margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VyfSqbMhBgI/TzYqh7mF3xI/AAAAAAAAALQ/n0fOYurEQyw/s400/DSCN0488.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5707796340160192274" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La mattina per dare la carica non c'è niente di meglio che bere un caffè bollente e accompagnarlo con dei deliziosi biscotti.&lt;br /&gt;Ieri con l'aiuto di mio figlio (spargere farina ovunque!!) ho realizzato i classici biscotti americani che si vedono nei film, i cookies. &lt;br /&gt;Per essere la prima volta devo dire che il risultato è stato davvero soddisfacente.&lt;br /&gt;Ma vediamo gli ingredienti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 g di farina &lt;br /&gt;160 g di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;100 g di burro &lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;50 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente&lt;br /&gt;1 stecca di vaniglia&lt;br /&gt;1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettiamo in una ciotola la farina, uniamo lo zucchero, i semi di vaniglia (si ricavano incidendo la stecca nel senso della lunghezza e "grattando" con un coltello l'interno), il burro (io lo metto sciolto), l'uovo sbattuno con un pizzico di sale e il lievito. Iniziate ad amalgamare l'impasto, lentamente, fino a quando gli ingredienti non inizieranno ad legare, a questo punto unite le gocce di cioccolato e formate un panetto compatto e omogeneo.&lt;br /&gt;Avvolgete con della pellicola da cucina e lasciate in frigo(o in un posto fresco) per un ora.&lt;br /&gt;Trascorso il tempo di posa,accendete il forno a 160° ventilato (180 statico). Infatti in questa versione ho utilizzato il lievito di birra fresco evitando così di realizzare la biga (farina lievito e acqua) che andrebbe realizzata 48 ore prima e utilizzata a posto del lievito. &lt;br /&gt;Ma vediamo il procedimento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 500 gr di farina Manitoba&lt;br /&gt;- 25 gr di lievito fresco&lt;br /&gt;- 5 cucchiai di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;- 10 gr di sale&lt;br /&gt;- 250 ml di acqua&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cucchiaini rasi di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il procedimento è simile a quello visto per la pizza &lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://briciolecreative.blogspot.com/search/label/pizza"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prendiamo una ciotola ampia e versiamo la farina. Prendiamo 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua tiepida e dopo aver messo due cucchiaini rasi di zucchero ci sbricioliamo dentro il lievito, lo sciogliamo bene e lo lasciamo riposare qualche minuto. Lo versiamo nella farina, mescoliamo e aggiungiamo l'olio e il sale sciolto in 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua.&lt;br /&gt;Mescoliamo ancora aggiungendo piano piano l'acqua fino a farla assorbire completamente dall'impasto.&lt;br /&gt;Passiamo il composto sulla spianatoia e iniziamo ad impastare energicamente per circa dieci minuti. Formiamo una palla e mettiamo a riposare nel forno spento per circa due ore o comunque fino a quando non avrà raddoppiato il suo volume.&lt;br /&gt;Trascorsa la lievitazione dividiamo in due l'impasto e diamo al pane il formato che più ci piace. &lt;br /&gt;Io ho fatto una pagnotta alla quale ho praticato quattro incisioni di circa 1 cm e uno sfilatino a cui ho fatto tre tagli obliqui.&lt;br /&gt;A questo punto passiamo alla cottura.&lt;br /&gt;Mettete nel forno preriscaldato a 200° forno ventilato (220 forno statico) per 20 minuti, abbassate la temperatura a 160° ventilato (180° statico) per altri 20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;Gli ultimi 5 minuti ho regolato il forno con la sola resistenza inferiore. Togliete il burro dal frigo e lasciatelo ammorbidire. Intanto accendete il forno a 180° ventilato. Un modo molto semplice e veloce è schiacciare l'impasto e ricavare le ciambelline con una tazzina e con un cerchio più piccolo per il centro (io ho usato i beccucci per la sac a poche). Alcune spalmatele con del formaggio fresco morbido (tipo robiola o stracchino) e adagiatevi sopra una piccola rosellina di prosciutto cotto (tagliate a striscioline il prosciutto e arrotolatelo). Le altre guarnitele invece con pochissima maionese e del prosciutto crudo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Primo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Giravolte di pasta&lt;/span&gt;: preparate del ragù con olio evo, un soffritto di carota, cipolla e sedano, della carne macinata mista e con alcuni pachino in modo da rendere il sugo rosato. Prendete tre sfoglie di pasta fresca per lasagne (che avrete ammorbinito in acuqa bollente) e mettetele una vicino all'altra (dal lato lungo)sovrapponendole un pò; mettete un pò di ragù, qualche pezzetto di mozzarella, una spolverata di parmigiano e arrotolatelo. Ponete il "cannellone" in una teglia in avrete messo un pò di sughetto, mettete sopra dell'altro ragù, qualche pezzetto di mozzarella e un'altra spolverata di parmigiano grattugiato, ponete in forno a 180°. Una volto cotto tagliatelo in modo da ottenere delle giravolta di pasta. