Britney Custody Battle Finalized

2008-07-28T05:14:00.000-07:00

Hallelujah! The Britney Spears vs. Kevin Federline custody battle is finally (and officially) over!

Here are some details:

--K-Fed's child support payments will go from $15,000K to $20,000 beginning July 15, 2008.

--K-Fed still gets full custody of the kids, and Britney is allowed two visits and one overnight per week. She will be able to 'gain' additional sleepovers by the end of the year, granted she doesn't do anything crazy.

--Brit has to pay K-Fed's $250,000 legal tab...ouch!

"She's thrilled," the pop star's attorney Laura Wasser told People. "To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn't have asked for anything more."

After two long years, the judge finally ended their custody battle late Friday afternoon. Now Brit can finally concentrate on her career, and more importantly, her health.

Britney's Custody Battle Still On

2008-07-28T05:13:00.000-07:00

We heard that the custody battle between Britney and Kevin was being settled today, but now we're hearing otherwise!

According to Ok! magazine, Jamie Spears isn't happy with the agreement to give Kevin full custody, and refuses to sign off on the settlement.

Both parties were expected in court at 2PM today for an emergency hearing with family court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

They're still expected to come to some sort of an agreement this afternoon. We'll bring you the details as we get them!

Britney Still Wants A Quiet Life For Kids

2008-07-25T06:31:00.000-07:00

Britney Spears is eager to move out of her L.A. Home for the sake of her kids, according to court documents.

As we reported previously, the troubled singer has been eyeing up properties in Calabasas area of California after being granted permission to sell the six-bedroom home.

There has also been speculation that Britney may return to Louisiana to be closer to mother Lynne and sister Jamie Lynn, who gave birth to a baby girl earlier this month.

According to documents filed by her co-conservators, father Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet, the star wants to move to “a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood.”

The documents go on to state that she is looking for somewhere “more accessible to parks and recreation areas” for her boys, Sean Preston, 2, and one-year-old Jayden James.
Who knows, the fresh air might even do Brit some good.

Britney's Mom Still Haunted By Fatal Car Crash

2008-07-25T06:30:00.000-07:00

Britney Spears’ mother is still haunted by a 30-year-old car crash that ended a young boy’s life. Lynne Spears was just 20 when she hit 12-year-old Anthony Winters, while taking her brother to the hospital after he had suffered an injury.

Spears has been able to keep the sad story from the media until now, and her spokeswoman, Louise Taylor, has confirmed a new National Enquirer article is accurate.

Taylor insists the 53 year old is still scarred by the incident, which took place in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.

The spokeswoman says, “Anthony Winters and his friends were in the road on a curve on a bicycle. As Lynne rounded the curve, she could not avoid the boy in the street, as there was oncoming traffic in the opposite lane. The boy died at the hospital as a result of his injuries. Lynn, to this day, is grieved by the Winters’ loss of their son.”

Dr. Phil Defends Visit To Britney Spears As A Favor To Family

2008-07-25T06:29:00.000-07:00

McGraw says he has had a 'running dialogue' with Lynne Spears about Brit's troubles for more than a year; episode focusing on pop star's latest woes nixed.

By Chris Harris

Television personality/ psychologist Dr. Phil McGraw's visit to Britney Spears' room at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles Saturday morning (reportedly without her prior knowledge or consent) has received considerable criticism since it was announced over the weekend. But according to the doctor, he was simply doing the Spears family a favor.

On Monday morning (January 7), McGraw appeared on CBS' "Early Show" to refute widespread speculation of his motives. Some have accused McGraw of exploiting Spears' situation for the purposes of self-promotion, considering the fact that he held a brief press conference following his 15-minute visit and had planned to air a special episode about Spears on his syndicated talk show Tuesday.

According to McGraw, he visited Britney "at the request of her family." The psychologist claims he spoke with Brit's mother, Lynne Spears; her pregnant 16-year-old sister, Jamie Lynn; and Brit's brother, Bryan, before making the trip to Cedars-Sinai. The family was "very frustrated that she apparently wasn't going to be held for a longer period of time," he said.

McGraw said the Spears family called him Thursday night, just hours before Spears was transported by ambulance to the hospital, following a child-custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who temporarily has sole legal and physical custody of the couple's children.

