I love the look of tile and natural stone flooring because it always makes a room look brighter and it puts that special finishing touch on a room. My Graduation 2012 Party Planning Event

Well graduation season is upon us and as for me and my family we will be celebrating graduation day with our first born daughter, Gianna. In just over a month she will be graduating from middle school. As for my husband and I we are very proud of her because she has worked very hard to get high honors and straight A's for the vast majority of her middle school career. It did not come easy for her but with the advice of my husband she learned how to study well and in many instances forgo discretionary occasions to meet up with friends. Consequently, my husband and I want to reward her for the sacrifices she made and the great work ethic she demonstrated year after year and semester after semester with a nice graduation party.

As for me, I love party planning. From the location to the decorations to the graduation invitations it is all very exciting. However, with all the excitement of planning the event comes the stresses of the planning process. Although it is still evolving, I have outlined for myself a to do list in order to stay on track with the planning process. First things first is to decide with theme or no theme and if a theme which one. Second, select at least three locations to host the party and decide on a final location from there. Third, make a list of decorations for the event. Forth, and where it all starts is to decide on the perfect invitation. I love to exercise, well let me rephrase that. I have made exercising part of my daily routine so that I can keep my body in it's best shape on condition. My New Job

I appreciate the guest post, Jewel Rodgers

I just started a new job, two months ago and I am stressed out about doing a good job. It’s hard to tell what people think when they don’t give you a lot of verbal feedback. I think I am doing well so far. My boss seems to trust me and is giving me more and more responsibility every day. I started out just answering phones, and now I am scheduling his appointments and organizing things around the office. The other day he asked me to see which adt security systems the office should look at. I know it sounds like a small task, but it means a lot to me that he has confidence in my judgment. My last job was horrible so I am grateful that I have a good relationship with my boss and the other people I work with. I hope that it keeps on going this smoothly because I don’t want to be on the job market again. I don’t think I have the energy to go through that kind of stress twice in one year.
