We all know how important it is to use sunscreen but what is as equally important is learning how to PROPERLY use it as well as learning about the ingredients contained in our sunscreen. Protecting our skin is much more than just picking any old sunscreen off the store self, slapping some on and calling it a day. While many of us are using sunscreen on ourselves and family the question is "are you doing it right?" I came across an article from Self.com that dishes on all the latest guidelines surrounding sunscreen. It helps to answer questions like, How much should I use? How often do I reapply? Finding the best sunscreen can be a difficult ask. You want one that protects your skin but without all the stickiness and greasiness. I have found one that I would consider to be a best sunscreen because it works great AND it won't cost you an arm and leg. After reading an Elle Magazine on-line interview with the lovely Brooklyn Decker, I decided to try out the sunscreen that she said she has used. According to Dawn she was invited to go behind the scenes and see the Victoria's Secret Angels before the launch event for the new Victoria's Secret fragrance, Dream Angels Love is Heavenly Eau de Parfum. You see, according to Dawn she generally find models underwhelming before the beauty teams get their hands on them. My Pantene Hair Products For Split End Repair

We are all being told that you get what you pay for. Well in my experience that is not always the case with hair care products, especially the Pantene Pro-V hair products. And, take it from me I have used and experimented with the priciest of them. Beauty stores are to me what a Home Depot or an Autozone is to my husband. Don't get me wrong I love using and have had great results using higher end hair care products, but I find I get in many cases similar results with the less pricier products.

Now I know that a hairdresser friend of mine would definitely disagree with me and we constantly joke about all the hair products that we have experimented with both expensive and inexpensive. However, much to her chagrin I have been very happy with my "over the counter" shampoos and conditioners (you can't argue with success). Since I switch-up my shampoo and conditioner often it can start to get a "wee bit" expensive so I decided to give some reasonably priced products from Pantene a try. I am using the Pantene Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality Shampoo and The Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Breakage Defense Shampoo, I like mixing 2 different shampoos together for my perfect "shampooing concoction".

The other Pantene product I love is their Pro-V Restoratives Breakage Defense Shampoo which helps to strengthen your hair and prevent breakage. Not only have I noticed a HUGE difference in my breakage but my hairdresser has also noticed the difference. I have learned that a higher price tag does not always equal better results.

If you are a regular reader of BritneysBeautyBlog.com you will know that I love to exercise. However, as I have gotten a bit older so has the occasional muscle and joint pain that I experience.
