Although this is positive, there are more complaints from customers when the holder of the health insurance is the company.
The companies can get more advantageous health insurance for the price we would pay to hire an individual health insurance, the problem is that they do not always give the necessary attention at the time of reviewing the terms of the contracts.

Issues in the Negotiation of Health Insurance
The contracts of health plans focus more on benefits that are included and the cost for companies, for each employee enrolled. This information is important, but the one that does not appear is even more important.
Some of the issues to be raised include:

Who is part of the health insurance?

What happens when of the important members of network is leaves?

What happens when an employee seeks a clinic of the network and it can not accept new patients?

What is the turnover rate of the participants in the network? The guide is updated regularly on the network?

If companies can not answer these questions and more at the beginning, there will not be a guide to identify responsibilities in the future. When it is the company who negotiate these things, employees are not able to do more.
It is impossible to get a perfect agreement in all scenarios and companies have to make choices, but the employees should make pressure on the company to be always on top of the health insurance in order to get the best benefits for employees at a lower price.
When you are proposed a health insurance by the company, ask these questions to determine to how well is it negotiated.
The health insurance is important in the lives of families, but when they are made by the company we should be more alerted to what was negotiated, because if we do a treatment that was not clear in the contract, the responsibility for payment falls upon us.

What You Should Know?
The expenditure is something implicit and unfortunately we're used to it, as it is about to all expenditures that we made with services, consideres as primary such as water, light, electricity, as well as any other spending even as an occasional trip to the doctor or even something not mandatory, such as going to the hairdresser.

For assets we can say that is all that has and can be converted into cash. For example, your own home, your car, your television, among others.

Finally, when we speak of balance we refer also to a very general sense of the need to achieve at least the time when your expenses and income are equal and thus prevent that situation from a financial breakthrough.

Learn How to Anticipate

As you will see also the personal finance planning should be seen as a way to anticipate disastrous scenarios on the debt. But not only this method allows you to provide yourself a strategy and should be seen as a lever on the success of your personal finances.

Based on the above, we advise you to practice certain exercises, such as track expenses, income, investments using for this purpose a family financial planning where you can set your goals at this level with the highest security possible.

On the other hand, it is important to emphasize that this process should be done on a regular basis. In other words, it is important to analyze the above data with some frequency. We recommend, even to do at least monthly. For this, it is possible to have a greater sense if it is on track to reach an equilibrium point or, if on the other hand, given the analysis carried out will need to adopt new strategies to achieve your ends.

In this case, we believe that the best way to be prepared is to make a short-term financial planning, since with this way it will not only be possible to control all the issues at this level as well you can quickly implement other or new measures depending on the results at that time.

How to Analyze Your Short Term Financial Situation?

The following is an example scenario, assuming that don't make short-term planning.

At one month of charges that have X and Y income, you decide to make the investment Z. You have not made a careful analysis of the financial situation that you are going through so you have not looked at unexpected charges and this may result in an increased spending beyond your possiblibilites and therefore you create great difficulties in the medium/long term.

In short, it is important to be aware of your finances and you need to focus on procedures that allow you to not only live your life wealthier but also so that you can achieve everything that is proposed in it.

The money from the unemployment benefit has ended. Financially I am at zero. Credit exhausted, bills to pay, even the mortgage.

There is no way out for me. I feel trapped, I'm ashamed to go outside.

My friends list is almost gone, my phone does not ring, my family members look at me and question me with their eyes, they no longer ask questions.

This or a similar situation may reflect the moment you are going through. What if I tell you that there are solutions. That there are other possible ways by which you haven't decided to pass.

Do Not be Overcome by Fear!

What you have done was wait and think that while receiving unemployment benefits, it would appear a new job. Have you answered to advertisements? Tried to work on your own initiative? Have you seen all the possibilities?

I think what happened is that you have been overcome by fear. Fear of getting a "no" answer, fear that you have not sufficient qualifications, or in some cases of having too many qualifications for the job. Fear of what others think of you. You have been affraid to take the first step.

Find Solutions at Your Fingertips

Let me give you a number of suggestions that can help you find your financial balance in a short time. See the best suited for you.

If you are unemployed and your contacts are very small, it is a good solution for some time to do a voluntary work. You will respond, but get nothing but at the same time you gain self-confidence and contacts with other persons that can open you a door into the world of work.

Most volunteer work offers lunch for the people who work for the organization.

If you opt for this option, bravely go to your creditors (people you owe) and talk to them asking for a little more time. If you do not fo this, they will get the impression that you avoid them, that you did not deign to give them any reason.

Swim Against the Tide

Review your resume. Keep it updated. Try reading all the newspapers, look at the job center. Do not give up looking. There are no perfect moments, there are opportunities that arise, others we create fruit of our boldness, our courage.

Be humble. Maybe you can not find the job of your dreams, maybe you get one below your qualifications, but remember that at the end of the month you will bring money home. It is better to take less than zero.

Perhaps these contacts that life give you may let you find someone willing to create a small business, which has sketched the whole idea and just needs a boost of someone else willing to sacrifice some at first like working more hours.

Invest in Yourself

Perhaps you have a project that you haven't told anyone for fear. Not all projects require large investments and then it is possible to give step behind in safety.

You can not imagine how many successful people started their business in situations like yours and they were persistent, did not give up and overcame all obstacles.

Today we look at them and think they had money, were rich, had help. Many had only the idea and the courage.

Try to make progress every day, either answer more ads, talk with more people, personal progress you can save as secrets. But make sure that you have met your targets accurately.

Whatever the type of work you find, work for someone else, a business with another person, you will have to manage your finances well. Just know that what you are earning will not immediately pay all the debts you have.

Make a list in priority order and remove a portion of that gain for those payments.

It may take 3 / 6 months but I am sure that you will find your financial equilibrium, you will succeed, you will say: I was able. Yes you are able, but do not delay one more day to begin this journey. Even in higher education, this aspect is very undervalued.
This explains why there are many people with higher education and with good yields, which then can not have a life without absurd debts. Although there are cases in which life does not run well, most of the time the debt portion of unfortunate choices at certain times.

Financial Education about Compound Interest We have seen the power of compound interest over the years that anyone can get rich if they can invest some money for some time. It is even one of the steps to get rich easily.
The major compound interest is that the capital invested will always be increasing, since the interest is used for the following capital.
To harness the full potential of compound interest, we must save and invest as soon as possible to grow money in as many years as possible.
On the other hand, we should not use financial products that charge high interest rates, such as credit cards that may charge interest at 20% per year, which means that after five years end up paying almost double what we borrowed .
There is an important factor when considering investments that return interest. This factor is called inflation.

