A receita&amp;nbsp; retirei do blog &lt;a href="http://asreceitasladecasa.blogspot.com/2011/10/pao-de-lo-de-alfeizerao-receita-bimby.html"&gt;As receitas lá de casa&lt;/a&gt;, e uma vez que não tenho Bimby, adaptei à Bimby "manual" ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #b45f06;"&gt;Com muita pena minha, não tenho foto do interior, por isso coloquem a vossa imaginação a trabalhar, e deliciem-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 Gemas &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 Ovos inteiros&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8 Colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Colher de sopa de água&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 Colheres de sopa de farinha (usei Branca de Neve)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Colher de café de fermento em pó&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pré-aquecer o forno a 220.ºC. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Untar uma forma redonda, sem buraco, com um pouco de margarina e forrar com papel vegetal. Untar novamente o papel. Reservar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bater&amp;nbsp;os ovos&amp;nbsp;com&amp;nbsp;o açúcar, &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;De seguida juntar a água, e envolver.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Juntar por fim a farinha e o fermento, de forma a ficar bem incorporada na massa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar a massa na forma e levar ao forno entre 8 e 9 minutos. Retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Temperar o peixe com alho picado, o alho em pó, pimenta preta, sal e sumo e raspa de limão. Deixe tomar gosto durante umas horas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Numa frigideira, com o óleo bem quente,&amp;nbsp; frite a solha, previamente&amp;nbsp; passada por farinha. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Depois de frita, vá colocando em papel absorvente, para retirar o excesso de gordura.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Num tacho faça um refogado com o azeite,&amp;nbsp;a cebola, o alho picado e a folha de louro.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adicione o tomate picado e deixe desfazer bem. Refresque com vinho branco.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte o pimento amarelo e a cenoura, e deixe cozinhar mais um pouco.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte uma medida de arroz e deixe fritar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte três medidas de água, tempere com sal, deixe cozer.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Misturar&amp;nbsp;o leite condensado com os iogurtes e o açúcar baunilhado.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Colocar numa forma de pudim e levar a cozer em banho maria.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Depois de cozido, deixar arrefecer, e desenformar.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Descasque e descaroce as maçãs, corte ao meio, e fatie as maçãs, de forma a ficarem inteiras, e preencha toda a tarteira. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ferva o leite com o pau de canela e as raspas do limão.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Numa tigela à parte misture o açúcar, as gemas, a farinha, e a maizena.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;De seguida verta o leite fervido no preparado anterior, envolva bem, e leve a lume brando até engrossar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Verta o preparado na tarteira e leve ao forno até dourar. &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 Cebola pequena&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 Dentes de Alho&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Azeite Espiga&amp;nbsp;qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sal fino qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pimenta preta qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fazer um refogado com o azeite, a cebola e o alho.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assim que a cebola começar a ficar "mole" juntar o frango desfiado, temperar com sal fino, pimenta preta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Juntar a batata palha,&amp;nbsp; assim que começar a ficar mole, junte os ovos previamente batidos e envolver.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sirva polvilhado com salsa picada.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 Limão&amp;nbsp; (raspa)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Colher de sobremesa (rasa) de sal grosso&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Pacote de fermento seco (usei fermipan)&lt;/li&gt;

Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar os ingredientes para a preparação da massa, na cuba da MFP, pela ordem acima mencionada, seleccionar o programa&amp;nbsp; "massa".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Terminado o programa, coloque a massa num tabuleiro, no forno,&amp;nbsp;e deixe levedar pelo menos 1h.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Descasque as maçãs, corte em cubinhos e leve a cozer em lume brando, juntamente com a água.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Depois da massa levedada, transfira-a, para uma superfície polvilhada com farinha, estique bem e forme um rectângulo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Polvilhe a massa com açúcar e canela, espalhe as maçãs por cima, e volte a polvilhar com açúcar e canela. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Enrole a massa (começando&amp;nbsp;por um&amp;nbsp;dos lados mais compridos do rectângulo) e&amp;nbsp;como se de uma torta se tratasse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Corte a massa&amp;nbsp; de 9 a 12 rolinhos iguais, e coloque-os&amp;nbsp; num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal, e untado com manteiga.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Polvilhe os rolinhos com canela, e leve ao forno pré aquecido 170º&amp;nbsp;até ficarem douradinhos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Prepare o glacê, leve o açúcar e a água ao lume&amp;nbsp; e deixe ferver&amp;nbsp; alguns minutos&amp;nbsp;(não deixe atingir&amp;nbsp; o ponto caramelo), retire e quando os caracóis começarem a&amp;nbsp; ficar douradinhos, pincele com o glacê.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #b45f06;"&gt;Na preparação da massa, desta vez, "roubei" 30 ml de água, porque&amp;nbsp;acho que 330ml&amp;nbsp; é demais... como pretendo amassar na máquina e depois cozer no forno, acho que a massa fica demasiado mole, quando&amp;nbsp;termina o processo&amp;nbsp;"amassar" da MFP, portanto 300 ml é o ideal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Levar a cozer no forno, a uma temperatura de 150º, com um recipiente de água&amp;nbsp; dentro do forno.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 Postas de Pescada&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Mão cheia de Marisco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Medida de Arroz carolino&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 x Medida (Arroz) de Água (cozer o peixe)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Cebola pequena&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 Dentes de Alho&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 Colheres de sopa de tomate picado&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 Colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sal qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pimenta qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Vinho branco qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Azeite qb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Comece por lavar e tirar a escama à pescada, e coloque a cozer. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Depois do peixe cozido, desfaça em lascas, retire as espinhas e reserve. Reserve também a água de cozedura do peixe.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fazer um refogado com o azeite, a cebola, o alho, e o tomate picado.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quando tomate estiver desfeito, refresque com vinho branco, e deixe reduzir o álcool.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adicione o arroz, a polpa de tomate, e o marisco, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe fritar um pouco.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte a água de cozedura do peixe, deixe cozer em lume brando.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quando o arroz estiver quase cozido,&amp;nbsp; junte as lascas do peixe, rectifique os temperos, deixe cozinhar mais uma pouco, e sirva de imediato.&lt;/li&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 Ovos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 gr Açúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;375&amp;nbsp;gr Farinha &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10&amp;nbsp; ml Leite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6&amp;nbsp;Maçãs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Limão (raspa)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Colher de sopa&amp;nbsp; - Manteiga&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Colher de café&amp;nbsp; - Fermento&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Unte&amp;nbsp;um tabuleiro de ir ao forno, com manteiga, forre com papel vegetal e unte também&amp;nbsp; o papel vegetal, reserve.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lave e corte as maçãs, finamente, forre o tabuleiro e reserve as restantes maçãs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bata a manteiga (derretida) com o açúcar, até obter um creme esbranquiçado.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte as gemas&amp;nbsp; e mexa bem.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte o leite, e a raspa de limão e envolva.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bater as claras em castelo, adicionar ao preparado anterior, bem como a farinha peneirada.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte à massa as restantes maçãs, e envolva. Verta no tabuleiro.&lt;/li&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;800 gr de Mirtilos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 gr de Açúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de vinho do Porto&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Modo de Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Numa panela colocar todos os ingredientes acima mencionados, e deixar cozer em lume brando.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assim que estiver cozido, passar ligeiramente a varinha mágica.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se necessário levar novamente ao lume até atingir o ponto desejado.&lt;/li&gt;