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Secondo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cotolette con patate &lt;/span&gt;: prendete del petto di pollo, battetelo e impanatelo passandolo prima nella farina, nell'uovo ed infine nel pan grattato. Tagliate le patate a tocchetti(mettetele un pò in acqua fredda per togliere un pò di amido) e conditele con olio, sale, rosmarino. Mettele nel forno insieme alle cotolette e cuocete in forno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Dolce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Tiramisù dei piccoli&lt;/span&gt;: Sciogliete un pò di cacao in mezzo bicchiere di latte. Preparate una crema al mascarpone e latte condensato (questa splendida ricetta è tratta da http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/showthread.php?t=44227&amp;page=1 ed è stata pubblicata dal L'Araba Felice) e per renderla ancora più golosa, aggiungete qualche cucchiaino di nutella. Ora siamo pronti per preparare il nostro tiramisù. Prendete una ciotolina (monoporzione o se preferite una teglia più grande), bagnante i biscotti plasmon nel latte e cacao e adagiateli sul fondo, mettete uno strato di crema e livellate bene. Ripetere l'operazione per due volte e alla fine spolverate con un pò di cacao amaro. Mettete un pizzico di sale in ogni uovo e con una forchetta(meglio se di legno) iniziate a sbattere le uova incorporando piano piano la farina fino a quando non si saranno formate delle grosse briciole di impasto.&lt;br /&gt;Ora ponetelo sulla spianatoia infarinata e lavorate energicamente fino ad ottenere una impasto omogeneo, comprite con la pellicola il panetto ottenuto e lasciatelo riposare per almeno 15 minuti (questo è un passaggio fondamentale per migliorare il vostro impasto).&lt;br /&gt;Ora siete pronte per stendere la vostra sfoglia. Lavorate un pò il panetto e tagliatelo in parti uguali. Prendete uno, lavoratelo un pò e iniziate a passarlo nella macchina per la pasta al primo numero (quello più largo), ripetete per tre volte, ora riducete lo spessore e ripassate la sfoglia ottenuta per altre due volte.&lt;br /&gt;Se le tagliatelle vi piaccio particolarmenti sottili ripetete l'operazione riducendo ulteriormente lo spessore. Mettetela 5 minuti nel forno per far sciogliere il formaggio. Una volta tolto dal forno tagliate a rondelle....Slurp!! Un 'idea è&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt; la pasta di sale&lt;/span&gt;. Si possono tranquillamente preparare prima per congelarli dopo una breve cottura. Una volta scongelati saranno buoni  e morbini come appena fatti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredienti per circa 30 panini:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Burro 50 gr&lt;br /&gt;- farina Manitoba  500 gr&lt;br /&gt;- Latte 300 ml&lt;br /&gt;- lievito di birra 25 gr&lt;br /&gt;- sale 7 gr&lt;br /&gt;- Zucchero 50 gr&lt;br /&gt;- latte per spennellare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per prima cosa sciogliere il lievito in 100 ml si latte tiepido e aggiungete due cucchiaini di zucchero, mescolate, coprite e attendete che sulla superficie si sia formata una schiumetta. Nel frattempo scaldate il latte restante e scioglieteci dentro lo zucchero che è rimasto, il sale e il burro fuso, mescolate bene e versat e il composto sulla farina disposta a fontana e iniziate ad impastare. Lavorate bene il composto per almeno 15 minuti in modo che risulti omogeneo ed elastico.&lt;br /&gt;Ponete l'impasto in una capiente ciotola e copritelo con un panno leggermente umido; mettetelo a lievitare in un ambiente tiepido e senza correnti d’aria per almeno due ore.&lt;br /&gt;Passato il tempo formate un salsicciotto e tagliate tanti pezzetti del peso di circa 30 gr ciascuno, con i quali formerete delle palline. Mi raccomando non formate le palline con movimento tipo quello per fare le polpette,ma dovrete prendere il singolo pezzetto di pasta  di impasto e prendendolo con le dita delle due mani, tirare i bordi dell'impasto in sotto fino ad ottenere una pallina liscia.&lt;br /&gt;Ponetele su della carta da forno,  spennellate con il latte,coprite con un canovaccio, e lasciate riposare per altri 30 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;Accendete il forno a 220 gradi in modalità statica e una volta trascorso il tempo, spennellate di nuovo con il latte e infornate per 15 minuti o cmq fino a doratura.&lt;br /&gt;I panini risulteranno sofficissimi e pronti per essere farciti.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/681297859625000303-5069240594920254974?l=briciolecreative.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Eccoci qui con una nuova ricetta. Con questo caldo non poteva che essere che "gelata", niente cottura per questa bontà per i nostri golosoni.