Financial Education about Inflation
Inflation is the change in prices over time, updated when the prices of products and services increase. It normally happens every year, when there are increases in passes, food, salaries, etc..
For example, if a product costing $ 10 today, and inflation is 10%, this product will cost $ 11 after the upgrade.
This concept explains why workers that do not have salary increases or the increases are below inflation, lose real purchasing power. The money we have today will worth less tomorrow.
Inflation should always be taken into account when we plan our investments, because if we have an investment to yield 1% per year and inflation is 3%, we are losing money ...
It is also another reason why you should not have much money in a checking account that does not earn interest, in this case it is better investing in short-term financial products (such as short term accounts).

Financial Education in the Stocks
Unless you have a great knowlegde of markets and a high quality investor, it is better to diversify your investments than just buy shares in a company, as good as it looks. If you are Warren Buffet you can have the luxury of investing in isolated businessess, but he is perhaps the best investor in the world and this is reflected in the fortune he could make.
For those who just want to have some investment with some risk (which always exists) is preferable to invest in funds that diversify after the actions that compose it.
As the popular saying: Do not put all your eggs in one basket ...
Here were some financial education concepts explained simply. Some governments are beginning to focus on increasing the financial education of the inhabitants, having done studies showing that people were quite uninformed on simple concepts such as these that have been shown. These countries include the United States, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia.

Online Companies Create New Opportunities For You

The companies because not only of the difficulties that go beyond but also as a way to adapt to the new technologies, have launched online platforms.

This is a way of being closer to customers and / or potential customers either by launching a website, joining social networks, among others.

On the other hand, in parallel, there is a need to adapt and create new marketing strategies.

It was in this context that emerged free contests that allow everyone at no cost to win fantastic prizes such as cars, computers, travels, hotel stays worldwide and much more.

These contests are literally free, and they really should not be confused with many of the offers that then force us to make phone service subscriptions so familar to us.

Unlike those companies geared towards mobile services whose goal is to capture someone's attention and then get people to subscribe to effect a high value, these companies throw competitions / contests have a totally free goal, to raise their contacts on the database in order to later be able to promote their products and services.

However, there is no commitment involved in buying anything at all and this is without a doubt, the greatest advantage.

The data requested is the usual required in most contests online or offline. That is basically what allows the company to make a contact to present their products and services or to inform you that you were the big winner.

Travel, Cars and More

So if you equate that we are often invaded by contacts without gaining anything from this, we see that these contests are asking us very little and compensate quite well for it.

Thus, if we put pros and cons "on the table" and taking into account the already mentioned above, for sure it will be worth attending these opportunities.

In short, we give you to know more alternatives to be eligible for numerous prizes guaranteed without spending a single cent.

Explore the contests available online because you are getting closer to realizing a dream that until now you thought to be far away from being able to be realized.

But do you really need a phone so expensive? Let's see some tips on how to choose the right cell phone to save money.
Many people think that buying a cheap phone is buying a unit that is ugly and has no features, but they are wrong. Currently, with the great demand for mobile phones, the competition between manufacturers require them to lower prices to get out ahead on the market. But why all want the most expensive phones? For the first time seem more appealing. Are they?

How to Choose the Best Mobile to Save Money
Before you go buy your phone, it is interesting to assess the real needs you have. Examples of questions that can be made are:

I need a phone for? Only to call, I need to access the internet, I read books on my phone, listening to music, etc..

I need a phone with a futuristic design and different?

To really save money when buying your phone, questions such as these should be assessed and answered honestly. Many people buy cell phones just because it is a new generation phone being released or because "everyone has," but only uses it to make and receive calls.
In the case of a phone for business, you may need a wifi, but you need a next-generation system with a striking design that makes the unit cost twice than a much simpler one with the same functions?
After evaluating the characteristics required in your phone, it's the time to research! See all compatible devices with the features you need. The ideal is to make a list, separating options by brand and then for models.
After learning all the options available in the market (which surely will be many), start doing research on price.
When reviewing the prices, look for promotions, retail stores and online discounts. You can also see on group discount sites, which are expanding lately (just beware of promotions rules and conditions of freight).
Write down everything on paper and then make a comparison to see which phone is cheaper and where it is sold.
To buy it is nice to have cash on hand to negotiate prices and get a cash discount. After that, with the device in your hand, care about saving money should be constant. There's no point on buying a cheap mobile phone and then spend a lot from him.
Always choose the best plan for you (prepaid or postpaid) and pay attention to promotions by operators to earn bonuses or pay for the calls cheaper. So you can buy a cheap mobile phone and save money before, during and after your purchase.

What actions can help minimize this struggle in the family budget.

Look for a correct information about the company where you works. It can be stable, or be otherwise economically vulnerable and have to reduce staff. If so it is always best to seek a new job while still working than unemployed. Be realistic and not be swayed by alarmist news.

In most cases there will be no salary increases. Rather there are cuts in holiday bonus and Christmas allowance. As consumer goods rise, you need to carefully review your budget and see where you can save.

Also the career progressions are frozen in most companies. It would be wise not to rely on a promotion that was promised to you and would give you a little more money, without it actually becomes effective.

Try in 2011 with the part you receive from the Christmas bonus to pay off more urgent debts. Note for example, you can settle some of the benefits your credit card, pay the condominium in arrears, etc.. Be free as possible from financial debts.

Determine which expenses are essential after all

Avoid debts (personal loans) without a clear justification. For ex. dispense from buying a new dress for the New Year's Eve, the exorbitant gifts, etc.. The interest rate on a personal credit is too high. Do not start the year mired in debt.

Retrace all your plans. If you're planning a trip, an investment in a new car, or anything else, make sure that your net interest income have enough "slack" for this and that you will not get a rope around your neck. It is preferable to postpone the post for a month.

Sensitize all your family to save

Talk with your family, especially with the children and explain clearly that you are before a life cycle due to financial problems, which need the cooperation of all. Review the children allowances, benefits the school or college, the discretionary spending that can be reduced. Choose eg. a cell phone plan that best suits everyone and allow the family to speak of "freely". This is available on all mobile operators.

If you do not own because the money never comes, make an effort and start making a small reserve to face an emergency. A woman should be prevented.

Explain, but do not enter into discussions with the family because it is always difficult for people to adapt to change habits.

Simple ideas that we propose and that can make the difference between keeping control of your financial situation or "losing control of your personal finances".

If you are also affected by these impulses, create a new rule in your life.
Never buy anything right away ...
Allow 48 hours before making the actual purchase.
If after 48 hours you think you need the thing you wanted to buy, go for it. Otherwise, the two days will be enough to make the desire disappear and so you will avoid many headaches in the future.
Never make unnecessary purchases. Your Finances eill thank you.

Certainly you have heard that as soon as you enter this market you have the possibility to be free.
From the moment you start operating, it opens you the opportunity to be professionally independent. So what's the drawback? 8 out of 10 traders lose money.
What separates these two groups? Most of all individual training. The Forex market requires, before you can operate successfully, to obtain the necessary technical training, which is corroborated by empirical knowledge.

