Grand Teton Brewing’s Lost Continent Double IPA is probably the fruitiest IPA that I have ever had. Now, I’m not talking fruity like fruit beer, I’m talking fruity like they found every hop variety that has super fruity notes, did hop additions every 2 minutes for the last 16 minutes of the boil, and then dry hopped twice a day for the entire fermentation!!!

Ok, so I have no actual line on Grand Teton’s hop addition schedule for Lost Continent, I’m just saying! Holy Crap! This beer is fantastic! They totally brewed outside the box to get such a pallet of hops. To be fair, I make it sound like it is completely overpowering, and that is NOT the case! This beer, of course, is a perfectly balanced, solid 8%abv Double IPA. You HAVE to try this beer!

Given, I might be biased because I like HUGE beers with insane abv’s and rediculous BTU’s, but it’s still worth a shot. One for the cellar, one for the glass!!

Welcome to the Brew Blog! We just got our Brew Blog up and running. We are still in design and layout with the brew chatter website. So we thought we should start this blog.
