Lady lost weight because of a seat belt ticket

A South Carolina resident who once weighed 408 pounds says that receiveing a traffic ticket was the final straw of being over weight. She admitted that she hadn't been able to buckle her seatbelt in years, and her ticket in 2011 for not wearing her seatbelt started her in her weight loss journey. Since the incident in 2011 she has lost over 200 pounds due to being active and making the right food choices.

"Researchers say extremely obese people are 60 percent less likely to wear seatbelts. They are 56 percent more likely to die in a crash because of it." (ABC).

Wisconsin Landlord wants to evict tenants for not being Packer fans

Everyone knows that Packer fans are really serious about their team, but can a landlord really evict his tenants for not supporting the green & gold? The tenants were apparently fans of the Bears, the Packers' long time rivals, and had lied on the application to rent the home when asked if they were packers fans. According to lawyer Ron Rosenbaum Bears fans "can't be evicted for lying on the application, because it's not really material -- I don't think any court would look at it as a material item of importance in terms of whether this is the kind of person he would want living in his place." (CityPages.com). The landlord states that his tenants have been putting up Bears decorations all over their front yard and the neighbors are PISSED!

Idaho man texts cop about drug buy

Have you ever accidentally sent a text to someone you were talking about or drunk texted your mother about how totally wasted you were? Well neither of those are as bad as what a 37 year old Idaho ~~idiot~~ man did. According to Salon.com a 37 year old Idaho man accidentally texted a narcotics detective about buying into a large meth purchase. Wow did he really make this officer's job easy or what?! When the officer realized this wasn't a joke, which who wouldn't think it was, he agreed to meet the man with $150 for the methamphetamine. Upon reaching the meeting location the man was arrested for conspiracy to sell methamphetimine.

It seems like every one has something to say about the cheeto-eating, mud slinging, pig loving pageant girl Honey Boo Boo these days. Alana Thompson, better known as Honey Boo Boo, got her own TLC show after her apperances on Toddlers and Tiaras had people rolling with laughter. Alana's family are self-proclaimed rednecks and have stirred up plenty of controversy surrounding how they live and how Alana is being raised, but even with all the back lash from her show, Alana still managed to match ratings for Bill Clinton's DNC speech. BOOOOYA!

Four very unusual hair cuts

When a mother in China was having a hard time being able to tell her quadruplets apart she decided to give them each a unique haircut. The mother shaped a number in each one of the children's hair to clear up any confusion on which child is which. "Sometimes, he punishes the second one for something the third one has done," says the mother talking about the children's father.

According to the quad's teachers the new haircuts have had a positive effect with the teachers and classmates being able to tell the kiddos apart.

A New Hampshire woman was arrested 4 times between August 29th and August 30th for blaring the song "Highway to Hell" and other loud music even after being arrested ~~and released~~ time after time. The final straw was when she reportedly threw a frying pan at her nephew who was trying to retreive his belongings from her home.

High teenager in jail after calling police over a dream he had

A Florida teenager, Mark Welch, was arrested for calling 911 and stating that everything that happened in his dream was real. "Everything that happened today is actually in my dream, and I want to prove it to everybody” said Welch. Welch also admitted to the Volusia County Sheriff that he had been smoking the synthetic drug K2.

Well according to ABC a Minnesota casino created a bacon cheeseburger that is 10 feet in diameter and weighs over a ton! 60 pounds of bacon, 50 pounds of onion, 50 pounds of lettuce, 40 pounds of cheese and 40 pounds of pickles topped the beast of a burger. Frozen soda can leads to 38 stitches

Who would've thought that trying to open a refreshing can of freezer frozen Coca Cola would lead to shards of aluminum shooting into your face? Well not me! According to RocketNews24 a boy in China had just that happen to him when he went to open a soda that he had left in the freezer for a little too long. 74-year-old man mistakenly plants pot instead of sunflowers

An elderly German farmer, whose name has not been released, accidentally planted 1,000 pot plants instead of what he thought would be sunflowers. The mix-up happened when he had scattered unused bird seed onto his field, he was shocked to see how fast the plants were growing but hadn't realized what they actually were. A local judge will review the case to decide whether or not charges will be brought against the man.