Then What is Forex?
It is the largest transactions market of the world. According to the Bank for International Settlements (data for April 2010), the amounts traded per day in currency markets, estimated at 3 980 000 000 000 USD. It is a world market, decentralized, and it is open 24h/day during the week.
Forex is short of the English-speaking Foreign Exchange. As we enter this market, everytime we open a position we are both buying and selling two different currencies because currencies are always traded against each other and traded in currency pairs.
For example, EUR / USD refers to currency cross formed by the U.S. dollar and Euro currencies. Some of the most important currencies, besides the two mentioned, are the British Pound (GBP) Japanese Yen (JPY), the Swiss Franc (CHF) and the Australian Dollar (AUD).
As mentioned, currencies are traded in pairs. Take for example the EUR / USD. The euro is in this case the base currency as the dollar is the quote currency. When we want to know the price of a currency pair it is given us the selling price (bid) and the purchase price (ask), and can be for example, 1.3055 and 1.3057, respectively. What does this mean?
Both prices are expressed in relation to the base currency. In our example this means that if we want to sell euros and buy dollars, we can do it at that particular moment, at a price of 1.3055, which means that every euro equals $ 1.3055.
If on the other hand we want to buy euros and sell dollars, we can do it at that particular moment, the price of 1.3057, which means that every euro equals $ 1.3057.
The difference between the purchase price and sale price is called spread. Each variation in the Forex market is measured in "pips". What is a pip? A pip (percentage in point) is the smallest possible variation in the price of a currency pair. The major currencies except the Japanese yen, are quoted to the fourth decimal place.
In the previous example, if we wanted to buy euros against the dollar, the price would be 1.3057. If the rate changes to 1.3060 this represents an increase of 3 pips. Usually currency pairs are traded in lots of 100,000 units of base currency. An open position in the market, a lot, which is a fluctuation of 3 pip represents a variation of 30 units in the quote currency.
Then, after we discuss the introductory concepts for the forex market, we will get into a larger detail.

"The AMERICAN DREAM is a 30 minute animated film that shows you how you've been scammed by the most basic elements of our government system. All of us Americans strive for the American Dream, and this film shows you why your dream is getting farther and farther away. Do you know how your money is created? Or how banking works? Why did housing prices skyrocket and then plunge? Do you really know what the Federal Reserve System is and how it affects you every single day? THE AMERICAN DREAM takes an entertaining but hard hitting look at how the problems we have today are nothing new, and why leaders throughout our history have warned us and fought against the current type of financial system we have in America today. You will be challenged to investigate some very entrenched and powerful institutions in this nation, and hopefully encouraged to help get our nation back on track."

The life insurances are the most expensive and therefore more attractive to the companies, so do not be fooled by what the seller will want to ensure.

Know your needs for safe and buy only what you need, leaving all the options which are unlikely to use.

Life insurance is expensive and many people fail to pay the monthly amount that would provide the necessary security in the event of death or disability. But it's a mistake not to have any life insurance because it is an important safeguard for you and your family.

Duration of life insurance

You should buy a life insurance that lasts as long as possible, for example until your kids leave the house or you can retire.

To get the best prices on life insurance, you should buy it when young and is in good health, because when you're older you will pay much more for the same policy. However, it is not worth buying a life insurance unless you already have people dependent on you, because it is precisely for this reason that serves this insurance.

The truth in life insurance

Do not lie to the insurance company to get price reductions on your monthly payment, because if you come to use the insurance you bought, you can be sure that the insurance company will thoroughly investigate what happened and find out in time if you lied or not, not paying if you have lied.

Buying life insurance via the Internet

More and more companies are selling life insurances, which represents the good business for them, so it has never been easier to choose a life insurance policy. If you use the Internet you will learn in a few hours, prices and coverage of major insurers.

There are also totally online insurances, without physical business, that can guarantee lower prices than their physical competitors.

Life insurance policies

On the life insurance policies, there are two basic types:

Term life insurance

Permanent life insurance

Here are the descriptions for each of the policies.

Permanent life insurance

The permanent life insurances are products that combine investment funds in the package of coverages.

In these cases, you are buying a policy that pays a fixed amount in case of death and a part of their benefits go to the investments made by companies to value these assets.

You can often borrow money from the fund created without paying taxes, so it may be interesting in some specific cases.

The returns of the investment funds are not guaranteed, so you can lose money with these applications, since they are products subject to capital markets (such as investments in shares).

Term life insurance

These types of life insurance do not have the investment component, so it is to buy life coverage that lasts for a certain period, on which you will be paying a monthly fee.

These contracts are made annually but you are not required to resubmit evidence of your good health for underwriting the life insurance.

While you are young, the life insurances are fairly cheap, but as you grow older, the monthly payments are becoming more expensive.

There are monthly bonuses for those who have long periods of underwriting life insurance, in the order of tens of years.

You must know the rates of each type of life insurance and analyze your particular situation, to decide which life insurance policy best fits your profile, the risk you want to take and your financial capabilities.

Buy life insurances

Buy the right policy at the best price can be very easy or very hard, because as it is a very competitive business there is a lot to offer, besides all those involved in the process depend on large commissions for selling these products.

The insurance agents earn a very high commission in the life insurance, especially in permanent life insurance. The insurance agent earns a very high commission in the first contract year, while in ordinary life insurance you pay much lower commissions.

Therefore, you must have a lot of attention to what the seller will try to propose, because you have realized that the difference in fees between the different types of insurance is huge. Soon, he will not see the best policy for you, but the best policy for him in terms of commissions. And this policy is a permanent life insurance.

For most people who need life insurance, it is better to buy a life insurance during a period in which it is really needed, such as during housing loans.

Today you can buy term life insurance with durations of twenty and thirty years, which was not possible a few years ago.

Choosing the right life insurance

Although the sellers try to convince of the superiority of a permanent life insurance, because you get it to the rest of your life and the fact that you can borrow money, be sure to compare the fees and the high prices of the monthly payments.

It is better to buy a life insurance that is appropriate to the coverage of the essential needs for your situation and invest your money in more profitable products with the same risks or less.

What is the necessary coverage in life insurance

If you have already decided to buy a life insurance policy, make sure you have enough coverage to purchase, and that coverage is not so easy to calculate.

Some say we should buy life a insurance to replace seven years of our annual income, but if you have small children or large debts, it is expected to increase this period to ten years of wages.

For example, you earn $ 20,000 a year, you must subscribe a coverage between $ 140,000 to $ 200,000 in the event of death.

In assessing the risk and the necessary coverage, never forget that the purpose of life insurance is to replace your income in case of your death, so that your dependents can maintain their standard of living during the following years and have time enough to adapt and create their own independence.

Factors to consider in life insurance coverage

You should evaluate some of your current financial conditions to determine the amount that best fits your situation. For example:

Your partner will be able to support the expenses of the couple with dependents?