"It was Lynne," McGraw said of the phone call. "She has a very close relationship with my wife, Robin." According to Dr. Phil, Lynne "was very upset, which you would expect — any parent would be." He then revealed that the Spears first reached out to him "over a year ago, and I have maintained a running dialogue with them over the last year."

Spears was reportedly already packing to leave Cedars-Sinai when McGraw arrived on Saturday. According to various reports, Spears responded coolly to McGraw's visit, initially left the room when he showed up and said very little to him when she returned.

In a statement released to ETonline.com on Saturday, McGraw said that his "meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."

A representative for McGraw's program had told MTV News over the weekend that the psychologist's show on Tuesday would focus on Britney, but the rep wouldn't say whether Spears or any members of her family would appear on the episode. But on Monday, McGraw issued a statement, saying the program would not be happening after all.

"As was widely reported this weekend, at the request of concerned family members, I visited Britney Spears in the hospital," the statement reads. "The details of that visit will, of course, remain private. We had planned to tape a 'Dr. Phil Now' show today, focusing not on the tabloid side of Britney's latest problems, but instead on the very serious issues surrounding this case. Clearly, it is not just Britney's family struggling to find a way to protect adult children who cannot be ordered or compelled to seek help. Because the Spears situation is too intense at this time, and out of consideration to the family, I have made the decision not to move forward with the taping at this particular time. Britney and her family are in our prayers, and we ask that they be in yours."

On Monday, McGraw directed the following statement to Britney (posted on ETonline.com, from a segment airing on the show Monday night):

"You can make this OK. Your family loves you. You may not always agree with what they say, with what they do, but they've loved you when you weren't lovable. Turn to the people that love you and listen. You have two children and you are the one in this world to protect them. There is no sacrifice that Lynne won't make for you and there is no sacrifice that your father won't make. They are the people that want nothing from you, and everything for you."

Britney and Justin Getting Back Together

2008-07-24T02:04:00.000-07:00

You know Lynne Spears is dusting off the binder labeled "Brit Brit and Justin Wedding Y'all" from the attic right now.

Ok! Magazine is reporting that the two are collaborating on a duet for Britney's new album, which is going to drop in early 2009.

If Justin's ever going to collaborate with Brit, this is the time to do it. Britney and her team of producers are so focused on making this album her comeback record of the century, that there's no way it could possibly suck.

Britney Attends Generation Rescue Event!

2008-07-24T02:03:00.000-07:00

Britney made a rare public appearance last night when she attended a fundraiser for Jenny McCarthy's charity Generation Rescue in Los Angeles.

She was said to be in great spirits while sipping on some red wine Other guests included Jim Carrey, Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller. Britney was "looking happy," an eyewitness says. "She looked incredible - like the Britney we used to know. She was clapping and smiling a lot."

Brit-Brit made us all proud last night. She was dressed in basic black and we know you could never go wrong with black. Her hair and makeup looked fabulous! An over A for Britney last night.

Paps Busted at Britney's House

2008-07-24T02:01:00.000-07:00

When will photogs learn to back off? Obviously they still haven't because last night two photographers were reportedly arrested in front of Britney's house for loitering.

The cops gave the paps many warnings to beat it, but obviously they didn't which resulted in two paps getting arrested.

They have since been released. It's so sad that the agency they work for probably posted bail and sent them off to stand in front of Britney's house again.

Sam Lutfi Wants to Reconcile With Britney

2008-07-24T02:00:00.000-07:00

File this under 'wishful thinking.' Original douche bag Sam Lutfi must be on some good stuff because he's convinced that Britney wants him back in her life and he's ready to reconcile.

A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Sam believes that he and Britney are still friends. If the restraining order is lifted, he'll be back in her life for sure."

Wait, it gets better! The source added: "Sam insists it will come out that the restraining order was against the wrong guy. So lifting the order would give him the chance to protect Britney from the vultures out there."

Britney was a psycho loon while she was friends with Sam. Her friendship with him landed her in the psych ward twice, she lost custody of her kids, and hooked up with a paparazzi. What makes him think she would want him back in her life?? She's finally back on track thanks to her family's intervention. Her fans would shred him to pieces if he were spotted with her. Reconciliation denied!

Britney and Kevin Settle Custody Battle

2008-07-22T03:59:00.000-07:00

There will be no more out of control Britney and Kevin court dates because the custody battle has been settled before it could go to trial. Chances are it would get real messy if it went to trial and both parties are just trying to avoid that.

