life, time and behaviors - in view of that horrific September day. We're no longer the same. That terrible event forces us to reveal who we truly are and reflect on what we should be and behave in the present.

On a deep level, behind every dramatic event there are people. In fact, in history it was people who created or rather brought about the dramatic and horrific events. Isn't it true?

Ask yourself the questions: Who was behind Pearl Harbor? Who was behind Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombing? Who was behind the 911?

We all know the answer: people.

It was, is and shall ever be people who affect events. Then events affect people's lives. Then all become a communal memory or history.

Do you have a dramatic personal event that changed your life, yourself and worldview?

Do you know the person standing behind and manipulating that dramatic event?

Is that event and the people or person behind it still affect the ways you think, feel, act and behave?

For instance like the death of a loved one? An accident? A near-death experience? A confrontation with your enemy and survive? And many more alike . . .?

There is one ultimate event that utterly changed the world and human lives forever. It was the event that shook the universe on all levels, the inner and outer, the upper and lower, the frontal and behind, the physical and meta-physical, the intellectual and emotional, the natural and supernatural, the ontological and spiritual.

Whosoever lives, moves, exists and breathes on and because of this event, is blessed for eternity.

Instead of breathing on any particular event or person that affects our lives, we breathe with this ultimate one.

Please look at me and see me for who I really am. Don't you know who I am?

You probably know what I'm talking about already. It's the Crucifixion of Our Lord and Most Holy Redeemer Jesus Christ.

That should be the ultimate event and He should be the ultimate person who determines the course of our lives and actions.

When we breathe on, in, out and with Him and His passion, we are truly world conquerors and an all-can-do people of the Resurrection. We are not merely high-spirited people but Holy Spirited people.

Breathe out now . . . into the realm of the all-encompassing and everlasting life-giving generous Holy Spirit.

DAY 39 - Breath of Death.

Yo ho! . . . What's up Bro?!

Have you ever wondered why there are rhymes? Like death and breath?!

Why is breath rhymed with death? Is there a correlation between breath and death?

One thing is sure. You and I don't know for now what death really is since we haven't experienced it yet. Unless you're reading this blog when I'm already far gone.

Nevertheless, we all know breath personally. Everybody does.

Also we know one day in a specific place and time one of our breath will be a breath of death. We breathe millions and millions breaths in a lifetime but only one with be the death breath. And it will be a breathing-out . . . the last one.

Right now you are breathing in and out oxygen and oxygen sustains your present carbon-based body. Death happens when this carbon-based body rejects oxygen and no longer wants it.

One more thing. We know breath is life and breathing is living. Without them, no life. So no breath, no life. No breathing, no living. And isn't that what death is?!

NO BREATH IS DEATH!

Now comes the good news. You don't have to breathe oxygen to have life. Nor need you be made up of carbon to be human!

- Huh!? . . . Hmm!? . . . Hum!!!

If not oxgygen then what? What can we breathe to have life?

Look at your soul and you'll see. Though your carbon body breathes oxygen to live, your soul does not. Oxygen doesn't feed your soul nor give it life, only your body. So what does your soul feed on? What kind of breath does it breathe?

Of course, you know already . . . . The Holy Spirit.

Once you're granted access to Him, the Eternal Everliving Gentle Spirit, you can't die any more.

Yet how are you to get this grant? Or the authorization to access the Almighty Spirit!?

Quite simple. You grant Him access to yourself, inner as well as outer, both soul and body.

Actually, your body was His creation and He wants it to be His dwelling place. In fact, He made your body to be His paradise and He likes to come and rest in it. Nonetheless, He gives you the authority to accept or reject Him. That authority still remains in your hands or rather, your free will.

You can have access to Him with the condition you choose to give Him yourself utterly.

Once that's done, He'll do everything.

Do it and you'll see. You won't regret it. You'll know what it means to be the breath of life, instead of death.

You'll no longer know death but only life. Then every time you breathe out . . . , it'll always be lifebreath.

Here's how. Invite the Holy Spirit into your soul and open yourself to Him. When He comes beseech Him to take over your entire soul and body and stay there.

Do it now.

O Holy Ghost, Creator bless, come.

Breathe out now . . . into the atmosphere of the Most Generous and Eternal Holy Spirit.

DAY 38 - Racing in the Rain . . . !

Ain't I cool!!!? . . . Don't faint!

Melbournese are a fascinating bunch.

Annually on that particular day, the Melbourne Cup day, the whole city became so jubilant even in the rain. All due to the horse race.

We are not Australians . . . today we're all Melbournese!

Yesterday, actually last evening (November 01, 2010), the sky was pouring. It was cats-and-dogs raining. The streets were flooded with water, and strangely enough, also with cars and pedestrians in the rain! And yet you noticed people, the Melbournese, young and old, ladies and gentlemen, all dressed up, men in their formal attires and women with their beautiful fashion. Thousands upon thousands were soaked in the freezing weather!

Me asked, why? Why did people have to do that?

Me guessed, it must be love. Yep! LOVE.

Y'all know it already . . .

Love can do all things; nevertheless, nothing can fathom "love."

Love can explain everything and yet no one can explain it satisfactorily.

Love can make you do silly stuffs and still no matter how hard you try, you couldn't seem to understand why!

Me think that was what happened to the Melbournese. They were in love - with the horses or rather the mares and the races. It goes also without saying, about the $6,000,000 AUD reward as well as the booze and beers too!

What do you mean?! . . . I see no rain!

Love truly makes people go around the race tracks, even in the rain!

Pity! In the mean time, the churches were spaciously empty on that day. And it was All Saints day!!!

If only people were to love the Most Wonderful and Gentle Lord, the God of Mercy, with the same degree and intensity the earth would already be heaven.

Wehee!!! . . . Brrrrrrr!!!

For now, me just breathe out . . .

Breathe out now . . . into the gentle aura of the ever-refulgent Holy Spirit.