There are other assets that can be sold in the event of death, such as houses, gold, stocks, etc?

Your children are your dependents for over how many years?

These are some examples of questions that should be reflected, together with your family, to choose the appropriate amount of coverage.

One important rule is do not buy less coverage than that identified as necessary, if you die, just to get to pay less in benefits from life insurance. If it is for this, it is better to not buy anything because it is worth to invest elsewhere.

The purpose of life insurance is only one: the expenses of your dependents if you die.

Choose the duration of the policy

The life insurance salesmen will try to show you the advantages of having a permanent life insurance, where coverage can keep throughout your life. But they do not tell you that you will not need to have a life insurance during the whole time.

So the trick to choosing a health insurance policy is properly decide how long you want to be insured.

Independence of the children

The most common is to buy a life insurance policy that protects you in case you die during the time when your children are your dependents.

So the first thing to do if you have children, is to estimate how many years your kids will need your financial support and depend on you to live.

For example, if your children are 12 and 10 years, you will probably need another 10 or 12 years, until they complete at least 20 years of age.

Coverage up to retirement

To make a cover for your wife or your husband, until they reach retirement age, you have to do other calculations.

In this case it must be observed because the cost of a life insurance after age of 50 is much more expensive, and after 70 years may be impossible to achieve.

Here it is important to note that life insurance is not a substitute for a retirement planning, you need to do further calculations.

Each case is different, so start doing math and see the conditions that will be need to get the best life insurance for your profile.

Being in good health

Life insurance can be very complicated to achieve, and very expensive, if you are not in good physical condition.

In the other hand, if you are in good health and have a good health history in your family, you get much better financial conditions for your life insurance.

Having a poor physical health

For example, if you take drugs for heart disease or have a high excess of weight, you can pay something like 50% more than what you would pay if you had good health.

If you have risky habits such as smoking, a risky job or dangerous extreme sports, be prepared to also pay a much higher value on your benefits.

The worse your physical health gets, the more worth is seeking bargains in the market because there are significant differences in the aggravation they do in certain kinds of risk.

These more elaborate policies are harder to find by phone or Internet, so it is better to look for an insurance agent you trust.

Lying to insurance companies

You may think it is not worth to tell the insurer which are your drawbacks in terms of health, as it will increase your prize on life insurance.

Insurers know these attempts to cheat the system, so at the time of payment (if not before) they will investigate everything that can lead to not pay the agreed coverage. At that time, it will be hard to hide the problem and then your dependants can say goodbye to the money that would be owed to them.

The simplest conclusion to get is that it is worth to buy a life insurance policy as soon as possible in life, while in good health, but never before you have dependents.

How to Get Rid of Excessive Spending at Christmas

As we are going through a difficult time and that many countries will be cut in subsidies for Christmas this year, it becomes extremely important to grab a strategy to get through this crisis as best as possible.

In this sense, it is necessary that we take some steps to minimize this impact on our family budget.

Among these measures there is a tendency to give gifts to the smallest possible number of persons, we are more concerned about costs, be more creative and, on the other hand, try, of course, spend as little as possible.

Still, we just feel some frustration as it will not be possible to make that offer to someone very special. For example, when the limitations tens to restrict us to make an offer to our children or our grandchildren.

Learn How to Save Without Cutting In Christmas Gifts

Especially because this season is used to make an offer just a little more expensive because we have a subsidy that allowed us to offer something that the rest of the year it becomes more difficult.

Also, it is important to note that most of the Christmas shopping centers tend to inflate the prices of products and services and that about a month after the stock of period begins.

This means there is a sense of guilt, to have higher amounts spent a month earlier.

However, at present, there is a possibility that allows us to purchase products and services at discounted prices throughout the year.

In fact, allows us to get access to discounts reaching 90% at this time.

We are referring, specifically, to group discount sites, that even go so far as offer a variety of promotions and discounts especially for having the best Christmas ever.

Know the Best Discounts All the Year

These sites allow us to purchase products and services, that in the stores we usually check are much more expensive at this time, at very attractive prices.

Even, with all of the diversity they bring, it allows us to be more creative in our offerings and surprise our family and friends.

For example:

Gifting someone with a beauty treatment. Something that is usually notorious for being extremely expensive and it is now possible to buy a almost symbolic values. This is the case of a possible treatment of this type, from 10 bucks.

For about 15 bucks it is possible to offer a la carte dinner to your family.

Maybe even offer weekends in various hotels. Know that you can purchase promotions for 65 bucks, which includes about 5 week-ends for 2 persons in various parts of the country.

In other words, you can gift 5 friends at once, spending on average about 15 bucks and offer them an extraordinary experience.

Also, children were not forgotten in these group discount sites. In order to be in good financial condition and choose a good business, this article will give you a guide to buy houses and get what you've always dreamed.

For some it is a house in the country, for others it is an apartment in the city center, for others it is a beach house. The dream of buying a house to own ownership is common to virtually all human beings. If you ask a dozen persons what are their life goals, buying a home is one of them, for sure.

Consequences of Buying Houses Without Planning

Buying a house is a decision that should not be made fast, because the consequences in personal finance can be quite burdensome. In addition, are quite few the ones who can buy houses without having to worry about the planning of the acquisition. You have to think about it, do math and consider whether or not you are able to move on to what we consider the most important aquisition of our lives.

Over the next few articles, you'll know the basics to buy houses, from information on the calculations of interest to the analysis of the financial position to support this acquisition.

The Basics of a Housing Loan

Buying a house almost always means making a housing loan, that is, a loan from a financial institution in order to purchase a house or other real estate. Each person has a debt capacity which is studied by the banks and, based on this capacity, he is given a loan. As seen in recent years of crisis, a housing loan may be the worst nightmare of families, because in a unexpected situation it can be complicated to have capacity to continue making the payment to the bank.

What To Consider When Buying Houses

There are three important factors when planning to buy a house:

The value of the loan that the bank will give you.

The duration of the loan.

The interest rate you pay during the loan.

The loan amount is the amount that the bank will give you to make the purchase of your home. The duration of the loan is the amount of years that you have to return all the money loaned to it and even the interest due. The interest rate is the price you pay to have access to borrowed money.

Buying a house is undoubtedly the largest transaction of most families for a lifetime. That will stick to your payment for decades, so do not throw yourself on the first thing you find. You must ensure that you can afford the house, no matter what happens.

Stop and think and analyze your ability to buy the home of your dreams.

Understand your financial ability to buy houses

Before going out to buy a house, you need to understand your financial situation and ability to take a housing loan until the end. Each person and family have a different financial situation, so there are families that are better and are better prepared to face a high value transaction.

Now and in future it will be more complicated to buy a house, especially because of what happened in the last year. The fact that several families were unable to make payments to the bank, led the economy had a very serious problem. Thus, banks will create more efficient processes of analysis of financial capacity of families.

