  老师的教学方式是很系统化的。对于新生来说，老师制定一套简化易懂的功法版本。这样新生们就能更好的了解与易于掌握。随着时间的推移，老师一再的简化这个版本。这是为什么多年前的学员会觉得老师改了动作。练功是一生的功课，不管什么版本，动作标准与否都需理论来支撑。

  例如，回春功里的吐雾。口诀为“运化真气在中丹”。当我们把动作慢下来，其实大部分时间都保持前手掌是对着丹田，后手掌对着命门的。我们体内，中丹部分是会在两掌之中产生一团气的，有如球状。但是由于我们的动作太快，两掌根本就对不上，意念也不能专注在中丹而无视了这气感而沦为摆动而已，有者更堪的是沦为花招。

我只能以我看过高云大师的《气，上了瘾》-
第1.9章（气是可以看得到的），这境界为目标。

为达此目标，我认为，必须通过“经律论”的实践方式。

回看为什么很多的功法都失传了或变了样，都与只做了“经”与”律”而忽略了“论”的重要性有关。例如，常听人说“看到老师是这么练的或看到师兄师姐这样练的”。但是却没有人能够以理论来支撑与论证。所以我认为除了扎稳了功法与中华哲学本体论的基础，勤加练功， 也是要时刻论证，才能看到气。

对我来说，享受气感是练功的吸引力，追求功法精进却是推动力。两者是相辅相成的。

有了气感后，又对照基础中华物质学与中医学，让自己更能了解每一个功法招式的义意。

每次练功，深刻的去感受气的变化与流动，能让自己的动作更为精准；更精准的动作，带来的气感又会更为强烈。

气功是很科学的，要更精进就要依据阴阳五行与中医五脏六腑经脉的理论来提升自己对每招每式动作含义。

练功时，感受着气的变化，顺着气的指引，身体自然的摆动，有时真能达到忘我的境界。

我最喜欢回春功了。它不止是我第一个感觉到气感的功法，也同时是我气感最强烈的功法。

大概45分钟的功法，沉浸在被气感包围的舒服感觉时，真不想音乐那么快停止。回春功里的每一招每一式都会带给我不同的气感，而且随着不同的阶段，又给我不同的感受。

从对气感的不可思议到陶醉其中，这太美妙了。

练着练着，有一天，练着龙吐雾的时候，突然间感觉双手掌隔着身体竟然感觉到彼此。那是很奇妙的感觉，但确实右掌感觉到了左掌传来的温度与一丝丝顺滑的感觉。那时我也顾不上练功音乐，一直把玩两掌间的气感，既兴奋又感动。这不，我也终于练出自己的气感来了嘛？

自那时起，我也陆续在其他的功法与招式中感受到了不同的气感，详细的感受会在接下来的篇章里讲述。

对我来说，感受到气感给了我很大的信心与鼓励，也给了我坚持的理由。--

即使是练功的当儿，从音乐开始就期待音乐快点结束。更堪的是，有时练到一半魔鬼与天使又来争论了，很多时候魔鬼都会占上风，让我提早收功。还有，常常练功一半就会觉得各种不适，比如晕眩作呕之类的，摆明要挑战我们的意志力。 -- （200字）

这个阶段很难熬，练功时痛得很想放弃。无数次的天使与魔鬼交战，苦的是我这人类啊！呜呜。然而，这时老师的六字真言浮现了，“非常好，继续练”。好学生如我，当然也只好要紧牙关，继续坚持的练了。

不过啊，很肯定的，痛楚会在某天你不自觉的情况下，魔术般的消失。 -- （200字）

好学生就要听老师的话。 老师说别想那么多傻傻的练就对了，我就傻傻的练，记得多少就练多少。那时上完了课一个星期后我就飞到胡志明市去旅游了。在那边我就一个人傻傻的每天练。

的确不管我们学习什么，刚开始的时候跟着练（做）就对了。最重要自己能够熟悉所练（做）的。重复的做了很多次后，我们自己就会适应与熟练。

给自己的身体一些时间，熟悉了就可以进阶啦。--

课堂上，老师也传授了一些方法，让我瞬间感受到两手掌之间那股温热与顺滑的气。当摆动右手掌时，左手掌也能感觉到。虽然武侠小说看得多，对气这回事并不陌生也不怀疑，但是当我自己真真切切的感觉到了，心情即兴奋又惊喜！

那天老师也说“练功重气重意不重形”；我心想，那不是张三丰传授张无忌太极拳的名场面吗？

最后，张三丰说：“忘了，就对了”
