Eric Schuermann is the owner of Rockstar Computers, a computer sales & support company where he has worked full-time the previous 3 years. Rockstar Computers serves hundreds of customers in the southern California area, as well as countless remote customers other places in the world. Rockstar Computers primarily get customers through walk-ins to the store looking for virus removal and for protecting their systems as well as customers coming from the CrossLoop channel.

Rockstar Computers contributes to the community by collaborating with a local college program UEI (united education institute) where selected interns serves his business valuable help in exchange for real work experience, thereby gaining the vocational experience the interns need in order to graduate.

Rockstar Computer has CrossLoop installed and running on every computer in their store, including on a big TV screen and on their cash register computer. Eric and his Tech Supporters try to answer as many requests from CrossLoop users as they can when they have available time.

Part of Rockstar Computers unique service is to create an easy way for customers to get in touch when they need technical support. Their clever way of doing this is to install a desktop icon on every machine they touch.

Customers will see the new payment option at checkout like this:

• The customer receives an electronic bill sent by the Expert after the service is completed.
• The customer then clicks the green button in the email labeled 'Please Click Here to Pay'.
• Directed to the CrossLoop Console the customer gets an overview over all help he has received. One of the Help sessions has a red status bullet, indicating that this bill is due to be paid. 
• By clicking 'Add to Cart' next to the red bullet, the customer is taken to the checkout page where he can select his preferred method of payment at the top. A yellow button for choosing PayPal and a blue button for using Credit Card.

You can now review the products you recommend and help potential customers decide on the right product for their need. Let people know what you like about your favorite products.

In the Product Center (Under the 'Products' tab) you'll find a list of all the products you have chosen to recommend. Below each Product there is an 'Add review' link.

• You can add a star rating from 1-5 stars by clicking on the yellow stars to indicate your satisfaction with the product.
• In addition you can add your very own personal comment about the product. Like how and why you use it and perhaps mention your favorite features or user friendliness.

Write whatever you think describes your recommended products best.

The new Toggle Button allows you to decide which screen will have chat turned on and receive chat messages. This will help you decide which of your screens will receive notifications when you have multi-sesssions.

When you log in to your account you'll find the Toggle Buttons on your home page under the tab 'My Computers'.

With this new feature you can enjoy Multi-Session support for remote access

This feature is exclusively available for all CrossLoop paid accounts (Pro and Remote Access).  You can now launch multiple viewers from the "My Computers" and "Customers" tabs of the CrossLoop website.  Each of the viewer sessions is identified by the name of the remote computer. Clicking on the Viewer icon in the tray allows the selection of a specific remote computer. Right clicking on the Viewer icon in the tray can be used to operate on all of the Viewer windows: Cascade, Show Windows Stacked, Show Windows Side by Side, Minimize Group and Close Group.