A Typical Housing Loan

When you do a typical housing loan, the first thing you need is to have money for the initial deposit. The deposit allows you to lower the value of monthly payments and is also a differentiating factor for banks. Typically you need to make down payments of 10%, but this value may be higher. On a $ 200,000 house, you need to make a deposit of $ 20,000.

This means you can borrow up to 90% of the home because the rest will have to leave directly from your pocket. It will be increasingly difficult to escape these initial payments.

After giving the first deposit, you need to make the monthly payments. Currently there are several models to make these payments, which may include the payment of interest for the first year, etc..

At the end of the loan you will have the cost of the closing process, which includes more payments to the bank. These values may vary a lot, but you know that you will have to pay more to the house be finally on your name, without the loan.

This is an example of a typical housing loan because there are many imaginative arrangements for payments of claims. It is this imagination that led to get the risk undervalued and some of the problems that happened in recent years.

Have You Got Money Or It's better to wait?

Only you can know whether you have money to buy a new home or a used one and there are several factors that should be taken into account so you can reach a conclusion about your ability to buy a home.

The main advice to you is that you should be cautious when you think to buy a home. Buying a house involves many expenses and can be caught off guard if you have not done the math as it should be.

The purchase of houses

After having closed a contract with the bank and the seller, it is time to begin to 'suffer' with regular payments. The charges related directly to the house are three different types:

Monthly amortization

Taxes

Insurance

The monthly amortization is the amount that hits the loan, plus the amount of annual interest. It's probably the biggest cost of your personal finances. Taxes are annual and depend on the real estate value of the house, and may have an exemption for some years. Insurance is required until the house is loan free. This insurance guarantees payment to the bank in case of some misfortune, such as natural disasters.

Ideally, these three payments must not exceed 30% of your annual income. For example, if your family earns $ 20,000 annually, you should not spend more than $ 6,000 in these expenses. Do the math in your case and determine whether you have the ability to support these debts.

Factors Affecting the Purchase of a House

Currently, your financial situation may even be good, but in the future may have a problem that affects your ability to buy a house. While it is impossible to predict everything that will happen (that's why there are insurances) if you have a break on your personal finances you will be able to absorb a change in income or in expenditure.

The most common factor of change is a drop in salary of a family element.

Nobody knows what the future holds, so you should be cautious and buy houses below your purchasing power.

The Fixed Rate Housing Loan is the Best For You?

Until a few years ago, there were usually only house loans of a fixed rate, which remains fixed throughout the duration of the loan, as the name implies.

Advantages of Fixed Rate of Interest

There are some advantages from having a house loan fixed rate. Here are some of the best.

You Know What You Can Count On

If the interest rate is fixed throughout the loan, you know exactly how much you have to pay in your first monthly payment and how much you will pay in the last.

As you know what you can count with, it is simpler to manage your personal finances.

Protection Against Infaltion

If your income rise in the next years, as expected, the cost of your house will be lower in the future. The payment will continue with the same benefits you planned.

Protection Against Variations

With variable interest rates, you never know when you might have to pay more or less for your housing loan. With a fixed rate loan you are fully protected from this type of market events.

Disadvantages of a Fixed Rate of Interest

If only there were advantages to fixed rates, other types of housing loans would never been created. Here are some of the disadvantages for you.

Higher Interest Rates

Due to its stability, fixed rates are higher than the other variables, making your initial housing loan more expensive than it would if you chose a variable rate.

It also means that if the variable rate will never rise much (you never know), you will pay more for housing throughout the loan period.

More Complicated To Get

As interest rates are higher initially, your income to qualify for the loan must be higher.

In turbulent times, the fixed rate housing loans are excellent, but in times of economic stability they are usually worse business. You can always change from one rate to another, but it may not be an advantage.

Variable Rate Housing Loans Can Be Friends ... or Not!

Hiring a home loan fixed rate was more complicated than a variable rate, because the initial interest was higher. Hence, a variable rate loane is always lower than the equivalent fixed rate.

Types of Floating Rate

There are several ways to index your loan housing, primarily through the Euribor. There are also several models of monthly payment to the bank. With lower initial interest, with payment of interest, etc..

What you need to keep in mind is the details of the contract. Mainly:

Initial interest rate, which will indicate the cost of borrowing during the first month, until it is reviewed.

Duration of the review, which indicates the date by which your interest rate will change. May rise or fall. Common deadlines are 3 and 6 months.

Chosen index, usually the Euribor.

Spread, which is the percentage that the bank takes for their profit.

Advantages of Variable Interest Rates

The advantages of this type of fees are these:

Initially Cheaper

During the first year you are likely to be able to save money with a variable interest rate, because this is always less than a fixed interest rate. Until it can reach, or exceed, will take years.

Easier to Achieve

As the fees are lower, there are more persons who can qualify for housing loans. Moreover, as there are several payment models, it is simpler to find one that fits your financial possibilities.

Excellent For Short Term House

If you are thinking of moving home after a few years, it is better to opt for a variable rate, due to reasons already mentioned.

Save Money

If the associated index lowers much, you will be able to save money on your monthly fee, so you can channel more for prepayment.

Disadvantages of Variable Interest Rates

As there are not only advantages, here are some of the most frequent on these interest rates.

You can pay more in the Future

Although they start lower than fixed rates, nothing guarantees that they can not rise rapidly, especially in times of economic instability, as we have experienced in recent years.

Unpredictability Rate

For those who like to know everything about personal finance and manage without major complications, have an interest rate that may rise or fall in subsequent years is not the best option.

You must look for all housing loans available in the market in order to do the math and decide which is the best for your current financial situation and future.

Before you start buying a house

Ask yourself some questions about the need to purchase a new home for you and your family:

Are you prepared financially? You have a stable job, have no debt and have money to pay at least 10% of the value of the house in cash?

Planning to live in the house at least three years? If you are already thinking of moving to a larger home, maybe it is better to think about renting.

Is it the right time to buy a house? The right timing of the market? The right time in your life? House prices have risen sharply in recent years and are now in crisis.

If you plan to buy a home just for recovery, also know that historically the stock market values more than the housing market.

Find housing

When deciding that you really want to move, analyze what you are willing (and able) to pay. Include benefits, taxes and insurance to see if the sum does not exceed 30% of their monthly income. This is also important to get a bank loan, but banks sometimes have facilitated the credit and then regret (which caused the crisis in the real estate nowadays).

If you will hire a real estate agent, ask for references from your friends and make personal interviews with at least three different companies to see which seems more available (and willing) to find you a home.

After choosing the agent, you should provide him a list of what you want to have in the house. Number of rooms, garden, air-conditioning, fireplace, color of the walls, neighborhood, public transportation, etc.. Everything that seems important and what can be optional in your choice.

When the agent give you a house, make visits to the area several hours each day to see the environment and neighborhoods.

Make a few trips from your job to the new home to peak traffic hours to see how long it takes.

