kind of a reminder not to forget the 99% while they make no headlines. We are the 99% is a political slogan widely used by the Occupy movement. It was originally the name of a Tumblr blog page launched in late August 2011 by an anonymous 28-year-old New York activist named “Chris”, which is a deviation on “We The 99%” from an August 2011 flyer for the NYC General Assembly. The phrase indirectly refers to the concentration of wealth among the top 1% of income earners, and reflects a belief that the “99%” are paying the price for the mistakes of a tiny minority.

Just found out my name was listed as one of Constantin Severin’s choices for It’s Liquid International Art Contest First Edition 2012. The Avaz Twist Tower is a skyscraper in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at 172 m is the tallest skyscraper in Balkans. It is the headquarters for Dnevni avaz, a Bosnia and Herzegovina newspaper company. The tower is located in the Marijin Dvor district, Sarajevo’s business district. Construction began in 2006 and was finished in 2008. The tower is specific for its twisted facade, one of its first kind. German company Schüco has chosen it among the 10 most beautiful buildings in the world. At the height of 150 meters, there is a viewpoint, from where you can see the whole city.
