I was getting ready to purchase tickets on Fandango today for the first time but was uncomfortable with the clarity of the offer. Before going to the next step to buy tickets I was being asked to check a box that appeared as if it was going to charge me an extra 5 dollars per ticket so I backed out of the web-site. I then ran a search for fandango pricing and found all the information here. Thanks for the heads up and I certainly will never do business with Fandango.

Me too. Got defrauded for many monthly subscription charges. Fandango and Reservation rewards are frauds.

I also boycotted paypal and used moneybooker instead, but recently moneybooker closed wikileaks account (hopefully without keeping the money, but who knows).
I’ll have to find another alternative.

@Mya That’s what they’re TOLD they are fighting for… yes.
We love and respect the young people in the military…. TOTALLY.
They are young.
They are brave.
They are innocent.
We hope and pray that they come home safely, without any scars — physical or psychological.

Sadly, the military is being used for purposes, and to promote causes, that are NOT what they state they are.

Wow. I find it VERY interesting that NO ONE talked about the ship. It IS about the ship, after all. Those serving upon this wonderful ship should be honored to have the remains of that fateful day to remind them to be strong and brave as they protect the seas from the threats of the enemy.

Shame upon EVERYONE of you! How dare you leave the military out of all of this! Shameless people! They are fighting for YOUR RIGHT to live!

Priceline is acting illegally; making a contract between the hotel and bidder without providing both parties with the specifics of the deal prior to acceptance . PL warning of a resort fee ahead of time isn’t enough. The amount must be disclosed before acceptance for the contract to be binding. PL can you hear the class action lawyers knocking?

PL has a simple fix.
If a bid is accepted by a resort fee hotel, disclose the amount of the fee and let the bidder accept or reject the deal.

Until then, demand no resort fees on PL deals. If the hotel refuses, file a dispute with your credit card. First the cc company will offer to pay the resort out of there own pocket. You can refuse that offer and they will have to charge back PL and give you credit.

I too am looking for an alternative to PayPal with the issues I have dealt with. These are definately a couple of ideas to look at. Thanks for sharing so we all can research and figure what is best.

Stay away from paypal.
I awoke to the alarming paypal frozen my account email from Communist Paypal.
Sixteen thousand dollars held by paypal for 6 months. In the email they sent me they said that they periodically and randomly revised equifax report and they have determined to close my account. You will not be able to access your funds for 180 days to avoid any chargebacks or cases”. Absolute communism in my opinion. After hours of being on the phone with them I got the run around. They are sorry but that the only thing they could do is “appeal” No more than 30 minutes later they called back to tell me I lost my appeal. WTF??? Just been floored. I had no idea they could do this legally or I would have never used them in the first place. My platinum top rated ebay business came to a screeching halt. Unilsting over 4000 listings and now I’m looking for an alternative to paypal. Thank you for this post.

Great Fun at 877-763-4140 caused a problem for me. My toll free number 877-753-4140 is appearing on at least one customers statement with the Great Fun name. I know because Maggie in CA called and asked me why I am charging her $11.99 every month. Of course we are not doing any such thing. I did some investigating and found that somehow they are using my number instead of their own. Get your money back, Maggie!

Hi Bruce,

I agree. Tyson Foods is a very corrupt company. I have a lawsuit against them in the U S District Court Western District of Arkansas Cause # 09-3054. They are extremely cruel and tortured me at work for several months because I filed an EEOC claim against them. They violate federal laws constantly including picking chicken up off the floor and throwing it in the food processing line without washing it. The EEOC sabotaged my EEOC claim against them and denied my valid claim. Then the U S Dept of Labor and OSHA avoided my communications for 6 months preventing me from filing violations of labor law against them. Even the Judge is ruling in favor of Tyson Foods when he sees the evidence of all of these law violations – and doesn’t pursue charges against them either. They are an evil company who has the State and federal government bought and paid for. They got a 150 million dollar contract with the federal government to sell biodiesel to the U S Air Force for jet fuel as well as sell chicken to the U S military and school children. Citizens have no civil or Constitutional rights anymore. The U S Government accepts and condones Tyson Foods blatantly violating federal laws and won’t do a thing to help me. The Judge even denied me mediation and my Father is dying of bone prostate cancer and needs money for treatment. So you are very correct when you define Tyson Foods as EVIL. I know because I experienced their organized malice deliberately harming me while the U S Government allowed it to happen and the FBI and U S Dept of Justice know about all of these law violations and don’t do a thing to investigate the matter which is frightening. It indicates their is no JUSTICE and we in fact live in TYRANNY. Tyson Foods is a very dangerous company to the integrity of our Nation and needs to be stopped. So I agree sound the alarm and let everybody know that Tyson Foods is a terrible company that mistreates employees daily and make press releases giving food away to make them look good to help cover up all of their illegal conduct. They fraudulently state they treat employees good on their website so they can trick investors into thinking they are a respectable company. Read the lawsuit Adams vs Tyson Foods, for all of the corporate and government corruption that I have proven and yet the U S District Judge does absolutely nothing to enforce the numerous law violations. Tyson Foods is destroying our great nation with their government corruption. We have no civil or Constitutional Rights…..