After choosing the house

After the choice comes the part of buying the house, where it enters the negotiation, the credit application and the choice of insurance required and optional.

The subscription to this service is free and simple. The specialty websites have a huge database and have demand and supply in almost all the world.
The couchsurfing, basically is the offer of free accommodation by a person, the host, who puts his couch available for the guest, the surfer, who can enjoy some rest in the house of the host and therefore travel economically.
This concept of couchsurfing is simple and works in two ways, the host offers his couch and in return, one day he may even be a surfer in another accommodation. But those looking for a couch can not always be available to offer their.
In this type of CouchSurf there is a consent between the host and the guest for the duration, nature and terms of stay.

Advantages of Couchsurfing

The stay is free, there is no monetary compensation (unless you want to make the guest host for meals).

With the service couchsurfing you can travel around the world cheaply and economically.

With the concept of couchsurfing the person offering the sofa can make a tour of his city, so the surfer gets to know a little more of that city.

Criticism of Couchsurfing
Unfortunately not all people who use this service couchsurfing are reliable and try to use the couch surfing as a way of dating, a problem that even the founder of the service, Casey Fenton, recognizes, and hence the creation of security measures.
Therefore, always use the couchsurfing service thoughtfully inform yourself as much as possible about surfers, hosts, try to speak directly to people who have dealt with certain "couches."

Security of CouchSurf
There are three ways to ensure confidence and security of guests and the hosts which are visible in the profiles of the hosts and surfers:

Personal references that both hosts and surfers can leave each other in profile after having used the service.

Credit Card Verification System, allowing service members to "block" the name and address information through a payment with credit card by entering a code made by the service couchsurfing for the address.

A certification system that allows people to give credibility to members who use the service. A member who has been certified can be sure that other members know and trust provide additional information to potential new hosts and surfers.

Thanks to this system to check surfers can travel at will, knowing that because of the information present in the profile pages of the same hosts and surfers they are reliable.

There are three main service sites couchsurfing:
http://www.couchsurfing.org/ (original project)
Offering an innovative product, quality and a well structured business plan help to enhance the idea that you have.
Even businesses with little investment, require a market analysis. It's good to see that kind of competition you have and what are the potential customers.
Marketing in this type of business, wanting to spend as little as possible, can pass through newspaper ads or online. The Internet has many sites where you can advertise for free. An easier and economic solution is to tell our friends, colleagues, neighbors and relatives who in turn will tell others.
The list of ideas is immense and sometimes businesses that look difficult to consolidate, are those with a higher level of success. There are clients and business for everyone.
Creativity is the engine of success, and trust is the key to motivation.

Ideas To Start Business With Little Investment
Some ideas are known but few have put them into practice or believe in them. But they worth a try!

If you have skills for crafting, you can sell your items by opening a shop or making a contract with those who want to expose your product. Candles, soaps, paintings on canvas, woodworking, gift boxes, original clothing, embroidery, jewelry are some examples of things that you can sell.

If you are a photographer or have a skill for photography, you can use your camera and try to be innovative and creative. More and more people like to take pictures in different landscapes and unique.

If you have any training in sports, you can teach. It is not always necessary to have a gym. Often, teachers, make a small group together and give outdoor classes. Yoga, Kung Fu, among others, can be made in a garden or a park, since it does not bother anyone.

Cleaning services generally do not require much investment. Clear aquariums, ironing clothes, dealing with flowers, clean windows, clean houses or shopping malls, are ideas that never go out of fashion.

If you have knowledge of magic, you can teach groups of people, especially children . You can promote your own shows and maybe open a small school of magic. This is an area a little forgotten but interesting.

If you have a truck, you can open a moving company. These companies have grown due to increased economic instability, putting people in position of having to move home more often.

Provide solutions for marketing and distributing brochures is another idea. Small businesses can not afford large marketing companies. Create a support to small businesses at low cost is an idea for those who are creative.

Buying and selling antiques or antique stores are ideal for those who like the area. Many people want to get rid of old furniture and donate them or sell them at low cost.

Home delivery services, especially for those who can not leave the house are an alternative. You can help sick or disabled persons in need of home care by delivering products that they require, or to do other services that they may require.

Who has the talent to make caricatures, tattoos and other services of the kind can open commercial spaces or work in partnership with other small businesses.

It is important to realize that a good business plan provides a safe and effective business. Recognize what kind of things missing in your area can help make your business a reality. For many of these business ideas you do not need financial investment, however, you need to invest effort and dedication to achieve the desired goals.

If on the one hand the number of bank card users has increased, magnetic card fraud have been exponentially larger, with more elaborate techniques, jeopardizing the safety of the user and the system itself.

We present a set of rules to which attention should be paid to protect yourself:

Once you receive the card, sign it. Do not write the secret code (PIN) close to the card. If you have difficulty on memorizing it, change it on an ATM.

You should always request a document showing all transactions effected with your card, in order to check your bank statement.

If there is some movement unknown, or suspected, you should immediately complain to your bank.

During the payment with your card, try to never lose sight to avoid the possibility of forgery.

Be Prudent in Some of Your Actions

By entering the PIN code on your card, try to be discreet, especially if it is in long queues, with many people. Protect the numbers you are dialing with your hand. It is very easy to an unknown on your side memorize your code.

If you are a user of the Internet, it is prudent to use the card only on pages that use certified and security systems. Make sure that the connection is secure.

Apart from a small padlock, the address should start with https:// instead of "http://". Avoid risk pages.

Which Cautions You Should Take On Online Shopping?

Whenever possible choose to make your payments with a virtual credit card (ask your banks how to create one), which allow you the maximum safety in the comfort of your home. Always keep the safety card in a safe place from which the parent bank will ask you three random numbers for online transactions.

Always be suspicious of any strange phone call, saying eg. that they are going to replace your card and asking to mark your current PIN with the computer keys. It is a fraud most commonly used. Never give your PIN to anyone.

Your bank will never ask for it. Never give your card to someone who says he comes from the bank proceeding with the delivery of a new card. This is a fraud.

The banks send the cards by mail and when your used card term expires you may make it unusable by cutting it into pieces or by depositing it into an ATM. From the moment you use a new card, the old one is automatically collected by the ATM.

Be careful of Scams

If you are able to pay your water bills, electricity, gas, internet, insurance, other by automatic debt from your account. Thus you avoid having to go into the ATM and even forget the payment date.

Whenever you go to the ATM, choose a location that is not isolated, pay attention to someone suspicious that seems to be following your movements.

A person may approach looking like to be waiting in line but in addition to steal your money he may have noticed the movement of your fingers while you have digited your code and steal the card itself and then make withdrawals or payments with your card.

Ask for help, immediately inform your bank and ask them to proceed to the cancellation of that card.

