This recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth without deviating from your Paleo diet because it is dairy-free and gluten-free.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredients: 1 package of Paleo Baking Company Paleo Vanilla Cake and Muffin Mix. 3 large eggs. 1/3 cup of coconut oil, melted. &amp;frac14; cup of honey or maple syrup. &amp;frac12; cup of unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract. &amp;frac14; tsp of sea salt.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pan or muffin tin. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Paleo Vanilla Cake and Muffin Mix with the sea salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mix and stir until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan or muffin tin, smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes for muffins or 25-30 minutes for a cake, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. They are fluffy and a little spongy.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredients: 1 cup semolina. &amp;frac12; cup all-purpose flour. 1 packet active dry yeast. &amp;frac12; teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon sugar. 2 cups warm water. &amp;frac12; teaspoon baking powder. &amp;frac12; cup warm milk. Butter or oil for cooking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Instructions: Put the semolina, all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix them together. Slowly pour in the warm water while stirring to make a smooth batter. Put the lid on top and wait 30 minutes so the yeast can start to work. When you look at the batter after 30 minutes, you should see bubbles on top, which means it has fermented. Mix the baking powder into the warm milk until it&amp;rsquo;s all gone. After that, add it to the batter and mix it well. Warm up a griddle or skillet that doesn&amp;rsquo;t stick over medium-low heat. Put some butter or oil on it to make it smooth. To make a thin crepe, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan. Do not spread the batter out; the holes will form on their own. It should take about two to three minutes of cooking until the bottom is golden brown and the top is set. You don&amp;rsquo;t have to flip Baghrir because it&amp;rsquo;s only cooked on one side.