Both Kevin and Britney signed an agreement that reportedly gives Kevin sole custody and Britney visitation rights.

"The case has been settled," K. Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told E! Online. "The court still has to approve it. "

Ummm…what changed? Didn’t Kevin already have sole custody? Wasn’t Britney fighting to get 50/50 custody? Maybe Britney’s camp new that was impossible at this time and will try again at a later date.

Madonna Wants Justin and Brit Back Together

2008-07-22T03:52:00.000-07:00

Madonna has plans for Britney, and it doesn't just involve her being featured in a video during her Sticky & Sweet tour.

She wants Brit Brit to get reunited with none other than Justin Timberlake. Not romantically, but professionally.

Apparently she asked both parties if they would consider partnering up onstage for a performance during her tour, the Sun reports. .

Justin is a bit reluctant, and Britney is apparently thinking she'd be too emotional to open up that can of worms. But then again, when Madonna calls, doesn't everyone come running? That would be such an awesome addition to her tour!

Heidi Montag To Collaborate With Britney Spears?

2008-07-22T03:46:00.000-07:00

Hollyscoop caught up “The Hills” star Heidi Montag and her outspoken boyfriend Spencer Pratt at the Race to Erase MS “Orange Pass” shopping benefit in Los Angeles Wednesday night.

Talking to Hollyscoop about her current project, Heidi said, “Well, my single is out right now and we are kind of playing a singles game, I have been working in the studio a lot and we are just figuring it out.”

When our Hollyscoop reporter Isabella Depierro asked who she would like to collaborate with she replied, "I would say lil Wayne, for sure! Maybe Britney Spears down the road, Madonna, I don’t know there are a lot of people.”

We asked when her new album would hit stores, to which she replied, "Hopefully soon.” And added that a new video was "in the works.”

While Heidi is busy working on her new album, Spencer is keeping busy with a new venture as well. “A video game! That’s a big one, I just met with Ubisoft today! We are working on that, so get ready for the SPIDEY game! It is going to be wild!”

We tried to get some scoop about the upcoming season of “The Hills” but Spencer said they couldn’t say a word because the couple is on a "Gag order.”

Şarkının sözleri:

Some days I sit , staring out the window

Watchin’ this world pass me by

Sometimes I think there’s nothin’ to live for

I almost break down and cry

Sometimes I think I’m crazy

I’m crazy, oh so crazy

Why am I here, am I just wastin’ my time?

But then I see my babies

Suddenly I’m not crazy

It all makes sense when I look into their eyes

Sometimes it feels like the world’s on my shoulders

Everyone’s leanin’ on me

‘Cuz sometimes it feels like the world’s almost over

But then they come back to me

My baby boys keep getting older

I watch them grow up with pride

People make jokes , ‘cuz they don’t understand me

They just don’t see my real side

I act like … don’t phaze me

Inside it drives me crazy

My insecurities could eat me alive

But then I see my babies

Suddenly I’m not crazy

It all makes sense when I look into their eyes

Oh no…

Britney Spears'IN ÇOCUKLARI İÇİN VERDİĞİ HUKUK SAVAŞINDA ORTAYA ÇIKAN SÜRPRİZ TANIK ŞOK İTİRAFLARDA BULUNDU.

Britney tarafından işten çıkarılan Tony Barretto, yazacağı kitapta Britney'in bütün kirli çamaşırlarını ortaya dökeceğini söyledi. Dev koruma, Britney Spears'ın evinde çırılçıplak uyuşturucu partileri verdiğini belirterek, 'Çocuklarının yanında bile uyuşturucu kullandı.Bir anneye yakışmayan her türlü rezaleti yaşadı.' dedi. Çocuklarının Velayeti İçin Uğraşıyor

2007-09-24T23:00:00.000-07:00

Dünyaca ünlü yıldız Britney Spears, çocuklarının velayetini vermemek için, eski eşi ile pazarlık yapmayı planlıyor.

İngiliz News of The World gazetesinde yayınlanan özel habere göre Spears, bir yandan kariyeriyle ilgili yaşadığı olumsuzlukların üstesinden gelmeye çalışırken, diğer yandan 2 çocuğunu kaybetme korkusu yaşıyor.