Older people represent the greatest risk of this type of fraud. Avoid going to the ATM at night, because the risk increases. Always pay full attention to the place where you withdraw the money and what is happening nearby. Always remain calm, take a walk and wait a few minutes until you feel really safe.

Banks Responsibility

The banks are obliged by law to repay the amount that has been proved to be used fraudulently.About credit cards you should carefully read the contract you signed with your bank.Especially those tiny letters that you do not pay much attention and which sometimes contain clauses that we should not ignore.

Finally we recommend that you should not provide, under any circumstances, your details via email or sms to someone.

Never share your code with anyone even with your best friend or family members. Certainly you'll avoid future problems.

However, there are many simple options to those in need.

Take Advantage of the Housing Loan

For all people who still have a housing loan asset, the simplest is to borrow more and leverage to achieve a very low interest rate compared to other credit solutions. The bureaucratic process is not very high in most of the credit institutions, since they already have a signed contract and they have all the data on their financial conditions.

Personal Loan

For those who can not resort to the above, the personal credit appears as an alternative. Getting a personal loan will cost more, opening process and other expenses.Generally, if you need a little money and can pay in a shorter maturity, is the most suitable personal loans. It is cheaper, simpler and faster to get hired.

Mortgage

If you get a mortgage borrow more money if the renovations are more expensive, this is the only possible solution. However the process of opening cases is higher than that of personal credit. When the values are in the tens of thousands of dollars, it is preferable to hire a mortgage. However, even this type of credit is funding limits. The mortgage is also more suitable for longer periods. These loans require hiring additional insurance, such as life insurance and even multi-risk insurance. The repayment of a loan for home improvements works the same way as a normal mortgage, with the same interest rate reference.Whenever you have to do home improvements, look for cheaper solutions, such as a loan from a relative or friend. But if you can't, you really have to choose one of these credits.

Appeared several options in financial markets. All financial firms already have options for those who want to opt for this mode of attack on the debt.
As it has some advantages for those who are in debt up than they should, here's an explanation of how it works and the advantages and disadvantages of these financial products.

What Is A Consolidated Credit?
Consolidation of loans is to merge all the debts you have (home, car, personal loans, etc.) and pay to just one financial company, a single monthly payment and benefit from a lower provision.

Advantages:
Some of the advantages of this type of credit are:

Lower monthly payments immediately

Less creditors

Better management of payment terms

The main advantage comes from being able to extend the deadlines for payments for loans shorter. Here is a simple example, in order to better understand the phenomenon of benefits dropped more than 50%:

€ 5,000 was due and required to pay in a year, you had to pay (€ 5,000 / 12) = 416 € per month

To extend the deadline for 20 years (240 months), you shall pay 20 € per month

Disadvantages:
By advertising today, it seems very easy to get through all of your debt for this type of credit, however this is not true. Financial companies know that many people who opt for this type of credit have failed to pay benefits in the past. Therefore, these institutions have created the option of consolidated credit with or without mortgage.

The mortgage loan is consolidated with the most common, and consists of a pawn as well (usually real estate) in exchange for credit.

The consolidated credit without mortgage is much more difficult to achieve. You can not have an history of non-payment, for example.

We still have to be very careful not to drop into temptation of, by lowering the monthly payment, borrow more and accumulate more debt. In this case will only further aggravate the situation.

Compensates A Change To A Consolidated Credit?
The consolidated credit alone will not solve all your financial problems. It is always up to you to eliminate debt, but may be useful to give a break to organize your personal finances, making a household budget and then start your financial independence.
One of the best ways to get good credit is to use consolidated companies providing consulting services in this area. Although paying for the service, the partnerships and conditions that these consultants have on the market work in your favor.

Should I Subscribe a Consolidated Credit?
From the time you get out of control of your debt, any small change in interest rates, or any small debt becomes too big and scary.
If you start to see that you can not pay all debts or can not sleep, think about how to be able to pay debts on time, then you should consider signing up for a credit towards your debts consolidated.
At such times it is common to refer to the credit card to 'put out fires', and this is always the worst option you take, because it goes into a snowball that will not take more rest.
Some financial experts say that when there's nothing else to do, then one of the quickest ways to alleviate the debt is to use a consolidated credit. With less monthly charges, you can then begin to think of a way to eliminate debt.

When is not worth consolidating loans.
If you still can make all the payments, and there is a little time to end some loans (car, household appliances, vacation ...) then it may be worthwhile to do a consolidated credit, since the interest you will pay to extend the payment period will make you pay more at the end of the loan.
To do the math and see if it pays off, you can use a company that provides consulting in this area.

Consolidated Credit Problems
The main problem is that with the consolidated credit you will pay more interest than you would if you pay claims separately. With the extension of credit term, you will also have more fees and penalties for prepayment.

Get the Mortgage Credit
The best solution to a consolidated credit is to gather all the mortgage loans, because it is a mortgage, which have longer maturities and lower interest rates.
The advantages are lower benefits and disadvantages are the higher interest rates. All debts will get the same payment period.
If you use the mortgage you will have a new multipurpose loan, with interest rates close to the mortgage. Ideally you should do this consolidated credit with the bank where you have the bank loan.
There are many companies in financial advice and also consolidated credit, so go to some and make your comparisons.

Without Mortgage
If you do not have a mortgage, it will be hard to get a low interest rate, so it may be worth trying to renegotiate the debt individually.
You can even compensate to a personal credit, which has much shorter time and save on interest over the total duration of the loan.
Consolidate credit is certainly an option to consider to solve their financial problems.

Get a quote free of charge
There are some companies that offer services of consolidated credit where you can do simulations for free on their websites.
Take a look and see how it would look your financial situation after you consolidate your debts into one loan.

When someone is "mired in debt" credit cards are usually the bad guys. When one day we have accepted a credit card, of course we thought the benefits it brings. But do we think the disadvantages?
We will consider this issue and help overcome the problem.
Start by realistically analyze your income and expenses. If there are debts you have to make a list of all of them. Do not be alarmed by the value of the sum. The data from these two start by thinking how you can minimize the costs intelligently (in case its value is higher than the recipe).
If you have debts, list them in order of importance and start by talking to the creditors by proposing a subdivision or reduction of interest through a negotiation. Some credit cards offer bonuses, discounts and prizes. A rational user takes advantage of these opportunities without committing financially.
Is easily lost track of how you spent (invisibility of money). Small expenses that go without delay and adding turn a huge amount. It is easy to see on your monthly statement where you're spending your money and check if it is within the parameters of your budget.
When it comes to extract if you pay the total of the bill, you have used all the advantages of the credit card. But the most common is to pay only the minimum benefit. So the outstanding value we are bringing the highest rate of market interest (and use the most "disadvantaged" that he represents). If any month can not settle your benefit, immediately contact your bank, your account manager and try to postpone this month without being penalized with more interest.
The financial system is a complex interaction between those who give and those seeking loans between buyers and sellers. When it works well, balances and compensates for the risk, as well as innovation and security. All agree on the desirability of bringing a card instead of "load money" in our portfolio. We all agree that it is often useful to balance the family budget when money does not reach the end of the month.
We must learn to use it, minimizing risks and enjoying the advantages it gives.
Remember that you are the manager of your household budget. Set a solid strategy, do not shop by "whim", do not lose sleep over a reckless attitude.
In a consumer society, where what counts is the "here and now," the credit card is actually a big risk. There is a relationship between physical health and financial stability. We must discover the connectivity between the body (mind) and money.

