REGISTERED MAIL

Registered mail ensures your package is delivered right to your doorstep, in perfect condition. And if it doesn't, you can claim compensation up to a certain amount. Registered mail also allows you to track the status of your parcel. At only an additional $2.24, its a small price for a sense of assurance isn't it?

TRACKING INFORMATION

BriaSugar will notify you through email as well as post an update on our website once we have posted out the items.

For registered mail, we will include the tracking number in the notification email.

You can track your parcel status here. All you need is to type in the tracking number.

Pre-Orders.

For some items that have been sold out, but are still in great demand, we MIGHT be able to re-order them for you.

How to request for Pre-Orders:

Make order as usual through email, but with the subject header: REQUEST FOR PRE-ORDER.
If the item can be restocked, we will send you a notification email (this does not constitute confirmation of order) and update on our blog.
Thereafter, make order as per normal procedures, of which confirmation email and payment will follow after.

* Please note: Strictly NO backing out for pre-orders, because the items are ordered specially for you.

Payment

Customers are to make payments to BriaSugar's account within 24 hours after receipt of email confirmation. Failing to do so, the item will be made available to people in the waiting list.

For interbank transfer payments (i.e across banks for example UOB a/c to our POSB a/c), the statement of payment will only be reflected at least 3 days after payment. Hence, your item will only be posted AFTER the statement is reflected.

2. Transaction reference

For ATM transfers:

1. Amount transferred.
2. Date and time of transfer.
3. Transaction reference.

In the case of any confusion, we may request for a scan/snapshot of your transaction receipt. We sincerely seek your understanding in such case.

Upon receipt of payment, the item will be mailed out within 24 hours for normal mail.

For registered mail, items will only be mailed out on the upcoming Saturday. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, if our schedules allow it, we will mail them out ASAP.

Once the items have been mailed, we will notify you through email and/or update on our blog.

For both normal and registered mail, if items are posted on Monday-Thursday, it should arrive the next working day after posting. If items are posted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will only arrive on Tuesday.

Refunds and Exchanges

BriaSugar does not have a refund or exchange policy.

This is to prevent the policies from being abused.

On sizing: Before purchase, please check measurements given to ensure a perfect fit.

On quality: We do check each and every item whenever new stock is received as well as before it is mailed out so you can be assured that the items are in perfect condition. Should we find any defects, we will not mail out the items and inform you immediately. Your payment will then we changed to BriaSugarCredit (see below).

Credit Policy

In the unlikely event of excess payment e.g. overestimated postage fees, BriaSugar will not refund you the excess in cash. This is to save precious time on our part. Your excess payment will be changed to BriaSugarCredit and can be used for future purchases.

1.00 SGD = 1.00 BriaSugarCredit

However, if you would really prefer to be refunded in cash, please email us and we will transfer the amount to your account. The date and time this is done will be to our discretion due to overwhelming schedules, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