&lt;br /&gt;Girovagando su internet troverete sicuramente molte ricette, questa è la mia variante del biscotto gelato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per il biscotto (oppure potete utilizzare i biscotti già pronti tipo Oro saiwa o rigoli):&lt;br /&gt;200 gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;60 gr. burro ammorbidito&lt;br /&gt;60 gr. zucchero&lt;br /&gt;1 uovo intero&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cucchiaino lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per il gelato:&lt;br /&gt;-1 albume,&lt;br /&gt;-70 gr di zucchero a velo,&lt;br /&gt;-200 ml di panna per dolci&lt;br /&gt;Per il procedimento della pastorizzazione vi rimando a questo link  &lt;a href="http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/showthread.php?t=47785"&gt;&lt;/a&gt; sul COOKAROUND.COM fonte continua di ispirazione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iniziamo col preparare il biscotto:&lt;br /&gt;Per prima cosa montate con le fruste l'uovo e lo zucchero fino a renderli spumosi e chiari, a questo punto aggiungete il burro e continuare fino a farlo amalgamare bene.&lt;br /&gt;Setacciate ora la farina e il lievito ed impastate fino a formare una palla morbida che si possa stendere facilmente. &lt;br /&gt;Ora spianate raggiungendo l'altezza di mezzo cm e create i biscotti semplicemente rettangolari o come più vi piace.&lt;br /&gt;Metteteli nella teglia e cuocete nel forno preriscaldato a 180° per una quindicina di minuti fino a quando non saranno diventati leggermente dorati.&lt;br /&gt;Ora mentre i nostri biscotti si raffreddano iniziamo a preparare il gelato.&lt;br /&gt;Questa ricetta prevede l'utilizzo dell'albume crudo, tengo a precisare che io uso le uova extrafresche(mia nonna ha il pollaio)e quindi non faccio la pastorizzazione degli albumi, ma se volete nel link sopra viene spiegato benissimo tutto il procedimento.&lt;br /&gt;Montate l’albume a neve ben ferma e aggiungete lo zucchero a velo. Eccomi qui con una nuova ricetta dal sapore internazionale.&lt;br /&gt;La prima volta Diego si è subito dimostrato molto scettico, ma dopo ha mangiato questo piatto con molto gusto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTI&lt;br /&gt;-50 gr. di cous cous &lt;br /&gt;-1 pomodorino pelato&lt;br /&gt;-100 gr. di pollo&lt;br /&gt;-1 cucchiaino di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;-cipolla q.b.&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 patata&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 zucchina&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 carota&lt;br /&gt;-prezzemolo quanto basta&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 litro di brodo vegetale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In una pentola versare l'olio, fate un trito di cipolla, unite il pollo a tocchettini e fate cuocere fino a cottura ultimata. L'altro giorno siamo andati a fare spesa e nel banco frigo ho trovato una novità che ho subito provato (cioè Diego ha provato). Si tratta dei nuovi frullati della Plasmon, delle bottigliette coloratissime con all'interno un concentrato di bontà.&lt;br /&gt;E' un nuovo prodotto ed esiste in due varianti : mela albicocca e banana e l'altro pera pesca e banana. Gli ingredienti sono semplicissimi e lo yogurt conferisce quella cremosità golosissima. &lt;br /&gt;Indicati a partire dai 10 mesi, sempre dietro parere del pediatra, sono un'idea alternativa , con questo caldo, alla solita frutta grattugiata o frullata.&lt;br /&gt;Non ci avevo mai pensato al frullato  per Diego e la cosa bella è che si possono preparare anche a casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ad esempio Mela, banana e albicocca:&lt;br /&gt;- due cucchiai di yogurt bianco&lt;br /&gt;- succo di mela&lt;br /&gt;- uno spicchio di mela&lt;br /&gt;- due fettine di banana&lt;br /&gt;- un albicocca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frullate tutti gli ingredienti insieme e il gioco è fatto.&lt;br /&gt;Baci e alla prossima!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;_________________________________________________________________________________&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Tengo a precisare che i prodotti vengono acquistati da me e questo espresso è un semplice parere personale. Nella ricetta di oggi prepareremo delle frittatine alle verdure.&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;- 1  carota &lt;br /&gt;- 1 zucchina&lt;br /&gt;- farina&lt;br /&gt;- olio e.v.o.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In una ciotola grattugiare la carota e la zucchina, aggiungere un cucchiaio colmo di farina, un pizzico di sale e mescolare bene.&lt;br /&gt;Se necessario aggiungere un pò d'acqua per amalgamare bene gli ingredienti.&lt;br /&gt;In una padella mettere un pò d'olio e aiutandovi con un cucchiaio, un pò di composto che schiaccerete in modo da ottenere le frittatine. Ora non resta che cuocerle due minuti per lato. A metà cottura unite i piselli. Una volta cotti scolate e schiacciate le verdure con una forchetta, rimettete sul fuoco in un pentolino e aggiungete il latte e il parmigiano, amalgamate il tutto fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e morbido.