There are several ways to save money on fuel, while improving your health.

Do not drive. Unless absolutely necessary, prefer to walk, bike or take a bus. It not only saves diesel and gasoline as it saves the environment and can be beneficial to your health.

Buy an air filter top. They are more expensive, but pay out on most vehicles in fuel savings.

Get a loyalty card. Some service stations offer benefits to regular customers, and discounts on other purchases, such as hypermarkets.

Keep the car tuned. Gasoline or diesel are not the cheapest, but a tuned car uses less fuel. Go to a mechanic certificate.

Buy a diesel car. Usually offsets the higher initial cost compared to gasoline cars, and last longer than the hybrids.

Reduce your travel. This decision is not very easy to take, but sometimes it pays to move house closer to the job, instead of buying a car for every family member. You can then walk or bike, and still spend less time than before to come.

Use fuel with less octane. The less gasoline octane is cheaper, and many manufacturers design their latest models to consume these fuels efficiently. See the manual for your car, what is the recommended octane fuel with less.

Avoid stopping. With the car stationary (but working), your car gets exactly 0 miles per gallon. Put the car to work to "warm" is particularly bad because the car needs extra petrol or diesel at the beginning of the trip. After putting the car on, wait 15-30 seconds and then start up and drive very sparingly until it reaches normal temperature. Park your car and go to the pharmacy, instead of sitting in the car to work while someone else does the shopping.

Walk between stops. If you took the car to the city, park close to all sites to be visited, and then walk on foot from one place to another.

Drive at a constant speed. Avoid sudden acceleration and braking. If you have "Cruise Control" use it whenever possible.

Even More Tips
The whole world is on alert for rising fuel. Although we are all affected indirectly, with the prices of consumer goods and services, we can try to reduce the invoice price of fuel at the end of each month.
Here are some tips to save money on fuel:

Keep an eye on prices. When you pass a petrol station, write down the prices of petrol or diesel. There are also sites that begin to have this information available, such is the rapidity of change in prices.

Drive more slowly. Speed is one factor that most increases fuel consumption, yet we see people make long lines at service stations and then see people far above the speed limit. Hopefully not the same ...

Use Cruise Control. If you have the possibility to use it. Manufacturers built this support system can always driving and lower fuel consumption than a human driving. Of course we can only use this system on highways, not put to use in the middle of the city.

Keep the car tuned. Tire pressure, oil, steering alignment, strange noises in the engine ... Look at the instruction manual of the car and follow the maintenance that they advise.

Make measurements of consumption. If you have onboard computer is easier, but use the old way of filling the tank and note the mileage. Try making the journey to work more slowly and test alternative ways (even longer). At the end do the math.

Use public transport. Although also feel and do pass on the increases to their customers, is a good way to save money, leaving the car at home and using public transport in their area of residence. Of course this only works if you are lucky enough to live in an area that has efficient public transport.

Buy a car to LPG. Every time we talk more on this alternative fuel, LPG.

Fill the tank only when the reserve. If she's always with a full tank, which is known to carry several pounds, which means a greater effort for your car and thus more fuel consumed.

Fill the tank. Instead of pouring fuel to go several times a week, save time and money on travel, completely filling the tank which should make for some weeks.

Find the cheaper spot. Some websites have a list of the cheapest fuel near you.

Park in the shade. The sun makes gasoline evaporate, even within the tank.

Park as soon as you find a place. Do not try to leave the car near the mall, at the risk of having to walk in circles for some time and thus consuming more fuel. In addition, walking is good ...

Plan your trips. If you do not know the way, use a map on the Internet so as not to miss. save time and money saver.

Combine trips. If you have several places where to go, just do it on a longer trip rather than several short trips.

Slow down. The most efficient speed in terms of fuel for a car ride is the slowest speed in changing high as possible without feeling the car to die.

Use the 'cruise-control'. If your car has this feature, use it whenever possible. Your driving will never be as efficient as automatic driving.

These are easy ways to save money on fuel, at a time when prices go up and never go down to the good old prices.

Save Money With Car

Here are the best ways to save money:

Use regular fuel instead of fuel-end. The car does not complain and you will save enough per liter.

See the manual on the car for oil changes and do not go on the boards of mechanics. If the manual says the oil should be changed to 15.000Km why the mechanic says it should replace the 5,000 km?

Pay attention to the right time to change parts of your car. If something needs to be changed, such as brakes, better do it before something serious happens.

Use the calendar to review the manual of the car and not the workshop.

Change the anti-freeze at home. Comes with instructions, simply follow them.

Learn how to change the air filter cleaning brushes the windshield. It is a little more complicated than changing the antifreeze, but it can do the same and save enough money on hand labor.

Always have noted the dates of reviews, not to get lost and go to a review unnecessarily.

Do not buy an additional warranty that comes from the factory. It almost never pays off.

Do not make a car insurance more expensive than necessary. Additional coverage must make sense for your needs.

Learn how to change the tires of the car. It not only saves money and time waiting for help, when you need to change ...

Keep the tires at the right pressure. Save fuel and more money.

Whenever you can, wash your car. Several washes over the years mean a lot of wasted money. Use a complete wash out a few times a year. Moreover, you do the wash.

These are some ways to save money by maintaining your car. Which are yours?

Not much .. just a little each week but they continue to climb and climb.

All it takes to jump the price is far above a small hiccup in the global market, watch the price of gasoline and its relation to world affairs.

Is there a way to prevent these price increases from impacting our personal finances in the long and it is by buying in quantity and finding the best possible price for the things we use every day and continue to use things that will save so well on the shelves of our homes as they do on the shelves of grocery and hardware stores.

For example, dog food and cat food costs about 10% less when bought with cash than when purchased by the unit and if you wait for closing prices you save a lot more than that.

Book a room in your home and make a list of things you use regularly that does not spoil. The grain or grain products will need to be stored in airtight containers that rats can not enter, so keep that in mind.

So get ready to find the best prices to get the amount of purchases in such things as bathroom items and dry and canned food.

You'll be surprised how much you can save by buying a bag of nine kilograms of rice in place of a bag of four hundred fifty grams but do not forget that should be kept in a rat proof container.

You can buy clothing items like socks and underwear for men these styles do not change, avoid buying clothes for women and children, those styles change and sizes change dramatically.

Try to acquire and maintain a two years supply of these items and you can save hundreds of dollars.
